The maintenance specialist updated my water heater setup. It works perfectly now - it heats up very quickly! He also fixed my stubborn toilet. It was flushing sooooo slowly before, but he replaced the needed parts in about 10 minutes. He was also sweet and accommodating and explained everything he did throughout the process. I recommend their services!

We love IGD! Ivan is so attentive and knowledgeable! Affordable, local and family owned - they care about their customers! He installed a new high rise toilet from their inventory so I didn’t even have to go out and buy one separately. Their price was better than Home Depot even with the VA discount! We had Ivan and his son (also Ivan) out to fix our Navian tankless water heater that was leaking and not heating properly. They fixed the issue quickly and at a fair price! I had a great experience with IGD Plumbing from scheduling, to reviewing estimates, to getting work done. Sonia is very knowledgeable and helped me decide on units and also helped get me scheduled at a convenient time. Ivan and his team were prompt, friendly, and made sure to keep the house clean while getting everything done. Peter came to the house to check on a garbage disposal that was not working. He was professional courteous and kind. We had to replace the whole unit and he worked with the home warranty and I got it replaced at no additional cost with Choice. Great job!!

Petar was awesome and made my wife feel comfortable, he diagnosed the issue on my water heater in no time at all, explained to my wife what the issue is before fixing regardless us having a home warranty, he didn’t leave a trace of being here so he cleaned up after himself, and most importantly he went out of his way to explain to my wife what we should be looking out for in the near future based on things he had noticed and no pressure to buy things in didn’t need. BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Home warranty company sent them out. A tradesman plumber who was not licensed to work on my type of home (a condo) alone showed up. He started working and when I found out he was not qualified to perform the work I asked if he was legally allowed to complete this work. He did not answer the question. I asked to speak to the master plumber he answers to. The master plumber refused to talk to me. At this point they still havent answered the question at this point if they can legally work on this house. The plumber then refused to answer my question or complete work, and without completing the job or refunding my money decided to leave my house. They were completely unprofessional, did not perform the work, were not qualified, and eventually scammed me.

Great service experience for my tankless water heater. Petar was very prompt, professional and showed pictures of the progress and things i could do to optimize in the attic space. Highly recommended!

Petar arrived in a timely manner for my service visit as promised. My kitchen faucet was leaking pretty badly. He conducted his assessment and explained that he would need to replace my faucet. He was very professional during the entire visit and explained everything before he did anything. His workmanship was superb! I would definitely recommend IGD Plumbing and especially Petar!

I contacted IGD Plumbing & Air to replace my AC coils. Ivan assessed my AC the same day and quickly sent out a team to get the coils replaced. His team was able to get me up and running within a day! IGD offered the most competitive pricing with what I would say is the quickest service available in the Houston area. Quick service is critical when dealing with the Texas heat. I am glad I went with IGD and highly recommend their services for anyone needing AC work.

Prompt, knowledgable, and conscientious. After having to return because of a recurring problem with a Rheem water heater, their technician spent a lot of time diagnosing and replacing parts sent by Rheem. While the problem ultimately could not be resolved, we concluded that it was a Rheem problem, not an IGD problem. These people stand behind their work and want to give the best results to their customers.

Thanks to Petar. He was on time and very polite. He also took time to clean the pipes. I had another plumber in the past that dumped dirty water in the toilet bowl without even asking me if its ok but Petar refused to dump water in there and said he will dump it outside. He did same thing with cleaning pipes. He had to go outside from 3F to 1F and back up few times but he didnt mind doing that so he wont mess up my sink or toilet. After all was repaired, he also made sure everything is clean, wiped cabinet and floor. Spotless! I do appreciate that he cares.He also gave me good tips to keep my pipes clean and last longer. I will definitely recommend him and company.

The company sent a team to inspect the A/C unit the very same day I called, installed a portable unit till they were able to deliver and install a new A/C the next day. Very satisfied with their work, professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend them!

As stressful as the situation was having to find a gas leak in our rental property the staff at IGD plumbing were amazing. I had never heard of IGD Plumbing & Air when I wanted to know if my aging water tank needed to be replaced. I saw on the Rheem website that they were an authorized installer so I gave them a call. My call was picked up right away by the office staff and a technician came out to confirm the replacement on a Thursday and I received an estimate on the spot. They had the water heater in stock and I had it replaced on a Monday. They performed some other work which fell inside the estimate and some which did not for no extra cost. I feel like I got a quality job done by a personable and knowledgeable team. I will definitely keep their number handy for the next time I need plumbing or AC help.

IDG came to my home because my Rheem water heater had a damaged control valve and they were authorized to service it - for free.Location tracker was not accurate and I never got a phone call before arrival. The tech was far from friendly and said he could not replace my part unless he put a drip leg on the gas line, which is per code. The cost? $171!!!!A quick google search yields a $15 part, or you can assemble individual pieces of pipe for about the same price plus maybe 15-20 min of labor. The plumber called the office and was told to just leave. I understand code, I understand profit, and I also appreciate professional services. But I do not appreciate highway robbery and price gouging.

These guys are terrific. They went above and beyond to fix my unit. They were so nice and professional throughtout everything. I highly recommend using them for your needs. You won’t find a better company i promise u that 10/10

IGD did a complete Condenser / Evaporator replacement which was authorized under a home warranty claim. They were very responsive and kept us aware at all times regarding when they would receive the replacement parts from the warranty company supplier. There were frustrating delays but that was not IGDs fault, and once the equipment was in their hands , they immediately scheduled a first thing next day appointment for the new install. Their technician, Zachary, had it all installed and running in about 5 - 6 hours. I am very pleased with IGDs service.

Zach was pleasant to talk to; he kept me informed the entire time and made sure I understood. And most of all he got my ac fixed. Best company that choice home warranty has chosen to help our needs. I highly recommend using this company for your needs.

My home warranty company arranged for IGD plumbing to come and fix the broken overflow pipe in my toilet. 2 guys came exactly at 10am (Justin and another person), and they did the job very quickly, professionally and cleaned after themselves. Amazing service! They were extremely friendly and polite. It was such a contrast with the guy from another company (Lindsay) who few days before did not know what to do and piled a ton of lies to my home warranty company. What a pleasure to be helped by honest professional people!

IGD Plumbing was extremely professional, on time and a good price. Petar was able to identify the problem with my kitchen faucet not having water pressure or the ability to produce warm or hot water. He installed a new faucet and made sure the temperature worked - as well as the water pressure. The price I paid in the end was less than the estimate. I recommend this company to my friends and family. They have been our plumber for years and Ive never had a problem with any of the work theyve done. They installed a tankless water heater for us and my mother and gave us a great price. Weve had it for years and never had a problem. I trust this locally (family) owned company. Excellent service from these guys. Matt Citron, did an excellent job at communicating the problem I had with my water heater and the time frame it would take to fix it. Ryan and his technician installed a new water heater and removed the old one. All connections were replaced and a new drip pan installed. Install was in the attic. They completed the work on time in only 1-1/2 hrs. Explained the new features and gave maintenance tips. Very professional, clean and exactly as quoted. No surprises! Keep up the good work guys!

We hired them through our home warranty program and Peter was the technician that came out.Our water heater wouldn’t start and Peter diagnosed it and repaired it in a short amount of time. I felt bad he had to wait 45min on the phone with our home warranty company for an approval on the repair.In short we are very satisfied with the repair and service provided and would use them again.

Excellent service, everything was taken care of within a timely matter. They were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday since our water heater went out. My kitchen sink was clogged and drains were backing up, including backing up into my garbage disposal. My home warranty recommended IGD for the fix. The initial technician made 3 visits over a month, replaced pipes under sink, but was unable to unclog drain. The office was very helpful and listened to my issue and complaints about the continuing issue and approvals needed for work by my warranty company taking so long.After all approvals were received, Ryan and Andy came out promptly, were very professional, explained what they were going to do, and talked me through the resolution. It took less than an hour and my sink and pipes were in working condition.

IGD Plumbing came out to repair a leak in my bathroom sink at the p-trap. They arrived on-time, communicated very well throughout the process and even matched the finish for the sink drain stopper which they werent required to do...I SO very appreciated that they cared enough to try to do the very best job. They were professional and did a great job on the repair.

Couldnt be happier with our experience with IGD! As fairly new homeowners it can be somewhat scary to trust a company with expensive repairs, but Ryan was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and efficient in the diagnosis and water heater install. One thing that I find uncommon nowadays that I really appreciate is good communication when a service appointment is scheduled, especially with busy schedules . Ryan was super communicative to let us know each time he was on his way and very prompt. Huge shoutout to his partner Kayden also! We cant be happier with our new water heater and the total experience - thank you to both Ryan and Kayden!

I gave them 3-stars because they were on time and they helped restart my pilot light on my water heater. I can explain the issue. I had them come for a home warranty call and once there, they said it was not covered. While installing an updated french drain, we found the gas line was installed with copper tubing above ground and traditional PVC ( not PVC gas sleeve pipping) below ground. We turned off the gas, cut the line and capped off the gas for safety and so I would not be flagged. Once the company was there, I explained what happened and showed them the old piping. They denied it came from there and argued with me for a few minutes. He finally picked it up and took it to over to the gas meter and wow, as expected...it fit the area perfect. I dont know if they act this way to everyone or if it was just because I am a woman. He then eyeballed the back yard and quoted me $8200 to fix 30 feet of piping (up to 80 ft.). The materials and permits would be less than 1K. I have since had a couple other quotes averaging about 2K with the same 2-year warranty and amazing company reviews online. Be careful and get other quotes from other companies. It will definitely cost you if you do not.

Home warranty assigned to my water heater claim that was leaking. The guy who came out was very nice and quick. Fast forward 3 weeks and the Home Warranty still has not received the diagnosis they need to make a decision if they will cover a replacement water heater. I’ve stayed on the phone while they call IGD, usually at least 10 minutes on hold and when they do get a hold of someone, they are on the road and do not have the information. 🤷🏻‍♀️Home warranty finally reassigned the claim to another contractor today.

They did a great job replacing my connection to the city line. They did the work efficiently and on time. They had to tear up my patio to fix things and when they were done you couldn’t even tell it had been worked on. They said they would come back the next day and clean everything up and they did. I would definitely recommend them.

A quick note of thanks for the great service. Two of the nicest guys, Justin and Austin arrived to fix a clogged kitchen sink. We had originally been referred to another company who said they would not be able to be out until Monday, this was Friday. They listened to our issue and was quickly able to diagnose the situation. They were both very courteous and pleasant. While here they provided an estimate on damage incurred during theFebruary freeze. Overall an exceptional experience and will look forward to having Austin and Justin back again in the future. Thanks again!

UPDATE (5 star rating): I spoke the Service Manager, Mr. Smith, on yesterday. We discussed the conversation I had with the representative who reported to our home. Mr. Smith offered an opportunity to resolve the matter. I appreciate his willingness to improve the professional-customer rapport. Mr. Smith and I reached consensus. He reported to my home the next day. I value his knowledge and communication regarding the steps required to complete the repair. I am confident that my husband and I will consider IGD for future plumbing needs.Mr. Smith apologized for the incident and explained that IGD strives to provide quality customer service. I understand that mistakes happen while providing customer service. The fact that Mr. Smith took the time to addressed our concerns and corrected the issue is what matters. I appreciate him for taking the time to make things right.Initial Review (1 star rating): IGD Plumbing, LLC. responded to a service request we made through our home warranty company. Unfortunately, no service was rendered. The IGD representative who reported to our home took photos of a toilet and informed us that our home warranty may not cover the issue because hes not exactly sure of what the issue is without a diagnostic, which will cost us an additional amount over $200.00 plus the costs associated with the repair of the exact issue. He did not touch the toilet at all. My husband and I contacted our home warranty company to find out if the repair is covered by our warranty. Unfortunately, we were informed that the representative from IGD reported a specific issue, stating that the cause was excessive force, not normal wear and tear. I am disheartened that we were lied to because we were told that the so-called professional doesnt know the exact issue with the toilet. Only to later discover that the issue was reported as excessive force. If we were informed of this, we could have at least had a conversation about it. We take care of our home. We dont use excessive force at all.Based on our experience, we will not consider IGD for any to our home, with or without a home warranty company.

I am required to use them through the home warranty but am not impressed with their professionalism and definitely not satisfied with their scheduling or lack there of. The guy rendered my toilet inoperable on Saturday with a promise to come fix my problem on Monday. On Monday the company just totally missed my appointment. Now Tuesday, and the plumber has car issues. Instead of sending someone else they cancel and try to reschedule. When you work all day this rescheduling doesnt normally work well!

I cannot be happier with the services provided. I’ve been using IGD for years. I don’t even think about calling anyone else. Norman and Sophia were exceptionally pleasant and I couldn’t ask for more. Tory was very helpful working with my schedule too!!! Great to have hot water again!

Ryan was professional and took the time to identify the root of the problem. I had already gotten an initial opinion on the problem from another plumbing company who said I needed to replace all of the plumbing from my laundry room to the source. Ryan discovered that there was simply a clog somewhere going into the washer and sink and efficiently solved the issue. It no longer takes me 4 hours to do 1 load of laundry! Highly recommend.

Carlos arrived on time and was very professional in his diagnosis of the problem. He also had a good stock of repair parts in his van and was able to resolve my issue without having to obtain parts. He then worked with the Home Warranty Company on approval of the repair. I could not ask for any more. This was a great experience, better than I have had with some of the others that have been here.

Used the company through a home warranty program. First appointment the techincian was over four hours late and refused to look at one of my issues. Second appointment was very punctual, but for the same 2 issues. 1 was resolved the other not, a part was needed. Called to follow up and was declined service, saying they had completed the job. Still have the same 2 issues. Absolutely do not recommend. Will update if issue is resolved.Update:After several more visits from the incompetent techs at this company I have 1 extremely cheap new faucet with poor water pressure and a cracked sink top which they immediately disavowed responsiblity for and which was not there prior to them putting their hands on. Not only the worst plumbers but the worst contractors I have ever dealt with, and are the reason I will be canceling my home warranty with AHS.Updated 6/24/21Just visiting my comment to relay that the company has never reached out or attempted to correct their incompetent work. Good Job!!! -- IGD Plumbing was great for me. My Water Heater went out and they came out and replaced it. The Technician Ryan Babineaux and Kayden were right on time for the service appointment scheduled. They came in my house and went to work. They replaced my water heater and all the cords, pipes and other components that were needed. They did the work, they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took the old water heater away and I have a new water heater. Ryan showed me the pictures, it looks very good. Thank God I have hot water again!! If I need any plumbing service in the future I am calling IGD and requesting for Ryan and Kayden to do the work. There work is impeccable.

Zach replaced the deck for my inside A/C unit, fixed the missing sheet rock in the attic, and sealed the entire cabinet. The finished job looks great and he cleaned everything afterwards and made sure that A/C is working properly. It was a 6- hour job. Thanks Zach and thanks IGD!

Ryan is one of the worst techs I’ve ever had to deal with. Very rude when trying to understand the information provided. Needed my water heater replaced and he was absolutely no help in the process after asking several questions and messages in next steps after what he was instructing was not working. Ended going with a different company who immediately gave us a solution and came out to fix the problem.

Matt was amazing! When he came out to inspect my water heater he was thorough and explaining the issues. He did a fantastic job of explaining repairs and next steps. I will definitely continue to choose him and IGD Plumbing in the future.

I had a leaking tankless water heater in my attic which began to stain the ceiling below. I contacted IGD Plumbing and Norm and his team did a great job overall. The were very prompt (next day) with getting a technician out to diagnose the problem and they were able to have a replacement (under warranty) heater in place within a couple days after that. They are a professional company, timely, fairly priced, and cleaned up their worksite upon departure. Id certainly recommend the IGD Plumbing & Air team to anybody!

If I could rate a 0, I would. The first time I have had to use a plumber and the worst experience thus far. I feel like my money was just stolen right out my hand. Had to come out twice for my water heater. The first time, told it was a leak and they fixed it. Water heater started working. Told it would take a minute to warm up. This was on a Wednesday on Friday, flame out again and no hot water. Started calling on Saturday, couldn’t get through. Finally got through on Monday I believe. They came out again on the following Wednesday. They lit it again, no real work done at all to see why it went out again. I was told because of the age , it probably was sediment, but they didn’t open it to see or whatever it is that plumbers do. I was told to let warranty company know it needs replacing. I asked how much that would cost. After he surveyed the unit, pointing here and pointing there, he quoted “1500.00”. Mind you, they where here all of 10 minutes. Oh, yea, I was given the time frame between 1-4, I was called at 4:24 and told they where on the way and that it would be about 25 minutes. They very first time they came. I was called to see if they could come early, because they finished a job earlier or something to that effect. An inconvenience, but luckily someone was home. Many attempts where made by me and the warranty company to get an diagnosis from contractor, who didn’t call it in after his work was done. I called a friend who is a maintenance worker from an old job I just to work at. He came out , didn’t mention anything about sediment. He opened up the panel, where he could see where the flame is suppose to be. He said it was corrosion on the copper. He cleaned it off, got it lit again, turned it off and back on it stayed lit. It has been over 10 hours and It’s going strong. He also stated that I don’t need to replace it, I have some more years with it. So that would be a big NO for this company!

Wow! What a nice change from other contractors! 2-10 Warranty assigned IGD Plumbing for a bathtub & faucet leak. Ryan and Cade were professional, showed up on time, didnt try to sell non-warranty upgrades or moonlighting jobs. They quickly narrowed down our tub leak problem without a huge mess. Moreover, they provided suggestions for longer term care, including a DIY resolution! When it came to the faucet, they had the parts to resolve it on the spot! I could not be more pleased!!

Unprofessional and Very Dreadful Dispatcher/Scheduler. Their technician came out to work on the kitchen sink blockage. Upon inspection, he realized he will need permission from warranty company to change the garbage disposal. it took less than 10 minutes for warranty company to approve the garbage disposal replacement, but IGD plumbing technician said he will return in an hour to change the item. The technician never returned to replace the item, neither did he answer his phone. IGD plumbing dispatcher was called, and they promised to follow-up with me on what happened.I had to call again the following day after I didnt hear from anyone to schedule follow up service. At this time the response from the scheduler was bullish and unprofessional. I had to call my warranty company to follow up with them or re-schedule another company technician to change the disposal, because i was not interested in entertaining the humiliating response from the dispatcher.

I Needed a new water heater. On the day of installation, another guy (Eddie, I think) came 1st to drain the old one so that when Chris arrived he could take the old one out and install the new one. They were both polite and professional and in 1.5 hrs I had a new water heater. They also took credit card as payment which made me very happy. Im very pleased with their work and would recommend IGD Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Weve been having recurring issues with our water heaters & from the time that we interacted with IGD - whether that was Roxanne from dispatch or the service techs, Ryan & Joshua, who came out to our house to evaluate & complete the install, they were extremely professional & prompt. IGD were assigned by AHS. I called them by myself on Saturday and did not expected much. To my surprise get response immediately and first available appointment on Monday. At 9:00 am I had Chris Corbett. Very professional. Diagnostic took couple of minutes and to my surprise he had all necessary parts. Therefore fixing disposal were a breeze. He even offered check water heater for free. Left business card and leave the house. I would use their service in the future without hesitation

I recently had a tankless water heater installed by IGD and it was the easiest home improvement I have ever done. The technician was there for only 3 hours and got everything hooked up and cleaned up. Their quote also came in at about 3/4 of all the other quotes I got. They also replaced my ducts, plenum and replaced a coil in my attic for about half of any other quote.

Great service provided by Matt. Very professional, was able to diagnose and fix my sink issue. Explained everything he did. Will recommend to all my friends and family to call and get IGD out there for their plumbing needs.

Petar the plumber was on time, efficient, professional and the cost was absolutely reasonable. Our issue was resolved within 1 hour.

These guys were sent out by my home warranty company after I rejected the finding about our water heater by another company. The plumber (I think his name was Jeremy) was very courteous and explained the issue to me over the phone as I wasn’t home. He had to come out again once the previous fix did not work. However, he didn’t make any excuses like the previous company and our water has been working well since.I want especially acknowledge the honesty (which is becoming a rare commodity) in this case. Some other company just refused to work on the same issue that these guys fixed. I would request you to hold such high standards with all your clients and prove that you can have a successful business while being honest as honesty brings more business. IGD was selected by my home warranty and Ryan Babineaux did an excellent job. He did quick work with a plugged drain, couple leaks, and toilet we had. Answered all of my questions and gave some great tips for any future issues. The guy is also talented pianist! Ill be calling him back if we have anymore issues pop up 👍

I had a plumbing leak from the toilet which was getting increasingly worse. Because of a back injury I was unable to fix it myself. Living alone and retired, I was having to reach into a small, cramped area each time I used the toilet to turn the valve on and off, which was painful to say the least.I have a home maintenance program with American Home Shield, but contacting AHS by phone is difficult. You have to wait for a long time just to get into the queue, then leave a message for them to call you back. It takes several hours before anyone will respond.The only alternative was to set up an appointment online using the website. With the online appointment you have no way to explain the urgency of the issue, and are at the mercy of whichever service provider is assigned.I had been assigned two other plumbing companies which were unable to schedule services for at least 3 days. None of the other companies seemed to care about my dilemma, stating I should have set up the appointment with an urgent status. Again, that is impossible to do using the website.Note that this process of setting up the other companies and getting in touch with them engulfed a few hours due to delays in hearing back from them to know they were unable to make an appointment for a few days. It was getting late in the day (4:30 PM).After canceling the other appointments online, I was finally assigned IGD. Even at the late time of day, I got someone on the phone on the first try--unlike the other 2 companies where I had to get a return call from them.IGD listened to my problem and was able to set up an appointment the next day, arriving on time as stated and fixing the issue quickly. Thankfully there is one plumbing company who genuinely cared about me and was able to get this fixed in a timely manner.When I finally got a return call from my home protection company at 5:30 PM, I explained I had already set up an appointment online to get the problem fixed the next day.The home protection program agent stated they would not have deemed my problem as an emergency, and would have charged an extra premium for the expedited service. Im now considering finding some other home maintenance coverage after being treated like this.I would definitely recommend IGD Plumbing. They came to my rescue in a very difficult and stressful situation.

Ryan with IGD did a great job on this service call. He was able to find a solution to our plumbing problem and fixed it immediately. He provided great customer service and was very professional. We will definitely call on IGD for our plumbing needs in the future.

One of the worst companies you can possibly contact. IGD got sent for a diagnosis and claimed that the faucet was broken so the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Received a second diagnosis from a different contractor and they confirmed the faucet wasn’t broken, it was a simple pipe leak. The lazy contractor by the name of Petar Petrov just wanted to pocket the service call fee and not do the actual job. Stay away from this scamming company who hires unprofessionals.

IGD Plumbing (sent by Choice Home Warranty) - Technicians Ryan and Kayden:We requested a service call when our kitchen sink started backing up. Ryan and Kayden arrived early in the appointment window (11-3pm arrival time, arrived at 11:45), and they resolved the issue (cleared the clog) in less than 30 minutes. They were both very professional and polite as well as respectful of our property and my other family members. Additionally, Kayden and Ryan provided advice and guidance on how to avoid clogs in the future - always a nice extra! IGD will be my first choice and go-to in the future, and Ill ask for Ryan and Kayden again. Thank you!

Tech(Peter) came to my house on 08/11/2020 and stated that hell call the home warranty company to see if my tub faucet is covered because hell need to go behind the wall. Never heard back for 2 weeks. The same tech came again on 08/24/2020 and told me the same story that hell have to call the home warranty. why come the second time to tell me the same story? No resolution. I then hired Best Choice drains and plumbing and he stated that we didnt need to go behind the wall to fix it and that it shouldve been covered by the home warranty. Im thinking that IGD plumbing didnt want to do the job and that he just wanted money from my home warranty that he got paid for showing up. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had an issue with our garbage disposal so we went through our home warranty to fix the problem. The plumber that came to our home was very professional, fast, and fixed the problem. He provided feedback on what we could do to ensure a longer life for our garbage disposal. Definitely a good experience.

I was assigned IGD plumbing through AHS. They sent Peter on June 30. He was late, unprofessional, and did not even perform a diagnostic evaluation. He said a feedback will be communicated (never did). He turned in a wrong report to my insurance carrier who was going to deny coverage based on the inaccurate information given to them. When I called the office to find out what happened (since no one explained or reached out), Heidi was rude and hung on me TWICE. Later I was told by the Manager it will cost me more than $250 plus 2 hours of labor to fix it out of my own pocket.I called another service and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes.Please Do NOT trust their service.

We had an issue in our Master Bath and Ryan came in to address the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also added an easy way for the issue to be addressed in the future. Ryan also cleaned up, which was fantastic! Great service from Ryan and fantastic company.

The technician Peter came on time and patiently waited until the correct work order was confirmed. Never complained, very polite and professional. He went above and beyond working for 4+ hours to ensure the service was completed. Excellent work!!!!

My home warranty hired IGD for faucet repair. Peter arrived took pictures and told me he would order parts or a replacement faucet. He collected the $75 trade fee and was gone in less then 15 minutes. Later the home warranty company called and said they were told the repair was required because of excessive force to the faucet and they would not cover the repair. The faucet is over 13 years old! It appears Peter just stopped by to collect the $75 trade fee.

Tyler was sent to fix an issue with my toilet. He was quick and very professional. My Mom was very happy everything was corrected. I definitely would call IGD again next time I have a plumbing issue!

Since I cannot rate with a 0 star, I have to choose a 1 star. The plumber the company sent was rude, unprofessional, & not helpful. This company was sent by American Home Shield. The plumber came to my house, told us that the crack on the toilet tank was our fault. Spent maybe 10 minutes total to look at the problem. Refused to talk to me (I was at work). Told me that he had no time to wait for customer service from AHS to answer him because he would have to be on hold for 15 minutes. The plumber did not explain what needs to be done to fix the problem. Just left & told me that I would be contacted by AHS or someone else. I had to call AHS & IGD plumbing to follow-up & see how my problem can be resolved. Granted that IGDs customer service person explained better the reason for the toilet tank crack being classified as caused by force. No advice was given as a solution to my problem.This was not good customer service & I ended up with more problems than solutions. I had to use a different company who solved my problem in 1 day & explained everything fully to my complete satisfaction.

IGD Plumbing was contracted through our home warranty and we are very pleased with the ease of contacting and communicating with the scheduling staff and quick and prompt turnaround time. Ryan and Andy were professional, on time and knowledgeable. We our new homeowners and will look to use IDG Plumbing again for our future needs.

I had a very tough job to remove an old 3-piece Delta faucet, and replace it with a new 3-piece Delta unit. Another company turned down the job, because they thought they would break my granite counter top trying to remove the unit. The old faucet connections were rusted and in a very tight area under the sink, and took a creative solution to remove it. Technician Peter thought that cutting off the old pieces at the top would work. He was right. Technicians Ryan and Kayden came out and performed the work. They did a great job! In addition, the customer service team was very helpful in coordinating things and letting me know what to expect.Update: September 15th. Ryan and Kayden returned to inspect the job. There was a very little leak. Almost nothing. It appears that the Delta faucet may have a problem. I plan to contact Delta. Thanks Ryan.

Robert and Rene were awesome. They fixed my AC unit quickly and even came back to make sure everything was working properly since it was taking a long time to cool my home. I will definitely use them again for future repairs.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they lied about having my wrong phone number from my warranty company and that is what took so long to contact me. Then, the technician breaks a part of my toilet that they are blaming on us and now refuses to fix. It was worst after he left. And although they technician can only provide pictures for the second visit and not the first, IGD still refuses to come out and fix it. Not to mention, over 2 weeks time I called dozens of times and left messages that no one bothered to return as well as at least 5 times being told they would look into it and promise to call me back which no one ever did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

Justin Risco came out to fix a blockage we were having with our pipes. He showed up on time was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly. Once he was done he explained what the cause of the problem was and how we can avoid this issue in the future. I would definitely recommend IGD Plumbing & Air to my network in the future and Justin is great at his job! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Anthony showed up during time scheduled and completed work promptly and professionally. Only issue was getting Home Owners Warranty to approve, but that was not within IDG Plumbing control.

Zach Richard went above and beyond to make sure our AC problems were fixed. Our AC went out in the heat of August and we were lucky to have someone so honest and dedicated to fixing our many problems!

I utilized the services of IGD plumbing company due to my home warranty. I have a leak and the plumber said what he thought it was initially and then back tracked and fixed a different part of the toilet that was not the cause of the leak. I am out of my fee and still have a problem. The same plumber that came out 1 week ago came out again today and acted as if he didnt remember the case or being here to do work last week. This was unethical and it seemed as if he knew the problem and avoided doing the work to fix it which ultimately lead to more water damage in my home. Totally untrustworthy.

Ive used IDG twice now, once for a clogged drain and another for a new water heater. Both times, the technician they dispatched did a great job, was friendly, and worked as quietly as possible as there were people in my house still sleeping.

Service tech came out visually observed the area where I had stated leak was coming from. Said he would have to get with home warranty people with findings. He absolutely didn’t do any work or ask many questions. When I called the company as it says on there site after my 1 star rating. The dispatch read me the findings and report the tech submitted. His wording and questions were never asked or nor was I informed on the on his findings. No one ever reached out to me I had to call them. In the mean time I still can’t use my shower or know the reason for my leaks or remedy for my situation.

Jeremy came out on time, had great communication about time line and excellent, top notch work. He went above and beyond to be sure that my water heater was back in working order. And he cleaned up behind his work, something that not all companies seem to know is just a common courtesy.

BEWARE!!! If you want honest, reliable service this is NOT the company to hire. They switch work on claims from home warranty companies and tell people they should just pay them cash. Then if something goes wrong they say they didnt do the work because they have no record of it. I just bought a home and the previous owner was a woman that they took advantage of. When we used an upstairs shower that they fixed it caused a huge leak and ceiling damage that they wouldnt fix. Not sure how they stay in business. When I had to have hot water heaters replaced unfortunately my home warranty company assigned the claim to IGD. Took them over 4 days to submit pricing and pictures. Worst experience ever.

Owner of the company came out to diagnose an issue with tankless water heater. Said heater was functioning properly but needed to be serviced, however after he left within mins we had no hot water at all. Could not get them to return our phone calls and then when they did return call told us it would be Monday before they could come out and fix what he broke. 3 1/2 days no hot water 2 small children. This company and this guy who owns it is a joke. Called Daniels Plumbing came out within an hour and found multiple issues that could have and most certainly would have burned our house down due to the incompetence and poor service that IVAN provided and was told by the technician with Daniels that anybody that knew anything at all about tankless water heaters should have spotted this problem immediately. He was rude while he was here and I have reported him to the warranty company. Needless to say I wouldnt let this guy put a knob on a faucet for me. Total bad experience. Very poor service and rescheduled our initial appointment for 2 days later than promised and had his secretary call a 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there to let us know they would not be coming on Wednesday as promised and scheduled 5 days earlier and showed up on Friday a full week after his initial inspection to say that he needed more diagnosis. Needless to say I will be reporting to the better business bureau. I just paid $625.00 for something that was covered. Ivan stated no error codes in the system Error Code 12 popped up as soon as the technician with Daniels plugged in. Obviously he is protecting the warranty company and cares nothing about the customer. I saw a post where a lady stated men of different cultures speaking down to women and this is exactly what he did to my wife. Bad guy!

They were prompt and professional!!! This was the second contractor assigned to my case by American Home Shield....I am usually very happy with AHS, but this time it was a disaster! The first contractor, SAP Home Repair was horrible.....didnt show up multiple times; could not get them on the phone or email.....finally after a month (of no toilet)....I was assigned IGD Plumbing and they were a God send!!! Would highly recommend them! Never use SAP Home Repair!!!

I had a leak on a galvanized pipe from the water heater. My home warranty recommend this company. Repairs should be covered with a home warranty. They came out and said the leak was way up high and needed to remove the water heater which would cost $275. Out of my pocket. I checked where the leak was and was just above the water heater with perfect access to it. No need to remove the water heater. I feel like if you are a true plumber that you would check every inch of the pipe where water is coming from. They were in and out and wanted to reschedule for another week later. Still leaking and coming through my ceiling. Ridiculous how they make you wait so long when I inspected my self. Found the leak and repaired it myself. Scam artists to make more money instead from a warranty company. Out to get your own dollar. My hard working money. Do your job and inspect. Every. Inch.

The gas control valve on my water heater went out for the 2nd time in two years. The company that installed the water heater has gone out of business. I called IGD and they knew exactly what was wrong because it is happening to lots of people right now. They sent Ryan and Kaydn out to my house and they installed the CORRECT valve in less than an hour. That is what I call customer service!

Ryan did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He was professional and efficient. Receptionist kept me updated on job and when heater was available. Ryan completed job super fast! Thank you for the great service!!

Had IGD come out because my water heater burst. Home warranty would cover the cost to replace the heater but Peter wanted to charge an additional $950 to bring the new water heater up to code. At most, it would need two new copper supply lines and a short yellow gas hose. IGD gave me an itemized list of materials to bring up to code. $145 each for 2 water supply lines. $245 for a 12 flexible gas hose. All of this would cost less than $50 at any hardware store. Be smart. Do your research if you dont know plumbing. Get a second opinion. Do not use these gouging crooks. After reading the reviews, its seems Peter is not who you want to come diagnose your repairs.

IGD also does hvac repair. Jim located my issue within about 10 mins. He was able to clearly explain the issue, and replace my fan for my ac unit outside on a timely manner. He had my a/c back up and running in no time! I definitely recommend this company.

I had a problem with a tankless water heater that numerous plumbing companies were unable to fix. Worse, the heater failed during cold weather and it was causing real difficulties for my family, going without hot water! When Ryan Babineaux, with IGD Plumbing & Air, came out, he knew exactly what to do. He accurately analyzed the issue within minutes, made an immediate correction, then arranged for a complete repair. Tankless water heaters are far more complex than standard water heaters, and it requires special training and skill to properly service them. Ryan is a real pro! IGDs service was excellent in every way. I highly recommend them!

Had them out for A/C unit. Great customer service and knowledgeable on how to fix the issue. Were here less than 45 minutes. One of the tech seemed to be an apprentice and the other tech explained the issue and how to complete the repair.Definitely would call this company back if I need anymore A/C repairs.

Just had Chris to the house to fix 2 separate problems. He was super friendly and professional, fixed everything and explained exactly what was going on. Ill definitely use IGD Plumbing again, and wont hesitate to request Chris!

[Technician] Scott was awesome. When the garbage disposal was determined to not be repairable, he immediately replaced it. Also he corrected the grounding issues and cleared my drain. Now everything is working perfectly and there no more stinky water issues in the kitchen. He went above and beyond to ensure that the system was working by also testing the drain from the dishwasher.

Tech was very good, didnt fix my leaking shower. Its seems that American Home Shield does not fix anything unless it was new. Worn out parts are not covered. Im have second thoughts about keeping this expense. It might be cheaper just to do the repairs as they happen. Since this company will find some way of not paying for anything.

This company obviously does not care about nor respect their clients. I have been waiting for two weeks for a detailed description of the report of a Bosch water heater they inspected. Their work approach and capabilities are not adequate at best, very likely unethical and not up to standards to maintain a master license in my opinion.

I went through home warranty insurance with this company and its been nothing but disappointments and confusion let alone no problems solved. I have a tub that is backed up and a toilet that has low pressure. Technician came out twice once in July and again in August. When the technician left on the August appointment he stated they needed to come back to try hydro-blasting. They have yet to come back. When Ive called and spoken with the receptionist she just states oh i need to speak with the technician and Ill give you a call back Never calls back, ever! After speaking to a different receptionist this past week to figure out what has been going on she states that the claim has been closed and sent for billing!!!!! WWHHHAAATTT?! Closed? You never fixed anything. They ripped the toilet from the floor left a big mess, never sealing the toilet back and not repairing the backed up tub. After speaking with a Manager she states that they need a Master Plumber out here to look at whats going on, that was yesterday morning. Its now 5pm the next day and the manager still cannot give me an update about this Master Plumber they have. I let the receptionist have it today with full frustration. Since she didnt wanna transfer me to the Manager I shared all my thoughts with her! I will be going up this office tomorrow morning and will wait until i get a response!!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful! This company was sent to me through my home warranty. At first I was impressed by the prompt service. The plumber arrived and proceeded to repair the broken pipe under my kitchen sink. He replaced the part and I thought that would be the end of it. Well, several weeks later I noticed one of the joints from what he replaced was leaking and the leak occurred when the dishwasher was runnning. I called the home warranty company again and they send the same plumber again. I explained to him the problem. He went to look under the sink and proceeded to insult me saying I called him to waste his time because there was nothing wrong since he didnt see any leak and that the dishwasher had nothing to do with it. I insisted he check the joint I noticed leaking. He said he didnt need to because there was nothing wrong. All this with a very demeaning attitude. He finally checked the connecting ring I was referring to and then he proceeded to accused me of breaking it! Saying I must have used some tool to tighten it. He eventually ended up fixing the problem after making a bigger mess than he had to. I dont appreciate when men of different cultures have this demeaning attitude towards women. I will never use this company again!

The receptionist was so rude, I have a pipe water leak and we dont have water and I was scheduled to be seen 2 days after, then when I said I needed it right away because we dont have water and will call my appliance insurance first regarding this. The next time I called she said I lost my spot and scheduled 5 days after instead. I tried to explain my situation but she lectured me instead, never apologize and continued to give an attitude. I will never deal with this company ever again!!!!

After calling every plumbing company nearby, i was finally able to get someone to my house with a simple phone call. A young lady named Liz, made a few calls to her supervisor and techs to get me on the schedule for the same day since it was an emergency! Thank you!Awesome company! Highly recommend! :)

Horrible experience! Plumber tried to price gauge! Trying to charge $600 for a garbage disposal ($119 @ Home Depot) and another $300 for a Ptrap (under $10 @ Home Depot). They play people for stupid! Then they charge a trip charge to come out and give bogus bids. I guess that’s how they make their money! Run far away from this company! DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible service. The technician was horrible!

Horrible experience with them and American Home Shield. 1st appointment of the day and technician arrived 2 hours late. He was in my house for 2 minutes, admitted that my kitchen faucet is broken and that he would submit it to AHS. Then received a call from AHS that he submitted a completely different version of the problem then he told me and that I now have to get a second opinion. What a scam! Sad!

Plumber is only interested in how to charge you LOTS OF MONEY. This company does not want to solve your problem. They will come up new excuses and diagnosis to get money from the insurance company. Plumber had no clue what he was doing. My sink line was blocked. He inserted the snake and snake wire was coming through the roof. He did not know how to clear the line. They charged $350 for the camera. Then they wanted $1250 for hydro jetting. This company lied to the insurance company that blockage is outside the house. I have every thing recorded on my surveillance camera that he said that blockage was under my sink. DISHONEST RIP OFF. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Matt was super knowledgeable and did a new faucet install. He also found some other issues that I was not aware of and fixed the problem. He’s awesome! Will use again in the future.

There is only one word to describe them HORRIBLE!I had a U joint leak in the ceiling of my master bath . They came out on Monday to fix it. I was a little surprised when they showed up in a regular truck and also when they said they would have to go get the supplies to fix the problem. But they h a s been sent out by my home protection company so I thought it must be ok.Wrong!!!! I went to use the faucet in my bathroom later that day and I had no running water nor did I have running water in my shower.Needless to say I tried to get back in touch with them to come back to fix the problem. It is Friday and I still have not heard back from them.I also contacted my home protection company CHOICE HOME WARRANT to advise them of the problem to see if they could get them back out here .Dont use them either they say they cover stuff but they always have a loop hole to get out of actually doing the job.

My home insurance set up my plumbing service with IGD.Pros:They followed thru and contacted me to set a time and date. They called ahead and showed up in a timely manner.Cons: the plumber was not very professional, he wasnt dressed in a company shirt, he wasnt sure of the problem he had come to solve, he told me several times what the insurance wouldnt pay for. Once he got started, he knew i was within earshot, but chose to venture into my attic without my consent. A mat must be put down so the floor isnt damaged by the folding stairs. If he had asked, i would have told him.I had also called for a slow sink. He had to go check his work order to see if he could do that job. He was unprepared, and again told me what the insurance wouldnt pay for.Upon diagnosing the problem, and being unable to fix it, he told me again what insurance wouldnt pay for. He said he called the boss but got no answer so he emailed her. I should hear something by the next business day(Monday). So Monday afternoon, i called them and spoke with the supervisor. She was courteous and found my record but had not reviewed it yet. I let her know that the clogged shower was my only shower and i was eager to have the job completed. She assured me that it would be expedited and she personally would get back to me. By Wednesday, i called the Insurance company. They never got a follow up report from IGD. The insurance had me hold while she called IGD. She talked to the receptionist and left a message for the supervisor. By Friday, i called the insurance but couldnt get through. So i called IGD. The supervisor had not completed my follow up but said to hold while she did. She quoted me a price and set an appointment time. That same afternoon, she called back to change the appt to a later date. I cancelled any further contact with IGD.Poorly managed. NO follow thru. Would NOT recommend. I am RECOMMENDING that the insurance not use them.

Called on a Saturday, plumber there first thing Monday morning. The person taking my call was helpful and reassuring. The plumber who came to the house was on time, polite and explained what he was doing. The work was done in timely manner and done well, including the clean up.

Had an amazing experience with an American Home Shield company...IGD Plumbing. Dimetry was super friendly, knew what he was doing, replaced some faucet cartridges, and even answered a few questions about a reverse osmosis system that I had. I will be requesting them everytime I need a home warranty plumber!

Dimitri with IGD plumbing came out quickly, was clearly a master of his craft and seemed very trustworthy! Quoted a price half of what a previous plumber from another company who I am sure was trying to scam me had quoted for the same job. While I hope to not need a plumber too often, I know just who Ill call! Thank you! Not to mention the receptionist was kind, personable and knowledgable.

What a great experience with IGD plumbing today! Who knew a flood coming from the base of the toilet and fast filling up one room, could be resolved so painlessly!. I called used my Choice Home Warranty and they assigned IGD. The energetic and sweet receptionist, Liz, was very helpful in positioning my situation as an emergency as I could not use any faucets, drains, nor commodes without a resulting extra flood! A very professional plumber, Zhivko Stoyanov responded and had me fixed up in no time. He removed the commode, snaked it, and then installed a double seal so it would never leak again. He was professional, helped me clean up and efficient. I would definitely recommend both IGD and Zhivko for all plumbing needs.

IGD did a great job. They responded to my call through a home warranty company, were on time, and completed the work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I was assigned this company by my home warranty. First off for a claim on Tuesday I felt having to wait until Saturday was excessive. I was busy on Saturday and set up an appointment for today. Then today I find that they can not get a technician to me until Thursday because of an issue with their technician. I do not know if making a customer wait for 3 days for a reschedule when it is not their fault is considered this companys version of 5 star service, but it is not considered to be 5 star service by me.

I had a difficult time getting a timely, professional response from the scheduler, but the person that came out for the service was professional and helpful.---Had to call again today after I didnt hear from anyone to schedule the follow up service. The response from the scheduler was unprofessional. Hoping the actual service will be better then the experiences communicating with the office.

I am utterly dissatisfied with the service that I received on February 5, 2019. I had my hot water heater replaced through my home warranty company and the same day I had to call my gas company out because I smelled gas coming from my newly installed water heater. They discovered that the washers connected to gas hose were not even hand tight, they were so loose that my toddler could have walked up to it and taken it off. This could have been catastrophic for my family and I! There could have been so many things that could have sparked a fire because of the amount of gas leaking from my hot water heater. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK IN ANYONES HOME!!! This company will definitely hear from me and my lawyer in the morning!

Four technicians later and 4 weeks without hot water. Waiting on the fith tech. Warranty service at its best. They have been addressing this hot water issue for almost 3 months.

DURING THE PANDEMIC!!!The plumber sent to our house said we forced the faucet to break. We’ve been in quarantine for a week and he says we broke it to have the kitchen faucet fixed. We’ve had three calls into American Home Sheild about our Kitchen faucet. The faucet neck and base detached while I was doing dishes. The faucet is from 1998 and everyone on our street has had theirs replaced! I did not force it in anyway. The plumber waited in front of my house until we got the call from American home shield with a bid to replace and fix my faucet.

Seriously so easy!!! Before he got here I knew he was coming and what he looked like by text message (thank God!) He was here less than 30 minutes and he fixed the problem. He explained what was wrong and what the fix needed to be! He cleaned up after his self and he was cool (not awkward lol) Most definitely would recommend to my family and friends!!!

IGD Plumbing will always be my go to plumbing company. Fast, friendly great work for a fair price. They did a full re-pipe and tunneled under my house 18 feet to fix and replace broker sewer line. All of the staff is great! Big shout out to Rashanna! Thanks for the great work!

IGD plumbing installed a faulty toilet, came out multiple times for band aid fixes which didn’t solve the problem long term. Shockingly they claim I need to take it up with the manufacturer (of the toilet they provided) and have refused to give me a refund.

This company was hired through my warranty service. Two weeks and two visits my shower is still not fix. It was diagnosed incorrect the first time (a cartridge). The second time (now it’s the valve). I just keep receiving text messages someone will contact you soon. Well it’s been two weeks, guess since it’s not a commercial job, I’m not high priority. I don’t know if they are trying to get the most out of my warranty or it’s poor quality.

Worse company I ever worked with! Plummer was so rude I ended up putting him out of my home. Avoid this company at all cost! I tried to file a complaint but the manager just kept trying to make excuses for his poor behavior! I believe they are related. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! On top of that they still charged me for him coming out doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

HORRIBLE! If I could give them a 0 star. My home warranty company Home Warranty of America sent them out. The guy came out two three days ago. He said that he needed to order a part for my faucet diverter. After paying him the $75 required fee, he leaves. Three days later, I had to call HWA. They tell me that they cancelled the claim because the part was installed wrong. WHAT?! This company along with HWA is a scam and fraud. Luckily the previous owners paid for the HWA. We will NOT be renewing.

AHS Home Warranty sent them out for a second opinion on our pluming leak 3 days after the first opinion. They were absolutely unprofessional. First they said AHS wouldnt cover anything and not to use the warranty and just let them fix it. Then I told them AHS covers up to $1,000. IGD plummer said it would be way more than that. I told him it had to be fixed because we would be selling our home. Then he had the audacity to say we should turn off water and only turn it on to take baths and for showings and sell it with an unknown leak. I was outraged! He said nothing was wet and he couldnt tell AHS we had a leak. I told him it dried since we turned off water after first opinion. Then he was aggrivated they were the second opinion. He told me turn on the water, let it leak, then call him personally and he would be there immediately. I was worried about damage but did as he requested. When it began to leak I called and texted with no answer. My husband called and he answered and said he was in Katy and would not be able to come out this week, and this was Thursday. When I called AHS they said that he had to turn in his report before we could move any further. When he finally turned it in he said we needed the entire home re-plumed for a cost of $17,000!!! How he knew that considering he only went into my entry and kitchen I dont know. Its amazing he could send a bid for that considering he had no idea how big my house was or even how many bathrooms I have. These guys are a scam. They came out with no leak detection equipment and didnt even look to see if the meter was running with nothing on. They were here 10 minutes and managed to lie to me, my home warranty company, got me to make the water leak for no reason and sent a $17,000 bid for a job they know nothing about. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I was referred to IGD plumbing through my home warranty company. I had a great experience with the techs that came out to my home. They were on time, professional, and corrected the issue.Thank You

They did show up when they were supposed to and called ahead. Tech was friendly and did good work. BUT, I was assigned him through American Home Shield, and he tacked on extra labor. He knew we had to use him, and he charged $200 labor (was $270 including materials) to spend 15 mins changing 3 pipes that he said needed to be changed ( I have my doubts about the need to change the pipes as well but not certain on that). 15 mins, $200 labor, plus what ever he got paid by AHS to install the water heater. The whole job only took about 40 mins.

FRAUD ALERT! I will not use this company ever again! The cold handle from the bathtub came off and I used my Choice Home warranty to get it fixed. Petar Petrov came to my house, looked at the handle for 1 minute and said he needed to be paid first. In what world do you pay for a service that has not been done? He then proceeds to go outside, write something to Choice Home so that they can deny me and I’m still left with a broken handle! He was rude and unprofessional! Don’t use this company ever!

Mr. Babineaux was awesome! Entered my home with a gift of his card and small hand sanitizer. He assessed the problem after asking questions and proceeded to repair the problem (garbage disposal). He made sure to check the pipes and make they were free of debris, all the while training the young assistant that was with him. I asked him questions about what causes disposal problems and how to make the best use of the disposal. Mr. Babineaux was very helpful. Thank you again for coming to my aid.

Had Ryan Babineaux and another one of their technicians whose name I didnt catch out to fix my shower. They showed up on time, fixed it well, and gave some good tips for future issues. Thanks for the professional experience guys.

BEWARE!!!!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ADD EXTRA PARTS NOT NEEDED TO MAKE MORE PROFIT!!! We went through our home insurance and this is the company they used. Thankfully we know the plumbing system and noticed they were trying to add over 1,200 to make profit from us and from the insurance company. Now they refuse to service us because we caught on to their games!!!! BEWARE THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES TO USE!!!!

IGD installed my new salt-free water softener today...so far so good! Their lead plumber Ryan was great, supported by his team Kayden and Zack.

My first experience was terrible.I had a drip leak on my kitchen ceiling.A small chunk of ceiling fell off due to the soaking sheet rock.On our insurance recommendation ,IGD Plumbing was selected. Tyler showed up on 3rd day of the leak.Tyler blames it on the AC silver duct when the leak was evident on the pipe And now i have ended up with a big ripped hole in my silver duct and an evident pipe leak , that water is also dripping into theripped hole making the AC duct wet tooAfter observing for 10-15 mins, He even brought up the explanation that the water meter outside the house (which is measured in gallons) is not showing of such a leak.I am having slow drip leak(say a drip per 30 secs) .Even if you wait for 30 min, itwould not make it to a gallon of water.How unprofessional wasthis???I do not know how to trust this company..but i am ready to give a second chance.I have notified the company..and they are sending another technician.My question is who is going to fix the leak and now the big ripped hole in my AC Duct??Update:True ,the company has sent a senior technician the second time after i posted this complaint. The technician finally did see that it was a pipe leak and got it fixed.But Sadly their only plan to fix my AC duct was to seal it with the wet insulation in it.When i raised the issue of mold growth they chose to leave it open.Till today its an open AC duct...all because of wrong diagnosis by the first technician.Who will repair my AC duct??

This company is a scam which is in coordination with sears home warranty. The service guy went to our house, collected 100 for the visit, did not leave any card or paperwork just reported to sears that a new water heater needed to be purchased and it was not covered because we failed to maintain the water heater and stated they wanted 1400 to replace, oh what a scam, if i had 0 stars that is what they will get. NOT recommended. same game between small companies and sears just trying to get the $$ out of the home owners.

Carlos did a fantastic job. Knows his profession, & was respectful. That means a lot these days when most companies are paid for a task, & dont complete the task & still expect to be paid. He even followed up with an hour after he completed the job. 2 of your Customer service reps( cant remember their names. But it was 2 ladies) who set up the initial appointment. And the rep who I spoke to on Labor day, with the main line transferred to her personal phone, answered my question & said if I had any questions, feel free to call back. Your business is a model for hiring the best people & operating a business Preciate Carlos, preciate it ladies, preciate it I.G D. !

Ryan was very polite and knowledgeable, he repaired all 3 of my sinks which another plumber managed not to do. His customer service skills are also impeccable!! Ryan is the best!!!

Home warranty sent this company and the tech that showed up was rude, yelling at me and the warranty rep when they were called, he refused to let me finish a sentence kept cutting me off. He refused to provide an invoice of the work done and to show payment was accepted. avoid doing business with them.

First time to replace a hot water heater. Actual removal, install and set up completed very professionally. Technician timely and answered questions well. The home warranty worked!

I don’t want to speak about the entire company because I only dealt with the one technician. It was like pulling teeth to get him to help us. I get they worked under our home warranty but I’ve never seen anyone more argumentative to get out of work. When the dust settled there was something he could try to do, which he alleged did. I was extremely disappointed in the way the technician handled the situation.

CHRIS was absolutely AMAZING,fixed both my garbage disposal AND tub in less than an hour! Even threw in a extra sink stopper! He was fast and got the job done right the 1st time! Would DEFINITELY recommend if your trying to save money and time!

Ryan has come out on a couple of times to fix various plumbing problems in our home, and each time he is honest, timely, and does excellent repair work! We found our trusty neighborhood plumber!

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people have strung me along for 3 weeks over my leaking kitchen sink. After I finally got an appointment scheduled last week, they were so to come today and assured me they’d be here when I called two hours into the window and of course never showed up. Total scam artists and a rip off, they show up to take your home warranty deductible and claim to need parts and then never come back again!!!!!

Fantastic service. Loved the communication of text and email updates. Nasko did a great job of quickly assessing and fixing our plumbing issue.

It all started as a home warranty call to replace the master bathroom faucet cartridge. Since it was not covered by the home warranty, I worked with IGD on a fair cost for the service. The replacement cartridge from Home Depot created a water hammer issue where the valve would produce a double knock sound every time a faucet was opened and closed in the house. IGD came by with no charge twice and worked with me to figure out that it was the cartridge, and we finally replaced with a MOEN original cartridge causing the double knocking sound to disappear. Very professional team, a big thanks to Reshana and Nasco!

Carlos Timoteo came early, diagnosed the problem, phoned for an ok to fix the problem, replaced my garbage disposal, recorded my cc and left, all in 30 minutes. Also he was was very congenial and the office telephone person was very professional.

I was with HWA company since 2013. The first time I needed to them to replace my hot water heater that was over 12 years, I got shafted. The tech (IGD Plumbing) that was cahoot with them (HWA), stated that the unit was damage due to leak that was on top of the water heater, so HWA denied the claim. There is no water leak above the water heater and the air gap between the vent is typical for venting.Well I am out $1,800 for the 3 years I was with HWA, and will have to get the water heater replaced on my own.I had couple of other plumbers that verified that there was no exterior leaks that cause the unit to go bad and that the unit was simply old (12 yrs old) and failed.I would not recommend this company, because they are dishonest.
