A1 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

I dont know what Id do without A1. Im a second generation customer and Ive known this company most of my life. They have never let us down. Everyone at A1 is friendly and helpful. Their rates are fair and reasonable and they genuinely care about getting the right solutions accomplished for their customers. I trust them completely and consider them an important part of my home and my business. Look no further, they are outstanding.

Dishwasher needed repair, was under warranty, whirlpool made appointment for tech to come out that evening or next morning, 2 days later I called because no tech ever called or showed, lady was very rude and said they would never schedule something like that, then asked if I purchased from them and I said no from Lowes, she came back on on the phone after saying she needed to contact tech because I was on the list for repair that day(which tells me they did accept the warranty repair) and said we can not get to you for 3 or 4 weeks. If you can not make an appointment have enough courtesy to call the customer waiting all day for you to show. I did get my dishwasher repaired by some other repair company which didnt leave me waiting or lie to me.

Called out technician for repair said needed new unit. No problem scheduled for next day said they called and received no response. They moved on to next job completely understand. Tracy at the office extremely rude after couple experiences with Tracy decide someone else prolly needs money more. They lost out on 6500 yall should really talk to her. We are from Houston thought a country town like Jasper would have had better manners and hospitality.

Theyve been super helpful after installing our new HVAC system. I truly depend on these guys (and for the PC police...gals) thanks to them

This company has been just wonderful for the almost 10 years I have used them. Prompt, Courteous, Reasonably priced and dependable.

I operate a store here in Jasper and have had them come out twice to check out my a/c for my store. First time the service man told me I needed 4new units and would get back to me with a quote. First of all I never heard back from them and second I have another service company check it and the problem wasnt with my a/c units but was with the Jasper power company. Transformer was bad at the service pole. I again tried to use them a couple of weeks ago and they told me my compressor was bad and they would get back to me with a quote and 2 weeks later I got a phone call from them to give me a quote. Mean time I had another service company come by and check my unit out because I needed immediate fix. Come to find out I had 2 blown fuses. I rather use local businesses for my store and home, but have had bad luck with customer service and also seems like they want to replace things I dont need.

The lady that answered the phone was very rude, so I decided not to use them. One of their techs did call me a few hours later and was very nice and professional. I still went with another company due to HER lack of respect.

Called A-1 to fix my heating unit. Was told the unit was heating as best it could because the unit was undersized for my house. Also, said they fixed some duct work. Called them out again to fix the duct work that I had already paid them to fix and was charged again to fix duct work. Called a third time to get unit to heat properly and was charged again to repair duct work. Even called them and wrote a letter to give them a chance to reconsider what they had charged me, but they would not budge! So I decided to call a different AC/heating repair company and they repaiced some parts in my unit and all is working GREAT! Would never use A-1 again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Very quick service and reasonably priced. The technician was very friendly and showed us what was wrong. Had our air up and running in no time.

Mark and his staff are true professionals, the unit Mark recommended for our house was a heat pump, and it has been wonderful. As mark explained to me that higher the seer the lower my electric bills would be. He was dead on again. I would recommend Mark and A-1 Refrigeration to everyone.

My Heater went out. I called A-1 hey promised they would be out today. They never called me so I called back three different times every time being told i was on the list and they would be out today.. At 4:30 I called again was told it doesnt look like it will be today. No one ever called me. Its going to be 29 degrees tonight and do you think they care. I could of called someone else if I had been told something now everyone is closed I hope they sleep well tonight.

Came to fix dishwasher and instead told my landlord my children had stood on the door. That is a lie the door had been very difficult to open since I moved in, bad business practices. If you didnt see my child standing on it then you really have no clue how it happened.

1st time using this company for myself. Was recommended by neighbor. Very nice & billed me later over the phone.

Not happy with this place. Serviceman came said he would be back to install in 3-4 days and 2 weeks later they are coming to install that day with no notice. To hot to be without air conditioning.

Mr. Sponsored came took a look at it. He ran the model number though found out it was under warranty. Save us some money. Just paid the insulation an house visit.

Our corporation deals with them on a regular bases concerning coolers and A/Cs. I have been satisfied with their services and pricing. I would recommend them.

They came when we needed them to service window units. Replaced the bad unit and reinstalled the serviced unit. Pleased with their service
