I had an amazing experience with Zerorez Dallas! My technician, William E., did a fantastic job. His communication was clear and professional from start to finish, and I really appreciated that they were able to come earlier than expected. My 7-year-old couch looks brand new again—it’s like a complete transformation! The service was efficient, high-quality, and well worth it. I highly recommend Zerorez Dallas and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was very impressed with ZeroRez and with the technician, Dee. He was very prompt, experienced and professional. After answering all my questions and quoting me a reasonable price, he went right to work to get the job done. He did a careful and thorough job and the rugs looked and smelled like new! The entire process was easy. Been seeing their special price on Channel 8 in the morning. Finally decided to call. Scheduling was very easy. Ceasar was the technician and he was very nice and professional. He did 3 rooms and a hallway in about 30 minutes including set up. You get a payment link when the service is done so your payment info is secure. He was on time for the appointment. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Zerorez! The service I received from the first phone call I placed, to completion has been spot on (pun intended) 😉 My Service Technician (Paul) was AWESOME! Very nice & friendly. My house is approx 3500 sq ft. (up & downstairs) and I opted for their “pet” sanitizing solution along with their regular cleaning. They cleaned my formal dining room, master bedroom & closet, 14 stairs plus landing, upstairs family room, a long hall, 3 bedrooms, plus my home office. Paul took his time, yet didn’t waste time, and the end result is floors that practically look new! I will definitely use Zerorez again for any carpet cleaning needs I may have in the future! Chris was PHENOMENAL! He was informative about all available options for our carpet cleaning needs and took the time to make sure we made the best financial decision for us at this time. This is the first time a company has used a blacklight, and I really appreciate that! We knew our new dog had some accidents but he was able to pinpoint exactly where the problem areas were. We’ve had our carpets cleaned before by different companies and I will never go anywhere else but ZeroRez now. We have multiple dogs and heavy foot traffic so professional cleaning is necessary. I’ve never seen or smelled such a difference in my carpets and rug than now. Will definitely be a returning customer!I also love the ability to schedule online; as a healthcare worker on nightshift it’s always difficult for me to call for scheduling but the online scheduler made scheduling easy!

I was asked to clean three rooms, and let me tell you, the carpet was in pretty bad shape with lots of stains. But wow, the transformation was unbelievable! I really wish I had taken some before and after pictures. I highly recommend their services. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much!

I had them clean our air ducts in our small home. The tech was nice, but not very informed on how to communicate with us on a few important things. 1- we had never had this done before and were asking him questions, like should we leave because he found bacteria in the heater (huge additional cost but glad it was found). He said no, we didnt need to leave the machine would suck everything up except paint chips that he would clean up afterwards. We should have left and Ive had several people since then wonder why he told us to stay. The disinfectant was *very strong* and there was a layer of dust/bacteria/etc all over when he left. We spent the last 30 hours straight cleaning every surface of our home because I had a HUGE REACTION on my face and body. Just cover things and make sure that if you have allergies you are prepared to clean and also prepared to leave until the dust settles. Over $1K to clean our small home vents and one unit. Be expecting it to be more than the estimate, so that you are prepared in case they do find bacteria.Update: we had the bacteria levels tested by a technician 1.5 weeks after they came and it was still elevated levels. That’s over $1K that we didn’t have wasted and a whole house we had to thoroughly clean.

We gave them a second try and we are glad we did. Tristan, our technician was outstanding! He was very thorough in answering our questions and even more thorough in his work. He asked us to double check his work to ensure we were happy with the quality. It is obvious he takes pride in his work. Who does that? Literally no one ! We recommend you ask for Tristan.

This morning I saw my one year old playing with something I didn’t recognize on our floor. It was a screw that had come out of our duct panel in the night. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me.I was so excited to have my ducts cleaned after living in this house for a year and a half. It was built in the 60s and to me always smelled of dust. Even though it was $500 (with a discount), I felt it was worth the cost if it would actually help the smell and the quality of air in the house considering I have three young children. The tech came and began the process, which lasted a few hours. I noticed while he was at the house that there was a chip in one of my floorboards from the machine being taken around the house. I was bummed but figured there wasn’t anything he could do, so I didn’t mention it. A while after he left I noticed that my house was very cold. He had not turned the breaker back on, so my ac unit was off. I have never worked with electric stuff before, so I didn’t know how to turn the breaker back on. He eventually got back to me and walked me through turning it back on. All of this was upsetting, but to me not worth raising a stink about. Then a few nights ago, I heard a clicking whenever the air came on coming from the duct in my room. I did a quick Google and apparently this is from being improperly reinstalled after duct cleaning/servicing. I reached out to customer service on Sunday and heard nothing back. So this screw was what brought me here to google, because unfortunately it seems like dragging someone’s name through the mud is the only way to get them to respond to you. Bummer. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our tech, William, was super nice, friendly, thorough, dedicated to doing an awesome job and he did. He called before he came, the showed up promptly, and ready to work. He explained how the process worked and even information about the company. He covered all spots with spot remover and then proceeding to clean the carpet. It smelled so nice and clean and you could watch the difference in the carpet as he cleaned it. They had a great special on the price and we are completed happy with the outcome. When I was looking for a carpet cleaning company both my husband and my brother told me to call Zerorez after they heard of them on the radio, and I am so glad I did. I have already recommended them to my brother and will to others. If I could do 0 stars I would ! I have used them before and the costumer service is always on point they are affordable, efficient and fast. I will definitely not use them in the future. The guy that came to clean my carpets was super nice and professional but was here 20 mins and was gone 😮‍💨Update :Apparently, I jumped the gun on my review being that I did not give the floor time to dry before I did it. When my husband saw the stairs he was not impressed at all which made me examine the floor even more ……. The day after, my carpet is completely dry & as I’m looking at my stairs … I still have dirt spots on the edges each step on both sides . I have my own carpet cleaner(a Hoover spin brush) but did not want to do the carpet cleaning myself it requires too much time patience, and work this is why I hired zeroez to do it, however , I decided to redo the landing on the stairs, which is the middle part. The water was almost black. There is no way someone should pay $145 to have their stairs cleaned and the water still looks like this (below) when going behind a commercial professional carpet cleaning company. I am so disappointed this time around. The first three photos below shows the day of & a few minutes after the gentleman left the house.. the rest of these photos are from the day after after the carpet had dried you can still see on the edges of the stairs, (again both sides ) where there is a lot of dirt . I had to go over the landing multiple times!!! To get it to look better. Never again….. I should definitely be compensated for having to go behind them. This is not acceptable. People work hard and everything in the economy is high already.Update: A week and 1/2 ago someone named Diego called me in regards to my review, they wanted the opportunity to come back out and re clean my carpets to make it right, however I have already cleaned the landing and put down plastic over the carpet and installed a baby gate at the bottoms of my stairs, I simply asked for a refund and he told me they have to come out a second time before they could even consider that, given the fact I have done all this work on my stair’s he still pushed for me to let them come back out (I would have do all the work over again ) which means I would of had to pull up the plastic and un-install the gate just so they could Come and “re-do” my stairs. I declined and said if they could not refund the money I paid or even a portion of it I would just take the loss and update my review so here we are ! Once again disappointed ☹️ they would not work with me on issuing a refund or a partial refund for not doing an adequate job in the first place. He stated he would try and talk to the higher ups and call me back and I haven’t heard nothing from him since ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS

Zerorez was absolutely phenomenal. Julian Avila went above and beyond, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I did not expect the outcome to be so appealing. Thank you again and I 100% recommend Zerorez to anyone. You will not be disappointed, especially after you see my photos. The stains were from an accident involving fecal matter from a wheelchairs bound patient. Thank you again for blessing me with your services and saving me I don’t know how much on replacing carpet.

I am absolutely amazed at how fantastic my carpet looks after not being cleaned for at least five years! The technician managed to remove not only a stubborn red wine stain that had been hidden under my couch but also what seemed like tiny tar spots tracked in from the asphalt outside. I wish I had taken before photos because the transformation is unbelievable.From the first conversation to the completion of the job, the entire experience was top-notch. The technician was warm, friendly, and made the process comfortable from start to finish. 1 star as of today. I had my new living room carpet partially cleaned on 12/5/2024 due to recent pet urine stains. I did so as quickly as soon as I noticed. The technician suggested a pet urine solution for an additional $75. Total cost $215.26. The spots seemed to be visually removed upon completion. Today I rechecked the the spots and the spots are still visual. As a professional carpet cleaning company, why cant your technicians analize and determine what is best to remove the first time. Now I feel like the stains have been set in and nothing is going to remove. Now I am told it is going to cost additional 💰 to have them come back and attempt to get it right a second time with no guarantees!! Not a happy customer!

Super nice and professional. Quick and efficient. My carpets were bad and need replacement but this was great to just get a good clean! My dog even got out while we were gone and he called and was able to get her back up.

Services weren’t explained thoroughly, it was all rushed. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed as debris was left behind. I felt uncomfortable when in my own home because the man was trying to upsell me add ons. I found hair on the floor that the was not vacuumed, no walk through was done with me to ensure I was satisfied. #wouldnotrecommend

The booking aspect was very smooth, solid process. The person who came to do the work was a different story. I wasn’t at the property, so I had everything setup for them to access the house without me being there. Once he finished, he called asking for payment. When I told him I was busy at the moment, and could get it taken care of within the next 30-45 minutes, he mentioned he wasn’t able to receive his next job until payment was made. No pictures of the workmanship were offered to verify the quality of work, so I had to ask him to send them so I could see everything was complete. He sent me one of each room.When I came to the property, I found he didn’t fully do the walk-in closets, and even left the door(s) closed to each walk-in closet, enclosing the moisture in that confined space. When I opened the doors to let them air out, there was a slight smell to mildew. Additionally,I found a hand-print on my freshly painted wall.Again, smooth process to book, poor quality workmanship. Won’t use again.

He first called 30 minutes before arrival, and once he reached the property and at the point of contact, he introduced himself and explained the service process. Upon arrival, the technicians gave me a line by line explanation and cost of the cleaning job. I quickly approved many of the steps that I wanted to be performed in the cleaning process. I was shown before and after pictures, and a video of the dirt removal from one of the boxes. The video was very impressive. I highly recommend the team that I had performing the work at my location, I have already marked my calendar for a return visit in four years to have the ducks cleaned, as was recommended by the workers.I am very pleased with the service!

Very reliable place. The technician Diego did a great job. Before cleaning the couch, he did an assessment of the furniture and did a spot test. He was very honest. The customer service was great too. They all are very professional. I will definitely be happy to call them again for the next service.

Shane contacted me 30 minutes prior to confirm appt. He looked at each room just for refresh since carpets only (3) yrs installed. Explained procedure and products very knowledgeable and pleasant about doing the job. Treated one area with stain on stain resistant carpet which is under warranty. Please with outcome. Last picture was the before in most used room with original piece of carpet. The rest are all after pictures.

Our guy was great! Did an awesome job.Here is the problem. I asked him if I tipped through the app if he would get the tip. He said they split it. I asked with whom? He said the managers! The manager didn’t come out here and do any work. The manager didn’t even get the sale. I went on line and scheduled the call. I tipped the guy $100 and he only gets $50! This is an outrage!Everyone be aware. Tips don’t completely go the the people who do the work! Boo!

There’s carpet cleaning and then there’s Zerorez! I’ll admit that I don’t really like carpet - Have you ever seen what’s under your carpet when it gets pulled out? YUCK! However, I must admit John with ZeroRez gives me comfort that my carpet floors upstairs are as clean as all my tile floors! He’s been to my home twice now and is very thorough without being pushy on the adds. When he leaves:➡️ Traffic stains - gone.➡️ Kid stains - vaporized.➡️ Dog fur - eliminated.➡️ Smell - CLEAN like cotton.PS - I opt into getting them sanitized - it’s not a gimmick and truly eliminates doggy musk.

Amazing company and the two guys who come to do the job did amazing work, I am preparing my house for my first baby and their recommendation and explanation about how they will be doing the cleaning was very knowledgeable.I was worry about the product for my baby room but they explained well what type of or their are using. I paid over $300 bucks to have my carpets and hard wood cleaned and they did the carpet fine but messed up our hardwood floors. The guy doing it was on the phone with the office asking how “he will get paid” because they were not going to change me for the hardwood cleaning. It now has a film over it and looks awful. He told me they would send their hardwood guy out to fix it and I would be getting a call today to set it up. No one called… I should not have trusted they would do what they said no integrity.

Very thorough in checking for spots, etc. i told him of some Play doe that had been stuck in the carpet for awhile, he removed it completely I highly recommend this company to any one who has carpet. . .

Antonio was great! He did a thorough pretreatment inspection and asked if I had any areas of concern. He did a test cleaning on an area in my office, he showed me the results and asked if it was satisfactory. He also noted that the original factory applied protectant was worn or gone, showed me a test cloth. So I opted for the Zerorez applied protectant. He cleaned the 3 roo.s thoroughly and efficiently.Wholeheartedly recommend Antonio and ZeroRez!

The nicest guy came to my house and way faster than you can imagine, he cleaned my wall to wall carpet in my master bedroom bedroom which had a lot of stains. Its a beautiful expensive carpet which I truly thought I would have to replace. It now looks brand new! I kid you not. The guy was great, and I will never use another company.

Super easy to schedule online and I appreciate not receiving numerous phone calls for confirming appointment etc. Technician was right in the window of time I was provided and called ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival. Supe fast visit and very efficient work. I highly recommend their services. My technician was Rick, who was extremely professional and polite. My carpets look brand new, in a 5 year old home with several pets.

Amazing service!! William Earley was very friendly and walked through the house with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We usually do our carpet cleaning ourselves but decided to go with Zerorez after hearing all the amazing reviews. We are VERY pleased with the service!! Tech had hose break and soaked the walls, windows, bed and carpet area flooded to a point. Another tech was sent the next day. He attempted to suck all the water up from carpet. I never heard back from the company after this. Tech said someone would contact me to see if the pad might need to be checked. No one ever contacted me back. Terrible initial service and bad manager follow up. Stay away. Video was the next day. Look how much water was left.

Scheduling was super easy online. Associate called a few days before to confirm my appointment. Technician arrived 15 minutes into the two hour arrival window and gave me a heads up they were en route. Technician explained the carpet cleaning process and walked the rooms with me and then went to work. Did 6 rooms and 2 hallways in 2hrs and the carpet looks great! Will definitely use again.

Fast, efficient and superb cleaning. Carpets looked new and smell so fresh. Tech was curious and gave extra attention to troublesome spots. The price was great too.

Best carpet cleaning experience I’ve had in years! I was scheduled with a 2 hour window and they called to see if I wanted them to come 30 minutes early. YES! My tech, Luke was wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable, clean and patient. I was thrilled with the results and my carpet and area rugs looked brand new.

Outstanding job. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had 10 year old game room carpet and stairs done and it looks/smells new which is not easy with two dogs, cat and a teen who just moved away to college. Technician was so professional, nice and courteous. He said he had enough time for last minute add on jobs and did our sofa and recliner which now look showroom new. He was not pushy; we were when we saw what great results we were getting. Will definitely use them again.

Good service, questionable pricing. Requested a quote and told them 3 rooms plus stairs and hallway. They ask how many steps on the stairs and told them 17 plus a small landing. They sent quote with 3 rooms and stairs which looked reasonable. They put $5 for the stairs. When the tech got to the place, he said its $5 per step, which now increases their quote by $65.Other than that, Antonio was great and did a good job.

Could not be more pleased. This company is so easy to work with. From setting the appointment to working with the technician. Today we had Shane and he had to be one of the most respectful young man we have met. He did a great job getting some annoying stains out of my son’s carpet. Thank you! Highly recommend!

10/10Great job!When the technician realized he would be late, the office called with a new arrival time. The technician called within the next few minutes advising of his estimated arrival time. Once on site, he took time looking at the areas we wanted cleaned and informed me beforehand of areas that he thought may not come clean due to wear and age of carpet, which I totally expected. However, the cleaning was even better than he thought.Overall, we were very pleased with the outcome and his efforts to get our carpet as clean as possible.Pictures below are before and after.

Mario communicated well throughout the whole process from the advanced notice that he was on his way to explaining the ins and outs of carpet care, identifying areas with pet urine and the pricing calculations on additional items we were considering having cleaned. He was transparent regarding pricing and respected our decisions on what to clean now and what to wait on. We are pleased with the result and would use Zerorez again.

We had a great experience. Got rid of our dogs urine smell. I tried so many different things to get it out. I bought even a new $99 carpet cleaner vacuum with a shampoo that was recommended for removing dog pee smell remove it. It definitely reduced it, but it did not remove it completely. Now I smell no dog pee, and they didn’t have to flash flood it either. Definitely worth trying before ripping out the entire carpet.

I was able to schedule on Friday and get someone next day on a Saturday! We have 4 kids, 3 cats and 2 dogs. Built our house new 5 years ago and have never had the carpet professionally cleaned. Needless to day our carpet was terrible. I was astonished how much better it looks. Its crazy, we were about to replace the carpet but this gave it new life.

I was not there when technicians came to do the floors. But my daughter said the techs were very polite and patient and that the carpets looks great. My only complaint was that the person who I talked to to schedule the appointment said several times during our conversation there would be no tax charged, just the $25 service fee. When I received the invoice it included the service fee as well as tax. When I called again, the person I spoke with said we were in an area where tax was charged.

Very pleased with the Zerorez rep that came to clean my carpet. He did a wonderful job and took less than an hour to complete them. Considering my apt mgmt should replaced them before I moved in, they look a great deal better than they did prior to being cleaned.

My Zerorez tech was friendly and fast but he did an amazing job! He talked me through my options and was upfront with all costs and information! I couldn’t be happier with the work!

EDIT: Just wanted to add that following my service yesterday, I contacted the company to ask a question about which product to use for a couple of sticky spots after the sealant was applied, and they sent Tristan back out to clean those up for me. That was much appreciated, but certainly above and beyond. Tristan did excellent work both times, and I will request Tristan again for any future work!Tristan was on time and friendly, and he walked me through each step before he did it, to make sure it was what wed agreed on. There were no pressure sales tactics, though he was happy to give me an estimate for additional work when I asked. Payment through the link he sent was simple and convenient. We will definitely contact Zerorez next time we need service.

The only areas of my carpet that was dirty were the high traffic areas. When the job was complete the same areas was dirty. Literally even single spot that was on my carpet for the cleaning was still there after the cleaning . I trying to talk to the cleaner about it and he kept short answering me and cutting me off. Same he don’t think nothing can be done they are permanent.I used regular water, a $1 brush, and dawn power wash and did a better job than him. Stained pic is after their cleaning $242, the other three are my $5 cleaning.

I was quoted 226, 4-6hr dry time, foam blocks to place furniture back in the room. Final bill was over 462! Took over 22hrs to dry, carpets were soaked, and they forgot foam blocks. Tech had to dig through truck for 1 by 1 inch blocks just so we had a way to put our bed down. I would never recommend this company, it was total bait and switch. For further clarification, the person in my home that was there only to be present and pay the 226 was on the phone (working in the office) and was interrupted by tech telling him he was putting a treatment down. Since this option wasn’t discussed on the quote I wasn’t aware it was even something I needed to let him know to decline. Also, when carpets are cleaned you can expect to see nice clean lines on the carpet there were none. Just super wet carpet. When talking to the manager the next day it was stated that I should have been the one to communicate better with the person who paid the bill on-site (I had no clue, how could I communicate something I wasn’t informed about initially). No accountability for the person who said their dry time is only 4-6hrs, no accountability for the fact that the website says they don’t soak your carpet, no accountability for the tech interruptions, no accountability for forgetting the foam blocks. I could have used any other company and gotten a better result. The carpet didn’t look better, was soaked, and the small area under our bed with pet damage (that we didn’t even know was there until we took apart the bed) smelled up the entire house for days when there wasn’t a pet smell issue before the cleaning. Don’t use this company.

The carpet was badly stained but the zeroes cleaned until it looked like new. Also a refreshing smell. The technician was very professional and put a lot of muscle into it. I especially like the fact that they do not use detergent but clean only with steam.

I wouldn’t recommend.We were quoted 200.00 for a standard carpet cleaning. When the cleaner arrived, he recommended that we receive a pet treatment. Did not discuss pricing or additional add ons. The cleaner was here maybe an hour and we received an invoice for 750.00 (right before Christmas I might add) I called the company as soon as the cleaner left to discus what happened here. We were told me had to sign the invoice, then call management….. They told me this was the most expensive “solution” … our carpets are almost new…. Why on earth would we need the most expensive treatment, and I would never pay 750.00 for a standard clean. This is highway robbery…. So disappointing.

Harrison was the person who came to do carpets, He was the kindest man ever! Did a great job and was in and out quickly but thorough! Got stains out that were there for a long time. Highly recommend Zerorez! Very professional company!

Zerorez is an awesome carpet company. I recommend them to everyone. I found them out by watching Good Morning Texas on channel 8. The technician they sent out to do my home name was Joe. He was very professional and did an awesome job in cleaning the rooms suggested. Thanks Zerorez for a Job well done.

Fantastic job !Our technician , Randy was on time with a 15 minute curtesy call as stated . He was very professional and did a super job cleaning 3 rooms of carpet - it’s looks new . It’s been raining all day outside , but Randy left zero evidence inside after multiple trips in and out of our home . I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend using Zerorez for your carpet cleaning .

My puppy got sick in the night andI needed carpet cleaned quickly. They were able to come the next day! The technician that came was very helpful, courteous, pleasant, and thorough! The Carpet looks wonderful and smells so good in here. I would recommend zero Rez and will use them again.

My appointment (1st on the schedule) was pushed by 4 hours and I was notified 10min before the scheduled time causing me to reschedule my entire day. Not cool! Fortunately, the tech was professional and let me vent without escalating, He also finished the job to my satisfaction. Afterwards, the tech had a customer rep contact me regarding the initial issue and they agreed to discount my service. Overall, while it started out rocky, it ended somewhat on the positive. Although my time was negatively impacted the rest of the day.😑

My wife and I threw a dart at the carpet cleaner dart board and ended up hitting the bullseye. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Zerorez. The scheduling was easy, the communication was great, Charles the technician was superb and the results were excellent. The cleanliness of the carpets exceeded our expectations. We were afraid that because we went with the lowest price (another plus) we were going to get a less than desirable experience. Nothing could be further from the truth. Can’t say enough good things about Charles. He was professional, courteous and completely thorough in his explanation of the process. He paused several times to make sure we were happy with the results and give us the chance to change course if we wanted to. If Charles is representative of the whole Zerorez company, we would use them again in a heartbeat.
