Our service technician Josh was very friendly, thorough snd explained everything he did in the maintenance appointment. He showed pictures of each step and told us what each meant. We are extremely happy with Christmas H/A.

I love using Christmas Air. They have always been so personable and respond quickly. And I also love that they have educated us wherever necessary, allowing us to take care of the little things on our own. Not many companies are willing to do that. Excellent service and workmanship. I used Barts to replace two very old units, and Keith (my technician) has diligently worked with me to make sure every room is getting good airflow and we are comfortable. Everything was explained to me so that I understood exactly what my options were and what I was getting. BART’s used to be honest and trustworthy, not anymore. They purchased Prosper’s Finest which was great, had them come out always reasonable and never tried to upsale you. We had them come out today and wanted a 2nd opinion before we spent 7k. The tech took the fuss out and replaced it back upside down so our system did not work at all. Luckily we have then knowledge to check it. Anyone once else would have depended on an unscrupulous tech they sent out.

Great and prompt service provided by Brandon. He helped resolve as well as troubleshoot condensate dripping from the coils onto the sheetrock. Brandon showed up at our residence within an hour of placing an emergency call with Barts. Wonderful service and business! Would highly recommend!

I called on a Monday morning because my AC unit was failing. The scheduler was super helpful and never would I thought that this could be resolved same day. Within an HOUR a technician was there and 30 minutes later everything was back up and Running. Craig did awesome job plus handled the whole warranty claim process within minutes. Highly recommend!!

This was the second service visit we’ve had with Bart’s, this time for a Fall service check. They did not disappoint. Following an advance notice to advise me, the technician showed up early. He was very thorough and took time to answer and explain any questions I had. There was an issue found with a furnace . He arranged for a technician with more experience with this issue to come out later in the day. That occurred just as planned and the issue was resolved. Completely happy with the service we’ve received from Bart’s. We’ll continue to use this company and recommend them. Great job!

They do great work at Barts. Weve been using them for a few years now, and we plan to continue. Last night, a power surge from an electrical outage caused our thermostat to go out. We made an emergency call to Barts, and Keith arrived in a matter of minutes to fix the problem. Their prices are fair, and their employees are always prompt, reliable, and friendly.

Keith did a great job analyzing our system and gave honest advise as to what needed to be done. This service was given the same day I had called.

Commercial services are great, like with anything mechanical ac units fail. Barts even offered portable units incase we had to wait for parts. Thank you for your hard work!

Keith returned to do my first annual service. Checked both units and communicated during the process so I knew what was being checked and the results. Glad I bought the service plan while he was here the first time.I am a first time customer with Bart’s. I am giving them a 5 star review because of Keith, my service technician. Keith was able to immediately diagnose the problem which showed me he was knowledgeable about my Carrier system. He offered me several solid options, along with an explanation of each, so I was able to make a decision that best fit my need and my budget. I asked if Bart’s offered an annual service plan which Keith explained thoroughly. I signed up for that as well. So, I would recommend Bart’s if you are in need of a HVAC company.

I have used Bart’s twice now. They communicate well and can get you serviced quickly. I got a text with tracking and a picture of the service technician. They are very affordable and for $150 you get 2 services a year and priority for other services. Great company!

Completed my fall tune-up check today and all is good. Craig explained the checks and answered any questions I had. Great service.

Craig was timely upon his arrival and diagnosed the problem with the mini split system very quickly. After about 10 minutes our problem was resolved. The service fee was reasonable. Will be using Barts in the future.

Barts Heating and AC are heroes and Braulio is THE MAN! I have a 17 year old C****r HVAC unit in my house. It has performed beautifully up to a point that it did not. The blower motor finally went out and C****rs parts were on infinite back order and SUPREMELY EXPENSIVE. Barts and BRAULIO found a work-around and got my system fixed up much faster than I expected and for MUCH LESS COST. HEROES!

They were very prompt, knowledgeable, and had cold air blowing in no time. I will use them again if the need arises.

No one wants the a/c to go out when its 110 outside, but ours did. It came back on, but we didnt trust that it would last. Our home warranty gave us the 2-3 business days response, so we decided to look for a local company that has weekend calls and found Barts Heating & Air. Staci was so helpful, and let us know that a technician named Kevin would be out the next morning. He was, fixed our issue and we are good to go. I highly recommend Barts and will use this company again.

Great company. I was taken advantage of by a competitor of theirs and Barts was able to fit me in last minute on a Friday. They verified the problem and quoted me the price to repair it. The repair was done and my system was back up and running. I highly recommend them. The technicians were very honest and professional.

We had a positive experience with Barts in getting our 20+ year-old furnace replaced after the blower motor froze up. Jordan Stevenson was the primary HVAC professional on-site, and was assisted by Sam Hamons during the removal and replacement of our furnace. Both guys were great! Jordan patiently answered all of my questions and could not have been nicer. The new unit works well and looks great.

I had an incredible experience with Barts Heating and Air from start to finish. They fit me in for my seasonal check-up before the recent arctic blast that hit DFW. Bartss team did a great job keeping me updated on my upcoming appointment via text and email, including when their technician Sam Hamon was in route to our home. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable during his visit. Knowing we had some severe cold coming, he took extra time to ensure all heating elements were functional and ready. Near the end of his visit, he walked me through detailed notes and pictures of the Preventative Maintenance work he completed, as well as recommendations for my units. These notes were also sent to me via email, inclusive of all pictures for my record. Their team even personally followed up with me after my visit to ensure I was satisfied and answered any questions I had. Overall, Barts is an awesome HVAC provider who truly treats you like family.

Pros: The service was punctual, the repair was made correctly the first time. The technician was professional. A technician as available the same day I inquired which is always nice.Cons: The root cause of the problem was a severed wire near the outside ac unit. The technician showed me the 3 feet or so of wire that was damaged. He asked if I wanted it fixed. Shame on me for not asking the price ahead of time. Having had a number of home repairs over the years, I was fairly comfortable that 3 ft of wire repair wasnt going to break the bank. Upon completion he told me the cost was $402 dollars. I asked for a breakdown of pricing and he said it was $79 dollar service charge and the rest was parts (and presumably labor). Honestly, I was shocked.Follow-up: I was overall very curious as to how they arrived at the repair cost and contacted Barts. I was informed they use flat rate pricing. If the book says wire repair costs $500, thats what theyre going to charge you. I was also told that it was their practice to inform customers ahead of time but that was overlooked in my case. Lesson learned for me. I am adding to my list of questions when I hire a contractor whether they use flat rate pricing. To Barts credit, they offered a $50 refund. A fair token. But, a 3 foot wire repair should still not cost $350. I will seek alternatives next time.

Asked for an estimate to replace my HVAC, as well as repair. Received repair estimate. Never received replacement estimate. Asked again. Never received again. They were quick to come out and they were professional and quick with a repair estimate, but for some reason a replacement estimate was just beyond them.

My experience with Bart’s was outstanding. The technician was professional, courteous, and took the time to show me how to do things I could do on my own in between my semi annual visits. I could not be happier with their service. I will absolutely be staying on the maintenance plan.

The A/C unit in the main part of the house went out. Bart’s came out within that same morning to inspect the system! After finding the faulty Blower Motor, the part was ordered. I was told the new part would take up to two weeks to be delivered. The folks at Bart’s got it in just a few days, and installed it the very next morning! Incredible service and at affordable rates! I expected to be paying well over $1000, but that wasn’t the case! They’re our first call for any other Heating or Cooling problems! Thank you, Bart’s!!

I have never received faster service in my entire life! Sam, the repair dude arrived here, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor and was gone all within one hour of my calling the office. Im truly amazed! I envisioned personal horror tales living without air conditioning during the string of triple digit temps for the next 10 days. Barts came to my rescue and I highly recommend them!

All started with a service call on my old units, their service man Hayden just confirmed, which I expected, my units had small leaks and needed lots of freon. The cost of the old freon would be very expensive. Thus I had their salesman come and quote me a cost of new units. Their salesman Magnum, presented the various systems available. He gave me a quote on the system that would meet all my needs and at the most economical investment. I ordered the 2 new AC units. Their team of 4 professional hard working guys installed my units in a day. Their lead Paden, did a great job in checking and documenting all aspects of the job. Also a shout out to Staci in the office on handling my questions and getting me quick answers. I am now one cool guy.

Your technician was awsome,he was punctual,courteous, and explained everything and address every question we had. Although I was not ready for the unfortunate news of having to replace a compressor at $1800. For a unit only being 5 years and under warranty! I guess I can put on the more coats because I have not heat for this winter.

Barts has been servicing our air units for over 13 years we have used them for minor maintenance issues to big issues.Barts heating and Air has installed a new unit in our old home and installed 2 units in our new home. We feel they are very fair and transparent with pricing for labor, parts, and services. Anytime we have called they have been able to come out and take care of any issues. They are reliable and trustworthy, we highly recommend their services.

Earlier this year Braulio Meraz arrived at our home to perform a spring check-up, he did a great job.On 5-31, Braulio was called back out and found one of our ACs units suffered a burnt control board, most likely due to a power outage we suffered on 5-28 thru 5-29.6-6, Braulio installed our new control board, we are now good to go.Braulio answered our questions pertaining to our system and did not complain once about going up into our 100++++ degree attic, what a champ. Once he climbed down and cooled off, he even took the time to answer a few AC questions regarding a potential rental home purchase.We look forward to having him back to do our fall check-up!

Braulio came out to do an inspection of my AC Heat Pump system on Friday afternoon. Come to find out the unit was a little low on freon. He checked temperatures and connected some sensors to the valves on the unit. Not the old fashioned gage setup, these were sensors that communicated to an app on his phone so he was able to see and record the status as he added the freon. Braulio explained what he was doing, provided an estimate of the cost up front and was obviously well versed in checking the system and getting it up to 100% again. Glad to get this done before it gets too hot.

BART’s has done a very good job of stepping up and making sure that everything is right with my new AC system. Your tech Kevin Agy has been excellent on the service side.

I had my central air unit serviced by Bart’s Heating & Air. The technician (Keith Powell) instructed me that there was a leak in the coil. He stated that the coil was under warranty, but it would take a few days to order it. The technician stated that putting in freon could be used for the time being and could possibly last through the remainder of the year. At this point, I agreed to have the freon installed. Unfortunately, the central air unit did not cool at all. Even though the technician stated that it was cooling, it never did. At no point did the technician state that the unit would never cool due to the leak. Otherwise, I would have never paid for something that did not provide any benefit to me. I expect honest service for honest pay. I contacted Bart’s 4 times during the week after the service but was not able to speak with anyone from your management team to assist me in this matter. Finally, I was given an email link to send my concerns. And, of course, there was no response.

Called Barts shortly after 8am and had someone (Jordan) at the house by 9am. Very professional and quick with replacing a switch motor and securing a few areas that needed repair. Thank you for such great service.

Barts Heating and Air are awesome, would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Technicians Keith and Hayden troubleshot our 3 old units for us and we visited with Magnum (sales) about possible options in replacing them if we decided to go that route. Pricing was very competitive with many levels of packages/prices for us to consider. No pressure just honest and knowledgeable advice. 5 stars ⭐️ all the way around!

Air conditioning repair companies have a generally bad reputation. Barts is definitely the exception to this. Honest, professional and fair. Ive always been terrified of having my A/C system looked at, not any more. Love these guys and I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Recently used Barts to replace the condenser coil on our home AC unit. Staci was absolutely fantastic! We were without A/C; the night had been a bad one. Staci took our call and started working toward a way to get us seen that day. Great story about this company. My Mom lives in Denton & I live in California. She is elderly and needed help finding a complete HVAC replacement. I work with contractors & our local county here, so I started doing my research. Everything came up positive. I contacted them for my Mom and explained the situation, and the level of kindness & customer service we received, was absolutely amazing! My Mom had her quote within a day and once we reviewed & approved it, she was scheduled for replacement with 4 days. The crew that they sent was very clean, quiet, and respectful. They were right on schedule and did not go over the time they stated. Upon leaving, one of the Techs even went out to my Moms mailbox and got her mail for her. Seriously! How nice is this?! We HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. I truly cannot say enough nice things about Barts!

We moved to Justin 15 years ago. Tried a local service company a few times and even one of the big names from TV ads. I found Barts 6 or 7 years ago and they have always been no pressure honest. Never a sales push and kept my system operating with freon and an occasional part. We decided to replace our now 19 year old system. I obtained 3 estimates and Barts was the best. Paden and Eli did a fantastic job installing. these guys, Magnum and Staci (sp?) have been thoughtful, polite, and professional throughout the process. Thanks so much to you all.

We have had air balancing issues in our house since it was built. We have tried other companies to no avail. Keith Powell from Bart Heating and air found and fixed the problem. He actually came to do a more expensive job but when he got here he realized that wasn’t what was needed and changed course, significantly reducing the bill. Keith was on time, knew what he was doing, and fixed the problem. He even cleaned up after his work was done. Thank you Keith.

Kevin to the rescue!!! I had two technicians come out. The 1st one came out twice and couldnt not figure out why my unit was not working. Everything was checking out fine. The company eventually sent Kevin. Not only was he early, he was kind, patient, thorough and waited with me as long as it took to figure out the issue. Long story short he discovered the blower was going out. Something meters cant detect. Sort of a fluke thing. He was able to get the part installed this morning after picking it up yesterday on one of his routes and Im back in business! I cant thank Kevin and Barts enough for resolving the issue for me. I will definitely be back and requesting Kevin again for any future issues. GREAT JOB KEVIN!!

They Charged $320 to change a capacitor that was only $17 on Amazon. Many neighbors in our community watch Youtube and change the capacitor themselves. We were ready to pay $100-$150 for the labor, but not $300 for the drive and labor.

I REALLY appreciate that Barts went out of their way to find a replacement part instead of insisting I replace my whole system, like the first guy I called. I also like the text communication and tracking feature so I knew exactly who the technician was, what he looked like, and when he would arrive. And Kevin was very patient and flexible when carpet installers arrived a little while after he did. I highly recommend Barts.

Proactively replaced our outside unit as the condensor was drawing higher amps and was from 2008. Due to short supply, our sales rep Staci, was able to locate a better model than our quoted estimate and saved us on the higher price. Install took less than two hours first thing in morning. Made us feel like an important customer. Very pleasant & helpful sales person and install technician. Came back in Oct. for heating system check. Informative, courteous, & thorough. Very impressed with this company! The person I always used retired and he recommended this company. When my AC stopped cooling, I called for service and despite having a super full schedule, they were able to work me in. Kevin was on time and very professional. He was able to make the necessary repairs in about 30 mins and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them! They even text you when your tech is on the way and send a link to see exactly where the tech is and when they will arrive. 5 star service!

Very friendly employees however they were not honest with me. They told me I would have to replace the coil and condenser which I found out through some research and second opinions was not true. I believe this was an attempt to jack up the repair cost so I would purchase a new unit. Luckily I got a second opinion. The other company also recommended a new unit but at least they were truthful about the repairs.

We’re always very satisfied with the service, professionalism and detail and time the tech takes to explain any issues we have. We always feel like the information is accurate and fairly priced. Great customer service. We will continue to use for years to come!

Technician Hayden Bahadoorsingh was excellent. This was my first service conducted by Bart’s Heating & Air. Hayden gave me a thorough briefing on the service he provided and informed me that my HVAC filters were the incorrect size. I’ve been using that filter size for the last 7 years and no other technician from the previous HVAC companies informed me of that. I will continue to use Bart’s and I am going to request Hayden (and Jordan, he’s also an excellent technician) for all my future service appointments!

Was having some problems with the my heat pumps units and Barts was who I called last year for service when a compressor went out on one of my units. Upon inspection here we go again blown compressor on the other unit. Well the wife and I decided we better just pull the trigger and get new units to save us a headache because of the cheap builders grade units installed. Barts came out quickly and installed the new units but there was some unfortunate mistakes made. Now when I tell you management is top shelf believe it. One of the owners called and said he wanted to make it right which I sincerely appreciate the personal contact. They came back out with no lag in time and not only gave me a deep apology and promised to make it write but to also make it worth my time and frustration. Barts has a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend them with no hesitation, I promise you they will do you right.

Outstanding staff!!... I was having trouble keeping my house heated. I called and the lady who answered the phone was polite and attentive she told me shed send someone out the same day. Chris, Jordan and Jonathan showed up and were extremely polite and knowledgeable they checked the furnace and found the thermostat to be the problem. They installed a new thermostat and they worked together really well. These men were highly professional and they even took there shoes off so my carpet would stay clean. Wow! My experience with Barts was some of the best customer service I have ever had. My AC randomly stopped working the night before I called Barts at 9AM. Stacy helped me immediately, contacted a technician (who happened to be in my area) and the tech was at my door within 30 mins. Jordan was professional, explicit in explaining what he was doing, checked all pieces of the HVAC for us, and replaced the broken part within 20 minutes. He even told me next steps for basic HVAC maintenance and didnt push using them again, which ironically makes me want to use them and recommend them. We have used Barts for quite a long time. When we moved they came with us to the new house and maintained an older system for four or five years before we had to replace it. Recently, we noted a change with a smell, and they came out that same day (because we would not use the heater with it) and found the issue was with a special ion filter and had us adjusted and up and going. The Tech that came is now our preferred tech because he knows our unit better than anyone! We have a Trane multi speed that we love... and we love Barts for their home town service and care, although we live 30 min away! Highly recommend this company.

Barts entire team from pricing, installation and follow-up were very responsive, professional and friendly. During the installation of my two new A/C units and furnace I decided to upgrade the air duct plenum from my current 1 inch filter setup to the 4 inch filter setup. While the rest of the team was installing the new A/C and furnace units Scott went to retrieve the new 4 inch filter plenum combo boxes from a supplier. The installation was not delayed at all. Additionally, after air conditioning units were installed and working there was a minor condensation drip into the drain pan. I contacted Barts team and it was immediately addressed by simply re-leveling the coil/furnace unit. Thank you for the great job Barts and I recommend Barts for your A/C and Heating needs.

My unit stopped blowing cold air in the morning and Bart’s was thankfully out the same afternoon due to another customers cancellation. It turned out to just be a bad capacitor, but Bart’s service was quick, friendly, and priced well. I’ll be calling them again in the future. Used Barts two years ago for an intermittent heating issue that no one else could diagnose but they fixed it- they did it again this month with a strange AC issue that required multiple trips during melt down heat wave for an incredibly reasonable price. These guys are life savers…. Our A/C went out while I was on a 24 hour shift and my nine month pregnant wife was at home in the Texas heat. The temperature in the house when I got home the next morning was 89 so I called Bart’s immediately and after Ryan was able to move some things around, they had a tech (Kendrick) there within the hour. Kendrick was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly to diagnose/fix a couple problems we had with our older model unit. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

My heating panel was going bad. Kevin and Sean came in temporarily fixed it. A couple days later my board did go out completely so they ordered my new one. The board came in and they installed it and I’ve been warm ever since I recommend Bart’s heating and air because they get to the problem and don’t try to sell you more than you need. So if you’re on a budget, they’ll get directly to the problem.👍🏻

Update 3/2021: we ended up replacing the AC unit and the price was extremely competitive and they were on time, extremely professional, and just nice guys. There was no upselling or to get this price you have to sign a maintenance contract. This the only AC company I will ever use! and trust me we looked at other highly rated companies.The techs that came to our house, on the same day at no extra charge, were professional and very thorough. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. I apologize for not remembering the names. The service was performed on 6/25/18. I highly recommend this company!!!

Called after hours number last night to report that one of my AC units wasn’t working. They set up an appointment for today and then texted me this morning to confirm. I also received a text with Jordan’s name and photo and when he would arrive.Jordan immediately checked my AC unit and replaced the capacitor. The AC unit is working great!! I would recommend Bart’s AC 💯!

Our blower had quit so we had no a/c or heater. Our unit was still under warranty but we still had to pay for labor. We called the company that put the unit in and they said it would cost us about $600 just for them to come out and fix the issue. Christmas was around the corner so we were going to put it off until after. After several days of no heat and the temps getting colder, we decided it had to be done, but decided to just check to see if there were any other dealers to get another quote. Once we found Barts we gave them call, just happened to be after hours, and they answered. Looked up our warranty, knew exactly what we needed when we told him our issue, and said they could be out the NEXT DAY. Super nice guys, showed up next day with the parts we needed and had it fixed in a matter of minutes! And it cost LESS THAN HALF of what we were originally quoted by another company! So now we have our heat back on and more money in our wallets thanks to these guys! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! And will be using them from now on!

I cant imagine a better A/C repair experience. In less than an hour, I called and described the problem to Stacy - who really didnt want to leave me with no a/c - and she dispatched Jordan who showed up in less than a half hour, took a look, tested and replaced the bad capacitor, and my system was back up and running. Ive used this company for over 8 years. We had them come out and service our two A/C units this past spring. When the early summer temperatures got hotter, one of our units started cycling on and off,we called them back out. When they came back, they realized that they overfilled that unit. They took out some freon and the unit worked great again. They fixed it for free. Now the second unit is doing the exact same thing. My wife called on a Friday the service change is $69, so my wife asked if she could get that rate for Saturday. The lady on the phone said no, I guess she doesnt appreciate the business. We call you guys because your the professionals, its not our fault that you overcharged the units. To fix the problem and the next time we need service or replacement well reach out to another company that con do the job right the first time!
