Showed up on time, quickly determined cause of AC malfunction, and had easy financing options available; very good business!!During actual repair the next day, again, outstanding! It did take several hours, but Tyler and Roberto replaced 4+ warrantied components absolutely free! Thank you guys very much; you have earned my loyalty as a customer!!

Bee Cool helps me manage several HVAC units for rentals and they are great. Always prompt, gets fixed and it is great to find a company that takes pride in their work, are honest, and believes in customer service. Cody, Rick, and the whole Bee Cool team are fantastic!

They did not make contact until after the service window had passed. The recommendations were nonsensical to the situation. He said I needed to change the filters regularly, that the filter was a problem even though it was changed on 11/15. He said the air is blowing into a wall and not able to blow into a room - even though it had been working until recently - and suggested over $2000 in work to make it work that has to be financed (why couldnt I just pay for it?) Charged me over $100 for labor to swap out a part that was magically not working. Overall, not trustworthy. Very disappointed, as I was hopeful this would be my new go-to company. 10/10 do not recommend.

Bee Cool has been awesome to work with. Scheduling was so easy and they arrived when they said they would. Rick has answered all of my questions and has been so patient and kind. I will only use Bee Cool from now on.

We have a Bosch 20 SEER BOVA inverter heat pump. Our coil started making a clanking noise so we began the search for a Bosch service technician. They answered phone on first try, and within 2 hours of that call my heater was back up and running for a reasonable price on the coldest day of the year. The only other company that I got ahold of with same-day availability was going to charge $75 more just for inspection/diagnosis. Our A/C unit stopped working, I put in a request for service with Kane Heating and A/C. This was on a Sunday, I had Robert arrive about an hour and a half later to inspect and diagnose our system. He was extremely helpful, friendly and Knowledgeable .I would recommend them to everyone. I will be using them from now on.

Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The service technician was fantastic. They were able to get to my house not only same day, but within an hour. They diagnosed my issue, and also taught me what went wrong. 10/10 would call them again for any hvac related concerns.

I called in need of a repair for the AC unit and they answered right away. They said it would be within a certain time frame, but it was sooner than expected. Robert responded immediately and had the AC up and running within a little over an hr of my call. Absolutely incredible communication and service!

Has an early morning surprise of a broken AC unit. Gave them a call to see if they could come and take a look had a person on my doorstep within 2 hours and fixed within 3. Cant ask for more

Tried to scam me into thousands of dollars of repairs, when none were warranted. They claimed I was low on freon, and when I got a second opinion, it turns out that no freon was needed at all.

Worked me in quickly when my air went out in June. Tec was knowledgeable and friendly. FIXED issue

Our home air conditioner went out Friday evening on Fourth of July weekend. Robert and Cody came right out, installed a new A/C unit, and got us cool again. Thanks guys!
