Texas Air Conditioning and Heating

We had the AC go out in our shop, Roys Pawn & Gun. This unfortunately happened during business hours so we were in desperation mode to get it up and running asap. We called these guys and not only were they able to come right out and diagnose the issue, but they had the parts in stock and fixed it one the spot. AND they found and fixed some other things that prevented future problems. Mark and Wesley are extremely professional and honest making Texas Air our go-to guys! Thank you again!

My mom’s AC went out yesterday 6.26 and we callled Mark and West immediately. They were able to come out within 30 minutes and diagnose our concerns and what was needed. Due to timing they had to order the part to get for today 6.27.24. They were able to obtain the part needed come in and install the motor. Mark and West are professionals, courteous, honest and transparent on the problems and what it will cost. I will continue to use their services for my mom’s AC/Heating needs and mine as well. Hands down 5 out of 5

Called and spoke to Mark & was told someone would be out around noon. Wesley actually showed up an hour early, which was great because my AC was completely out & it was HOT. Wesley made sure the AC worked properly. He tested it several times to make sure it was fixed and I appreciate that. I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 because of the additional charge of $8.75 for service fee that I was not aware of. Other than that, I am happy with the service and will use them again for my annual tune-up.

Mark Heine and his son Wesley have worked on our AC units for several years now. Their work is thorough and careful, and they’re great at diagnosing, fixing, and sustaining HVAC units. Texas Air Conditioning and Heating will never charge for things we don’t need - and they’re tremendously responsive. It’s great company with great people - we won’t use anyone else. Five stars.

Mark and Wesley were great to work with. Very pleasant, efficient, and effective. We were without heat with an artic blast on the way. They put in the extra effort to ensure we had heat in time. It was great to get up this morning feeling toasty! Thanks guys - y’all were great!

Both Wesley and Mark are great to work with! The woman who left a recent one star review - all her other reviews are in Austin so theres probably another a/c company with a similar name and she didnt take the time to make sure she had the correct one. That happens a lot on Google.

Called Texas Air Conditioning and Heating out to fix a failed capacitor in the condenser. From the time I called to the time my A/C was back up and running was under 1.5 hours.Service was quick and professional, serviceman was friendly and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Ive been using these guys for over 15 years. Good, honest, family owned business. Mark and Wesley are great. The replaced my entire system over 10 years ago and i have not had 1 issue. I also get an annual service from them every year around May to make sure everything is running ok and i dont have any malfunctions during the middle of summer. Highly recommend!!

Texas Air Conditioning & Heating bailed me out last summer when our A/C stopped working, they were very responsive and able to get out the same day and make the repair (replaced the capacitor). They did a great job on the seasonal inspection this spring. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Mark & Wesley are top notch! Found my AC issue and tried to save me as much money as possible to repair the problem. Very professional and completed the job perfectly while dealing with the extreme Dallas heat! Truly care about their customers.

I placed a call in the morning and had my air conditioner fixed by late afternoon! Mark and Wes were professionals. They explained the current problem, what they would do to get me back up and running and then fixed the issue quickly and professionally. It was nice to deal with a small business owner who was able to explain the problem concisely and then take the corrective measures to get me back up and running. Mark and Wesley at Texas Air Conditioning & Heating went out of their way to help me quickly when the heat went out in my home, and fixed the existing system, saving me thousands. This was after I reached out to one of the big name companies who advertise $129 will make your heat work better who refused to do anything because I needed a $17000 new system in my 1600 sq ft house. All it really needed was a good cleaning and someone who could do the maintenance my neglected system needed. If you want someone to save your system instead of pushing you to buy a new one reach out to these guys. They are awesome!

We had such a great experience with Texas AC/Heat. They came out within 1 day to look at our heating system and were able to fix it the same day. They were honest and transparent about the issues + costs. I would definitely recommend this company!

We had been serviced by the Heines for three years and every time Mark and his son Wesley have been fast to respond to our request and very professional. We called these nice people this morning to take a look at our heater that quit working. They quoted us a time to come between 3-4pm but called earlier and came right over :). Mark and his son Wesley were quick to identify and fix the problem and for a reasonable amount. Fast, Friendly, Honest, Prompt and Reasonable earns them an A+ from us!!! Will not hesitate to use them again.

Yearly service and maintenance for gas furnace and central A/C, and repair work for various problems over the years. Flexible scheduling for each event, but quick to respond when something is needed. Everything these guys do is done well. When a time is set, Texas HVAC is prompt and very efficient in going right to work to identify and fix the problem. They care for both my residence in Dallas and a rental property in Cedar Hill. My repairs have each been timely, effective and reasonably priced. Mark Heine works diligently with his technicians and his client to find affordable and beneficial solutions.

I’m a mechanic by trade so I can do mechanical work. I had a compressor fan burn up, I looked the parts up ordered them and installed it. I still had a problem and called Texas Air Conditioning and Heating. They showed up ahead of schedule, found a bad connector and fixed the issue. The young man was hesitant to charge me but I insisted. We agreed to a price, I learned something new and highly recommend this company!

Recommended by a neighbor. Been having the same problem with drain line for years. Other company too lazy to figure it out. Wesley with Texas Air Conditioning and Heating came over and solved the problem and actually FIXED it. He did a great job, he taught me how my drain works and showed me where my drain line connects to the plumbing in the house under the sink. This company is poor to say the least. They set the appointment for repair on the day and time window. No one shows up at all, toward the end of the day I called the office to inquire where the tech is.. They say the tech had a personal emergency.. and they rescheduled for next day.. Next day comes and again no show..I call the office and there is no apologies for the lack of service. I ask what do I do as i have had no ac for a week.. admin says do what you got to do??!. They say the tech will be out between a new window and doesnt show again....What has happened to customer service and reputation in business. Doing what you say you would do? If the owners of this company are wondering why their business is down.. they should look internally real hard.. simple math treat customers bad they slowly go away. WAKE UP!

The customer service was horrible. Was not on time. Arrived 4 hours late. The technician was very unprofessional and rude. One guy was in training he said and had no clue to what he was doing. I voice my concerns to company I did not get any feedback to even an attempt to correct or address the issue. I wasted a whole day and my unit still was not fix. The company need to make sure the technicians that are sent to people home are train to perform the job, trust worthy and have customer service training.

Would not recommend these guys to anybody. Had them scheduled to come fix my AC, my ETA got pushed back without them notifying anybody. My house was 95 degrees waiting around, theFirst Lady hung up on me and the supervisor threaten to push my time back even further. Ran by incompetent people

Wesley has helped with our AC units on a few occasions. Prompt, communicates well and trustworthy! Always provides excellent service!

Blower motor went out at 2am Thursday. Mark replaced it this AM. The ac is humming again by 10am Friday on a 105 heat wave week. My mom thanks you Mark!
