Collin was a great technician, so updated on info and so ready to work on and respond to any damage/ repair to Furnace. In fact, he took care of my 2 condensers also. Full blown great tech does that. So so happy with his service. My full points and all the best for him.

Tech indicates the parts required to repair the ice maker are not in stock at Sears and his manager request I reach out to Bosch to try and acquire the parts.Sorry Sears Im not on your payroll and if wanted to chase parts I would have never signed for your home protection. Secondly any manager that would request that non sense from a customer should be removed from his duties immediately IMO.So Ive scheduled another service for this week (#6) total to see what we can get done to fix a frigging ice maker, hate to see what happens if like my AC were to break or need service.My confidence in this $90 a month Sears home protection program is dwindling at a rapid pace.
Showed up 38 minutes after the estimated arrival time...no updates on arrival...so that doesnt earn great ratings.Hard to know how good they are, this turned out to be a simple issue they couldnt fix for me....the problem needs to be addressed by apartment building. But the technician didnt offer any assistance in the way of documenting the problem to help me with the landlord.
After paying for the parts and having them shipped to me, I have 7 different appointments with this company that they have reschedule or no showed. I have taken off from work 2 days which wasted because they didnt show. I have called several times requesting to speak with a supervisor. I have left my number but I never received a return call. This company is a scam! If not, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Dont use this company. They will not respect you or your time.
Nothing covered. The technician was nice - but why would I repair a dishwasher for around $650 when I can buy a new one for less?

The technician had me sign an electronic receipt explaining it was my acknowledgement of the part he replaced. Now Im in receipt of an email saying the technician talked to be about damage to my floor while moving the appliance. This is the first I saw this or knew of this. So the electronic form he asked me to sign wasnt acknowledging the replacement part but was for damage to my floor which he never mentioned. This is dishonest and sneaky.
