We ordered some burner parts for our direct contact water heater as they are the distributor for Power Flame. I asked for them to be rushed from the manufacturer. Every time we call to get an update on the eta of the parts, we never hear back from them. Going on 2.5 weeks now. We were told they would ship yesterday.... Not sure of what the status is. Ill update this review after parts arrive.UpdateWe received the parts we ordered and the rep that helped us was very patient polite and knowledgeable. Will use them again!!!!

This place no longer sells stuff to technicians and thats super annoying. Wish theyd call it something else so it doesnt show when you search had to find out the hard way. Very annoying. A supply house should be a supply house and an office should be something else. Thats a Techs point of view

I really appreciate the training I received there at Texas air systems then structor Bruce McDaniel was top-notch he seems to be a pretty seasoned boiler instructor operator engineer salesman along with Demarcus Moore they put on a very educational and fulfilling training session discuss discussing subjects such as boiler safety the different types of boilers thermodynamics and combustion controls combustion of equipment water treatment codes and standards maintenance fuels steam systems and operator responsibilities and they Supply quality breakfast and lunches I must say this is a job well done

Lady answered the phone rude 🤦🏻‍♂️ and this is the reason I normally don’t do business with a company that has less that a 4.5 star rating. No wonder they have bad reviews smh
