If you dont have an account they overcharge you by more than double. Im out of capacitor which was on Amazon for under 20 here I paid almost 60

This store and their staff go above and beyond for our company and our needs. As an Armstrong equipment dealer, it really helps us to close more sales by being able to not only get brought in when we need it, but they go the extra mile and deliver it directly to our shop (and I mean FAST). Mike has come a long way since joining the team as Manager here, and he’s getting better every day. Tim and Mario are awesome guys as well, and always eager to help in any way they can. These guys definitely take care of business, and we really appreciate it. We don’t get the same “luxury” treatment from other manufacturers, which is why we will keep coming back. Thanks again guys.

Purchased a brand new capacitor; paid $75 for it 4 days ago. It didnt fix the problem, so I phoned to see if this company would take it back. Johnson Supply would not take it back. Pretty disappointing to say the least.

The guys that work there are always very helpful they have almost always had the part that I needed and if not they ordered it for me.

They were able to help me with a temporary solution during the freeze and were EXTREMELY professional. They also told me where I could get a next to impossible to find part !

I will give this business 0 STARS IF WOULD LET POST BUT HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST 1 TO POST THIS. THEY SOLD MY MOM BAD COMPACITOR AFTER ABOUT 3WEEKS THE PART STOP WORKING. SHE TOOK PART BACK AND EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS NOT WORKING EMPLOYER TOLD HER TO GOT TO UNITED. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT TRY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM THEY HAD NO SYMPATHY FOR THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE CITIZEN OF HUMBLE DO NOT PATRON THIS JOHNSON SUPPLY IN HUMBLE. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY CAPS HOW FRUSTRATED I AM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOLLARS.

No license needed to buy a simple capacitor.

The guy working was very nice and helpful and I found the foam cleaner I was looking for.
