I highly recommend American Air Customs. They were very quick to get out to the house and fixed our dishwasher the same day. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. The customer service was top notch!

My compressor went out. A tech came out charged me almost $100 and did not fix the problem. I didnt need him to tell me my compressor was bad, I knew that! I needed it fixed. He told me after all was said and nothing was done that he didnt do compressors! If he didnt do compressors, why did he even come to my house? BEWARE!!! Ask first if he can fix your problem before he comes to your house!

Would highly recommend! Joe was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong with our system, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of all repair alternatives while answering all our questions clearly. While the crew was here, there was great attention to all the little details.

Repairman was honest about what was needed and that the part needed could not be found anywhere. He spent a long time determining the exact problem and an equally long time trying to find the part.

My heat went out 1/20 around 5pm. I called AAC and Joe showed up shortly. He tried a variety of things to get to the problem. It turned out that a n individual breaker was burned out. Our AC went out and the unit is 29 years old, I called and they were out very quickly and had it fixed. The next week my wife and I were talking that maybe we should go ahead and replace our unit. We were without AC all weekend during the hottest time of the summer. No worries, we were staying elsewhere. They were recommended by a coworker and were very responsive and able to come out same day. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 2 hours without pushing saying we needed things we didn’t. The price was fair and much cheaper than having to replace two units. Would definitely recommend and plan using for all our HVAC needs in the future!

I showed me the neglect I was doing by changing the air filter once monthly with the pets I have. Also showed me how to properly spray the unit outside. I made an appointment very easily with AACs staff to have my washing machine repaired. Mr. Joe Cagle arrived promptly at 8am and confirmed that the problem was indeed with the drain pump. He had the part available and was able to replace it. The washer and dryer units are stacked, and so the work involved removing and replacing the top unit. He checked the dryer and added feet to reduce the vibration. All done by 9:25. Wow! Mr. Cagle has the knowledge and experience to make short work of the repair. Thank you AAC!

My HVAC system blower motor failed. Ive used American Air Customs for HVAC service for a couple of years and called them in the morning to make an appointment. They were able to send Joe out later that morning to check it out. I could have had it repaired, or I could invest in a new furnace and A/C system. I decided to go with a new furnace and A/C system and they were able to have it installed the next morning. The crew showed up by 8am and worked quickly inside and outside to get the old equipment removed, the new equipment installed and tested, and then cleaned up everything. Joe came by that afternoon to check everything out. I really appreciate their quality of work, their honesty, and their fair charges. I highly recommend them for HVAC work and they will be the one I call again for any future HVAC work or check ups that I need.

I received a very competive qoute on Friday and the entire system was installed before noon the next day. The entire installation crew did an excellent job installing the system and Joe was supervising the entire job and did a complete walk through with us after the job was finished. Highly recommend American Air Customs.

All of the above was the service provided by American Air Custom, Inc. Of all days our air went out on the hotest day of the year. I called American Air at 7:08a. Donnie Cagle answered the phone and got me scheduled for between 2 and 4pm that afternoon. Ronnie Cagle was at my front door just after 1pm.He fixed the issue, which was the capacitor, and had my system up and running within a half hour.The business is owned and operated by brothers Donnie and Ronnie cagle.

Top notch install and service after the installation. Just shy of an ice box in there right now.Its 11 months after the installation and I found a manufacturing problem with the unit. They came back and fixed it free of charge. I wish I could give more stars.

We have a new HVAC system by Amana from American Air Customs. Its one and a half years old. They did a maintenance service and repaired a minor leak that was found. No service charge at all today. They are great!

At first, he was telling me that everything was working. I kept telling him that there were no way, because it would not get cool at all. Finally, he said he had to replaced a part.Also, he said I did have a Maintenance Agreement. Then Why am I paying for 3 more?

Ed came out quickly and got everything fixed up on a Saturday morning after we had a bad leak from our upstairs unit. He gave us advice on things to do to keep this from happening again, explained their maintenance plan to us and recommended a restoration company. In my opinion, they went above and beyond. We sure miss Greg, but it looks like the service will remain. Would definitely recommend.

American Air installed a A new AC system to replace an older unit gone bad. Well the new unit actually had issues with it after the install the next day. They came back out right away along with the local Amana rep and looked it over extensively and determined the new Amana unit was faulty. They were able to get me another brand new replacement unit within a very reasonable time while the new bad unit was still operable for the day. Ron the owner of American AIr Customs called me personally to explain, while all along with Joe and Randal were always communicating with me and ensuring I was getting great service. Often times we judge companies when they due good things up front. I always judge a company when something happens and how they operate to get things fixed and working the right way. These guys really care and treat you with the utmost respect and are very concerned with me as a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend them for their great work, their compassion, and their great customer service. I will continue to use them in the future for all of my HVAC needs.

American Air-Customs is a great family run business. As a new homeowner in the DFW area, I am very happy I found them! I had what I thought was an emergency only 2 days after moving into my new home - I thought the AC drain pipe was backed up and sent an emergency note out to a few HVAC companies. Virginia called me right back...at 11pm on a Sat night, and sent someone out first thing Monday morning. Joe has been my technician for my HVAC tune ups since then and he is very knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC needs.

Even though we already had a different vendor diagnose the problem (and would likely go with them due to an existing deposit), American Air Customs promptly provided another quote for us to compare. He got here late but I did get a call advising me of that fact. The service was business though and it costs a bit but all in all it was good for us.

I rate this business exemplary in their deling with customers. My air went out while I was away and I returned home to an unbearably hot house. Someone was out within an hour when I called the next moning. I had a new unit the next day and they did exactly what they promised. The workers were fast, neat and courteous. The cost was less then I expected, too. I will use this company for any air and heat needs.

They scheduled a appointment to fix my refrigerator on Wednesday noon, and they called around 1pm and informed me technician will come soon. No one appeared until 4:30pm and I called them and asked status, she told that technician has some emergency work and he will come on Thursday noon, I accepted and was waiting for next day, till noon no one called and so contacted them around 1pm and asked status and she told some one will come between 2-4pm.. again no one appeared, so I called back around 5pm and some one male answered call and said she left for the day and said technician as emergency work and did not come today. Looks like they do not have any technician and they tell this standard answer and cheat customers and waiting for ever and if they find some cheap tech they may send. STAY AWAY...FAKE PROMISES.. FALSE REVIEWS here and do not use them.
