I am so stoked. My heating system was blowing cold during the cold snap last week and decided to err on caution. Called my local family owned plumber, Spot-On Plumbing, and asked for a recommendation. Here is your favorite local and family owned HVAC business. Carlos texted and called to let me know he was inbound EARLIER than expected. He let me watch and learn and determined that all I needed was a new thermostat. He walked me through how he would install it himself and never pressed me for additional services. Charged me a basic service fee, I went and got a new thermostat, and I am ready for the 2 months of cold in Texas. This is now my go-to HVAC business. Thank yall!!! 😊

Airstrike HVAC is a great company! They are super knowledgeable, responsive, and they stay on top of the latest HVAC news and technology. They offer excellent products at reasonable prices and offer financing too. Ive recommended them to many friends because I trust them and know they will take good care of any referrals.

These guys are GREAT!!! Not only do they have 10 year parts and labor warranty, they are always responsive to calls and texts. I had a few cleanup issues after my full AC install and they handled themselves like professionals and corrected a few last minute things for me I had on my list. They alsoran a return into my front bedroom, which I’ve been in this house 10 years and it’s been hotter than any other room in the house and now it’s perfect because of their recommendation. Definitely recommend these guys.

It was my first time using the AIRSTRIKE company and get the utmost satisfying experience. My AC system was out and we were melting in Texas heat with kids at home. AIRSTRIKE works with my warranty company and gave me the service I need. MITCHELL was the service technician who knows his job well and done the work in 30 minutes time. He also answered all my concerns as well. There Customer service were also so helpful in providing the information and setting up appointments. I definitely recommend this company for any HVAC service needs.

We’ve had Airstrike service our unit before and have also referred them to many of our own clients. Everytime we’ve asked how it went our clients have been extremely happy with their service. It’s an amazing feeling when you recommend someone and it makes you look good. Unfortunately it was time for our system to be replaced this time. I knew they were the ones to get me taken care of. This time we had a little mishap. I texted today (Sunday) and told them it wasn’t an emergency and could wait. Nope…Andrea said we’ll be out there today and get it fixed. Sure enough two hours later Mitchell was here fixing it. As a fellow business owner, vet and family man I truly appreciate the care and service they provide. They’re the only ones I will recommend when it comes to any hvac needs.

Carlos was quick and friendly, was happy to walk me through the fix and a few general questions I had. He arrived within the set timeframe and everything seems to be working now. Couldnt ask for more.

Connor scheduled an HVAC tuneup for my duplex for a fair price. He was great with communicating what days worked for the tenants.Carlos was great at diagnosing areas that could use some help. Most companies try to upsell you and he did not. He provided pictures of the areas that needed help and will most definitely have them come back out to preform the work.

So… I was out at Dos Grottos yesterday and the AC went out. I quickly called AIRSTRIKE HVAC (Andrea Hernandez) and her handsome husband came out at 5:30pm AND THEN… GET THIS… he came back out with the part in hand at ELEVEN PM SAME DAY!!! Who does that? Who? This Company cant be trusted to do and complete a job because tehnician they sent didnt really know how to do his job. he shorted circuit board and transform. Then when I called to see if they got parts, they told job was completed. So had to get different service company.

We used Mitchell and his team to expand our ductwork into our new room edition. Job was done quickly and efficiently and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards!

I called these guys for my air conditioning and I could not be happier. The woman in the office is absolutely amazing at her job. She fit me into the schedule last minute and she was so polite and friendly. 5 stars just for her. Mitchell came out and fixed my air conditioning just in time before the weather heats up. So, I work with someone who recommended the company to me. I have a small problem with the condensation from the unit dripping down to my front. It was leaving a puddle in front of my door. The gentleman I spoke with was awesome. He told me what the problem might be and recommend; if I know how to, to disconnect my over flow line in the bathroom and unclog it and that should fix it. He recommended it because he said it would be cheaper for me. He explained what to do and how to. I asked said thanks man, is there anything I can do for your help, like send money or something?. He said no, dont worry about, just spread the word about us. I like that he wasnt greedy and really wanted to help

Loved their service and will definitely call again when there is any HVAC issue. Technician, Mitchell, looks young but he was very knowledgeable and explained well. Never rushed and was willing to help and answer on the many questions I had.

Had our air conditioner go out on the hottest of weekends in Texas and they came out promptly on a Sunday and fixed it asap! Love that it’s a family owned business and I’m supporting someone local over a giant corporation.Edit- our ac went out again a week later and we were not able to reach this company. Too bad as we referred to a friend recently and they were so quick and nice initially. Perhaps an answering service would be a good a solution.

In the midst of this unprecedented heat wave, our upstairs bedrooms reached 90 degrees at 9:00pm when our A/C unit stopped cooling on Wednesday afternoon. AIRSTRIKE showed up on Thursday afternoon. Thats less than 24 hours!! This is the 1st time weve gotten HVAC service before my family suffered 2 or 3 days because all the big name companies were too busy. Mitchell, an AIRSTRIKE tech, showed up when expected, was professional, 100% prepared and had us cooling off within 30 minutes. Great Service. The tech did not try to up sale me. He stated my outside unit need an acid wash to help A/C run more efficiently. He quoted me a good price and completed the acid wash in 30 minutes.
