Daniel was awesome and had a welcoming demeanor. He explained the situation and answered all my questions. He got right to work on the service and was in and out in no time at all. I had a wonderful experience with Service Wizard and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Also I couldnt pass up their monthly club for fall and spring service tune ups. Altogether a good experience from the first contact with the scheduler. David was great. He is genuinely nice person who I felt comfortable having in my home. He spent quite a lot of time examining all parts of my system. He was generous with his time in explaining how my system works so that I am comfortable with his opinions and recommendations. He also explained what things to watch for should other concerns arise. My cats and I are cozily warm tonight thanks to Service Wizard and their people. I will certainly use their services again if needed and will highly recommend them to my neighbors. Thank you.

We had technician Daniel L who was kind, patient with my questions, and efficient. Even asked about shoes or no shoes in the house which he came prepared with shoe covers. Another fantastic AC/heater service today from Service Wizard. Their technician Andrew Black was thorough, polite, and professional. We’ve been using them for years and we have it set up on every six months for them to come out and service the systems.I highly recommend them!

Justin was terrific. Came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and got us a quote asap. They then were able to schedule the fix very quickly! He even changed out our air filters while he was here! And the price was very reasonable!

Sal Jara came by our house for a check up on our new unit that was installed mid November. He provided exceptional customer service. We have used Service Wizard over 20 plus years. Always have top notch technicians and a quick to respond.

Franklyn and Jonathan were able to remove a pipe in my yard that had a tree root growing into it and was leaking. They put in a better pipe that moves with the land and burned the roots to prevent this from happening again or at least it should not happen again for many years. They were helpful and answered my questions. I am still waiting on my email with the pictures of everything they did and my receipt of payment but hopefully I will get that soon. They were working until late in the evening.

Contacted Service Lizard when my heater stopped just before the big cold front approaching. Our technician was Hugo Razo and he was polite, professional, & completed the work and got our heater running in no time. Very greatful to have found a reliable company to take care of our heating and AC system.

Weve been members with Service Wizard for a few years now, and its been great. The estimates are reasonable and everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Sam H came out today - he is such a down-to-earth straight-talking guy. I know were not being sold anything we shouldnt be. He provides us with the options and the risks. We had our entire HVAC replacement done through Service Wizard two weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about the ENTIRE process- super communicative and seamless. Allan Oziran was our comfort advisor. He was actually our quote #1 and you usually don’t go with the first guy, but his dedication, knowledge, and professionalism left us impressed. He went up in the attic with my husband, explained things in a digestible way, and did not try to upsell. After we received quotes from a few other companies (all similar ranges), Allan came back to our house to further explain the details around the installation, post-installation warranty, etc. You can definitely tell he loves his job and pays attention to your concerns and priorities rather than pushing a sale.The installation team was just as fantastic. As I was working from home, I didn’t have a chance to grab their names, but they arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and kept us updated through the entire installation. After the installation, they cleaned up so nicely that you wouldn’t have known they were there! Allan stopped by midday to check up on us and make sure everything was running smoothly. He answered a few follow-up questions we had, gave us some additional tips for maximizing efficiency, and made sure we were completely satisfied. The installation crew sent us several photos of the new system in the attic, model/serial numbers, and other important paperwork.Now that we’ve had our brand new system for 2 full weeks with both hot and cold days, we can testify that the new system has been running flawlessly and we’ve already noticed a difference our home’s comfort and humidity control. Daniel Farrow performed the semi-annual checkup on our heat pumps yesterday and the experience couldn’t have been better. He arrived on time, was courteous, gave both our systems a thorough inspection, very clearly explained his findings, and patiently answered my many questions. We have aging heat pumps and he could have taken an annoying high-pressure sales approach to replacing them like many before him, but he did not. We’ll still need to replace our systems soon but it will be because we trust that replacement is needed - not because we were sold something we didn’t yet need.

Weve used Service Wizard for a long time and always been pleased: they installed our system and have done ongoing maintenance checks on it. The system has always worked well, prices are fair, and the technicians professional and knowledgeable. Most recently Andrew was here, and as always very helpful with any questions. Emilio is always fantastic and does great work. I bought a new AC system in the past year from service wizard and this was my first checkup since the install. Emilio spent quite a bit of time and effort fine tuning the system to get the airflow pressure correct and making adjustments on the condenser panels to stop a rattling sound. I really appreciate Emilio and his efforts to give me the best advice and keep my AC and heating unit running as well as possible.

Had servicing done today with Andrew, and it went great! Ive always had good experiences with Service Wizard. When Ive had problems in the past, theyve gone above and beyond to help me out and get things fixed. Highly recommend!

Darren was the technician who came out to do our 6 month service check. He explained what he was doing and how certain things work. He was very gracious and helped me get reconnect to our Automatic thermostat on my cell phone. He even took time to pet our dog and our dog loved that. Sam H was wonderful to work with when checking out our AC/Heating system for maintenance. We went over some areas of concern, discussed costs and he answered my questions to where I could actually understand what needed to be done now and what could wait until later. We love Servce Wizards! They have taken great care of us for a couple of years and installed new units for us as well. I had a new air handler installed by Service Wizard over the summer (I had a very positive experience at a previous house with Emilio as well), and this week I had to have someone come out to troubleshoot the Nest thermostat that wasnt getting enough power from the air handler. First off, Jereme was absolutely fantastic in understanding my needs and getting someone out to inspect it asap knowing that Id need it to work this week with the cold weather. Saul came out to inspect and got it working in a matter of minutes, and taught me a couple of things about the basic wiring, too. I really appreciated that he fielded all my questions so I could learn. (Other companies dont like to explain things to me.) He was courteous, friendly, professional and thorough. I also love hearing that the company treats its employee well!

Scott came out to service our heating system. He’s great! He was on time, took the time to protect our floors with covers on his shoes and explained everything he did with pictures. Great service!

Was customer-oriented v in/out transaction; capable. Walked me through a thoughtful and credible assessment and answered all my questions. We had a service call Tuesday for our 26 year old machine and the tech said it’s the circuit board - our trusy steed bit the dust. He called their comfort specialist and Allan was here showing me Trane options and competitive pricing within two hours that same day. Not really having time to get second and third opinions or really even dig deep to research Service Wizard beyond neighborhood recommendations, we put all our trust into Allan and this company he so highly praised. This is definitely not a small purchase so he •really• had our trust. He had a team out the next morning to install. Oh, does it feel good to be warm again! From what I can tell, they do immaculate work by kind guys, respectful to our home and property.

On Friday Jan. 10 at around 2:30 pm or hot water heater went out. Within the hour Dale came to see if it was repairable. It wasnt so he ran to the shop got a new one and returned. His coworker Johnathan showed up to help. They did a great job with a smile even though they worked until 6pm !!!!! David Collins was also a great help when we called with some questions about our bill that we didnt understand. Totally on us lol!!! I will recommend them every chance I get!!

When needed to replace our 30 years old Tran HVAC, I reached out to Service Wizard because my coworker had one installed by the company in 2023 and had a positive experience.Allan from Service Wizard was sent to our house to review and assess our needs. Over the past few days, our HVAC system had developed a strange rattling noise. Not sure if it was just a minor annoyence or a symptom of some hidden major problem, I called Service Wizards. They sent Hugo Razo over that afternoon and he figured out the problem -- I just needed a better air filter.Since that was quick and easy I asked if he could do the annual AC service check while he was there, and he did. I cannot recommend Service Wizard enough! My AC broke down on the hottest day of 2024 (108 degrees), and the Service Wizard team took care of me. The customer service rep got me into the schedule right away, I got a quote from sales rep Allan that day and he made sure I was booked for installation before the weekend, no small feat in this city over the summer! When the unit I wanted wasnt available, Allan and manager James were able upgrade me at no additional cost. Installation from Adrian and Miguel was excellent, and they even sent someone out afterwards to check to make sure everything was ok. I have to especially thank Allan for walking me through the entire process every step of the way, and making sure my family was going to be comfortable and happy with the new unit for a long time. I’ve had the opportunity to interact directly with Wayne, Daniel and Saul. All three gentlemen were so pleasant to work with, explained and answered any questions I’ve had. Each went above and beyond to help find a solution for the issues that I had, including following up directly, staying later than needed to be able to run diagnostics, etc. I’ve never worked with Service Wizard prior to August 2024 and am happy to have found a company that puts their customers firsts.

Made appointment to check my 3 year old ecobee heating. Somehow it was replaced to see if it had issues. Sam Harjak service person -Replaced with a $99.00 Honeywell and was told it was going to cost me $556.00. Felt cornered and taken advantage of. Canceling my services with Service Wizard. Didn’t even set up WiFi- totally taken advantage.

Evan Frame, the service technician who checked my furnace was professional and caring. He showed me that my CO2 detector had long expired and replaced it. He explained a problem with the venting of my water heater and tried to set up an appointment with their plumbing department. He was concerned about my safety. I truly appreciate him.

Follow up on 08/08:Mark called me and told me that he listened to the phone recordings and he was able to honor the price originally promised by Alex. Its good that they have this system in place that listens for customer complains. Gonna change this to 4 stars due to the small hiccup i experienced in customer service.They used to be good but not any more because they no longer care about customer service.I was promised an estimate of $360 by Alex for a cap replacement, and then the next day no one would honor what he promised, and insisted on charging me $450. When I insisted the original $360 was promised, Susan told me theres no way for that part to be that quoted that low. So I went on Amazon and found the exact part costed $65.66. Sad to say this but after years of working with them, this is going to be the last.

David has been servicing our furnace and AC twice a year for few years now. He’s very good and professional. We are happy with Service Wizard and would highly recommend.

Dante came to service my A/C unit today and did a fabulous job. He was very professional and detailed in all of his expertise performance. Dale is starting the new plumbing side of this outfit, and his customer service was exceptional. He took the time to find out exactly what was wrong with my hot water in the shower, even though for months I could not figure out what was wrong and it was driving me crazy! He was great about texting with me after hours- even though I dont recommend abusing this for the guys there. :) I am not always available to talk during the day, so this was really appreciated. I had scheduled my regular winter ac heater maintenance for today. Woke up to 38 degrees and our new heater installed in May wouldn’t turn on. Evan came out got everything working quickly. He even noticed we hadn’t taken out the old filters that were no longer needed as the unit now includes one big filter.

Jesus and Arturo did a great job with my installation. I was impressed by their organization and how clean they left the space. They took time after everything was completed to explain my new system and the new thermostat. I really appreciated their professionalism.

Our technician, David E., was extremely skilled and helpful. He diagnosed the cause of our heating problem, which another company had missed, and gave us an array of options to deal with it in a cost-effective way.

Great service! Sam Harjak took great care of us and thoroughly made sure our system was running properly. He noticed our fan had a lot of build up and was able to install an ionizer immediately to help improve the air quality of our house.

Daniel was so friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable with the repair. He tried to resolve the issue with the malfunctioning thermostat several times to prevent me from additional costs which I really appreciate but in the end he was able to get the part replaced which was still under warranty.

I’ve been using Service Wizard for three years now. They service my furnace in the fall and the air conditioner in the spring. Everyone who has come to do the servicing has been very knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. Good people.

We had our Technician Evan out for the biannual maintenance checkup. He listened to our concerns and patiently checked to make sure the system was clean and fully operational for the change in season. Much appreciated to keep our older system alive and working!

Service wizard has been our “go-to” HVAC maintenance company for several years. Yesterday we had an emergency situation at a property and they were able to fit us in right away. Jeremy helped us schedule the appointment and was great to work with on the phone to coordinate all the (rather complicated) logistics. The dispatcher called us to keep us informed when there was a change.Darren was the tech who came to address our HVAC problem. Darren was really thorough and such a pleasure to work with! Even our guests commented on how nice he was!Thank you Darren, Jeremy and team! We look forward to working with you again.

BEWARE. I think this service business is a scam to set up the sale of a new system. I called Service Wizard to come check out my AC, which had suddenly stopped working. The Tech looked at it for 5 minutes and made his conclusion, you need a new compressor, and immediately pitched a new system. My tenant asked how he diagnosed it and he couldnt get an answer. He wasnt able to talk--my tenant suspected drugs. I called dispatch to talk to someone to get an answer as to what the tech had actually done and they couldnt tell me, but said I would get a call back. I did NOT receive a call so a few hours later I called dispatch and a woman said, while she couldnt get ahold of the Tech, she could send out a saleperson. The salesperson came out and immediately tried to sell hard on a new system. I told him I needed to know what the dispatcher had done first, he called the dispatcher, who picked up the phone but did not remember any action he had taken. The salesman thanked him, hung up, and said, Listen, Im not like that guy. I follow up with people and communicate clearly. He was clear. I asked for both a price to just replace the compressor and a price to replace the whole unit and he said ok. Later, he only emailed me the price to replace the whole system with three options. I called him and asked about replacing the compressor and he stammered, saying it was impossible to find a compressor and even if he were able to find one it would be the same price. I hung up and called two other companies, both of which were able to offer me compressors for a fraction of the whole-install price. Two months later I received a bill for the undescribable service they provided and they chased it with three calls in one day with debt collection talk.They called and offered to comp my $90.

Daniel arrived at the appointed time and began his service of my AC. Daniel was thorough and didnt mind my questions. His answers were spot on and he was very knowledgeable. He was also very customer focused and did a wonderful job. I have been very happy with Service Wizards and always recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thank yall for such easy excellent service for all my AC needs.

Really great, friendly tech Darren Sullivan, super communicative and thorough. Made sure i was aware step by step of what the status of the repair was, what i was committing to, and what the options were. Didnt quit until very sure everything was fully functional. Super respectful of my space and privacy, and a real pleasure to work with. Really honest about the limitations of my system and what the repair would achieve, did a really nice job cleaning my coils and made sure i was satisfied before he left.

First time I’ve used Service Wizard for HVAC repairs. Was easy to set up the service call which was confirmed via email and text.Technician arrived promptly after I received a text with his estimated time of arrival.Only took him 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. Im late writing this review but Kayden Clark was great! Day of, he called to offer an earlier appointment - I couldnt do it so he arrived perfectly on time for my originally scheduled time. He did a quick, non-intrusive check of my system, was friendly with my dog.As is pretty standard in the industry nowadays (tho I dont love it), Service Wizard has their reps offer 3 different tiers of service to do during the appointment Good, better, best with (of course) tiered pricing. What I appreciated about Kayden is that he told me the options and then left me alone for a bit to consider what I wanted to do. If he had stayed and asked me to answer on-the-spot, I 100% would have just gone with the cheapest option but, since he gave me space, I was able to google the offered upsells and decided I did actually want/need the better option :)I plan to keep using SW for my hvac needs!

Emilio was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job installing the housing for a furnace air filter and the price charged was very reasonable. Couldnt ask for more.

Saul is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and easily answered any questions I had. Great work ethic!

I love Service Wizards, they explain everything and even show me pictures of the inside of my unit. Kaden did a great job working on my unit today. Service wizard even offers a yearly service contract to keep your unit in great shape.

12/02/24 - Daniel was great ! Called 30 minutes before as I requested, very courteous, spoke clearly when going over everything and explained the manufacturer’s warranty that I didn’t know about.06/25/24 - Grady is awesome !! One small issue and he gave us the huge client treatment ! He was polite, took pictures of everything and explained all he checked in detail. He was even very understanding of our irritating yappy dogs ! :)

This will be my hvac company for life. Sam, service technician showed up on time, very experienced/ knowledgeable and fixed my a/c issue quickly and had parts on truck. I will recommend this company to all of my family, knowing they will receive great service as I did. Its refreshing to find a company with great service techs that are very experienced & will take time to explain the issue and repair. 5 star company for me. It will be your company also for life.

The company came highly recommended by neighbors and did not disappoint. The technician was as friendly, knowledgeable and as service oriented as the website promises. In fact the level of service exceeded my expectations. I received same day service when my system stopped working and learned I needed a replacement for the 23 year old system in a home I purchased a year ago. He even patched my old one up with loaner parts to get me by until they can install the new system day after tomorrow. 10/10 so far .6 month checkup:Kayden was timely, knowledgeable, friendly. I had a question about my furnace that had been installed last May. Service Wizard sent Saul Jara to my home where he examined the furnace and reprogrammed the thermostat. I am very pleased with the service I received and with Saul’s work.

Great service. Techs diagnosed the problem and the next person explained the options for the new system and answered all questions. Installation went smoothly and the techs were very considerate of home and cleaned up very well. The only thing they left behind was nice cool air! Pleased with all of the different people we dealt with in diagnostic and replacement.

Sam was the technician who came to my house and was great. Awesome young man. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, professional. Its hard to find employees like that these days. He told me he just started recently and I think Service Wizard made a wise decision hiring him. Ill definitely call this company again.

Service wizard was able to send a tech the same day even though I called at ~ 2:15. David Elving the tech arrived listened to my analysis of the problem and got straight to work on it. It was solved in ~ 15 min and the cost was pretty competitive

Update to previous positive review: Last time we had an urgent issue, this time it was a regular maintenance check conducted by Daniel Farrow. Daniel was great! He was cheerful and professional. It is reassuring to know everything is in fine working order.

David is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things and thoroughly answered our questions. A nice man. He was on time, too. A pleasure to work with. I will recommend him to my friends. And best of all, he fixed our AC quickly. Great work.

It was time for my winter service maintenance on our heater unit, andrew showed up in a timely manner he was very professional and courteous. He spent about 30 minutes looking over the heater making sure it was ready for the winter, even though the winters in Texas dont last long it gave me piece of mind knowing that it is working properly for whatever comes our way this year. David St. Germaine changed out my thermostat so it would be easier for me to use. He went over everything thoroughly and educated me when to change the filters and when and how to add vinegar or bleach to prevent mold. Very knowledgeable.

Markus and Aiden from Service Wizard were warriors installing our new AC system. The temps were sweltering outside, in the attic (and in the house with no AC) They arrived at 8:00AM and left close to 4:00 with no lunch break and a continuous show of good cheer and a ‘can do’ attitude. Not only were they total pros but they were a pleasure to work with. The entire Service Wizard team has a lot of synergy going to work as a well-oiled system for their customers. They’re great!

Had a/c problems on a Saturday & had called 2 other a/c services Pruitt to Service Wizards. First one ib called never returned my call; second one took down a bunch of info, but called 30 minutes later & said they had no one who could come out!?!?! Had a good experience with Service Wizard & the technician, Sam Harjak that finally came out. While he couldnt fix the a/c because he didnt have necessary parts & suppliers were closed, he did sit down & thoroughly explained the issues & even made sure I understood what was happening before he left. He said he be back Monday morning, hopefully with correct parts. Appreciated him showing up as promised & being very thorough in his diagnostics & explanation. Works recommend then for sure.

David with Service Wizard has handled our system for over a year now. He is responsive, punctual and nice. He is always informative and never gives the impression that he is selling something. We feel like we have an advocate in him and he stands behind his word.

Emilio & David did a great job detecting a small welding error in the line set that was causing a leak. Also, they determined the unit’s fan was not operating at an ideal speed. They quickly fixed it. Two very knowledgeable guys so they could be quick while maintaining attention to detail. I truly appreciate it.

We always get great service from them. Their tech cleared out the plugged drain line and got my A/C unit working again! Plus, he advised me on the periodic maintenance I could do to help prevent the lines from clogging in the future

Last summer we had Darren who was extremely polite and helpful.He went above and beyond repairing my unit in crawling space on a hot Friday afternoon. Today, Terry was a hero! Checking my units in 20 degree weather. Very impressed and grateful!

Hugo with service wizard came to repair my HVAC this morning. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his eagerness to assist me in solving long term issues with previous service providers, and the company’s quick response for service. He spent time solving the issues and being thorough. The service fee seemed reasonable for the service rendered. Very happy with my service.

The service was unmatched. I had been dealing with a leak for almost 2 months and another company came out at least 5 times (unannounced) and each time a different tech had a different diagnosis nearly leading to replacing parts on my unit that would of been completely unnecessary. Hugo with service wizard showed up and made a correct diagnosis on the first visit! He only had to come back the next day to access an upstairs neighbors unit that was the culprit since they weren’t home at that time. How ever the other company never once attempted to access the upstairs apt or ever got completely under my units small crawl space to correctly diagnose even after I let them know helpful information that obviously pointed to upstairs being the issue. Thank you service wizard for the professionalism and promptness that I never received from the initial company. Most of all thank you Hugo for listening to me and trouble shooting all our ideas, getting into the small crawl space and making sure my problem was fixed the first time!

Andrew showed up on time and quickly got started with the AC inspection. He offered some options to correct some small issues but wasn’t too pushy . Over all a great experience

Update 9/25/24: Daniel and Adam performed a thorough maintenance check of my heating system. They were knowledgeable, offered advice, and answered all of my questions. I will continue to use Service Wizard in the future. I have used other companies in the past, but none have matched the service level of this company. Many thanks to Service Wizard!Spring 2024: Matthew Button came on time and performed a very detailed maintenance check of my AC system. Ive used other companies in the past, but I dont think any of them were as thorough. He was also very polite and pleasant, and answered all of my questions. He even alerted me to evidence of rodent activity (yuck!) in my attic so I can have that addressed. I will continue to use Service Wizard for my HVAC system, and I recommend that you do, too!

I called service wizard to look at a furnace problem that another company tried to fix some time ago. Daniel arrived on time and had the problem fixed quickly and I have heat again! I highly recommend service wizard and Daniel!

We have had multiple great experiences with Service Wizard. We bought our unit from them several years ago and they did a great job. They are now doing biannual preventative servicing work for us and they continue to impress. We had Drew come service our unit today and he was phenomenal. They really care about their customers and service.

Today’s service check was great. Sam H. Could not find anything negative with our system that is always s a great message! Sam was courteous and was quick and efficient.

I wanted to replace my current AC thermostat with a new one that I had bought online. The current one was glitchy, and I had been informed that it would fail at some point. David, the technician, arrived as scheduled and took a look at the situation. He confirmed that he could change out the thermostat, but he wanted to let me know that I would lose some of the functionality that the current thermostat, the Lennox I-Comfort, a much more expensive model, provided. We talked through the pros and cons of switching out He also made a phone call to confirm that the thermostat warranty had expired. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the replacement. It was done quickly and all my questions were answered. David was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Service Wizard again.

Ive used Service Wizard in North Austin a number of times over many years for fixing and even replacing my Air Conditioner units. Theyre quick and on time, they have the right tools and products, and their technicians are competent. But I do offer two caveats.First, theyre expensive. They may advertise discounts, coupons, etc, but in the end Ive always had to pay list price. By itself thats not enough to disqualify them.The second issue bothers me more. They always try to sell you an entire AC system replacement, even if all you need is a refrigerant charge. For an an older or unwary customer that would be the difference between a few hundred dollars and thousands of dollars. Not nice.Summary: Technical competence, 5 stars. Price, lets say 3 stars. Trustworthy, well, less than that. All in all, 4 stars. Just dont buy something you dont need.

I called Service Wizard out today for some preventative maintenance - I used them previously when a motor on one of my AC units was failing and had a good experience then.. My technician today (Dante) was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I appreciated how thorough he was and the time he took to handle all of my questions. I definitely recommend calling Service Wizard for preventative maintenance before you encounter bigger problems. Money well spent.

Cannot recommend enough! After the company who installed my HVAC system in my 3 yr old house left me with a broken duct and no return calls, I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with Service Wizard. They arrived on time the next day, were knowledgeable, professional and fixed the issue.

I was having an issue with a rental property and Darren S came out and diagnosed the problem and was super communicative with me about the problem and the solution. I’ll definitely be keeping them in my list of preferred providers!

Kevin Powell came out to my house to address some concerns I had with my AC system. He was very informative and was quickly able to locate the problem area. Pricing was very fair and he didnt try to sell me a bunch of other services I did not need. I will plan to use Service Wizard in the future for my AC needs.

Daniel was absolutely amazing. Prompt courteous knowledgeable. He explained the entire problem to me and how I could avoid it with monthly maintenance or with their annual maintenance plan which sounded awesome. The best part is they waived the service call! This is the third time I’ve used service wizard and every time they have been just excellent and responsive to my needs. I will not deal with anyone but them as long as I own a home was the best service technician I’ve ever had.

Scheduled for a full A.C. replacement after our 11 year old unit went out. Adam (who came on a Saturday) was great at explaining our options and what would fit our needs best, and the techs who came Monday morning to install got the job done so quickly! Cleaned up after themselves and everything went smoothly. Went from a 95 degree upstairs to 80 by the end of the day. We were so thankful!

He was both professional and courteous. Communication from Service Wizard was well done and scheduling our appointment online was a breeze. Kayden was a very detail oriented, friendly, and informative technician for our semi-annual HVAC evaluation! He gave us some tips for making sure our HVACs last as long as possible.

Our service technician, Daniel, went above and beyond to get our a/c back in action as quickly as possible, despite having to make three separate visits and waiting for parts to arrive. Service Wizard has provided us with great service and fair pricing for the past 7 years.

Both Sam Harjak and Wayne Filer serviced the furnace at 108 Yucca House. They were very courteous and explained what they were going to do. Aftwaeds they explained everything they saw, showed the pictures with the explanations and sent the advice for making the unit more efficient.

Bought a Trane unit from Service Wizard a few years back. Thanks to the Texas sun, the capacitor went bad on the hottest day of the year. They were out the next day and had me up in running in 30 minutes. Justin Roach did a great job! I highly recommend Service Wizard!

Sam Harjak arrived promptly as scheduled and explained the steps he would be taking for the winter maintenance. He took photos as he worked and at the end explained what he found and whether any follow up was required. His explanations were clear and helpful. Definitely five stars!

Really appreciate the great service from Evan & Wayne. Evan performed regular maintenance on my furnace to be sure it continues running smoothly, and Wayne checked out the attic for any duct/insulation issues. Both were professional, helpful, and friendly.

We have had lots of difficulty with the AC unit. Service Wizard never gave up and finally replaced the unit on their cost. There were issues with the installation and they remedied those issues efficiently. They were polite, responsive, and apologetic for the issues we had. We have two other units that they installed that have worked great for years. We just got unlucky and Service Wizard made it right.

Called Service Wizard to perform A/C Tune Up and check up working condition in our a/c at home and Technician Mr. Matthew Button was very courteous and professional while performing His duty. He did a very much detailed examination and testing on our whole unit and even performed a visual, closer checking on the insulation condition in our attic. He took the required time to make a very professional inspection and showed us over a dozen of pictures explaining in a clear, specific way the consequent results. It was actually a very nice, satisfying experience. Since new, We have lived in this our house for over 18 years and in the past few years had called different local professional A/C servicing companies to resolve regular problems in our HVAC system and for the past few times We have always called Service Wizard because its been a very nice experience. We feel very confident about scheduling, customer service, technical service and affordable pricing. Planning to stay with Service Wizard to keep a complete satisfaction. It was super easy to schedule an appointment for an AC tune-up and cleaning. The technician, Andrew Black, reached out 20 minutes before arrival to give me the heads up and was incredibly helpful overall. He walked with me through the inspection and answered any questions I had.Update: my AC unit was not working properly. I was able to schedule a technician to come the next morning. Grady was so helpful and walked me through the issues and answered all of my questions! I was so appreciative of his knowledge and high level of customer service.

Kayden did a good job with the check up on my unit. He also answered my questions and showed me how to clean the condensate line in my unit.
