I went hear because of a positive review where one bought a capacitor from them. I tried today and they refused to sell me a capacitor. I was trying to support a locally owned company but they would rather I use Amazon. I wish they would have accepted my business.

If you dont have a license dont waste your time in this place. This business act like you have to be a GOD in order to buy from this place.Make sure you post in your website.The EPA wont regulate a simple Capacitor for residential A/C.Went to another close by business and got the capacitor with no questions asked.

I went in to pick up a capacitor for my ac unit. I had an ac guy come out from a Kingwood company and he told me that I would need the entire outdoor unit replaced and the coil in the attic. After several hours of research, I figured out that the condenser fan just wasnt turning and found the part I needed. A friend recommended Century AC, so I called to make sure they sold to the public. They do for certain parts and a capacitor was one of them. When I walked in, the guy at the counter helped me, immediately found the product I needed, and we talked about what was wrong with my unit and he figured I was probably right. He also explained how to take it off and replace it with a new part. He was extremely polite and helpful and I only have wonderful things to say about this place. It was clean, unlike most warehouse stores and bright and welcoming. I brought my part home, installed it, and now have a perfectly working AC for my hot Houston summer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This is one of the best parts house by far, Simon, Kason, Steph, Jacob and the rest of the crew are great, amazing one of the best experiences being on the north side. When I walked in I wasnt even to the desk befor Jacob asked what I needed very good crew 10 stars hands down.

Not to bad , ordered the part have my p.o they said ok it will be waiting at the counter, when I arrived there no part, no order, no idea what I what i wanter ,they did recover quicky tho and got me out the door

I needed a capacitor as well, they told me they didnt sell to the public....not easy to find a place that sells it on a weekend
