I phoned Eddie regarding an issue we were having with our Carrier air conditioning unit. He came out, diagnosed the issue and discussed options for fixing it. There was transparency in his pricing and we were given options to chose from. The fact that he got back to me within hours of my call was also a plus! I would definitely recommend and plan on using him in the future.

I had Legacy out to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my AC (in the Texas Summer heat!), they provided me an estimate with 3 options. It took me a couple of weeks, but I selected an option and they came out, made the repair - and even went above and beyond what we agreed on, in no time. I called them with an emergency and they came out right away. They were very professional. They explained everything to me. They didn’t try upselling me or gouge me on pricing. I’m definitely recommending them to my friends and family. Hopefully I don’t, but if I need them again, they’ll be the only AC company I’ll use again.

I texted Eddie about out AC being out, on a Saturday. He gave me a call and had his technician Alex out the same day. Alex diagnosed, left a temporary cooling unit, and 2 days later Eddie and his crew came out and switched out the whole system in one day. Theyre local, all very respectable, easy to communicate with, and the service is reasonably priced. I had a few of the other bigger local places call me back a day or 2 later to see if I still needed help. Its the summer with a broken AC - a day or 2 is a little too late. Legacy Cooling is my go-to for my AC needs moving forward 👍🏽

My furnace quit working in the middle of the night on the coldest night of the year. I contacted Legacy in the morning and he arrived quickly. He was very nice and knowledable and discovered the problem quickly. He provided options snd discussed pros and cons for each. He had things running again in no time. He also checked out everything else to ensure we wouldnt have any other problems. He even changed me filters for me.
