Branham and Sons HVAC

Stephen, the owner of this company, is fantastic!!! Our fan quit working on our outside AC unit over the weekend. We called him Mon. evening on 7/8 around 5:30 and left a VM. He called back within 30 minutes and said he could be at our house within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised at his quick response. He found our fan motor was out and said he would order it first thing on Tue. and would be back Tue evening or Wed a.m. He came this morning (Wed.) at 8:30 a.m. and installed the new motor and condenser. We are cool again!! I cant say enough good things about Stephen. He doesnt try to sell you things you dont need and his price is VERY reasonable. He is genuine and truly wants to help you as quickly as possible. He is just a good ole boy as they say here in Texas. Thank you so much, Stephen. You were referred to us and we will continue refer YOU! Great job, man!!

Stephen is the real thing! He was punctual, extremely pleasant to talk too, and is the quintessential repairman! He won’t up charge you, explain everything he’s doing and won’t leave until the job is done and the customer is happy. Customer service is his priority, not profit! I would suggest Stephen over any of the “Big Name” companies any day! Can’t say enough positive things about him. If you’re AC went out, or you are looking to replace your whole unit, don’t call anyone else!!

My upstairs air-conditioning went out yesterday. I called Branham and Sons Cooling this morning around 8 AM and Stephen showed up at about 2 PM. During our morning phone call, Stephen asked me to describe the symptoms which I did. Motor wasn’t moving; unit was making a buzzing sound and was hot to the touch. He suggested that I shut off the air conditioner at the breaker. When Stephen showed up in the afternoon, he took a quick look at it and replaced a capacitor which fixed the problem immediately. I spent less than $200 on a repair that I suspect the major air conditioning companies would have suggested that I replace the entire unit Costing somewhere around $18,000. This is the second time in 2 years that Branham and Sons Cooling have fixed my air conditioning system for a very small fee. My system is about 15 years old. These guys are honest and capable. I heard about them from a neighbor. The recommendation was solid.

Amazing service. They know what they’re talking about and provide an excellence service. Stephan gave me great advice and quick simple lessons that helped me understand the system better and that’s something I can say most vendors won’t do.Will recommend these fine people to everyone I know that has HVAC needs.

A absolute honest professional, which is tough to find! Stephen was quick to get our whole system replaced during one of the hottest weeks. While bigger names were gonna charge more and take longer. Definitely will be calling them with any other HVAC issues and would trust them to do any work for the rest of my family and friends.

Quick to respond and when my prior HVAC guys couldnt make it out for 2 months he was able to come out in 3 days! Very affordable too. Thanks again!
