Our service tech, Bob, was absolutely amazing! He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions with complete transparency. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the experience exceptional. We’ll definitely be back—especially if we can have Bob as our service tech again!

I have had HVAC issues for years. I used four other companies and had the same band-aid results just to have the same problems continue to happen. Tri-Point was different. They focused on quality, craftsmanship, and long term solutions. Their technicians were by far the most knowledgeable than anyone I had dealt with before. They educated me on how the unit was installed incorrectly and how it was causing long term reoccurring problems. Wish the other companies had noticed that. Dom and Lucas were super friendly and accommodating while servicing our equipment. We have a busy coffee shop without much space, but they were able to get all of our fridges, freezers and ice machine services without disrupting operations!

Jose was knowledgeable, friendly and detailed. He asked good questions to determine the proper scope of work. He took every precaution to make sure the work was being done to the highest standards. He cleaned up well at the end of the job! Our freezer is working perfectly! He even gave me some tips on maintenance and up-keep. This was the third company I called for hour commercial freezer repair. I am glad we found them!

The way Lucas walks through the door just seems to fill the room with beautiful rays of sunshine! Everyone comes through that same door, but there’s just something about his entrance that brings instantaneous joy to our hearts. The way he gracefully makes his way through our store to maximize the stock of his truck always makes me smile. I’m considering asking him to be my newborn’s godfather, but I’m afraid he’ll deny me and I’ll be crushed.

Jordan with Tri-Point always delivers excellent service, and does it with a smile. Our machine required a deep descaling do to our harder water, along with some other tweaks to our dump valve. My husband and I greatly appreciate the wonderful product and service from Jordan @ Tri-Point.

As an Austin business, most companies here are inundated with calls, often giving 1-2 week windows for service. Tri-Point, however, was out nearly the same day. They have handled a few jobs for us, and we plan to have them do our periodic maintenance moving forward. They are professional and friendly and went above and beyond trying to remove a side-by-side freezer that was a few inches shy of fitting through a doorway. They were successful in the end. Overall, we are very impressed with this company and will continue to do business with them.

Tri-Point Refrigeration is a great company to work with. All the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They originally came out to repair a ice machine and later came to clean the the ice machine. They quickly responded to our request while also going over other services they can help with. We later needed repair of our AC systems. Not only did they respond and repair our AC in a timely matter, but there pricing was unmatchable. Both their service techs to the billing department were amazing to work with and will continue to use them.

Steve Kaser performed PMs on all our ice/water machines. Hes very thorough and makes suggestions for improvement in our difficult locations. He discovered a freezer element had frozen on a unit that is seldom used. As weird things do occur, his calm demeanor allows him to resolve without much fuss.Thanks.Ray

Tri-Point has been wonderful! Our company has them set up to come in twice a year for maintenance on our ice machine. They are on time, very efficient and the technician is always pleasant.

Warren did a great job diagnosing the issue and explaining it to me so that we could get what we needed for our appliances.

Called Tri-Point for the first time to repair our restaurants walk in cooler after hours. Was the best experience weve had with any repair services of this type. Showed up quickly, got it fixed for a fair price. Brian, the technician, was super polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to call on them whenever we have any issues or need any new equipment.

Working with Tri-Point has been tremendous, and I look forward to working with them. Finding refrigeration professionals that are organized, competent, and punctual has been problematic since the pandemic. Travis and Season quickly responded to my inquiry and we scheduled a meeting. Travis met with me on-site, surveyed my equipment, and explained everything needed to meet my requirements. We agreed on the scope of work, and Travis provided quotes and clarified lead times. Once the equipment arrived the project was completed in 3 days without issue. I manage multiple refrigeration units and plan to use Tri-Point Refrigeration for my future refrigeration needs.

I used tri-point to inspect an ice machine to see if we had an issue with it, as it appeared to be not making ice properly. They said everything was fine and left after billing us for a couple hours work. We paid the bill for the trip and inspection, no problem glad we werent having issues so we thought. The machine didnt make a piece of ice after the tech left.Called them back the next morning and they sent another tech out a few days later. They took the machine to their shop, saying they could look at it better there. After taking it to their place it started working again. Tech came back and reinstalled it with a new line, just in case that was what the problem was in our location. No problem $25 in parts is a good insurance policy.Tri-point billed us again for the trip fee, even though their first tech made a mistake saying there was nothing wrong. The owner Danny refused to work with us on crediting that portion of the charge even though it was a duplicate charge due to their tech not diagnosing it properly on the first trip. Im all for paying the hourly charge for repairs done, but the duplicate trip fee for their mistake is where I draw the line.Stay away from this company, they obviously have some issues and could care very little about repeat business.

We had them come out on a days notice to fix our commercial drink cooler (double door glass cooler for soda, water, etc). They came out as promised and were flexible on timing. The technician was very easy and nice to work with and did a great job fixing out cooler. Would give them business again.

I own a small coffee shop in Austin and late Saturday evening our ice machine decided to give out. I called Tri-Point on the following Sunday morning and they quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a service for first thing Monday. I am so thankful for the expediency and efficiency they showed in helping get my little shop back up and running. I also found their prices to be extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend and certainly plan to use them again.

This company seems solely focused on $$. I first called tri-point to inspect my current ice machine. Water was running through the machine but it did not seem to be freezing the cubes. I expressed this to the technician but he assured me that I had a water flow problem and if he replaced the filters everything should be fine(again, the water ran fine before he arrived), so he replaced the filters(2) and changed out another part having to do with the water flow and decided that was not the problem. he then decided to finally take the side wall off of the machine exposing the compressor(obvious reason why it was not cooling) to find that the compressor was fried. He then told me that this unit was not worth replacing the compressor on since it was a very old machine. for this visit I recieved an $850 bill and were told that they would send an estimate for a new machine. After waiting over a week for the estimate I decided to call and see what was going on, at which point the rep. was able to send over the quote right away. There were 2 quotes, one was to buy the machine out right and the other was to lease the machine. We decided that we wanted to lease the machine so I called to ask about installation since it was not listed on the quote for the leased machine. To which I was told that there was no charge for installation if we were leasing the machine from them. Fast forward almost a week(we have been without an ice machine for almost 3 weeks at this point) and they finally made it out to install the machine. I was not in the shop the day the machine was installed but worked like a charm(the one thing that was done properly). A couple days later I receive an invoice for the installation which was suppose to be included since I was leasing the machine supposedly, not to mention it was also over $150 MORE than the quote to install the machine if we had bought it outright! To add on to that, they charged me to install the filter I already paid for them to install AND they took the other one since the new system only required 1 filter instead of leaving it for me to use as my first replacement in 6 months.In short, I paid them over $1500 on top of the price of the machine. Plus they lied to me, charged me for parts twice AND stole my brand new filter. eventually a new filter was sent but only after spending over an hour on the phone explaining my situation and they refused to give me any kind of discount on the service, even though I told the tech what was wrong and he ignored me and I decided to buy the new machine from them. stay far far away. Way over priced, no communication between employees and no customer service what so ever.

We had them come out and fix our cooler fan. They charged us $229 to replace a thermostat which cost only $69 online! I understand they have margins to meet but that a ridiculous amount of over charging. We were not even consulted about the price and were handed an invoice of $640 for the total work done. I spoke to the manager and be basically said next time carry your part and install it yourself. Be aware of their prices
