Got here at 9 am,put in door at 9.30 didnt start unloading until 10.30 .then at 11 went to lunch. Its noon now and Im still waiting for them to finishWill be lucky to be out of here by 1 pm. Absolutely lazy and uncaring staff herePathetic 🤬

I have attempted to buy from them a dozen+ times but every order is awful. Takes multiple days to get the order placed, doesnt arrive as scheduled, when arrives items are wrong or missing. Contact corporate but get the run around and keep getting transferred. Get invoiced for items never received but accounting nor local rep can correct. After about a year of giving them the benefit we will no longer use them because of the incompetency.

Not bad. Yeah, nobody wants to make eye contact when you walk in but that ain’t nothing new in the world. I had water heaters, they unloaded them reasonably quick.

How this place stays in business is beyond me with nothing but lazy people working here the warehouse people all look like they hate their job everyone is on they’re phones walking around talking to each forklift operator just drive right pass and make the delivery drivers unload themselves and look at you crazy when ask for assistance overall worst place to deliver to

MHS has been a great company since the start with great people. Unfortunately Lowes is slowly tearing it apart and destroying it. I guess it’s to be expected.
