I went for simple vehicle inspection. After the inspection I asked if they could change the driver side wiper blade. The guys said that only that needed to be changed and asked $15 for it. I okayed it. After a while when I saw from the window of the waiting room there were three people struggling with m SUV(2019 Lexus). I was surprised that they had a hard time getting that blade off. Finally they said it was going to Cost $45 iinstead of $15 agreed upon earlier. They tore the lower end of my wiper blade when I told them politely to put it back. I was amazed at this crooked behavior this business. I would advise all people to stay away from this auto repair shop. They were very rude when I told them of their fraudulent behavior.F. I called around so many places about the front of my Bumper on my vehicle everybody was taking advantage and charging me way too expensive prices take advantage I’m a woman and I didn’t have no man with me as soon as I called Carzone I spoken with KD He helped me out he told me to send him pictures. He said 260 total to fix that in my door. Everybody else was charging me 1500 2000 when I tell y’all Carzone is the best car mechanic by OVERALL They are there the best they have me for life and they do everything they’re all changes when I KD It’s only 40 bucks when I tell you I love this CarPlace so much I never in my life had a car shop connects to the customers as this place does in I was waiting while my car was getting fixed, they offered if I was high, do I want the AC on? I said I’m OK he still cut it on All the guys kept coming out asked me do I want some water knowing I have water already that I brought this place is amazing especially if you’re a woman that single go here I highly recommend it.

Had a flat and ended up having all four tires changed here. Nazir did a great job of getting my car and I to the shop and getting me all set. You can tell the staff here cares about their customers and getting them the best deal possible. Would definitely recommend!

QUICK, AFFORDABLE, AND PROFESSIONALI was on my way to the local halal market when I got a flat tire. I started calling local tire shops in the area and CarZone was the closest. This shop is muslim owned and they took care of me. I spoke with Khalid, he was very kind and professional. They replaced my tire while I waited in their lobby. All in all very positive experience, my car is driving smoother than before my tire even went flat.

I had a potentially VERY DANGEROUS situation today and these guys literally saved my day (and my car)!! Not only did they come and get the car off of the busy freeway, they FIXED THE CAR and I DROVE IT HOME within a couple of hours. My 2006 Lexus IS250 was sent to CarZone in Irving Texas to have a new engine replaced. I paid 1,100.00 for a New Engine to be put in my car, I also paid 1,100.00 from another card for the labor. I got my car back in worse condition. My air & music no longer works in my car, my back windows won’t let down as well. The main thing is I had my car sent to this shop for an engine replacement and I didn’t receive the service. I have proof of the same engine in my car from before it was dropped off. I got my car back with check engine lights still on, same engine and not the New one I paid for, I was told by a worker (Ronaldo) that the engine was sent back to LKQ because it wasn’t an engine problem. I should’ve known something when the owner persisted that I pay him in cash. People Trust You To Fix Their Cars, Do Better As An Owner Cali/ Khalid.

Scammers. went in for a headlight bulb replacement. they tried telling me it’s not working and they’d have to inspect the harness by taking out the headlight. when i declined the service i came home and checked they disconnected the harness wire which connects to the headlight. i fixed it myself.

No so many people who had problems with this location posts things. Since they are aggravated with poor service. Since I had multiple problems with the so called mechanics and the shop staff I decided to post this remark. I paid over 3000 thousand dollars to have all my engine; transmission, value cover, etc gaskets replaced. They took over two months to finish the job and not even a week later gaskets started leaking oil. In additional I started having problems with other unrelated parts. Several of their poorly trained mechanic took the entire engine apart 4 times from the frame and put it back horrible. My car had muliple loose parts, which became damaged. My water pump, my power steering pump, my pulleys, my belt, my radiator hoses, one of my headlights, the electrical wiring, the alignment and my steering wheel is loose.I had to leave the car there for another month to fix it. Ali, the store manager complained that his mechanics screwed it up, which happened to have left the shop. I came there over 17 times and each time Ali would complain on those mechanic, which I would argue he hired them not me. The Owner, another individual who has no idea about what is going on in his shop besides taking the customers money to the casino, every single week as the shop complained about. Each time I came back to the shop with a problem, Ali tells me that the parts are warranted but has no time to get my car in. He clearly cares about collecting money from customers and ignoring the problems that happen afterwards. He either complaints about not having enough space, his store manager not paying him, not finding mechanics and when he gives me a date to came in, guess what????? He doesnt have time or space when I came back.DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE TERRIBLE IN THEIR OF SERVICE!THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR PREVIOUS MECHANICS!THEY ARE NOT UP TO THEIR WORDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!Reposted--- Ali called me more times after this was posted then he ever did to fix my car. In addition the scamming owner posted that I did not detail the problem..... Hello... please read the sentences. I was referred by Orileys, next door after I told them my break fluid light came on. I immediately went to car zone and the staff was so accommodating and educated me about how serious not having break fluid can be and how it could really damage the car. I had to pick my mom up at the airport the next day by 3. They made all the accommodations for me to get back home by giving me a ride, assuring the vehicle was carefully repaired by the time I needed my car and picked me up at my house to get the car! Well before 3pm. They also vacuumed my car out making it look so clean for when I picked my mom up. They not only took care of my car but my mom and myself ! They are more then just a shop. If you want to be treated like family you will go there!! I trust them and they are very honest! On top of outstanding customer service and repairs the cost was affordable. There is no reason to go anywhere else ! They also have the best prices for oil changes. Thank you again especially to Steve !

I was referred to car zone by a guy that I was having tow my car. I used them to fix and engine problem tht I had. The service was great and the owner was cool, so I decided that I would make this place my permanent mechanic. I had an issue with my radiator and when you are a customer at car zone, you get free towing services, which was another great plus for me because when my radiator went out, they came and got my car, right away, and got it fixed right back up for me, in a good amount of time. I trust the mechanic, and even did my research beforehand, to know that he is definitely fair with prices

I picked up my auto at CarZone yesterday after it had been there a few days to be repaired for water in the gas tank. I was thoroughly pleased with how it performed and how it sounded like a new car when I drove it home. Everyone working there are so nice and friendly. They were really concerned about making sure that my auto was running perfectly before releasing it to me. Also, their rates are very reasonable and they dont overcharge. It was a very pleasant experience and I would use them again for my auto repairs and maintenance. They certainly deserve a five-star rating!

Best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. I was amazed at how great the prices were, how friendly the staff was, and how quick their service is. I came in around lunch time and they were so nice they offered me food. I had my car towed and when it got dropped off they diagnosed the issue in minutes. This placed saved me so much more money than if I took my car to a Dealership or any other major auto shop AND they had me back on the road the same day. These guys were very nice, they told me they would call by noon with a diagnosis and they did. They told me they could finish same day, and they did. Then, when they found out that I needed the car for work, but wasn’t able to come pick it up, they brought it to me at no charge. That’s the best customer service I have ever had from any car repair shop, and would highly recommend them! Great place!

Steve and the other staff is so awesome at Car Zone. They did a great job on my car in a timely manner. I was scared I would have to pay so much in storage fees but Steve ensured me that everything will be just fine and that he will allow my car to be there while in getting my insurance straightened out without fees. Everything Steve told me he stuck to his word. The staff was so courteous and I was scared to go to a new shop I never been to but I don’t regret it because it was the best experience thus far I have ever had. Diagnosed my A/C problem right away as well as identified other minor issues with my 1997 Chevy C1500 and fixed those at a reasonable price and minimum wait. While waiting I could not help but overhear owners of this business speaking to their other prospective customers over the phone. Unlike other garages in the area, they do not turn people away based on the time they call for assistance. I called them at 1130 am on a Friday and they did not hesitate and me to bring the car in. Several called later in the afternoon and they received the same response. Many garages will not provide this type of service. They did not request that I leave the car nor that they would be able to get to it tomorrow. They repaired my A/C and completed the other minor repairs in a respectable time and so far all is working well. They indicated the repair comes with a one year warranty. Yes, I will be seeing them again for additional auto repairs. I believe I have found a good and thoughtful mechanic here in Irving, TX.

I’m very glad I finally found an auto mechanic I can trust. I took my car in for a break job. After inspecting my car they informed me that all I needed were rear break pads and that all my rotors and front pads were in good shape. They could have easily recommended more than I needed and I would have gone along. But they didn’t. Very honest and fair pricing. I highly recommend this place.

I think Steve and his team are the best auto repairers in town. Steve was very quick and efficient finding four wheels to tow my car (I remember another towing company, Jordan Towing, was asking me to find the wheels...). I had a terrible experience with my car insurance company, Progressive, but Steve was very helpful and efficient managing the whole process and the negotiations with them. He fixed the car one week earlier than expected. The price is very reasonable (much lower than other repairers, such as Parkplace bodyworks, quoted). Overall, Steve really cares about his customers. Highly recommended and will definitely go back for the annual service.

This place went above and beyond. I came to them as I was suspicious about the other mechanic. They checked my car and gave me an accurate diagnosis. Their price was fair and saved me few hundreds. I ended up going with them for all the repairs. Great customer service and fair prices.

Went in to get a ECM they said it would cost $1300 and instead said wires was short so they said they fixed it but as soon as we left it broke down again. Took back up there they said there was water under floor board and need to wrap the wires and said it was fixed. Broke down again with same issue. They said the ECM needed replaced. Now been in the shop for two months and they said they got a new ECM in but its not working and have to take it elsewhere. They charged $1000 to wrap wires when when we first got there told them I needed ECM and their computer said ECM but now they said I have to take it elsewhere.

I highly recommend taking your car to them if you have any issues with your car. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful. I will certainly be returning and bring my other cars also from now on. I want to continue to build my relationship with this auto repair shop.Try them out! I’m sure you will not regret it.

My vehicle needed some AC work and Carzone was referred to me by a friend. Carzone did a good job and was able to get me back on the road quickly while providing great customer service and competitive pricing.

My wife and I had a great experience. They quickly figured out our cars issue and did a wonderful job. Their tow truck rate was far better than any other place we quoted as well.

Tow driver was wonderful. Repairs were fairly quick and the prices were competitive. They called to update me several times and explained all costs and repairs thoroughly, letting me know what needed to be repaired now and what could wait. Good experience!

Where do I begin... Mark literally saved us from a perfect storm that involved three tow trucks and a broken transmission on a luxury sports car. It seems like it does take a genius to get out of such a situation, and Mark was the guy. Not only did he provide a seamless, careful tow service - we love our Corvette and did NOT want to have it dragged - but he also was able to repair it in less than 24 hours. His team was also very service oriented and provided excellent communication through the process. Highly recommended, save their number on your phone!

Steve did an amazing job with my tow! He was quick to respond and kept in contact with me as he was on his way. Once he arrived, he had my car loaded very quickly. He was really friendly and I will certainly call him again in the future for tow services!

Steve was amazingly helpful when helping me with my car after an accident in which my car was parked and the drivers had no insurance. Steve knew that it wasn’t right that I would have to come out of pocket for the damages through my insurance. He offered a price I couldn’t beat, and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing from the tow to the actual maintenance. Jessica at the front desk was also very considerate calling during the week to check on me. I’ll be sending others to this shop for sure. Finding a reliable repair shop can be tough but Car Zone was not only fast, efficient and reliable but saved me thousands of dollars from my quote at my local Mercedes dealership. They delivered on everything that they promised and did it in a quicker time than promised...Being new to the area I struggled to find a shop outside of my expensive dealership for repairs but Car Zone is my first stop... I have done everything from having my wheels refinished, to new brakes and tires, to window tints and services of oil changes and fluid top offs...Highly recommend this being your first stop

Do not ever go here!!!! They are get overs. They charge $165 just for towing less than 10 minutes away and $85for diagnostics an hour. The cost for repair is ridiculous. What they told me was a $4200 job end up being $1300 once I had it towed to another carshop. Please dont let them trick you with the auto financing program. I had to input my income as $9000/per paycheck take home pay just to get $1000 approved. The people are really nice here but dont let that fool you. Go to Japanese Auto Repair instead. They are amazing. They do good work, will refurbish your current parts and prices are reasonable. They never disappoint. My first option was to go back to Japanese Auto, Ive been to Japanese Auto plenty times before for different repairs/cosmetics. But the tow guy at Car Zone made the auto repair finance deal seem amazing and it was not. They try to see how much you get approved first before doing a diagnostic. It felt like a scam. Why would they need to see my approval price before looking at my car? Shoulda followed my first mind...smh.

The Engine in my 2010 Jeep Commander needed to be replaced other places around quoted a 3 week turnaround and a cost nearing $6k. They were able to find an affordable, low mileage engine with a warranty at a fraction of the cost and installed it in less than 5 days. I live in Dallas but will gladly make the trip to Irving for all the Jeep’s Oil Changes, and all other preventative maintenance needs.

This place saved me from wasting 10K + on a used car!I brought a used car here during a test drive, and the sales associate came along with me. Ali inspected the car, and once he was done, called me and the sales associate inside.He then asked, which one of you is the prospective buyer. After I said it was me, he then looked at me and said, hes not going to like what Im about to tell you. Ali proceed to tell me everything wrong with the car, including the fact that THE TRANSMISSION WASNT GOING TO LAST ANOTHER MONTH.I appreciate Alis honesty and that he wasnt afraid to say to truth in front of the salesman. I was suggested Carzone from a friend, my Range Rover bags and suspension was out and they gave me a great price and worked with me! They took care of me from start to finish and even sent me updates without updates! They will be earning all future business.

I took my car to car zone and the employees there treated me with great respect and were very reasonable on pricing. I will go nowhere else but to car zone for any mechanical or automotive needs. They finished my car in a very timely manner and had me back on the road in no time thank you so much to everyone at car zone especially Steve, he’s the best in the DFW.

I had a fender bender and called tow truck which charged me 85 and i do not have a problem with that except that i could not get a receipt. tow truck driver urged me to have my van towed to Car Zone and i did against my better judgement. He told me that the shop would give me a cost for repairing it so the next day when the shop called and gave me a huge inflated cost of replacing the parts. The thing is that I know how much the parts are to replace and I have even done the same repair myself. He kept trying to talk me into getting it repaired there and dropped the price from I think 1200 to 800 but i knew i could get done for 500. So, i had to get another tow truck who charged another 85 but when i went up there to get my van, Car Zone charged me 100 they aaid for diagnoatics.When all they did was put my van on a lift. It was obvious what needed to be replaced and i should have been told about this 100 diagnostic fee before the point where i had to go pick up my van..So i am out almost 300 before anything is even done to my van.. And yes, i did get it as good as new for 500 from another mechanic. I do not encourage people to get their vehicle fixed here. You really need to find out for yourself how much your parts are. These guys will overcharge for aftermarkets parts that they install. So, I never saw anything that said i would have to pay 100 for diagnostics and the tow truck driver who picked up my van from there, it turns out that he was friends of the shop owner. He calls the owner and i do believe he told the owner to charge tme the 100 fee. They next day i called to try and get receipt but the owner said I had to get it from the tow truck driver. When I called the tow truck driver he said that the receipt was at the shop. These guys cannot be trusted. I called Car Zone a couple of days later and told them that if they would give me a front end alignment for the 100 that they charged me, then i would be cool with having paid the 100.. But. they did not comply.. I read these reviews before i let my van go there and i read where they do not charge for diagnostics for other people. If they had done diagnostics, that is one thing but all they did was put my van on the lift and look at the suspension just as i did when i got there. It was obvious what needed to be replaced from the impact

My rear end went out a week before payday. I did not have enough money to fix my car. He worked out a payment arrangement with me and I had my car back in 2 days. My experience here wasnt too bad! These guys were able to get my car fixed in no time. They knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it! I would most definitely come back in the future for any issues that I do have.

I took my car to this place for front end work and they held it for 5 weeks returned it with missing parts and damage to the paint on the rear bumper. Steve promised to fix it (damage to my rear bumper)same day and told me a crazy story about how when I got my brakes checked my regular mechanic took the cailper covers off. Steve sent me away because he said he didnt have a loaner that day which was Wednesday ( i saw a loaner Honda CRV sitting in the parking lot) and told me to come back the next morning. The next morning Nizar sent me away saying they would call me when the loaner was ready. Its 3 days later and no one has contacted me. Thousands of dollars they received from me and my insurance to fix my car and they return it to me reduced with more damage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is an excellent shop with polite staff and great pricing. Crazy fast service, and they even let me borrow a loaner car while I was waiting on getting my motor mounts replaced. I definitely recommend this business.

I want to thank Carzones Nizar for rescuing me twice. I own a 2008 Benz with over 200,000 miles and hope to accumulate more. My steering wheel lock reached its limit which required a replacement. My car was repaired and ready to drive in about one day. All well but a few months later within a year of initial repair my new smartkey chip went partly bad unable to unlock doors and open the trunk electronically. And just a fyi the battery in the smartkey was not the problem. This was corrected with a new replacement programmed smartkey with no additional cost. It only took a few minutes and I was set to go. The cost of repair was reasonable and fair compared to going to a Benz Dealership due to the age of my car I felt. In making your decision who to work on your car, please at least check with Carzone 1st for their knowledge. They will be honest and sincere to answer to the best of their ability.

They turned what I thought would be over a day or two job into just two hours and educated me on my car and even helped me save money by pointing out exactly what was wrong and they even suggested I take back the parts that I already brought but didnt need. I wish I could give 0 stars. I was convinced by the tow truck driver to use this shop over the discounted price I had at meineke. He gave me a free tow but I tipped him well. After going back and forth with this guy, I went for it. My girlfriends 2002 PT Cruiser also known as a p.o.s to Chris the manager at carzone, needed motor mounts and an oil change. Chris did let me leave the car there as I paid weekly because I honestly didnt know how much repair it needed. So initially I asked to have the battery changed, oil change and motor mounts. He stated we needed a tune up and engine cleanse. I gave them the go ahead. I get the car back after all that and he immediately tells me to put fuel injection fluid in before filling up the tank. Im thinking why would I have to put in fluid after leaving the shop? Not even 2 hours later the car is overheating. I take it back and Chris says hell fix it. This idiot had the nerve to charge me for fixing an overheating issue the car never had until after they did motor mounts and engine flush. At first he said there was a blocked sensor. Then He tried to say the overheating caused a valve to bend. I asked 3 mechanics that ive known and trust which are twice Chris age say valves cannot bend due to overheating. Chris said they didnt know what they were talking about and needed to go back to school. So i took the car to my family mechanic after giving these so called mechanics a chance and they fixed a Blown Head gasket on the car. Thats should be easy to spot for a mechanic of Chris caliber. But he never mentioned a blown gasket and refuses to take responsibility for it. Do not come here it is a scam. And the worst part is... They forgot to change the battery and gave me the car back with the same old battery. Thats what led me to discover everything else they said they did but didnt do. Please do not come here. Im telling you! These guys are a scam.

They are friendly and its only to get you there and then charge you an arm and two legs. Dishonest, they dont show you what they are doing and try to charge more money. Especially if youre a woman dont go alone. Even if you know whats wrong with your vehicle. The tow truck driver will try to persuade you to use this shop.
