Hanmi Bank

I only gave it a one so I could write a review. This Bank Hanmi is not reputable, their customer service couldnt resolve my problem. Money got taken out of my deceased sons many times after I had already given them the death certificate. The stole over $500 out of his account in fees and automatic drafts. I am glad they shut them down.Hanmi bank owners have no scruples.

Out of all Hanmis in Houston, this is definitely the best one. Customer service is great, its always clean, and Ive never had a problem here. keep it up guys!

Terrible customer service!! I parked in the parking lot in the shade on a hot day (95 degree F.) and proceeded to eat my lunch. I was not there more than 8 minutes, and they sent security to run me off because I was not one of their customers! They have a terrible way of attracting more clients! I just hope they take care of their clients better. I would not be able to find out, because Im never going back, and none of my friends are either!!
