Meh. Guy was in a hurry, but also wanted to talk and upsell. Cost was almost 4X than what was quoted on phone ($99 first 6 feet). Talk talk talk, wanted me to use a cash app, kindly refused, told him it would be CC. Didnt clean up mess outside. Maybe this is an industry standard, I dont know. For the work he did I can get a kit off of amazon and save a lot of $$$8/8/24 I guess you can add threats to the above list. I have revised to one star to reflect accordingly. Oh BTW, the tech was BEN(?) and the admin was Abigale (she was professional).

We first Tamir when he came to assess our hvac duct system in our new house in Cypress Texas, Jacob was super professional and clear, and then after that I had some issues come up with my system, and he was incredibly helpful and responsive in our time. Today we made an appointment for our clogged dryer vent and 2 service men arrived in a van and were professional and on time and quickly in less than 15 mins cleaned the clogged vent and dryer works now and clothes dry without condensation build up. If you live in the Humble Atascocita areas I highly recommend their service. 👍
