I had what I thought would be an ordinary air duct service today 3-10-24. Of course, I have never had this done in all the years that I have lived in my home and didn’t know what to expect. Today I got “Expert” service from Jeff Pena. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail and did a complete air duct cleaning - 20 yrs worth of dust and junk in all the ducts are finally removed from my home. I enjoyed having Jeff as my tech. If you just need maintenance, or you need a complete cleaning, my recommendation will be with On Time Home Experts, and Jeff Pena as your technician. I am very pleased and excited to see the difference. It is going to make in the air quality of my home for myself and my family. Thank you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The company advertised a $99 service, included cleaning all vents. However, the technician informed me that the $99 only covered connecting his machine to one vent to extract loose dust. He then quoted me $1,400 for a full duct cleaning.I am deeply frustrated that the companys initial advertising was misleading and lacked transparency regarding the true cost of duct cleaning. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to lure customers in with a low price and then significantly inflate the charges once the technician is on-site.To add insult to injury, the technician charged me an additional $120 to clean just the return duct. Furthermore, the invoice included an unexpected service fee on top of taxes and other charges, which I consider to be a deceptive practice.I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will not recommend this company to anyone due to their misleading advertising and unfair pricing.

I was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness and transparency of the inspection and the professionalism and respect provided by Tom. He was also very attentive to ensure the area where the work was performed was left cleaner than before he showed up. I told him I would haul away all the soot but he insisted on taking it with him. Great experience!

On Time Home Experts are 2024’s version of what I expect customers service was like in the 1950’s. I called a year after buying a home and paying for a deep cleaning. I had an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the work OTHE had done the previous year! The manager was halfway across the world dealing with problems far bigger than checking out my air ducts AND STILL called and personally made sure my wife and I were taken care of. I’d give 10 stars if Google would let me. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

On time home expert cleaned our air ducts, and the difference is definitely noticeable. My allergies have been acting up less than when after they finish the job . they were efficient and I appreciated the technicians for wearing shoe covering to keep the house clean and they explain how to maintain the system.

Amazing Work! Carlos was such an honest and hardworking guy. Thats very rare nowadays! I called On Time Home Experts as a second opinion and Im so glad I did!! Another company lied to me and was trying to have me pay $1,600 for things that werent really wrong with my AC unit. Carlos came and right off the bat showed me with pictures how much the guy lied to me. I cant speak highly enough of Carlos. He worked so hard and stayed until he finished the job. He was super friendly and very caring towards me and my family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I will definitely be calling for Carlos with any future services!!!

The air duct services did not initially advise that it’s only for loose dust in the air vents. Typical services include taping off vents throughout the house and using a strong blower to push the dust out and another to pull the dust out to ensure clean vents. Additionally the dryer vent cleaning left my laundry room dusty as all the lint was pulled into the house without and kind of suction to limit the dust. The services should be up front prior to booking advising of the level of clean to expect.

I cannot say enough about Brian and his professional attitude and his ability to do what 5 ones before him couldn’t do. He came in with a determination to get our fireplace repaired. He approached the problem at hand, explained what was wrong, and stayed with it until it was working properly. Brian is a true asset to your company.

Disappointed! I had a tech come out and hook up a machine to one vent and told me that dust was being sucked out and a sanitizer anti microbial solution applied. Hours after the tech left the air didnt seem fresher. This was on 5/7. On 5/10 I had another company come out and theres a pile of dust in my vents. Nothing was removed. I paint over $500 for this service for nothing to be resolved and I am spending more money again. I need a refund as this is unacceptable and if I had relied on the work being done my family would still have issues with their allergies. Not pleased.

Initially quoted for a $69 job for dryer vent cleaning soon ended up becoming a $400 job, double dipping costs in their invoice stating that maintenance cleaning is not included in the so-called deep cleaning to remove the clog. Note that the antimicrobial treatment ($149) to open the duct up is not included in the ‘deep cleaning ($182)’ and charged on top of the regular dryer vent cleaning at $69, totaling $400, ending up five times more than the initially quoted job. Feels like been ripped off and would not recommend dealing with them and look further.

We had a couple of scheduling conflicts but no big deal. The tech Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He also alerted me to the fact that our builder never installed the special filter required in the HVAC unit itself. This is why we were always getting so much pet hair and dust in our house.
