I have been a customer for at least 30 years. They have replaced 3 air conditioners, a furnace and heat exchanger. Today they replaced the air ducts in my attic that were falling apart and never been cleaned. Wonderful job, polite workers, great clean up. I can already tell the difference in the quality of the air. Love you guys!!

The installation was done with care and when they were done they actually cleaned up behind themselves.....holy cow, what a concept! Goode Air conditioning went above and beyond! Prior to even diagnosing the issue, the owner or manager actually went by the house to personally install a few window units to keep us cool while we waited for the repair. He did this around 9pm after dinner out of the goodness of his heart. Kevin the technician who is very familiar with infinity systems quickly figured out the problem and made a speedy repair. Customer service was awesome, and I can’t praise them enough for a job well done.
I have never used Goode A/C and they sent me a request for a review. I texted them back and received an apology and now I just received the same request for a review so here it is.Goode has contacted me to confirm that there is an issue that they need to resolve regarding texting so at their request I am removing the rating that I previously posted to no rating as I am in no position to rate this company.This rating system is very unfair because I cannot post without choosing a star rating so I picked three stars.Once again I am NOT rating this company because I have NOT used them.
After doing an extensive “Homework” to replace my 2 air conditioning units,I call Goode air conditioning company and have a representative come to our house.He adviced us with all the technical support the new units to be bought and 3 days later,the tecnicians came to install the new units.Goode is a very professional and responsable company.

This company is not “all about the money.” I called them out to my new home to evaluate a project that would possibly require moving one or both outside AC units. After quickly determining I did not have enough room for the size project I had in mind, Senior Technician Todd Hagewood told me the service call would be at no charge. I used Goode about 5 years ago to install two new AC units in my old home. They did such a great job with installation and after sale service, I felt confident calling them for this latest project. Once again, they did not disappoint.
I had another company drop the ball totally. I called and in 30 minutes Evan was here to quote a realistic price for a new system. He really went the extra mile and even brought us window units to use for the night before the work. The next day Adrian, Troy, and Tyler showed up on time and in one day took out a flawed nasty dirty dead system and replaced it with an updated system. They were fast, clean and did a great job. That system is clean and the install is too. They are pros! I would highly recommend this company. They show concern for a customer who is hot and uncomfortable and stand behind their word. Even the young lady who took my call handled it fast and with concern. The price was way cheaper than the company I had picked and the work was done in a 1 day.Thank you so much. Dont waste time with anyone else.
From the start of the process Goode AC was detail oriented and prompted. I solicited 3 AC companies for bids on a new system via the BBB website. Evan from Goode AC called me the same day which was a Saturday. He spend 30 minutes of his free time chatting about options. When he came out to perform the prebid survey he spend an hour measuring every room and collecting all the data necessary to calculate the size of unit I needed along with duct sizes etc. He was the only contracted that presented a bid that downsized my AC unit to 3.5 tons from 5 tons and as able to back up his assessment with data. Both other contractors spend under 30 minutes in my house, did a Thumbsuck calculation and recommended a 5 ton unit. Goodes pricing was competitive.4 days before my install the old AC failed. I called Evan to let him know he had more flexibility on installation as we didnt require the AC unit at night between install days. He automatically volunteered some window units which he came and installed himself again on a Saturday!The install team was prompt, professional and friendly. They worked hard and focused on minimizing the impact to us. They were happy to talk details with me the engineer. They cleaned up after themselves and took pride in the work they did.This experience has made me an advocate for Goode. I will use them for all future AC and heating needs and strongly recommend them to anyone mentions the words Air conditioning.

We have been using Goode A/C and Heat exclusively for our home in Kingwood since 2009, upon expiry of our new home warranty service coverage. They have been outstanding in covering all our seasonal servicing and occasional repairs over this time, including a completely new system installation in 2018. Professional, and friendly, always prompt service. I would recommend them highly.
I paid them to replace a $3600 air handler in my attic this summer. At least $600 more than other quotes. I didnt seem to have any issues until my light bills were nearly double for two months. They offered a service call but only during the hours of 8am-4pm, stating that nights and weekends were reserved for emergencies only. After trying to work out another arrangement, Valerie Grace became extremely rude and belligerent. I eventually had to take time off to be home during those hours. Heres where it really get horrible. The Goode Air technician discovered that the issue was that the Goode Air installation technicians DIDNT PROPERLY SET THE BLOWER SPEED TO HIGH. Meaning it was working a lot harder and longer to cool, i.e., higher light bills. Im thinking, great hes done. BUT, he then checks the outside unit which is not under warranty and tells me that a part has failed due to the blower now pulling more amps. And that it would cost me $201 (Goode Air Price) to fix it. I looked up the part, and it only cost $10. I called and spoke with Evan Lewis, Goode Sales manager and explained the situation. He got aggravated at the even the notion that his techs would work for free. Mind you, the AC unit is under their 1 year service warranty already. So they couldnt charge me a trip charge for it and had to find another reason. I explained that we could compromise and Goode not pay the difference in my light bill, but just replace the $10 part at no cost to me. They refused. The technician then wrote on the invoice that the customer assumes responsibilities for the damages. I refused to sign it. Ill be reaching out to the owner and potentially seeking legal recourse. They do everything they can to woo you in the beginning, but their service is absolutely abhorrent post installation. I recommend spending your time and money on a more reliable and reputable company.
Our ac went out Saturday morning during Memorial Day weekend & we thought we were going to have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get it fixed. I found Goode Air on Google & saw they were open on Sundays so I called Sunday afternoon. The tech called me back within 20 mins of my initial call & he was at our house within 20 more. He was very knowledgeable & precise. He replaced the part that had gone out & was done within 1 hour. I recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!

We’ve used them for about 6 years. Since allowing them to install a new coil, among other repairs, we’ve had issues literally every 2 1/2 months like clockwork. This means paying for service calls and refrigerant refills each time. This last week, they came to do a “leak check” and one of their “experts” said we need another new coil, because it’s apparently leaking. This is the same coil that they replaced a few years ago. That same expert somehow disconnected a pvc pipe in the attic, during the leak check. During the night, the pipe leaked so much water that part of the ceiling in my upstairs office collapsed. Since then, the owner and other contractors came to look at this mess. Even though they are the only company to have repaired or installed any plumbing or components....and they were in our attic the day of the water damage....the owner says that he couldn’t find any evidence that they were 100% responsible. Then he said that they would fix the water damage IF I agreed to allow them to replace the coil with a better coil, instead of using the coil they sold us a few years ago that is still under warranty. He didn’t want to honor that warranty. He wanted to UPSELL us and charge nearly $2,800. So not only do we have a screwed up AC, because of the work they did, but we now have severe water damage and a huge mess to clean up. The owner was very rude and arrogant. Instead of making their screw up right, he chose to be rude, he didn’t accept responsibility for something that was clearly done by his company, and charging us thousands of dollars more was what was most important to him as everyone is struggling during a worldwide crisis.
Both our units went down today in this freeze. We called Goode and they walked me through the resetting process. Very polite and professional. We will continue to use as bought units years ago with you and will again. Thanks so much for your speedy response.George Buchanan

Found out after the fact that they should not have touched our air conditioner until talking to the builder.It was less than 2 years old and cost us $1830 to fix. Disappointed that they did not catch that! I have always been happy with them before this!

Bought my American Standard unit in 2011. I splurged and got the 10 year warranty. Wow! On May 1, 2020 my motor started making some terrible noise. The 10 year warranty covered new motor! Saved me a fortune. I highly recommend Goode AC!
