Our building had an electrical issue due to Centerpoint breaker failure, I called 9 companies and Texas Comfort was available and responded within two hours. Texas Comfort Systems did a great job! My HVAC wasnt working on a Sunday, they sent out Aaron to check it, very thorough and professional. Needed a new fan motor for the outside unit, but they couldnt get till next day. Early Monday they called me to let me know they had the motor and they sent Stephen out to do the repair. Also did a great job, as I was back to cool air in an hour or so. Overall Im very impressed with this company and their guys!

The technician was able to fix the problem during his visit and the cost was reasonable for the work done. Weve called them before late at night and they had someone out early the next morning. I called Texas Comfort Systems because one of my upstairs rooms was much hotter than the others. Julio was prompt to arrive at the appointment time and was very professional. He checked my system and determined what the problem was. Two days later, Julio was back with two other gentlemen and fixed our problem. He had to reroute a duct and install dampers. We can now bump the thermostat up, and the room stays comfortable. They will be the ones I call anytime I need help with my HVAC.

Texas Comfort Systems recently repaired the air conditioner in my home and to say they are amazing is an understatement. They communicate well and arrive exactly when they say they will. Their technicians are so polite and clean! Air ducts had to be taken from our attic out and new ones put in...youd never have known it when they left! They covered the floors and were impeccable. My four dogs bring more dirt in than they did completely swapping the system out. My air conditioner is running so well, I never knew my house could be so comfortable. I can not recommend them enough to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC contractor!

They quickly returned our call last night when we requested to have our AC diagnosed for the problems it was having by not cooling anymore.Backstory: We just recently moved into a 20-year-old house in the Houston area and we love the house, but this house has a lot of internal things that still need to be fixed or serviced. Long story short after our service request call last night, the Texas Comfort Systems technicians came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problems with our AC unit outside. Apparently, it was the AC capacitor for our downstairs AC unit. After finding the problem, they quoted us a decent price and we felt it was fair and accepted it. On top of this, most people should not be replacing these AC parts themselves, unless theyre completed by trained HVAC technicians, like those who work for Texas Comfort Systems.Overall, great service and professionalism! Were back to nice AC indoors. Thank god! The technicians, Stephen and Julio, who came out today were super professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and clearly represented the great customer service of Texas Comfort Systems. Even the lady, Patricia, who we spoke to on the phone last night was great as well. We highly recommend using this company if you need your AC units at your home serviced. I did a total HVAC system replacement. My original unit was never able to keep up with our Texas heat and would run non-stop in the summer. I changed from a vertical unit indoors to a horizontal unit in the attic, as well as a larger unit outside. From the beginning, great people to talk to. Patricia was able to schedule someone to come out the next morning for a quote. Charles came out and looked at everything as well as answered all of my questions, even about moving the indoor unit into the attic. The brand they use is a well-known good brand, as well as a great warranty and price to complete the work. Jesse, Charles and their team were able to come out within a couple days to do the work and had it all completed within an 8-hour work day. They moved some pipes and also changed the thermostat location to better get the temperature of the house as well as moved the intake vent to give me an entirely new closet in my laundry room. The new system is cooling and heating the house way quicker and quieter than ever before. Definitely a happy customer here.

AC stopped working. When everyone else had no availability on a Friday, they wedged me in. When I explained I had a disabled family member that was having difficulties breathing because of the heat and humidity, even though we had fans on her, they made us a priority and was there within 3 hrs. We have them come out every spring to do a A/C check up and make sure all the components are running properly to make sure it was ready for the summer heat. The tech checked the outside unit as well as the attic unit. The tech was very thorough in explaining all the things he checked and discussed steps to keep our older system running efficiently.

My air was not blowing through the vents as the blower motor went out. Jesse came within an hour and diagnosed the problem and made sure it was the blower motor that was bad. We chose to upgrade our thermostat to the 2022 Ecobee Smart Thermostat. We had attempted installation ourselves but realized that we had no C wire connection. We then attempted to attach a PKE to the control panel of our furnace but discovered that our furnace did not have a traditional control panel. We called Texas Comfort System on Sunday and they came out to us on Monday. Steven and Pili were our technicians and they were AMAZING! They were focused on even the little details so the installation went perfectly. It can take 5-20 minutes for the ecobee system to become calibrated after installation and they stayed until they new 100% that everything was functioning and the system was responding correctly. I will be using them again!

Phenomenal service, professional technician. My AC/Heat needs always seem to happen after hours and or on a Sunday. This is now my go-to company. They were here quickly without hesitation when no other company would even return my call.

Everywhere in the house was cold except for our bedroom. They came in and installed dampers to rebalance the airflow. They were fast and friendly not to mention their pricing was more than reasonable. Within 30 minutes of them being gone it was a noticeable difference. I will definitely be using them from now on!

STAY AWAY! Nightmare of an experience! I spent almost $6000 on a brand new ac system for my little 1900 square ft house and from the 2nd week this ac never cooled my house below 78F. The owner Jesse claimed my house would not be cooled due to my thin windows and poor attic insulation…although my previous 20year old system cooled it to at least 74 during the hottest part of the day in the dead heat of summer. I have received a 2nd and even a 3rd opinion and both a/c experts stated that the ac Texas Comfort System put in was not installed properly, was leaking, was not the correct size for my house, and was not even INSPECTED, which apparently they are supposed to do by the state licensing board. I have asked them multiple times to please make this right but they refuse due to their claims of my poor housing insulation lol. Now I am $6000 in debt with my BRAND NEW AC in a house running nonstop to keep it at an average of 80 during the summer. Save your hard earned money and find quality ac installers at another business.
