I always had a good experience with them and they were really friendly until I tried to close my account. Since then everything has been an uphill battle. If I knew what I would experience when I signed up in the first place, I never would have.

What can I say, being involved with this company has made me financially secure thanks to the great networking opportunities afforded me as a Quest client. My retirement income is going to be almost as much if not more than my employment income.If you dont have a Quest account, I strongly encourage you to open one if you are looking for financial security. They provide great education and the customer service is outstanding. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they always ask, HOW CAN I MAKE YOUR DAY?

Their “IRA Specialists” don’t know tax law or even their own company’s accounting system. They give poor and completely inaccurate advice. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes. They cost me a lot of money. Don’t use this company.

Quest Trust Company is the best self directed IRA company! Everyone answers the phone saying ‘Quest Trust Company. How can I make your day?’ That says it all. They are 100% customer focused with their training offered, handling of your investments, promptness and expertise. Any time I have had a question (whether Roth conversions, tax questions, investment questions. etc,), there is ALWAYS someone ready to help you. Their fees are reasonable and much cheaper than traditional financial companies. My IRA has steadily grown without the ups and downs of the stock market. I owe this to the education I have received from the company. This company wants you to succeed!

Quest Trust Company is a fabulous company that provides a ton of training, seminars, and special events to network and learn how to put your IRA money in alternative investments. All the employees are well trained and always helpful to answer any questions you might have on self directing your IRA. They are very prompt at handling all your investment transactions. Besides all that, they are all just great people to know. They have character, integrity and are so much fun too! I have had an account at Quest Trust Company over 10 years!

Ive been using Quest Trust Company for years and have been constantly pleased with their level of customer service. They are quick to send email or call if there is an issue with any paperwork I sent into them. The staff is universally pleasant and more importantly patient. I also have been surprised with the improvements theyve made over the years to their client portal. It is excellent!

I have cash in my self directed IRA from interest from my assets. I tried transferring to my American Express Bank High Yield IRA account. I sent Quest the transfer form from AMEX Bank and it was followed by the same form and a transfer request from AMEX bank signed by one of the VPs of the company. Quest refused to transfer the funds that are in cash stating they the need proof that this VP can sign the form. What? What they requested was something AMEX bank, rather large organization does not have to give out. Even a 3 way call did not work. I want my money transferred please.

I have several accounts with Quest Trust. They have been the epitome of professionalism and have provide excellent service. Through the years they have been prompt in answering all my questions and their staff mean it when they say How can I make your Day when you call. In my experience they put the customer first and bend over backwards to provide the service needed. Trust is earned and they have earned the right to their company name as well as my trust in their services.

Our family has had multiple IRA accounts with Quest for several years now. I only wish I had found out about self-directed IRAs and Quest years ago. But better late than never. I have been using Quest Trust since 2019. I am very happy with them. The customer service is very good. Every time when I call them or email them for questions, they always find answers for me. They are very responsive and helpful. They go out their way to help you out. The only thing I want to remind you is that you have to put in the FMV (fair market value) on time every year. If you are late in submitting that information to them, they will calculate the FMV for you and charge you a fee for it, which is not good.

I have been a customer of Quest since the Entrust days and I am very happy with my experience there. They have delivered on everything I have asked for - forms, verification, questions, etc. Their business has allowed me to self-direct my IRA and a 12% return on real estate sure beats a CD with an interest rate near zero. Nathan and Quincy deserve a lot of credit for offering free informational meetings and educating people.

I have worked with other SD-IRA Companies before, and Quest is by far the most knowledgeable. I also love the fact that they do not use an automated system. But when expenses need to get paid, their processing time is rather slow. Funding my deals seem to happen almost immediately, but i always run into the same issues with getting stuff paid. This is why i give them 4 stars instead of 5.

Ive been with Quest for over four years. I am now looking to move my accounts. If you plan on using Quest make sure you allocate enough time to deal with all of the peripheral issues that you will encounter. And wear loose pants, so when they turn you upside down to shake the money out, you can submit easier. When they were smaller, they were better, not great, but better. Now it seems customer satisfaction is far out paced by their need for revenue growth. I guess the other Google reviews are from people that have been there a short time. I had the absolute best experience when selling a property in my IRA. There was a issue getting the Title company to understand the rules when selling a property held in a IRA, but Courtney Johns with Quest, absolutely rocked it...She had my best interest at heart, explained everything to everyone involved, insulated me from the issues and got it done..I highly recommend Courtney and Quest.

I have an account with Quest for a few years now. They have always been very easy and pleasant to work with. Whenever I have a question or a concern, they have been very responsive and took care of me promptly.

I want to preface by saying I rarely give bad reviews as I genuinely believe and see the good in people and things. But! If there was a 0 as in zero stars here I would have given it to Quest IRA.The fees are expensive. Theyll charge you for almost every transaction. This, at a time when major brokerages like Fidelity and Vanguard are reducing fees and having zero fee investments.Their customer service is bad. Closing on my investment property wouldve been a disaster if I didnt intervene. The officer in charge of my direction of investment didnt at all seem knowledgeable about real estate funding nor was she interested. IT REALLY SCARED me that they had people like that handling accounts and transactions worth hundreds of thousands of $. Needless to say, I completed a TRANSFER OUT request that day. Please tread carefully.

Ever since I decided to transition to being self-employed I was looking for a good self-directed IRA firm. Found Quest IRA through a friends recommendation and I couldnt be happier. Courteous staff, very responsive, and extremely enlightening and educational.

Couldnt agree more with Jonnys review. Going to have my flood insurance policy cancelled because Quest failed to send a check in time. We were told numerous times by Quest that this would be done but they dropped the ball 3 times in 1 week and now were paying the price! And this isnt the 1st time weve had similar problems with Quest. Customer beware!

Their IRA education session turns into a friendly shark tank where you can pitch both investors in the room and those viewing the live broadcast online.This group is well connected with real estate & investment groups with events they sponsor throughout TEXAS and beyond. You can learn and earn alot with Quest IRA.

Customer service is horrible. Just getting through to speak to someone is a chore and a half. When you do get through you are bounced around and cant simplly call back and speak to the last person you spoke with.I had issues with PII (personal identifiable information) being sent over email and they scoffed at my concern.I tried to purchase a rental property once and was told incomplete and contradictory instructions.I submitted requested form for purchasing a note, they never executed it. I tried both by email and phone to rectify the situation, nothing ever happened. They kept asking for the same form I provided multiple times.I expressed these concerns and they were indifferent and refused to make it right or even waive any portion of their fees.They are expensive. I would recommend anyone looking for an SD IRA to run far far away from Quest. I have found a happy home elsewhere where Im charged a flat rate, not based upon account value and Im not nickeled and dimed for each individual transaction.

They are untrust worthy say one thing so another waited 30 days for our check when the contract and agreement was for 10 days not 30 if they think they are stoping food on the property before the check clears think again !I now have major trust issues!!

Quest Trust made internal tracking errors and has been unable to fix them for years. They continue to refuse to acknowledge their mistake, and when it is proven to them, they cease communication until some new person gets the file and we get to start the charade again.Buyer beware!!! Very poor customer service and ineptitude at record keeping.

Any interaction with Quest has surpassed expectations. The professional, courteous staff is always willing to help with any questions I have. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Fees are average-high but this company is on point. They appear to follow the regulations while providing fast and efficient service. They also provide investor education and ideas on where to invest next.

Real Estate in your IRA - YES!!! Quest Trust Company give you the resources to make you want to do it over and over. They dont sell and walkaway. They should also be considered a no cost investment education company. Check their You Tube videos on property investing with your SDRA. ROTH SDRA is the way to go...

Found a couple of good assets to invest in through the investor pitches. The educational opportunities in leveraging SDIRA’s are awesome. I have learned a lot and am much better equipped to understand my investment options.

A micromanaging and overbearing manager who literally had her job handed to her on a silver platter due to her dads connections with the owner already. This is a workplace where political correctness is prized over being honest and real (typical corporate environment) A Snarky boss as well. Its either be perfect and make no mistakes or youre gone. And when I left, the nerve of Stacie to literally walk me out of the building as if I couldnt find the door myself. I even remember saying to her So sorry this didnt work out and she literally and deliberately ignored me and Gave me No response on my out. But conveiently spoke to a guy that walked by right in front of us(shade).

The fees are high given that there are other companies that do the same for less. With that said, customer service is good and responsive. I would shop around and understand the fee structure before signing up.

Quest is a great company to work with, being local to Texas I love that i can go into their office. They are extremely helpful and friendly with quick response.

I worked with other IRA Custodians before, but they do not even compare to Quest. The knowledge that the staff has does not compare to their competitors, and I love the fact that they do not use an automated system.

I believe that the education classes and different investment options are great but watch your wallet as they are giving you a hug. Their fees are to high. The $150 fee to close the account is high.

I had use Quest to funding notes. It is very difficult to work with them since you need to call several times to make sure they do their work.
