I can’t recommend Atomic AC & Heating enough! They responded quickly when I needed help and went above and beyond to ensure my system was taken care of. Even though they didn’t do the original installation, they fought for me to get items warrantied with the manufacturer—something many companies wouldn’t have done. Their dedication and professionalism made the entire process smooth, and they made sure my system was in perfect shape for the hot summer ahead. On top of that, their install was neat and clean, showing great attention to detail. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking HVAC company, Atomic AC & Heating is the way to go!

We had our HVAC die in the hottest week of the summer and had to scramble to get it replaced. Atomic was hands down the best out of all the bids we received and installed a new unit on a very fast timeline. Cant say enough great things about them and their honest, quality service. I had my evaporator coil leak problem. They came and checked. They sent a quote over the phone. They got it done in 2 days. The only thing I got say they didn’t check the new coil after they installed it. There was the air leak around the coil they didn’t seal it I had to call them to come back finished it.

The team at Atomic A/C and Heating is very competent and dedicated to providing the best workmanship possible. They worked quickly to get the complete HVAC install done, and my home back to normal. They even fixed issues the original builder had left behind. They were careful to clean everything up before leaving, and made sure I was completely satisfied.

Messaged them on the evening of July 4th and got a quick response. They showed up the next day morning around 7:00 A.M and found the issues in a matter of minutes. Replaced faulty components and got back A.C to work. They even ran diagnosis on other parts. Discussed about warranty and other tips. Thank you would definitely rehire. They beat everyone in terms of price.

This is the second time I had called Atomic after fantastic first experience with my water heater replacement. Branden and Tad are both amazing. They were quick to schedule my HVAC maintenance and come fix the clogs and service the unit in full for a very reasonable price and clean work. These guys are amazing! Worked with Chris and Branden to get a Generac generator installed at my home. Pricing was amazing, and service was even better. They got it in quickly, made sure the installation was nice and clean, and showed me how it operates and some tips before they left. Would highly recommend!!

Our system was unresponsive so we contacted Atomic AC. They were able to get somebody out the next day. Tad quickly identified the issue and got it fixed. It was very straightforward and he didn’t try to upsell us with unnecessary repairs like some other companies have. Will definitely be using them again!

My coworker referred me to Atomic AC after getting her a/c fixed recently. She had an excellent experience with fair pricing. Local owned business is always a plus. So I reached out to get a quote on a fix I was told I would need at the end of the summer.It was a hot Sunday afternoon and I assumed since it was hot that the temps inside were due to the heat. I contacted Branden to see if it sounded right and he scheduled me for an appointment the next day. I was thankful to be scheduled so quickly. I knew the fix I needed required parts to be ordered, but he had it in stock. Of course, with this heat testing our a/c we had another issue with the fan not spinning. Branden’s team checked it out and got it spinning again.Everything went smoothly from scheduling and paying the bill. We are very pleased with our service. We will be reaching out again for service in the future.

Highly recommend Atomic!! Our heater had problems during the freeze and I thought no way I would be able to get someone out due to icy weather conditions, but after contacting Atomic they had someone on the way within an hour!! Chris came out and was super nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. He helped explain what was going on and told me one part could use to be replaced but was not something that needed to be fixed immediately. You can tell this company is honest and really cares. I never write reviews but Chris and this company definitely deserve it for not only being so wonderful but also being there so quickly when we needed them!

They got here and fixed my AC within 5 hours of my initial call. Knew exactly what the problem was and had the part on hand to fix it quickly. A bit on the pricier side for the part replacement, but when other AC service companies were telling me it’d be a day or more to fix it, the extra cost was well worth the quick service. Worth every dollar when your AC goes out during the Texas summers.

Branden was here an hour earlier than expected which was great since our air conditioner had not been working for 15 hours already. He had everything done and fixed in less than ten minutes. Great job!

This has to be the best company I have ever hired! My AC had been out for almost the entire month of July and we have had almost an entire month of over 100 degrees. I had to put a 10,000 BTU window unit in to keep my Huskies cool. Before I found these guys I had 4 separate companies at my house...long story short ..I had to replace my entire AC System it was 20 years old .I went with Atomic because they were honest, friendly and extremely professional. I got a reasonable price and extremely fast friendly service, I hired them late Saturday and my Brand new system was up and running by Monday afternoon...so great to be back to 72 degrees!Thank you guys very much for all your hard work!

Because of the installation of my generator, I went back to Atomic and received an estimate on a new replacement AC unit. One of the owners, Chris, responded to my call on a Saturday morning immediately. He was at my home and replaced the capacitor within a little over an hour after my call. I immediately scheduled a follow up maintenance check of the entire system because I know this is a company I want to do business with! Its over 100 degrees here and I appreciate a contractor that can respond in such a timely manner on the weekend.

They put up lights for us. I love how professional and friendly they are. They also cleaned up after themselves! They took out the old items without question or extra cost. I was able just to come back to our house looking great! I cant say enough about them.6/2022 : They also have done estimates for adding electric panels for our back yard. They are always great always adaptable and responsive. I go to them for everything!7/20/22: My AC went out this morning and they have already come and fixed it! They are amazing!

These guys are the absolute best! They came through on a last minute request to have my generator up and running just in case we face a prolonged power outage. Chris was outside IN THE 40 degree RAIN, making sure that I would be taken care. I honestly can’t say I’ve ever experienced this level of customer service, from start to finish. Working with Branden was fantastic. Not only did he make sure to execute the plan, despite everything, they have several workable backup solutions just in case.

Power surges took out my AC during the TEXAS triple digit 33+ days and counting meltdown. Atomic came highly recommended by some ladies I work with at Keller Williams (they also live in Star Ranch). I called at 8 a.m. and yall had Tad at my house by 230. Thirty minutes later I have cold air blowing. I was even shown how to protect my system for them next round of power surges. You are AWESOME!!!!!

Jacob was super helpful. I’m a DIY guy and pretty much found the issue before he got here but he went into detail about possible causes and gave good advice. I had him give the whole system a look and he found other potential issues and gave me more advice without any high pressure sales tactics. Honest and friendly!

Branden replied very quickly to my request and Chris was dispatched to come the next morning. Chris was informative and thorough and fixed my a/c quickly. Jacob came for maintenance a few days later and was accommodating to the time adjustment and returned and provided quick and efficient service.

It was extremely hot when our A/C decided to quit working. We called Atomic, and Bryan was dispatched for our repair. He quickly identified the issue and replaced our fan motor. He arrived earlier than expected and had our A/C back in service in no time at all. My husband was happy because we didnt have to spend money on a hotel. Atomic provided a replacement capacitor, American-made, with a 5 year warranty. After great experiences with Atomic repairing and maintaining our old HVAC system and some other electrical work, Atomic was our first choice for a full HVAC replacement. Very satisfied with the new HVAC system. Install was quick and completed the same week we decided to pull the trigger. Granted, we had our estimate and pre-consultation already completed. They were very respectful of the house and property, covering floor and necessary furniture with protective fabric. It rained and hailed during the install and they still kept things clean and moving.Quite impressive. They even honored their initial quote even though it was outdated by a few months and they didnt have to do so. Well keep calling them for HVAC needs for the foreseeable future.

We had a water softener installed and while he was here, we asked if he had time to add dimmer switches, and he did. We are very very pleased with the work and will most definitely be back and highly recommend.
