I chose to have my indoor air quality tested because Ive been noticing that it hasnt been the best lately. My heater needs to be replaced, according to the results of the technicians comprehensive indoor air quality testing. My air is now fresher and cleaner than before they installed a new one for me. Im quite happy that I had my air quality checked.

🚨 DO NOT USE AIR MAJESTY! WORST HVAC COMPANY EVER! 🚨I regret ever hiring Air Majesty to replace my HVAC system. This has been the most frustrating, expensive, and exhausting nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity—stay FAR AWAY from this company.I paid $8,000 for a brand-new unit, and from day one, it has been nothing but a disaster. The installation was botched—the system made loud vibrating noises immediately after installation, which they tried to “fix” by tying things down! That should have been my first red flag. Within weeks, it was leaking water, then failing to cool properly, and no one at their office answered my calls. I left over 10 voicemails before finally getting a response!When I did get service, their own technician admitted that the unit was damaged upon installation and had a refrigerant leak. Instead of owning up to their mistake, Air Majesty lied about appointment cancellations, dragged out the repairs for MONTHS, and kept sending the same incompetent technician who failed to fix the issue every time.Fast forward to June, and they finally admitted the unit was beyond repair and needed full replacement—yet even the second unit failed to cool properly. Multiple technicians gave contradicting diagnoses—one said it was overcharged, another said it was low on freon.AND IT GETS WORSE. The owner, Antoine Arrington, personally offered IN WRITING to pay for the cost of another HVAC company to try to fix their mess. I took him up on the offer, paid over $500, and sent him the receipt. And guess what? He NEVER refunded me. A complete lie and scam.This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. They don’t answer calls, they lie to customers, they don’t stand behind their work, and they clearly have no idea how to properly install or repair HVAC systems.If I could give negative stars, I would. AVOID AIR MAJESTY AT ALL COSTS!

Jason & Jose did a phenomenal job taking care of my HVAC needs. They came to my house multiple times just so that they can get it right. Answering any and all questions that I had about the overall maintenance of my unit and giving me tips on preventative measures that I could use in the future. These are two great guys! I never leave reviews, but I need feel the need to warn people about the experience I had with one of the techs Asciano. He was sent by AHS for my AC that wasn’t cooling. After he diagnosed I was told I had a very old and rusty coil that needed to be repaired. He went on to tell me that a lot of the cost would not be covered by my warranty, and he recommended that I just upgrade the whole system. Later that evening, I noticed that my ceiling was leaking. I called and sent pictures personally and his reply “ it’s your AC, i noticed that your pan was full, but I didn’t realize you had a clog”. The reason I called him out there was to check these things. I was so furious because after speaking to several other contractors they all replied that he shouldn’t have walked away from the full drip pan and he should have advised that I should turn off the system. Which he did not do until AFTER I the damage was done. He also stated that he was not responsible for any damages. I called out another company the next day who told me that I had a very bad clog, cleared it for $125. He did say that my coil is old and will need to be replaced soon but my house is cold and the AC is working fine! Make sure you get a second opinion before you spend thousands of dollars. Now I am stuck paying for damages that could have been prevented. I have attached pictures of the damage and the sediment that came from the line.

Super frustrating dealing with the lack of communication with this company. A technician came to fix my heating. Right after he was done, he said I will have to make a new call with AHS due to the cooling not working. I asked what happened because the cooling was never an issue and had just been working days before. His helpers response was something like it happens sometimes.I tried to get my husband to call him to get details on what actually went wrong with our cooling, and he never called him back.We had to do another AHS payment for what I felt like was this mans fault. The company never called me back either. Awful customer service.

Air Majesty was professional, courteous, prompt, honest and fair from my initial conversation with Daniel until my last interactions with the installers. Daniel sought out discounts that we didn’t even know we were eligible for to assist with the cost and even handled registering the unit for us for warranty purposes. He made the entire process very easy and efficient. 5 stars all the way for Daniel and his entire team! Very pleased!

I’m not one to leave reviews but if you have AHS and they contract this company out I suggest to ask for someone else. They came to my home in January said I needed to do a few things and I never heard from them. I have contacted the tech and the company multiple times and left messages. I’m guessing they just don’t want business. Lack of communication and follow up is their issue.

I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. American Home Shield sent them to check my AC because the actuator motors weren’t working properly. The person who came didn’t put the side panel on properly. There is a switch that deactivates the AC when the panel isn’t secure. We called and the repair person was very defensive and insisted he didn’t do anything wrong. I made several phone calls to the company and was promised a call back and no one did. Rather than go without AC all weekend I had to call someone else to fix it costing me an extra service charge. If you want something done right don’t call them. If you want decent customer service don’t call them

I received amazing service at a very reasonable price. Alexis and the crew were amazing. The guys changed the evaporator coil completely, the pan and all the details needed for my AC to cool again properly. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

My home warranty company sent Air Majesty for a second opinion, since I did not trust the first AC company they sent. Air Majesty did a great job finding out the problem with my AC.Asiano is the tech they sent and he was extremely knowledgeable, competent and honest about what was wrong with my AC and now it has been working fine.

Asciano is the worst tech possible. He came to check if our AC was working since our home warranty sent him over. We have proof on paper that a technician came before and said the AC was working properly before we purchased the house. However, Asciano made up his own statement saying this was a pre existing condition when there’s proof it was working prior. He just wants the money and is not truthful at all. Horrible!

I was sent Air Majesty by AHS and per the technician I have a clog and he did nothing about it , he left me and my elderly mom in a hot house for the weekend. He returned on Monday and still did not clear the clog but sent AHS non covered items that needed to be repaired. I do not need half of the things this guy reported to AHS. He said the company that last service led my AC didn’t put enough refrigerant knowing it is not covered by the warranty. He didn’t even know how to identify which unit was not functioning. I am still in this very hot house with my mom who is almost 80 years old until I can get another HVAC company to come out. I wish I could sue AHS and Air Majesty for the undue stress I’m going through. Shame on this company. I am reading other reviews and all of them have had the issue I am having with them. The technician reported things to AHS that would definitely get my repairs denied. We need to put them out of business. I’m going to call a lawyer. I will spend money to put these people out of business.

Great knowledge, quality, and professionalism. Replaced my HVAC unit and it was replaced in a few hours. Made minimum noise in townhome without disturbing me or neighbors. Cleaned up and took all trash and materials with them. Felt that I got a fair price and good quality. Would buy again.

Had my A/C serviced by Arrings and was pleased. Daniel was on time for appointment, very polite, courteous, professional and spoke to me in terms I could understand. Since I was unable to actually go in the attic he took pictures of the problem for me that I could see. I would definitely recommend them.This is an update from 7 years ago. I have been with Air Majesty for probably 18 to 20 years, and should have wrote more reviews. I have them come out twice every year. Once for AC inspection and once for heater inspection. I have had service over the years and have never had any problem with them. Our AC just went out the week following a hurricane and they came out quickly and got us fixed. Angel and Asiano went above and beyond taking care of the problem. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

I was assigned them from American Home Shield. They came out on Tue July 9th, told me I was the only appointment for the day and they would submit my diagnosis and order the parts that day. I waited all week and heard nothing. Called AHS and was told Air Majesty wouldnt call them back either. Talked to AHS on Sunday the 14th and demanded another contractor. I was told Air Majesty finally submitted the diagnosis and ordered parts on Friday evening after sitting on it for 4 days. Was told the parts would be in Wed the 17th and they would be out to fix it. Waited at home on Wed, no show and no call from Air Majesty. Then I get a text they changed my appt to Friday the 19th. AHS now says Air Majesty mixed things up and the parts are not actually in yet. Mind you I have left probably 20 voicmails with Air Majesty over the last two weeks and have NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK OR SPOKEN TO THEM! This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and would advise anyone to NEVER use them.

Overall, my experience with Air Majesty HVAC was more than horrible and very stressful!! Im still waiting on a refund from last year that I was promised after I had to have another company come out and complete the repairs. The owner and Beth basically accused me of lying after Aciano and crew put a part that was too large for the unit which almost caused my home to catch fire. I provided them with with pictures that included the sticker on the unit showing the amount of freon required and they still didnt believe me. I was also yelled at and told by Aciano that he would pull the (explicit) part out if I didnt pay him...Now I wish I would have agreed instead of paying as I cant get my refund even after being promised half.Technicials do not wear uniforms. The entire organization is Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! .The owner offer TONS of apologies (lip service) on the reviews but provides NO ACTION!!. I would caution anyone against this company. When I filed a complaint with the BBB and HVAC office in Austin, AirMajesty NEVER responded.. They waited for time to elaspe so they would NOT have to reimburse me. My advice, when AHS says Air Majesty will do work, DECLINE, DECLINE , DECLINE!! Save yourself the money and headache.

My HVAC system went out and I had to get a new one. I thought good lord what a hassle. This company was the best thing that could have happened for me. Michael came out to inspect the system and broke it down for me real easy giving me multiple options I could go with and explaining the differences in the options. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and attentive. They had a new system installed in just one day and the price was actually less than what I was expecting. Michael came back out to make sure everything was as it should be. 100% would recommend Air Majesty to anyone. ...and ask for Michael!!!

I am not happy with the service received! American home shield sent them to check my AC. TheyAre saying I need an upgrade(larger unit) to cool my townhome and due to the age of the AC, but I disagree. Now, AHS says that’s an upgrade and not a covered replacement.I have called Air Majesty several times over the course of 4 days, but I haven’t spoken to anyone. The mailbox is also full.

I recently contacted Air Majesty HVAC to schedule a service appointment for cleaning out my air condenser coils. I specifically asked multiple times during the booking process if this service was included, and each time, the lady on the phone named Beth confirmed that it was indeed part of the service package. Based on this assurance, I went ahead and booked the appointment.However, when the technician arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was shocked to learn that cleaning the coils was not included in the service after all. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, as I had relied on the information provided by Beth when making the appointment.I am deeply dissatisfied with Air Majesty HVACs lack of follow-through on promised services and their failure to properly inform customers about what is included in their service packages. The miscommunication and false assurance from Beth resulted in a waste of time and inconvenience for me as a customer.Overall, my experience with Air Majesty HVAC was highly unsatisfactory, and I would caution others against relying on their promises without verifying the details of the service beforehand.

Wish had a negative score. The guy Jose came to my home and told me once the air was “working” he wouldn’t anything. Kept saying about money (I rent and my landlord was the one who call them). He could not verify the outside unit because “nobody told him was nothing the ground and he did not have a leader” besides having a huge van. I would assume that would be a tool. In his 5 minutes visit he just complain about the air filter to justify his visit and took a picture of it because was duty. He reset the thermostat and of course after it stoped working. His attitude was so bad that I don’t get why they have those guys working in the first place. I would not recommend this company who clearly have those employees that don’t care. The visit took a week in this crazy heat and the guy stayed for 5 minutes. Also, he kept saying he would not do maintenance because he was a “technician” and clearly I stated prior to the visit my issue was ac works on and off, unit outside needed to be looked at and the thermostat was having issues. Hope people don’t get desperate due to heat and stop calling them. Also the appointment schedule is a nightmare. They don’t call you to make sure you are available and the lady in the phone was not much cooperative. Run people run.Note: see how many bad reviews they have! Wow and each one of them the answer is “ we strive to make it better”, what a joke. If they did it wouldn’t be that bad. How about the part they said would cost a thousand and was only $100 (has picture to prove). Its sad the company strive to try to full customer instead making a good name. Wow bloating my mind.

Home warranty appointed them when having AC issues. Technician tried to rip us off by selling a not-included maintenance service (cleaning coil) for USD 1,000 and making it sound super urgent (“if you don’t do it now it will cost you USD 3,000 in repairs”).We had the maintenance done with a different company for USD 150 instead. Unbeliveable!

Jim was a savior when the AC went out. He was very thorough in his diagnostic and gave us multiple options. He explained everything in the best way for us to understand. Went with a new unit for energy efficiency and better cooling on the house (old AC was very outdated). After we got financing set up, he got to work. He had 3 guys come out the next day. Lead tech was Jason. Jason and his crew got everything completed same day! Highly recommend Air Majesty for any of your AC/Heating needs!

Air Majesty replaced my whole system, after they came out for just a repair. They were honest with me - which is not always the case, with other companies. We needed a new system and Daniel sent Mario and his crew to install it. Wow! What a great group of gentlemen. They were professional, kind, took the time to explain what I needed to know and got everything done in a prompt manner. Within 24 hours, I went from no A/C or heat to an entirely new system. From start to finish - a great, honest, hard working group! I hear of others having a difficult time with A/C repair. I would recommend dealing with these gentlemen with any future needs. Got a bid on Thursday and compaired repair or replace at about 5:00 decided to replace, by 5:00 on Friday had a whole new system, done professionally, with great respect for my home (they even put stuff over my carpet to avoid getting it dirty), and people who were willing to take the time to explain everything! Air Majesty really needs to evaluate their contractors. They seem to price gouging and find random things to charge for to get more money. I have contacted numerous of sources to get an understanding on where the charges are coming from and have found that the contractor lied about what we needed . He stated the evaporation coil needed to be changed then said it’s not covered under warrant when it was. After telling him we have the warranty information the quoted price remained the same and he stated it was a “warranty exchange fee”? My unit is only 4-5 years old and he’s saying it needs to be updated to R8 code or he can’t replace the coil. Goodman informed us that this was not true. He quoted a bunch of charges that were not necessary to get more money than what the warranty offered. I will be looking into legal action from my lawyer for these terrible practices. It’s about time these companies are held accountable for doing people like this and taking advantage of the heat wave Houston is experiencing.

DO NOT USE this company. Tried to sell me a whole new unit and charge around 1000$ for a coil cleaning. When they realized I wasn’t going to be doing either of those they made up some new charges that were nearly $2000. All while not having AC or heat for over a month while waiting for them to get the parts to fix my AC/Heat(whole other long story). It was clear that they were trying Everything to get money above and beyond what my warranty would cover. (There is so much to this long disaster of a story, but not in the book writing mood right now) I finally called my home warranty and asked for a second opinion. Company came out and found out all it was, was the thermostat cable needed to be replaced due to a short. They would need to put the work order in and run through our warranty or else he would fix it right then but beings my brother is an electrician it could be fixed easily if we wanted. So needless to say it was fixed before it got dark. The parts this company was trying to order (but seemed to be having trouble getting) would not have fixed the problem anyway. DO NOT USE

My home was evaluated by Air Majesty who was sent over by American Home Shield Warranty. Home was evaluated by technician Asiano. He stated that the motherboard to the AC power was fried in the attic and that the part is out of stock, that it would take 8-10 business days for it to come in and that an estimate would be $950-$1,050 and very unlikely that my home warranty would cover the issue. He went on to add that my 2005 home has an old original unit in the attic that I should consider replacing while I am having work done. Everything passed inspection 1 month ago when I purchased the home and was not advised that anything was aged or dated. I do not believe a thorough inspection was done in the attic and I hired for a second opinion out of pocket. Second opinion technician came out the following day and my A/C was repaired that same day. Cost was only $100 and the issue was a regular fuse that needed to be replaced. I am horrified at the evaluation that was done and estimate that I was given. I feel like Air Majesty tried to take advantage that I am a woman and do not have A/C knowledge. Would not recommend. I have attached a photo of the $950-$1,050 part that needed to be replaced, what a joke.

My A/C was not cooling and Air Majesty was assigned by American Home Shield to do a service call. The technician from Air Majesty quickly found that some caps were loose, which caused leakage of Freon from the system. He loaded 4 lbs of Freon and brought the system back to full operation and it has performed well since.The technician was curious how the caps had become loosened.I didnt remember until later that I had a routine service call to install a thermostat which could be accessed remotely by another company. While one technician worked on the thermostat, another technician did some work outside. The technician reported that I was 1 lb low on Freon and the other technician recommended a total system change out. He gave me a quote. I have a feeling that I was being set up and they may have loosened the caps. Of course, there was no way to prove this.I have great confidence in Air Majesty, but am not assured thatAmerican Home Shield would send them for future calls. For work not covered by American Home Shield, I would certainly look to9 Air Majesty.

The technicians was very professional and even wore shoe covers. Went over and beyond to answer questions and explained his troubleshooting process. I was having issues with my AC, which wasnt blowing cool air. I first called my home warranty company. They come out and quote my 1300 dollar for a blow motor. I called Air Majesty and told them about the findings and quote from my home warranty. They suggested for them to do their own diagnostic.. Come to find out,the blow motor was fine. The capacitor needed to be replaced... To make a long story short. Air Majesty diagnosed the right issue and didnt try to ADVANTAGE of their customers.

Technician came out to look at my unit as part of my warranty and provided a report that caused the warranty company to deny the claim of the repair to pitch me a more costly replacement job. Had another company come out and what the Air Majesty technician said was wrong was completely incorrect. He did not do a good job of evaluating the issue because he was just trying to sell a new unit. Do not use this company.

I have used Air Majesty twice. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone or at my home has been friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. They completed the first project for less than half of what I was quoted by another company. Antoine was able to quickly diagnose the issue both times. The second was an issue that 3 other companies had failed to identify correctly. I highly recommend them, and they will be my first call if any further HVAC issues arise.

Booked an appointment from 9am-12noon someone how changed my appointment from 10am-2pm the day before and it’s 2:30pm and tech still hasn’t showed. I called the office and apparently they changed the time again without my knowledge from 10am-3pm. At this point I think it’s impossible to find an AC company that understand punctuality or at the least communication. Will not be using the company again.

I have American Home shield and air majesty was their contractor for my failed a/c unit.They replaced the compressor with a rebuilt unit and I was told they would not warrant the repair.I was then charged $1000. for a different freon because they said it was not compatible.(yet when I called the company that supplied the compressor I was told it was compatible).No, I would not recommend this company.

Jim at Air Majesty arrived today and fixed out broken heater. He called ahead and arrived on time! He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the system and did NOT over charge or over repair. He gave us suggestions on the life expectancy of our current system but only fixed what was broken! Extremely nice and patient, we highly recommend his services! 10/10!

This is one of the best Air-conditioning company I have ever dealt with, the technicians that have come out to my home has been very professional, timely and communication with clients are just awesome. in my opinion they should have a 5 star rating, I have dealt with them at least 3 or 4 times and they have yet to fail me. My tech were Dwayne he was the best ever, super good and then Matt came out and I tell you those guys are amazing and caring individual you ca tell they love what they do. Technician came out and checked my furnace told me the inducer motor was gone out even after I told him I checked it and was the motor was working. Still insisted it was the motor. He goes out to the truck then come back an says the motor is back ordered for 8-10 weeks and my other faster option is to have the whole unit replaced with a new furnace because the one I have ( less than 4 years old by the way) aren’t good ones. Then tells me that I can use my home warranty and that they cover some of the cost but the rest would be out of pocket or finance. I called another more reputable company to come put same day and he immediately get the furnace working. Turns out the be the zone controller and the part can be found at almost any AC company’s back room. If they ever come to you house just pretend to not be there. Because they’re just overpriced door to door salesmen

AHS sent them to fix a 2.5 ton AC unit that cools the second floor (under 1200 sq ft). The technician who visited was courteous and professional. After spending about 15 minutes on diagnosis, he determined that the AC was not cooling due to an evaporator leak, informed me about it and that he would file the claim with AHS, and left. Nothing happened for about a week, so I reached out to AHS and they said they havent received any paperwork, so I reached out to Air Majesty. They filed the paperwork and within a few minutes AHS came back saying that the leak is not covered because Air Majesty said the cause of evaporator failure is the AC unit is undersized and I will have an $8000 out-of-pocket cost. I made several attempts to reach out to Air Majesty (both phone and email) but did not receive any explanation about how they determined the AC was undersized for the area it is supposed to be cooling. Finally asked AHS for a second opinion, so they sent another company, who also said the evaporator was leaking (thats it) and AHS agreed to cover the full cost.

Where do I start with how horrible our experience was.So our ac went out Sunday 1am ,we put a work order in thru our Home Warranty and it said we would get a call in the morning, and of course I knew better Soni called every house for 4 hours from 8am until finally someone answeredThen of course its the next day before a tech can come out and when he did he notified me of the problem but also said I was leaking freon and it was going to cost $700.Thank God I have some common sense and declined that part and had them replace what was covered which of course wasnt until Saturday, I couldnt imagine if we hadnt had 2 ac units for our house and was able to live on one side.Well after he installed I called our friend out who owns an ac company to come check everything out since we supposedly had a leak, and nothing. He stayed he for an hour doing a thorough check and never found a leak.Im really upset, for 1. No paperwork , I never signed anything verifying work done and what was found.2. Had I paid this guy would he or the company just ran off with my money and say they fixed it.Never again! Ill switch my home warranty before I ever get forced to use this company again.

I am so glad this was the company to fix my AC. The first quote I got (from a different company) tried to push me into replacing the whole system for 3k or fixing only the part for $2,000. Antoine from Air Majesty on the other hand took a look at the system and was able to pinpoint a contact that had worn down and fixed the whole issue in probably 15 minutes. If you have American Home Shield I highly recommend you request Air Majesty. My technician was Chad and he was 20 minutes early for the appointment time which is unheard of. He went right to work and found the problem to my heating unit. Chad picked up the part and came back and installed it. He checked the unit and vents to make sure everything is working properly. Super service.I am always concerned who AHS will send out so I ask them who was on the list and checked out each companies reviews and chose Air Majesty. I think I made a great choice. I will be requesting them in the future for my a/c and heating needs.

Leave it to the motherboard on my heater to short out and burn up the weekend before we’re supposed to have sub freezing temperatures. Daniel and Curtis were knowledgeable and professional. I am glad I found Air Majesty. My experience with them had been as follows:-They arrived on time, as they previously agreed.-They called me, letting me know they were on their way.-They did a thorough and clean job.But the best of all is that I feel I can depend on them. A few days ago, I had a problem with my AC unit. It was remarkable how quick they reacted, and just a few hours after my call, they diagnosed the AC and replaced the faulty part that was causing the issue.

Excellent service! Roy came out and changed out 2 parts in our downstairs unit, and discovered it needed a third part he did not have on his truck. He immediately scheduled Matt to come out to install the third part. Matt came out the next day and changed it. A while after he left, the a/c was not working quite right, so I sent Matt a text that it wasnt. He determined that the part had been defective and came out the next morning (without me asking or anything!) and changed it out. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend them!

My warranty company called Air Majesty on Friday morning. They could not get out till Monday my warranty company ok the work Monday afternoon. *** RING RING RING - NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK ***Last June 2021 our AC went out using American Home Shield and Air Majesty it did not get repaired until late August. Can you Imagine July and Augustvwith no A/C. After the repair was completed I heard the compressor outside Making rattling sounds immediately after replacement with a 1 year parts and 30 day labor warranty. Also changed the coils with a 10 year manufacture warranty and 1 year labor. I called Air Majesty immediately after repair several times and never got a call back.. I called again this last April 17 2022 Because the AC is still making a rattling sound and it didnt seem like it was cooling effectively. Now my A/C is down again. Here it is a month later and I still didnt get a call back. I called again twice today and didnt get a call back. Im hoping that they will respond and repair the broken A/C so I can update this post.

Do not trust this company. Had them come out twice Both times they lied about what was wrong. first time the tech undid a wire on my outside unit and told me that it would not start and I needed a new system. My friend came over and reattached the wire and it started right up. My freon was out and there was a leak in the line so I opted for a window unit that I got myself for the garage apartment. I talked to the owner Matt and he refunded my $50 for the service call. 2 weeks later the ac in my front house stopped working. I gave them a second chance because I had bought that system from them 2 years prior and I was really hoping that the first time was a fluke. So the second time they came out (knowing full well that I had friends who can check their work) They told me that the blower motor was bad and that the capacitor was definitely not the problem. I had the blower motor tested and it was the only piece that WASNT BAD. The capacitor (a much less expensive fix, was bad) the only reason I used these guys is because when I had a home warranty 2 years ago, I ended up buying a whole new ac system from them. I am really thinking that I may not have needed the whole new system in the first place and really really regret doing business with them. I bought the new system 2 years ago when they were called Arrings. I can see why they had to change their name.

I’d give this place zero stars if possible. This company was contracted to service my ac by American home shield. The technician came into the house without a mask or booties smelling like cigarette smoke during a pandemic. On top of that he told me that the evaporator coil was leaking but said I needed all these other parts to be replaced as well that were NOT covered by the home warranty (since there’s nothing wrong with them). He said it would take 7-10 days to get approval from American home shield but if I bought a new unit from him off the books he would replace everything the next day. I called another more reputable company to come and give a second opinion- they replaced the Freon and recommended replacing ONLY the evaporator coil. Air majesty uses American home shield to get in the door only to try and scam you into buying parts you don’t need. I’m not the only one with this experience, read all the low rated reviews on google and you’ll find similar complaints.

Roy and Rick both came out. They took the time to listen to my past problems with the a/c-heating unit. It wouldnt come on. Had happened twice with the heating unit; however, both repairmen from 2 different companies, started it up and both told me there was nothing wrong. When I explained to the last guy what was happening, he proceeded to tell me that the unit doesnt work that way. (If it worked, I wouldnt be calling.) When I asked what I need to do the next time it happens, he said to give them a call when its happening. (Thats just what I had done!) Roy and Rick not only found and fixed the problem, they took the time to explain why it happened (a power surge-typical for the Atascocita, Kingwood TX area) and showed me how to do my own maintenance. They were awesome! Fixed it fast and even went around my house closing my open windows for me! Great service.

They providing a lot of insight to the inner workings of how the system works with AHS as well. Stay away from this company. Air Majesty was assigned to me by American Home Shield (AHS), after I submitted a service request for a broken HVAC system. One of their technicians (Asiano V.) came to our home to inspect the system and he quickly told me that the control board was broken and needed to be repaired. He mentioned that he needed to find the original board for our Trane system and because of the pandemic they would be hard to find. This was already wrong as the control board in the unit had been replaced with a generic Emerson control kit about 4 years ago. He also told me that two of our dampers for our zoning system are broken and need to be replaced as well. According to him, dampers arent covered with AHS and he quoted me $750 for the repair of those. Then, he offered to install a new unit at a cheap price if I would make a decision the same day. I called AHS myself to verify the damper issue and to no surprise, the dampers are covered. AHS called Air Majesty and asked to submit a new diagnosis for approval but even after several follow ups with AHS, there was no attempt from Air Majesty to come back out and repair the system. 10 days later, I called another company to fix the issue and requested a refund from AHS. The absolute worst experience with an AC contractor so far. The AHS contract is the next that will be cancelled. If you are looking for an HVAC company, do yourself a favor and dont choose Air Majesty. If AHS assigns you to Air Majesty, make sure to question their diagnosis, know your contract and dont let the technician talk you into a new system.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Answered all of our questions and fixed the problem! Didn’t haggle us and were very honest about our heating issues. If you read any reviews, please read this one. I was contacted to this company through AHS and had them take a look at my HVAC system. After inspecting everything I was told a need a new unit (i have a trane that was replaced a couple of year prior) due to a leak in the condenser. They were trying to sell me and replace a bunch of stuff that I didnt need to the sum of $1400+ dollars (new until would of still been under manufacturers warranty) It did not sound right to me so I had my original ac company come out to look at the problem. After pressure testing my system and checking everything he found my blower motor was not mounted properly. I was also told my freon was very low but found to be full by my ac guy. Total cost $80. A couple of weeks in the heat for nothing waIting On quOtes. Dont let this company rip you off. Read the one star reviews and you will see everyone say the same thing. Fabricating problems and overcharging people for parts not covered by home warranty.

I am irritated with YELP! !. They are misleading people when it comes to ARRINGS A/C and heat!! They are only showing the bad reviews of this company because ARRINGS stopped paying for Yelp. Our home warranty AHS selected ARRINGS A/C and heat. I have had very bad experiences with AHS contractors so I Googled ARRINGS A/C and found some bad Yelp reviews especially regarding Keith. I emailed ARRINGS and question them about the reviews before I made an appointment. Their response was very nice and understanding. I said that I didnt want Keith to come to my home based on what I have read in the Yelp review. They tried to work with me to reschedule a time when another tech we could come out but that would have taken too long. I asked him to get me another contractor. Aarons contacted AHS but AHS would not change the contractor. I chatted with AHS for about 30 minutes and decided to give ARRINGS a try. Matt at ARRINGS emailed me several times. Matt was very polite in his emails even when I was not so polite. He called the next morning and made an appointment for that day. They also emailed the confirmation of the appointment. Keith called when he was 30 minutes away. He arrived, was very polite, and friendly and went straight to work. I have learned from years of experience with AHS contractors to follow them and ask questions. He answered all of my questions, fixed our AC, collected the copay and was on his way. I am so glad that I used Keith at ARRINGS . He was a pleasure to work with and I will call him again the next time my AC breaks down ( hope its not soon). I’m only giving Arrings A/C one star because Google won’t let me give them zero stars. This company came out to fix an A/C problem through our home warranty. They came and didn’t just fix the problem, but suggested we add a part that wasn’t covered in our warranty saying we would need to pay $425 for a part that cost $15 on Amazon and only took 3 minutes to install. My husband called Arrings A/C and Tim answered then acted sketchy after we told him of the issue. He said he wasnt in charge of pricings and that the A/C technicians are. My husband then confronted the technicians asking how much the part cost which he lied about saying “he didn’t know” (What A/C technician doesn’t know these things?! Clearly a lie) and they said “well we’ll just take the part off”. After beginning to take the part off they then bartered with my husband offering half off the price. We caught them in the act of trying to rip us off. This company is fraudulent. Never use their services.

Roy and Rick came out to my home today to fix my heater, that hasnt been working since last winter. They were EXTREMELY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and VERY THOROUGH! Ive had few companies out checking my A/C-HEATING unit before, but NEVER THE WAY THEY DID. They knew what the issue was right away and solved the problem! Before leaving they checked to make sure the heater and the air were both working. They also confirmed both were working by testing the temperature coming out of the vents. While the heat was on checked the degrees from the vent of the heat. Next cut the air on and checked the degree from the vents of the air. No other company has EVER DONE THAT BEFORE! Roy, the service tech should be commended and is highly recommended. HOWEVER. My disappointment is with American Home Shield for recommending a company that was Not a 24/7 Emergency provider. I specifically asked for a company that was available to fix our heat and ARRINGS was selected for us. They too should be held accountable for listing themselves as a 24/7 provider when in fact they were Not. I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone or call me back until I had to take off work after contacting on Monday morning. I wasnt even contacted by them,I had to reach out first. This company came out to service our furnace. Tech said it was performing correctly, but suggested $1500 in coil & duct cleaning and the addition of an air cleaner.I called out a 2nd company who came out, said I didnt need any of that work . My story starts with Jim , who has always taken care of my AC/Heating needs. He has been a part of our family for 16 yrs. He use to be in the field, but is now in the office. He paid his dues and earned the office job.,but the people he placed on the job Keith, my technician was here bright and early Monday morning, we had been putting a bandaid on the old unit from year to year, we knew it was coming just didnt plan on it being Monday. Keith located the problem immediately, and of course it was not good news. Keith was on the phone with the installers immediately, our unit was placed in will call, and Yuris and his team took over. Yuris, Nelson, and Grabiel were at our house shortly. For you to understand why this review is so lengthy, please allow me to explain. My daddy is 98 years old, a WWII veteran, whom enlisted in 1940 and actually rode horses on the Texas-Mexico border. After the bombing of Pearl Harbor, he was placed on a train and shipped to California where he boarded a ship and fought in the South Pacific. Jim knows all this history, so he put together a crew that was professional, courteous, prompt, family oriented, and absolutely fantastic. Me personally, this crew is now part of my family. You want the best give Arrings a call, I promise you wont regret it. 5 stars, people and they stand behind their word. Since Jim jouned them we followed him, and I have not regretted it at all. [Professionalism] Arrings was great to work with, extremely professional and Justin & Ricardo know what theyre doing. They go the extra to make sure the customer is taken care of. They will be contacting AHS on my behalf for things AHS told me they would not cover with pictures showing condenser coil fire was started in the wiring box not by the leaves still wet from storm & rain during the night it went out ( also drip from a/c drips directly into unit keeping leaves wet ). Also they will submit pictures of the Evaporator coils showing extensive residue from the coils leakage that none of the AHS technicians who came out previously took the time to find. These items Im told should have been covered so they are going to do everything they can to try to get us the coverage as an AHS policy holder we deserve. I strongly recommend using Arrings as an a/c contractor. If you have AHS request them only. I met 5 employees during my job and everyone of them were helpful and just good people. They tore out entire a/c & heating system & reinstalled in one day

This company is a joke I had a technician come out I live in a double wide, half the house wasnt blowing any air the guy came out I removed the siding he said he was not getting under the house blew out the drain line then left. So I called another company they came out took the siding off the house went under there and found that the flex duct from 1 side to the other was being blocked came out went and got new duct work and finished the job in less than 1 hr the air was finally. Lowing on the other side of the house. I then called Arrings asked for a supervisor Matt and told him what happened with the tech and he was talking like it was someone else turns out I went to their shop and Matt was my technician that came out the supervisor of the company lied to me and would not call me back thats the reason I went to the shop. WHAT A SUPERVISOR JUST WANDER HOW THEIR TECHS ARE IF HE IS THAT WAY.
