These guys are amazing! They replaced our whole heat pump and airhandler a few years ago, and we have them back for our maintenance. They are always honest and reasonable and dont try to sell me on anything I dont need.

Guyette AC has been servicing my property for over 20 years! They’re local, knowledgeable, dependable, and super helpful!

My intial issue and reasoning for calling my home warranty was that my 3 ton unit placed in 1994 wasnt properly cooling my house. Was running hard and barely keeping house at 78-80 throughout the day . They dispatched this company and told me I would recieve a call to schedule appointment. they infact didnt call they scheduled appointment on their time 3:30-4:30 and didnt show up till after 4:30. The tech told me my 3 ton was not big enough for my 1,300 sq ft home and that I need either a splitter or a bigger unit which is incorrect entirely. Upon the tech leaving my house the temp in my house was 91 WHICH it remained so the ENTIRE night. WHY? Well when the tech was tinkering with inside unit a wire was moved shutting off the outside unit. I called russell the owner the following morning and he refused to send anyone to fix mistake his tech had made. I told him I would leave a review everyday until it was fixed. That is when he agreed to “send someone out there”. He then sent back the same tech who initiated the mistake. He spent about a hour trying to reverse his mistake. NOW my house isnt going lower than 83 even after dusk so they LEFT MY HOUSE IN WORSE CONDITION than I initially had. I put in a transfer with my home warranty and WILL NEVER be using this company again. He came with a bad reference from friends and family but my home warranty is who dispatched this company. I felt it was right to share my experience.following the tech coming second day my unit went out again throughout night leaving me without ac for days until I found a BETTER HVAC company to fix techs mistakes.update: called dalorem air and heating he told me there was a shorted wire in unit outside he assumed it was touched or moved by a tech causing unit to turn off. he put them together properly and now my house is back to my orginal issue before guyette touched it. russell the owner threatened to sue me for my review. I was also never rude I politely said my husband can put in window unit. And not to worry.

They give the personal care us the customer look for in a service company gives. I am 100% disabled and with that service that I dont have to worry about getting quality service, personal care, at a fair price. I have gotten to know the guys and they know me and I believe they really care about me. keep up the great job!!!

Im all for fairness when it comes to service and these guys were amazing. I had a review last year that doesnt do justice as to how far this company has bettered everything about them. I highly recommend you use them for any HVAC need. Extremely professional and knowledgeable on the matter. Thanks to them i was able to save on a full Condensing unit replacement.

Not totally happy. Service and techs were great! Still have the same problem though. Apparently it’s a ventilation issue that isn’t covered by the warranty. They gave some recommendations but I’m not totally convinced.

They are professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I called and described our issue with the A/C, they instructed me to turn of my unit till they could get here. They were her within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and why. They were done in less than an hour and my unit is working great now

My air-conditioning was not working very well. Guyette Air Conditioning & Heating was called. With a thorough check of my AC unit, found out my furnace needed to be completely replaced. They submitted all documentation requested to get my AC and furnace fixed. Didnt miss a beat. As soon as the parts and install was approved, they set my appointment right away. Now its fixed and Guyette was amazing! Even was able to finance since the job was not expected, of course. Thank God!Would recommend Guyette for sure! Thank you to Guyette AC & Heating and the team!

I called Guyette ac and heating to get estimate to have my attic sprayed with insulation.gary and Juan showed up on day and time of appointment and walked me through ever step there was.gary took the time to explain the difference in R values and thickness needed.gary and Juan were very professional and respectful through out the process.gary also grabbed my broom to sweep up what little insulation fell on the ground from there opening of the bags.great job !will recommend to all and will call again if ac needs anything.so I called them again to service my ac. He was kind, knowledgable and provided me lots of good information.He switched out a part that was faulty outside, explained why he was changing it, where the levels should be and showed me what they were reading.You can tell this company isnt about how to scam or make a quick buck as he gave me lots of good information to maintain the unit and save money in the process. Would reccomend to anyone in the area.The only negative I would say is they ran a little late (which isnt the complaint, because I get it stuff happens). But I wasnt notified they were going to be late, I initally thought it was a no show.All and all great company!

Let me tell you about this company. I filed a claim through my home insurance to which they were the first ones to grab the job. The technician that came out was fresh out of trade school. I ended up troubleshooting along side him to land on the actual issue. Had it not been for my 15 years experience as an electrician I wouldve probably just believed every word that came from them. Came to the conclusion that the breaker was faulty. The technician stated they would upchannel to their boss and that they would send a report to the insurance company so that an electrician would pick up where they left off. Thats where the issue began. There are many ways you can speak to customers in order to find a solution which benefits both ends. But not the case with this owner, he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with and to top it off threatened to never come out to my property for service again. As if I had picked them out of a pool of options. If you have the option go elsewhere. Im sure when it comes to fixing HVAC issues they may be able to execute the task (depending on the technician that comes out) but when it comes to customer service you will not have a good time. TRUST. Read on previous reviews. Avoid this company.

What a surprise wake up on the coldest morning this fall and no heat. Called Guyette and he returned my call within 20 minutes. The guys came out that morning, addressed the issue and once the part was received came back and had heat within 30 minutes. The team that repaired the unit were very polite, professional and even cleaned up the little mess that was made. Awesome team at Guyette!!

Had a home warranty repair done with another company. Had to call them out to fix condenser unit they replaced to no avail. Ran into a problem overnight and woke up to a hot house. Telephoned Mr. Russell Guyette and he was down to one tech who was booked through the next day. Shortly I received a call from tech who was on his way. Turned out screw holding fan had sheared off. Now was going to take extra calls and research to find that fan and Mr. Guyette did so. By 1:15 pm had A/C running cool throughout my house. Thank you gentlemen for a quick fix and I wont be calling on anyone but you.

They are very nice and professional.

The employees are friendly, not sure if they know what they’re doing. The owner is very rude! I file a claim with my home warranty and they come out and can’t figure the problem out. As they are trying to figure out the downstairs unit they cut my sensor wires to the upstairs. I called to tell the owner and he said that’s not his problem and to file another claim.So I file another claim, suppose to come out the next day. I get a call from one of the employees saying they are on the way. Five mins later the owner calls and said he’s not certified to work on my carrier units. So why the hell we’re out at my plane to began with!! Do not use this company!

Company was sent out by my home warranty. After one technician supposedly fixed my AC after finding one issue he left without ensuring it was indeed fixed. More than 5 hours later the temperature began to increase again so I called to have them recalled to complete the job and Russell called me. I told him the issue and he stated that he already knows what was done, when I proceeded to tell him that it did not fix the issue he rudely interrupted me stating that it takes one hour to decrease the temperature one degree in this heat and that I haven’t given it long enough. When I finally got him to hear me say that it had never cooled down and was beginning to get warmer he tried to get me to go outside to check wires and attempted to tell me what they should be until I flat out refused and told him that I would not do a job that they were paid to do he just stated that they “would try to make it out tomorrow and hung up”. The entire call was infuriating as he acted like I was ignorant, unreasonable, and that he wasn’t responsible for following through with the repair that they were contacted to complete.

Called on coldest Saturday of the year and heater was blowing cool. Guy couldnt of acted any less interested in coming out. Never call them again. If you dont have access to parts then dont say open 24hours. Called another 24 hour service and came out and fixed it right away.
