Crew was quick and efficient! Called the morning after 4th of July and although they had no appointments available, they had someone in our neighborhood who could stop by and check it out for us.Zeke worked quickly and was super friendly. He helped me understand the issue with our AC and explained what exactly had happened and what was being replaced.

Just had crew come out and get my heat working . Thought for sure any heating company was gonna capitalize on the cold weather.Ezekiel showed up promptly and was extremely professional and got our heat back on . Unbelievably fair bill.I will only use these guys for my hvac service going forward.Thankyou Crew for exceptional and professional service.

With us knowing we knew we had to replace the AC that was 15 years old Erica and James went above and beyond. James come out to our house immediately which was on a Friday evening just to confirm what we already knew. They sent me over an estimate and financial loan link within an hour. We Got approved (which we were shocked). Once their office opened up on Monday morning, I got a call and was told James was coming out to do measurements. By Tuesday we had an AC.As far as the installation it went by so smoothly. I was very impressed. The Crew is now our A/C and heating guys for life. I can’t even thank them enough. Very reasonable and honest people. New and old units in photo. They hauled the old unit and trash away. Thanks Crew Home Service😃

Came out same day. Unit was ok. Ended up being a bad breaker. Referred us to a local electrician to replace breaker. Will recommend.

Our AC stopped working and I called Crew this morning to see if someone could come out to take a look. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who suggested a couple quick checks which confirmed an on-site diagnostic would be needed. Scheduled a same day appointment with the possibility of moving it up if the crew was ahead of schedule which is exactly what happened. James showed up, checked out the unit and immediately identified and resolved the issue. Very friendly, efficient, and great experience. Will definitely call again and recommend.

The challenges were both inside and out with limited access and they exceeded all expectations. They never saw “this can’t be done” while others walked away. My technician was James and he was very professional and knowledgeable of my homes AC system. He was always on time and explained every detail of the installation process to me. He was also fantastic at pointing out various cost options so I could make the best decision for my situation. Hes the best!!

James with CREW Heating & Ac repair was very attentive to listen to everything I have going on with my AC and duct work. I originally wanted a vent cleaning because of things i was hearing and felt like my airflow was possibly blocked. I am so happy he acknowledge I have another issue going on with my system setup that needs to be addressed and my vent are really not really dirty to need a whole house cleaning. I had prior work done on my system by another company and it was done really poorly. I had another company come out before CREW Heating & AC Repair and them didnt seem to want to be bothered with repairing the issue that was caused by another company. I explained this to James and he said they could replace and fix what has been done and that he will send me a quote later today. He stated to me that although my system is putting out plenty of air but the way the last company repaired it, Im not actually getting 100% of it into my house/ living quarters because what they had done is blocking part of the air flow from going through like it should. He stated hat section of the system really needs to be rebuilt which Im fine with. I just want everything to be properly done and work the way it should. Im actually excited that James is willing to repair and fix this issue when noone was willing to do so.

James did an outstanding job repairing our HVAC and thermostat. Originally had a 2 wire and tried to install a new smart AC. He got in, diagnosed everything and completed in promptly. Answered all questions and provided recommendations. Highly recommend

After discovering a leak in our 2nd floor ceiling, and discovering that our drip pan wasnt installed quite correctly, we contacted Crew Heating & AC Repair, who we have already had a great experience with. They responded IMMEDIATELY, to let us know theyd be out first thing tomorrow (Sunday), despite us reaching out in the dead of night. Ezekiel arrived this morning and, once again, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked very quickly to identify the issue, and fix it just as quick. Great service and had to come back that evening to replace the motherboard in our dual.zone a/c unit. However they would not leave the burned out motherboard with us. It was our part and my husband wanted it.

I am so happy I chose Crew to figure out how to resolve our relentless dirty sock syndrome problem. James came first and did the inspection, and we appreciated how well he explained everything along with several options and personal recommendations. He even noticed that we were missing a float switch on the drip pan which both our builders and inspector didnt catch. Ezekiel came out to install the option we chose (UV air scrubber) and confirmed what else he was going to do (clean the evaporator coils, fog the ducts, and install the float switch). He also gave me clear instructions after completion. As other reviews mentioned, their prices were very fair and they were so nice to waive labor for the float switch since they would already be here for the air scrubber. I can already tell a huge difference in air quality with barely any odor, and know it will just keep improving over the next few days. James, Ezekiel, and Erica were all so friendly and professional, and we will definitely stick with them for our HVAC and heater needs after this positive experience!

Ezekiel was our technician and he was awesome. He was polite from start to finish. Our A/C was cooling in minutes. I truly appreciate his patience with our fur baby, who wouldnt stop barking at him. I was very apologetic and he understood. My husband called and Ezekiel explained everything to him before the repairs were performed. I definitely recommend CREW for your A/C and HEATING needs.

Our experience with Crew was great. We called them out to do maintenance on our system and to see why it wasnt cooling as well as it should have been. Our technician Zeke, was very prompt and professional, as well as incredibly helpful to any questions that we had. He noticed our refrigerant levels were low but couldnt pinpoint the exact location of the leak.He actually came back the next day free of charge with an ultrasonic listening device to try and locate where we were losing refrigerant, and was able to locate it on our evaporator coils. Within a few days our coils were replaced and our system was working much better than before. Were grateful for Crews professionalism and wonderful service.

James was super detailed and honest about our AC needs. We moved into this home 2 years ago. Over the years we found the previous home owners cut corners around the house. The honest technician let us know that our part was covered under warranty and had our AC back on very fast. Our technician was James. He was very professional and very informative. This company is very responsive and was helpful in answering all our questions. The tech moved everything and put it all back. The best part was there was no upwelling of products or services. We will definitely be recommending them and using them again. We had the dryer duct cleaning and sumner maintenance on our ac. I had another company through our home builder tell me my dryer vents were clogged and needed to be cleaned and we had been in the house less than a year. I called Crew out a year later when my dryer gave me a message about a serious clog. I cleaned the lint trap first by soaking in dawn and hot water and ask Crew to come check everything out. After going through the vent from front to back, I was told there was nothing to worry about and ac looked good. Looks like the first guy was lying, so I appreciated their honesty even more. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

We were having issues with an AC unit cooling and were told elsewhere that we would have to replace it as the most cost effective option. Called Crew and the staff was very friendly and appointment easily scheduled. The person dispatched was very helpful and recommended a single repair at a third of the cost of the 1st company. Quickly repaired and I am more than happy I reached out to Crew, saving me thousands!

Ezekiel was awesome. He was not pushy about needing to add freon and actually spent a few minutes showing me what was all on the gauge while he was checking pressures and voltages. He checked with a manager to confirm that our outside unit is probably undersized (new construction so no surprise) but adding freon is worth a try for now if we wanted to try that but no guarantee, but it was a bit low based on pressures. He added the freon and within minutes the thermostat recalculated the time to cool and it clearly helped.

Their timeliness and courteous explanations exceeded my expectations. The team arrived promptly, and their clear explanations helped me understand the entire process. I appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend their services.

I was able to schedule online, and they reached out to ask if we wanted an earlier appointment that came available. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to service both of our AC units quickly, and the air was already blowing colder before he left our home.

I have now experienced excellent service from Crew on two separate occasions. Each time James has been very thorough in finding not only the issue at hand, but also making sure other parts of the system are functioning appropriately. I am also thankful for James answering the questions and concerns I have had each time.

When we got the dreaded news that our AC was not repairable, from the company our home warranty sent out, we weren’t very pleased, but being that we had to stay cool; we readied ourself for the possibilities. The first company we had were nice, but I decided to check out these guys to get a comparable bid. They did not disappoint. Crew Home Services were absolutely great to deal with and they were a better price for better equipment and a better warranty. Michael and James were both a joy to deal with and made the process very comfortable. When the installation crew came out they were quick and made sure to spread drop cloths throughout the house to not dirty up the house. 5 star all the way!! These guys are great!!

Wow wow wow!!! Our technician James is definitely invited to the cookout! (And his awesome Dalmatian doggy ranger) the service was QUICK AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! And definitely inexpensive ! After contemplating for at least 4 to 5 hours we buckled down and made an emergency call at 9:30 AT NIGHT and they came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within 20 minutes!!I also want to thank Erika who was nice and friendly all of the 100 times that I called for different pricing options and different financing options and my many decision changes lol she was so polite every time 🥹🥰 we would definitely be getting the membership with them and using them for all of our air conditioning needs!

Showed up on time, and had my cold air blowing again in less than 30 minutes. Very professional company. They also did not take advantage of me, and were honest about the issue. I convinced myself the compressor was bad, turned out to only be a thermostat issue. I highly recommend.

Great service, Crew Home Services came out on a Sunday to diagnose my AC when no one else would. The very next day my AC was up and running at a great and fair price. James came out a week later to check the AC pressure and asked if there were any issues. Very professional company, will do business again in the future.

Life savers!!! With Texas weather, AC maintenance/repair is nothing to play with! Crew team is always available and willing to help. My AC went out on 100 degree weather and we have a toddler in the house. It only took a couple of hours between the phone call and Crew showing up with a new capacitor ready to help!Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I called and they got me scheduled right away. It was awesome to see a step by step process with email and text confirming my appointment and when the technician was in route. I have never had another service company do that. When I got the text he was coming it gave me enough time to give the baby a bottle and let the dogs out. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and clean cut (and they dont smell like smoke for non-smokers out there). James went to work as soon as he got here and even listened to some concerns I had about the air distribution throughout the house. He was only scheduled for a regular AC unit check up and dryer vent cleaning, but took the time to adjust the dampers I had installed a while back to help the air flow a little better. After James was done he informed me of his concerns about the dryer lint collecting because of some faulty screws the builder (Signorelli if you are wondering) had put in that was obstructing the lint flow and causing a backup and a potential fire hazard. He repaired it and gave me the all clear to do laundry again. I highly recommend these guys for any AC and Heating needs. Especially the dryer vent cleaning! James is a firefighter and knows the risks of having lint collecting in the dryer vent. He saved my home and now Im a client for life.

We called James on a Friday night and he walked us through some trouble shooting that evening and was able to come out Saturday morning around 10 am which was very fast! My a/c went out in the evening. I called the after hours number and James was able to help. He arrived at my house in 30 minutes and got to the bottom of what was wrong. He was able to come first thing the next morning with the part. Had it fixed quickly so we could have air. This man is not only professional but very kind and explains everything to you. Came in to clean ductwork and did not clean the ductwork in the master bathroom. I asked if they were done and was told “I beleive they were cleaned” by my coworker. I wanted to give them a five but they didn’t fulfill the job they charged me for.

James was so nice, he helped me fix a major problem on a Saturday night over the phone walking me through how to get our AC to shut off for the night. He came out the next morning on a Sunday and replaced our broken thermostat. He even checked the water heater after asking me if we had any other issues in the house, he definitely didn’t have to do that. He also checked our filters and the units and did a comprehensive job on the entire system. He’s friendly, professional and trustworthy. I’ve lived here for 8 years and used various AC companies and CREW is by far the best! Would recommend to my friends and family. Our home AC quit working two days before the July 4th holiday. Called Crew late in the day and James was able to come troubleshoot the problem and give us options that evening. Old style R-22 compressor grounded out so we opted for a complete system replacement inside and out. Crew was able to get the entire system replaced the very next day and got us cooling down again. This was Friday, July 3, which most folks had off as a holiday. I would recommend Crew Home Services to anyone needing an honest AC repair company.

Really good experience. The technician came on time, was really nice and fixed the ac issue really quick. He also took a look to the attic to see if everything up there was in order. The price is not exactly cheap, but you get for what you pay for.

A/C work is something most everyone dreads dealing with. Always concerned if you will be taken advantage of and if it will drain the bank. James Bogia with Crew Home Services came highly recommended to me from numerous people when posting on Facebook. Contacted him to set an appointment, he was out next day right on time. He was open, honest, didnt try and get more out of me. He listened to what I had to say and took care of me. When it came time to pay the price was 1/3 what I assumed it would be. Our A/C unit stopped cooling late on a a Sunday evening. I was not able to get another company out to check things out until the following day. James at Crew Home Services was easy to get in touch with, very friendly, and was able to stop by our house within a few hours. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes, replaced the part that had broken, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Being 7 1/2 months pregnant I was looking to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible! Great service! James was prompt and professional. My AC works fine, except for high humidity levels. This visit was to inspect, test and maintain. He found no issues with my system but was able to quickly and accurately identify why my humidity levels are high. He reset the fresh air intake to a lower setting and 3 hours later my humidity level is at 55% (down from 75 to 77% ). Highly recommend Crew Heating & Cooling.

Absolutely pro----- The owner came to my home and cleaned my duct from my dryer through the roof. He said there was a bird nests started in it and it could have caused me some serious problems. Very nice man and new his stuff. I will definitely use this company again.

They installed my new unit and I was very pleased. They gave me several options and explained pros and cons for each. They came due maintenance check before Texas heat comes and were very professional. He also explained how to protect the unit from issues that they saw with our snow storm. I will keep using them.

I had Crew come to diagnosis my problem before then insurance AC tech arrived . Crew determined the problem and bid to repair. The Choice AC tech from Safe Air arrived and filed an incorrect report so that the claim was denied. I was able to fix the problem as diagnosed by Crew and problem was solved. Crew issued a refund for the work i did myself.
