If your house was built in Texas City Lago Mar area and it was a DR Horton home you most likely are getting condensation around your AC ducking Main reason is because the seals were done very poorly using cheap material. These are the people responsible for it !
I TOTALLY AGREE 100%, THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A/C, HAVE BEEN TO MY HOUSE 5 TIMES. SO FINALLY I CALLED MY HOME WARRANTY, A LOOSE WIRE, AND THESE GUYS COULD NOT FIX A LOOSE WIRE. I WAS TOLD THE FURANCE NEEDED TO BE REPLACE. I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG THEN BECAUSE FURANCE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A/C. THE FURANCE IS FOR HEAT. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR YOUR A/C NEEDS.
