In store service is average. Dont call the phone number because its close to impossible to get someone to pick up. I was waiting over 30 minutes when I called one Thursday morning around 8 am and never got someone to pick up.

The Team at Humble. Mike, Mario, Suzy & Johnathan were fantastic from start to finish with ordering my parts.When I went to pick up my part felt like I was family. 4 customers in line at the counter, 2 trucks waiting to get loaded, and only 2 Carrier counter persons in the store. Crazy for a big company like Carrier. Almost left until Mike met me at the door and gave me a bottle of water to help cool off for the heat. Anyway. Customer service was excellent considering the lack of employees.

Best to place orders online because it is difficult to get ahold of branch. I find going to the branch location easiest and dealing with someone directly. The associates always take great care of me.

Sat on hold for more then an hour telling me every 30 seconds my call was first in line. And press 1 to keep your place in line and get a call back from one of our agents. I pressed 1 three times and nothing happened. The WORST manufacturing company in the world. Their unit quality is down the drain and now so is their people and phone quality.

Very slow, very slow very slow, anytime i have a customer who want carrier i have to spend about 1 hour for someone here to take my order, if you call youwill spend hours to complete your order
