I called Trilogy and they had Ricardo come out to the house. He showed up at 10am. We worked out the Carrier system I wanted and we agreed on the price, set up financing, and then he asked if I wanted it installed the same afternoon. I said absolutely since our system was very old and struggling. Trilogy had guys out at 2 and commenced to remove and haul off all of the old system. By 3 they had the new equipment at the house. By 7:30 the installation was finished! Their pricing is extremely competitive. This system is beautiful, quiet and very efficient 17 seer. I highly recommend Trilogy AC Cooling & Heating
The sales rep saved me alot of money on the top rated brand Carrier 4 ton condenser, furnace and evaporator coil, next day installation, verified the warranty, parts, etc, allowed me to finance 18 months at 0% interest after 67% down payment, no upselling add on, AND waived my sales taxes. Best deal in the bunch. I interviewed 5 companies for my project.The installers just left. Quiet hard working professionals, no yelling, no mariachi. Clean cut professionals. No complaints si far.
Very disappointed, I should never have hired this company. The seller only put the unit in the contract and charged me for the complete installation, I called the office and the only thing they did was call the seller to contact me and he used as excuse saying that he had said that the ducts were good that he was not going to change them. And it is not fair to me that they are charging me the price of something that was not done. Just because Im a single mother, they think they can take advantage of people and sell them something that they dont have. Now I am the one to pay for a service that was not completely installed. Its not fair. What should have been an easy install that was paid for with a home warranty policy (plus $3000 out of pocket!) turned out to be a massive disappointment. It started with the install team ignore my instructions to not drive into the backyard, which led to their getting their truck stuck in the rain-soaked grass and churning massive holes into the turf, and ended with my having to pull them out with my truck. Once that was resolved, the condenser was placed onto a new, coated polystyrene pad that was simply placed on the old one - causing the new pad to slide and rotate on the old one. The unanchored condenser also slides and rotates freely on the pad. When asked to rectify the issue it took multiple phone calls and 2 visits that were severely challenging due to language barriers to finally have the old pad removed. The condenser remains unanchored as I write this... continues to slide and move. Nothing we can do, has been the response. Additionally, the air intake in the hallway is too small to accommodate the increased volume of the new condenser (3 tons). We now have insufficient airflow throughout the entire house (essentially no output in the kitchen). The request to add an additional return filter grill or increase the size of the existing one) fell on deaf ears.
We had a really old 4 ton AC system and with the heat of this past summer our old unit just couldn’t keep up and keep our home cool. I had seen Trilogy’s ads on Facebook and thought we would have them come by for a free estimate. After looking at many other AC provider’s Trilogy was the best value for us. Our sales representative Ricardo was an absolutely pleasure to work with. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. Once everything was approved (which that process was very easy as well) there crew was out the next day and they completely replaced all of our duct work and installed everything in one day. The installation crew was also very professional and kept everything super clean and communicated with us throughout the installation process. I would highly recommend Trilogy AC if your in the market for a new AC system.
The rep was knowledgeable and understood our situation. In the end it was the financing options which ended our participation and they simply couldn’t get us a financier.
Technician did great on repair.Very timely experience on getting system fixed.My only issue is I pointed out what was more than likely wrong with system and to be charged amount I was with no itemized receipt.Seems like no transparency on parts and labor.Im a Shop Foreman in the car business and our customers expect that kind of treatment !

Awesome installation from Joshua Alvarez team. They installed my unit quickly. My old unit was 25 years old and costing me lots on my light bill. Now with this new unit, we can sleep better in the nice cold air. Highly recommend.
The people scheduling were very helpful and very understanding and she try very hard to get a tech the same day unfortunately it was late, 6:30 PM. she schedule next day at 11 am.The tech, Pascual, was a very nice person and he identify the problem within seconds after he open the unit. A low amp fuse similar to a car was burn. He removed the fuse and used his tester the unit worked. he put one he had in his bag and the unit stared working.THE PROBLEM STARTED WHEN THE TECH CALLED HIS OFFICE TO CALL ME TO GIVE ME THE PRICE TO FIX MY UNIT.we waited more than 30 minutes and the officed never called, I call the office and I waited for another 10 minutes and then I hang up. They call me and they told me it was going to be about $500.00 to fix the problem. They wanted $300.00 for a fuse that paid $4.00 and it took me less than five minutes to change.I work in consulting and I understand about license and insurance but what Trilogy did was un insult and abuse. the mark-up for the fuse was almost 100 times of the value of the fuse. and they were not willing to negotiate. the main problem in your business is training; I think that by doing this you not only lost my business; I work in an office of about 30 people and they know about my experience with you. Even though you tech was very good I will not use you again because your office people did not bother to see the type of fuse and was not honest to charge me fairly. The tech took his fuse and I had to go to century to buy one and installed myself.
Very great service, especially the service manager Carlos Manzo who is very professional and friendly in providing the installation of a brand new HVAC system that includes a 5ton Carrier condenser, evaporator coil, and a furnace with a very reasonable price.
I found the company online. $80 upfront charge to come out, whereas other companies charge after the service. No problem, I paid it. The cost for repairs was an estimated $350 additional. I understand there would be a cost. Unlike with other companies, the $80 upfront did NOT go towards the final cost. My experience is very different than was advertised on their site. So, yeah, still in the heat.
AC is desperately in need of replacement. Had a guy named Ricardo come out and talked me through everything that needs replacing and went over all my options. I was still in the middle of shopping around so I ended up going through a different company but trilogy was my next best option. The other company just was a little cheaper and had a better military discount. But I would definitely check this company out if you looking for a good AC company.

Trilogy AC cooling and heating did a wonderful job at my residence replacing the condensing unit and the a coil drainage tray and building all the duct work I would highly recommend them for your AC and heating needs for your home they arrived a little later than scheduled but stays late to finish the job took them 8 hours and five of those hours were in an attic that was 120°

I called trilogy ac because our air was out completely and we are in a heat advisory. It got up to 89 in our house. I called trilogy and they got someone out within the hour! He came in got right to work and found the problem within minutes! Very efficient and speedy! Will definitely use them again!

Well we didn’t buy any AC from them yet but We spoke to Mr Carlos Manzo the operating manager, he came to our house to give us an estimate, & he’s a great guy very knowledgeable he explained us everything about an AC & what we need. He was very friendly & a great person but unfortunately the price was kinda high for us so we’re still taking estimates from other vendors. But over all their customer service is great & they’re very good company. I definitely recommend them.
This experience started as a Trade Call though my home warranty provider. The technician conducted a thorough inspection and evaluation. We have had repetitive trouble with the existing HVAC. Upon hearing what the out of pocket cost was going to be, we asked for an upgrade to a larger HVAC system believing that was a wiser use of money.The quote was agreeable and it turned out that the new system and a crew were available for installation that day. The new system was operating by 8:00 pm. The crew drove at 8:45 pm after final gas loading, system evaluation and clean up.Trilogy has since conducted a Quality Inspection on behalf of my home warranty company. I appreciate Trilogy Service’s installation and my comfortable home!

You are scammers. The heater stopped working in my mom‘s house during the freeze in Houston. My mom is on hospice. You told my protection home plan that it was due to lack of maintenance and they would not cover it. And you were going to charge me $6000 to replace the unit because it was freezing and my mom is on hospice I paid it but I did not feel good about it so I called for a second opinion and they came over and said it was not due to lack of maintenance and they fixed it for $600 And homeowners protection plan did cover it. You were scare scammers and you charged me for the $6000 after you told me you canceled the order. I’m glad I looked at my bill because the $6000 charge was on there. Luckily American Express credited my account and they will be reaching out to you. You are scammers, and that was a reprehensible thing to do.This is in response to your comment nearly 6 months later. First off you never talked to my 76 year-old mother at all you only talked to me. Your worker came out and said that my heater was broken due to neglect and lack of regular maintenance and you sent that to my homeowners insurance so my homeowners insurance immediately denied my claim. I had a second opinion come out same day and they said absolutely it could be repaired and it was not due to neglect and it was covered by my homeowners. The scam is you taking advantage of people, telling them that it is due to neglect when you report it to their homeowners insurance and then they have to immediately turn to you and spend all the money for you to repair said item. The scam is you scaring people into your services. You also billed my American Express card and did not refund it until you were called out on it.

This company is based out of Houston and have one or maybe two service techs living in San Antonio. They answer and even tho I speak Spanish that’s all they want to talk. So imagine when you want to explain what’s wrong with the unit they installed last month freezing and not blowing hard. It comes out shop shop. Then want to charge for labor when the contract shows 1yr labor and 10 yr parts. So why charge labor. Especially on a unit not lasting more than 90days 🤣 …. Made several attempts to get a repair person since I bet it’s under warranty they seem to slow in response. My next step is to report to the Better Business Bureau. Don’t use this place peeps. Stick to local companies.

I had some issues with my outside a/c unit (vendor issue) that needed to be fixed Michael was my tech and he did an outstanding job communicating with me of what the next steps of how to fix the problem. They told me it was my thermostat and fixed it. Now everything is working. I am very thankful and will be recommending and using Trilogy AC 👍🏼
Amazing service! My parents haven’t gotten their ducts cleaned in 12+ years since we moved here.There was visible black mold in our vents & im sure in our ducts too — it was disgusting.They did a great job, customer service was responsive & amazing. The maintenance guys very nice & funny.They worked hard, there were 24 vents and ducts & they finished cleaning and replaced 2 large moldy drip pans in the attic over about a 7 hour period.5/5 🙌🏼 Thank you!

The experience was HORRIBLE! I don’t recommend this company for anything! They took the whole frame and door off where the furnace goes and didn’t put it back. It took them a couple of days to get someone to come back and put the door back on.. the drainage outside where the unit is at we explained to the salesperson before we committed to the contract that this needed to be resolved and if they couldn’t do it then we would not sign the contract. Well of course they said they would complete the order but didn’t get done till a week later. Also, in the contact you get a new Wi-Fi thermostat and that was not connected nor did we get that till a week later. What is also BAD is that when the AC kicks on it’s so LOUD! TERRIBLE! Im so disappointed! I’m not happy at all with what we purchased or with the services and the customer service as well … I used these people because the price was reasonable but if I would have known this was going to happen to us I would have gone somewhere else. Ive been waiting for them to finish the installation of my HVAC for almost 2 months. Worst workmanship, customer service ever. If you do decide to believe their BS like I did be sure not to pay them before the job is finished. Also, do not trust Goodleaf financial since they stat on their contract that they do not pay until the install is complete and you are satisfied. They pay once Trilogy tells them install is finished when in fact it isnt. They keep telling me that someone is coming by at such time and for the last 8 times weve waited taken time off work and no one ever shows. At this point will have a reputable A/C Company finish the work they poorly did and resolve expense in court.
I’m very frustrated with this company. We had our AC replaced a month ago after being without AC for a week in the middle of summer. It already isn’t working. On Monday, we had a tech come out to fix it the same tech who installed it. I left work during my lunch break to meet him here as we were scheduled at 11. At 11:10 I called the customer service line to ask if the tech was running late so I’d know if I needed to call in to work and let them know I’d be late. She said he was running a little late but on his way, at 12:00 I called again and was told he was stuck in traffic. Needless to say the tech didn’t get here until 12:30, no explanation, no apology and I had to ask for the rest of the day off. Just to be told the ac was running low on freon. I questioned him why if it was just installed a month ago? Wouldn’t they have made sure there was enough when they installed it? He just shrugged and said it happens. Today is Wednesday and the AC is not working again. They made me go out and check a panel outside when I have no idea what I’m looking for or at? Just to tell me sorry we can’t help you until tomorrow. I’m very angry, if I would have known this is the type of service we were signing up for I would have NEVER given my money to this company. I’m at a loss, my husband works out of town and as a mother of two it’s really taken it’s toll on our family. I’m very disappointed with the unprofessionalism. Please do not bother doing business with this company.Update:They have fixed the issue, there was a leak in the compressor ….the technician and Sandra the administrator were both very apologetic and tried their hardest to make things right. I hope to not run into these same issues again in the future and really appreciate their efforts.
I was very impressed with the service. My first thought was that they would come out and tell me that it would be about maybe 2 weeks or so before they could get started, but to my surprise they came in inspected my ducts and A/C unit and after 25 years with the same unit I knew it was time for a new one, so that same day they inspected and gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable especially with all the work that needed to be done. Then the very next day they were back installing and replacing all the ducts in the attic with a new A/C and furnace unit with new vents thru out the house and it was all done in 1 day. Once they were done they left no mess everything was cleaned up they were very professional. I will be using them when it time for my ducts to be clean out regularly. Now I’m breathing cleaner air. Thank You Guys Job Well Done!

We installed a new unit back in 2016 and have confronted to receive services for our A/C unit. Everyone is very helpful and anytime we’ve needed a repair they have responded in a timely manner. Today we had our system disinfected and cleaned out all mold as well as getting a UV system installed to prevent mold from building in the air ducts. We are very happy with all services we have received! Definitely recommend!!!

Efficient and respectful. Daniel and Raquel in the office were so respectful and helpful. Alex came the first time and did the repair he that was needed and noted a part that was still working but might give a problem in the future, so he documented it in his notes. (Home warranty companies wont pay for parts that are still working at the time if replacement of a broken part).When that part in fact did fail only three weeks later, their service warranty was still within the 30 days. Raquel went above and beyond in her customer service by being sure the home warranty company understood exactly what was needed for approval for the repair, saving me a lot if time and saved an additional service fee.Alex returned and made the needed repair, showing us again what might be a future problem and will document it for our benefit and sent pictures to me. He is amazing and really listened to your needs and answered all my questions. He made sure we are very satisfied with his service.Thank you Trilogy staff for your personal care.

We recently had Trilogy install a new HVAC system in our home and are very satisfied with their work. Their workers were on-time, friendly, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. There were some unexpected changes that needed to be made to our home, and Trilogy made sure everything was taken care of the same day by professionals. Very friendly staff, and the sales process was seamless and pressure free. We will be using Trilogy for all our future AC needs and recommend them to anyone in the area.
From when I first called to get information, I felt like they really wanted to help. I had HVAC duct and vent cleaning and overall checkup on my AC system. They did a great job and were puntual and very thorough with the service. They cleaned up after the service was complete as well. My AC definitely blows colder now! Raquel, Enrique, and Angel were all great! Will be using them again in the future!
I called Sunday morning and Trilogy had a technician out by 10:30am. Alexander was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to get my outside condenser unit ordered and changed out by 4pm the same day. Great service from Andrew and and the price seemed reasonable. I will use them again for any A/C issues.
I cant say enough good things about Trilogy. We are so pleased to have a comfortable house to live in thanks to the diligence of the Trilogy team of workers. They did a great job installing new duct work, they stayed late until the job was complete and the air conditioning was back on. I am so impressed from first contacting Trilogy and talking to Raquel about our A/C issues to the conclusion of the installation the great communication and timeliness getting the job done. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs a direct answer to an A/C issue.
I call this company to get a quote and the sales guy convinced me to go with them from 12500 full installation went down to 9500 and was throwing all this discounts he offer me to install a extra filter for the allergies that cost 950 and he didn’t write down in the work order and next day they did the installation, I wasn’t home went I got home I could heard the machine was making weird noises I call them and installers went back and they say I need a extra return duct and they told me the only way to do it is true one of my room closets and they told me it gonna be a small duct and the day of the installation they put a big duct that took half of my closet I call them about it and they been voiding my calls and also the sales guy also

Lack of integrity and pride of their work, didnt correctly installed the coil, pan and drain pipe called many times took photos and they said they will fix it and still waiting after six months waiting I decide to write a review, also still waiting on the warranty paperwork, they must not like veterans or something run from this peopleWhat does anyone have to do with doing your job or installation correctly, shows lack of integrity, and blaming others because your people didnt installed it correctly , this is one of the issues and you blaming others for your mistakes , didnt care that because of this I had rodants up there
Alex and Daniel arrived on time, promptly identified my issue and had everything up and working within half an hour. They also changed out my filter as I recently had surgery and suggested a schedule for a maintenance plan to keep my unit working as efficiently as possible. They were also respectful of entering my house with regards to Covid—19 concerns such as mask wearing and asking if I was okay with them entering with shoes on. I love this company and look forward to continuing my business with them.

Alex and Alvarez were awesome techs. They were very thorough with their diagnosis of the problematic A/C unit. They checked the attic, checked pressure levels and wiring and were very informative throughout. The issue with the unit ended up being significantly less than what I was led to believe by a competitor (Always good to get a second opinion folks). Alexander Amaya was excellent in servicing our AC unit. He was on time and called me before hand to let me know that he is on the way. Did an excellent job of fixing the board on the unit. Advised me about operating the unit and gave tips. Trilogy services was very good in keeping me upto date on the parts order. Scheduling was easy and always answered my calls. Overall very pleased with them.

They installed total new HVAC system two years ago worth 15k. The system still under warranty. The heating system stop working. Called them many times to check up and repair. Wait for week after week. Many schedules were given, no one show up. Poor customer service.Don’t recommend it
I called Choice warranty on Wednesday and Trilogy Services appeared on Thursday and fixed my Air Condition problem. Very fast. The technician was very informative. Professional and courteous.. I plan to. Sign a contract with them to maintain my air conditioner. Which will add many years to its life. I highly recommend Trilogy services and Alex..the technician..
Trilogy replaced my old HVAC and cleaned my ducts and vents. The team was very professional and very thorough and took the time to ensure my satisfaction. At the helm of all this is their operation’s manager, Carlos Manzo, who will go above and beyond. If you want great experience, look for Carlos. You won’t regret it.
INCOMPETENT - DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$I hired Trilogy to replace a leaky evaporator coil. They charged me 2500$ and 2 days after the installation - still no cold air. They kept insisting that now, my compressor needs replacement and recommended i should rather spend another $3500 and replace my entire outdoor unit. Note that they DID NOT GIVE ME AN ALTERNATIVE - this was their final solution after 2 days of inspection by 2 different technicians - $2000 for a compressor or $3500 and entire outdoor unit.Thankfully, I did not trust them and called a different company and they promptly fixed the problem in an hour for only 350$! Turns out, Trilogy used the wrong part in their installation! When I called Trilogy to notify them that they messed up my install - instead of being sorry and refunding at least the 350 bucks, they haggled with me and then CUT MY WARRANTY DOWN to 5 years because another company tampered with their bad installation. Go figure!! I guess I was supposed to pay them 2K and still not have cold air because the problem was NOT with the compressor??Eventually they refunded half of the 350 (???) after I threatened to cancel the credit card payment.I spent 5 days without AC with 2 young kids because of these guys. Hire at your own risk!For those looking at the positive reviews, know that my experience shows that these guys are definitely not reliable. Maybe they do a decent job for simple things but would you really hire someone who could potentially behave like this when things go bad? You decide!Things go bad once in a while but how a company reacts in those situations shows their true character.
All installing was perfect, specially mr Carlos Manoz managed all flex to be changed and new …Of course the shape of the attic was letting them to change all !Lucky me ☺️Just this AC is not that much quiet that I wished but still is close to perfect 👍
Mario Ramirez was a great technician who quickly pin pointed the root cause problem of my AC unit which was the capacitor. The unit cooled like it normally did! I was impressed by his friendly customer service, and quick quality work. The admin Jocelyn was also very friendly and was able to book me an appointment quickly!

U guys where the first to reply to my situation, and i went with you guys, but now i have contractors telling me, i paid $2,000- $4,000 over, and the flexible duct work that they did, is worth $200 at the most. I was expecting the same product as i have ,in the attic, and they used retractable flexible duct tubing. Very disappointed. And the vender that sold me the contract hasnt even stop by to check the work, like he said he would.

My AC broke down this weekend while I was out of town and when I returned it was super hot in the house. Claudio and his team came the next day and started working on the AC. ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE! I have to say that shopping around for an HVAC system is not an easy nor a trivial task. However, when I received a phone call from Mr. Carlos Manzo, with Trilogy, and we had a conversation about all my concerns and goals. He personally came in from Houston and did a complete inspection of my HVAC system. He explained everything in layman terms, answered all my questions thoroughly, and gave me time to think & decide what to do. It was a no brainer. I was going to let Trilogy Services proceed with the new HVAC installation.So Sunday I got a quote, Monday Carlos and I went over the procedure and financing. I wanted it done ASAP. So Tuesday by lunch time his crew from Houston was at my front door ready to install. They came in ready to work and replaced my 2 units, 2 furnaces one in the attic and one in the pantry area with all brand new parts. (No refurbished parts) plus threw in a couple of safety switches, UV Ray lights to kill allergens. Repaired and replaced some wiring and Walla its a done deal, and all in less than 8 hrs. Best part is they cleaned up and youd never know any work had taken place. Giving credit where credit is due!!! Thank you Carlos Manzo and the team at Trilogy Services AC. You got one very happy customer for life. Plus made a friend for life. Definitely deserves 5 Stars.

Eddy came to my home and quickly found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He checked the whole system and said everything else was fine.He didnt try to charge me for anything else. He was honest and knowledgeable great company.
If I can give them negative stars I would! Not only are they super expensive but they are also bad with scheduling and are terrible at customer service. My ac that was installed by them only 6 months old stopped working and they didn’t want to send someone to fix it for days, until they finally did and they wanted to charge me 1500 dollars for a warranty job that typically is $100 , so that I can refuse to use them and look elsewhere. If I could get a refund and return all of it I would . Also when I tried to speak with a manager they told me there is no manager and only employees . They are bad for business.Also for anyone reading this , if you notice on all the bad reviews they are always on the defensive side , trying to explain that nothing is ever their fault, instead of being a real legit company and every once in a while own up to their mistakes. That just shows us what kind of company they are running. Once again BAD FOR BUSSINESS!
The guy came and he told me the water heater will be done under the homeowner warranty, but it was not. Anyway he offer to fix it for cash, he gave an estimate for $2300 but I found out that he gave the warranty company an estimate for $1300. I was shocked. Anyway I got the water heater replaced for $ 1000 in total and a much better quality what he was offered. Be careful dealing with this company

On August 22nd we had Trilogy come and look at our house because our unit for our home was no longer cooling. Trilogy said the unit only needed refrigerant. Therefore, we paid to have the refrigerant added. However, the unit quickly went out again and wasn’t working as of four days later. We had Trilogy come out again and they said the unit needed to be replaced and new refrigerant added for the new unit. We did not feel like it was our responsibility to pay for the first service as the technician didn’t really diagnose the problem correctly. We attempted to resolve this with Trilogy directly however they were not not willing to give us the refund for the refrigerant that was not needed. I also asked for receipts and when they sent the receipts they sent it with the incorrect amounts. After me sending them yet another email stating that the invoice was wrong and according to their records I should get a refund they changed the invoice and said it was an error and there is no refund. This is not how you conduct a business on multiple levels of both service as well as billing. We were very disappointed with this company and would not recommend this company to anyone! I would give this company zero stars if I was able.
I got a complete tear down and install done, inside unit and out. This is a very big job, as well as being in the middle of summer and the crew worked tirelessly and efficiently to make sure the install was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Absolutely outstanding work that I highly recommend.
Daniel and Rachid did a great job very knowledgeable. They explained the job very well and were very cautious while cleaning up the air ducks. They wore masks and shoe covers while in my home. I am very Happy with the job.

Wish I could give them a negative star. Service on instalation was horrible. So unprofessional and extremely bad with a time frame especially when i asked due to have ac system installed in a business location.They say the are professional but at the end the still forgot to bring the freaking thermostat. All I have to say is WOW.Updated on my review it has been 1 month since the installation and still cant get them to properly fix my AC to work right. Ofcourse they got their money and I cant get this ac system to even cool down under 79 degrees. I dont know what to do anymore.
They installed good equipment and the AC is functional. However I did not like the attitude of the employees. They also left a lot of mess for me to clean and I had to do part of their work for them. I was also promised a gift for purchasing (it was very expensive) the AC and service but they never gave it to me.

Mario came to do the inspection. I had prior quote from a different provider so they price matched. Very professional answered all the questions I had provided before and after pictures. I had mold in my ducts and main box they left it looking like new and added a chemical to avoid getting more mold. Thank you for everything!

This company offered to run my credit to see what kind of financing I could get.Long story short I decided not to accept the terms and somehow i still ended up with a credit card from synchrony bank without my authorization!Now I’ll have to deal with the bank and the credit bureau to remove this account.I don’t know if this company gets a kick back from singing up users to the credit card but if they do I wouldn’t be surprised if they went ahead and submitted my authorization without my knowledge.UPDATE:Spoke with Raquel about the issue, same person who ran my credit, she told me she would reach out to the bank and call me the following day.It has been 2 days since we spoke and I have not gotten a call back and my emails have gone unanswered.Please reconsider doing business elsewhere.

Growing up I experienced my parents constantly have air condition issues, but with Trilogy Services & AC I’m confident that generational curse has come to an end. Very happy with Trilogy. I called them because my AC wasnt working properly and my bill was almost $300 per month. Then they just came and fixed it. Now my bill is around $150!!! They were very professional and detailed with every step they did. Awesome job Trilogy!

This company was sent by my home insurance to look at my a/c unit. The tech came with a mask and show protection, so good points there. I was then told that it was not about the refrigerant gas but something I could not understand (the tech had some language barriers) but he had to check with his boss whether this was covered. He then left telling me the company will call, after I asked him whether he was coming back to fix it as I needed it fixed, regardless of insurance coverage. He assured me so.They never came back, never called, I texted them, no answer. I got a message from my insurance it was not covered but Trilogy never call to fix it or propose an estimate at least. I waited the full day for their call and lost a day. So had to call another company the day after.Not good....
They are certainly to notch. They work on an air conditioner that keeps our servers cool. They knew exactly what the issue was and corrected it. They also checked other known parts that are subject to failure and assured me that everything was in proper working order. Call them with the confidence that they are honest and will solve your AC/heating issues. We will hire them again.

Took 11 hours to install, 3 hours late,July 23, noticed water not draining outside from pan. Where is it draining?? Under house?? Installers all in a hurry, need to recheck everything! Unsatisfied with install!!

Highly recommended!Update: I spoke to soon on my review. Exactly a week after Alex came out, AC was having issues again. Alex came out the second time and now tells us that the problem was the leaky evaporator coil, when he told my husband the first time that there were no leaks! How he came to that conclusion the first time when he did not even open and look at it during the first inspection, beats me. Pretty much all he did the first time was a quick fix. Currently we are in the process of waiting, as supposedly, the replacement part can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks because of Covid delays, but Racquel from Trilogy tells me that if we pay the $2500 out-of-pocket, she can have somebody come by to the house and get it fixed tomorrow. Where is the logic in that? Obviously money talks! This is our 3rd day being displaced from our home, my son had suffered heat rash and we are not sleeping well due to anxiety and frustration. This company has been dodging in providing us the accurate information and not explaining to us the whole process so as to pressure us to purchase out-of-pocket. My trust level has certainly gone down from zero to non-existent with them, so if ever you have AC issues, do not bother going to them, you will be wasting your time, money and effort!!!! If I could give them zero star, I would!!!

They were fantastic. Came out to check the problem with my AC system early the next day Tuesday. Found the problem (heating system) and got a replacement unit in and working early Thursday.With other companies in the past i havent gotten the first inspection for over a week.I would use them again and highly recommend them for any AC needs.

This company will lie to you please save your money and use someone else that will take care of your needs. I was promised an upgrade of a thermostat and to this date I haven’t received one. The sales rep. Will lie to you his name is andres Gomez. He told me he made a mistake on the ordering of the thermostat and like I said he won’t return my calls let alone update on my order. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and staff. They are liars. Pls don’t waste your time and money on people and company as mentioned above. I called Trilogy at 3pm and they got here by 7pm on the same day. Great for an 85deg day in Houston with the aircon gone down!! Alex was super nice and fixed everything up in 45min. Would definitely use them again.

I live these guys! I would definitely recommend this company. So many companies give you no idea when they’ll arrive but these guys were early and let me know e aptly when they would be arriving. And they went way beyond expectations, especially when considering my house is pre-Civil War and nothing is level or perfectly right angled. And when they opened up my rotted bathroom floor, on a Saturday, and discovered the problems were way more than expected, I heard not one moan or groan. They had all the materials they might have needed, they chose beautiful replacement flooring for him and improvised ways to deal with the liberal shortcomings of this old house. I am beyond grateful! And they stayed until 9:25 on a Saturday night to complete the job and clean up. My heroes!
I was convincely informed that I was in need of a deep cleaning of the air ducts in my house instead of the regular basic cleaning. The sales rep was extremely thorough and professional in her presentation. With all of the dishonesty going on in our world today makes it hard to trust strangers in your personal space.As for Trilogy, I look forward to calling on them again in the future.Lest, I forget, the technicians were extremely professional. Many Technicians dont close the door when entering and exiting. Not Rachid and Daniel. Each time they came in and out of my house.....they closed the door.....thats what you call Thoughtfulness.....Trilogy is the way to go!!!
Cant believe Ive waited this long to purchase a new AC unit. With this and new Low E-thermal windows, Ive dropped my light bill from $310 a month to under $160!! Im glad I found Trilogy, great customer service and attention to detail.
Took apart my entire electrical wiring for for my 2 ac Units and when they couldn’t figure it out. They bolted and left my electrical wires loose in the attic and my thermostat unplugged… if there was a negative 5 star that what they would get… and always pay them with checks this way you can stop payment when they drop they pants on your job…
I have been calling since last night about heater not working. I have small kids. I keep getting the run around. Different people keep answering and telling that Ill get a call back and nothing. My house is last night was in the low 30s now in the day with the sun it went up a lil. It would be amazing if I could any help. My mom is coming to visit and now I have to cancel with her and my whole family because they wont answer my help call.

We had a bad experience with Trilogy. The technician charged us $900 for 2 new dampers (2 zone system). That evening, the system stopped working correctly. He came back out, but said it was working as designed, and didn’t fix. Company didn’t respond to our subsequent phone calls. We had to get another company to fix.
Alex and Daniel work hard to clean the air ducts. Alex helped explain what they were going to do. I saw pictures of what my air ducts looked before cleaning and then one pic of after work. There were other work that were recommended but I’m not ready for those work today.
We went with this company for installing our A/C and were very pleased! Great customer service and the price was great for the service we got. I definitely recommend Trilogy for any A/C problems you may have!
They came at the promissed time and finished up job. Cleaned up behind them. I am going ask for them next time as well.I called them after a year they perform service at my house. They gladly came out and fix the issue, although the warranty was for only a month.

The service provider was responsive to my calls. They were not able to make the scheduled window per the home warranty scheduling, but communicated effectively for a reschedule time. The service was done efficiently.
Trilogh called due to me having choice home warranty co. appointment set for 8/15 1 am to 3 pm window. I took off work to wait for them, they call warranty co instead of me to say they were running behind and couldnt make it. If I had not checked my emails would have waited all day. I called choice and requested new co, declined because they called trilogy and made them come after 5 pm. Mistake, the very young tech gave me about 10 minutes of his time, tells me I have a leak somewhere and the office will get back to choice. He checks my thermstat, the reason I called in the first place and tells me he just needs to reprogram and will be fine. Another mistake, after he reprograms fan doesnt come on at all, have to turn off so I wont burn up outside unit. Call them and they are to booked to come back out and fix their mistake. In the meantime choice warranty calls and tells me they have declined my warranty due to pictures sent by tech that show bad coils. Pictures? The tech never showed me any pictures and didnt even send me an invoice after payment of service call. Have requested many times for inv. and pictures and being ignored. Expecting monday appt for them to fix my therostat but not holding my breath. Found out they are an hour away from me, that explains why they are no longer interested in my problems.

My name is Remi Coleman, called on trilogy services to fix my ac on july 16th 2020. It cost $400 to fix but they refused to email the receipt of what is fixed in my ac unit,name of tech is mario Ramirez. 2 weeks later, my ac stopped working again, called them and they wanted me to pay another $600 to fix what they worked on 2wks ago. A good tech supposed to check all the ac unit and detect all parts that is not working well and then give me a quote and whats needed to make the unit work perfectly fine, which in my opinion , he failed to do . The tech couldnt tell me directly of what was wrong with the ac like he spoke directly with me last time but went outside and sat in the truck and asked the office personnel to call me. And l told her l will seek a second opinion, she then said l should pay $85 which l replied that l will not unless she send the receipt of the job done last time with my ac unit, she threatened to take me to collection and l told her she will hear from my lawyer if that happens. I called the second day, the lady in the office said,the one that spoke with me, the boss lady is in a meeting and will call back in 10mins, but called back 3hrs later and by that time another company fix my ac: needless to say they denied service to me. Up till today, no receipt issued. They dont accept credit /debit card payment either, its either cash or check. I will advice people not to use them. Trilogy is not trust worthy. Another company fixed my AC unit for $350 instead.
It was late afternoon when my home A/C stop working, after checking the filter, breaker.. I realized I needed help, Texas temperatures don’t give Us a chance! So, I chat online cause I knew it was hard to find someone to come late night but for my surprise in one hour I receive Jorge and Endor at my door...We study my case, see the actual equipment and the modern equipment available, differences between one and other, We discuss prices and warranties until finally We make an agreement.. next morning early I receive the technicians Jose and Jose, so respectful with me and my family, answers all my doubts about how it works, change everything that was bad and had installed a new condenser more efficient, more cooling and less contamination for Our land.. Great!So my little story have a good end.. Good equipment, peace of mind!Thanks

I had a Trilogy tech come out to inspect my system. Keep in mind that my system was the original system when my house was built 16 years ago. Alex the technician inspected my system and suggested a few recommendations for making my AC system more efficient. I was looking into replacing my system since my system doesnt go below 76° in the summer time. My old system was just too old to keep up. My light bill goes to almost $400 the 4 hotest months of the year.With that in mind, we then discussed the different systems available and I chose 1 without being pushed by Alex the tech who switched into salesmen mode. All he did was give me the names for different systems and different financial plans available.Needless to say, the process was quick easy and trouble free. I will now have my entire system replaced tomorrow. It cant get any easier than this!!!!!Im always in for a review and I can tell you, Trilogy is a highly recommended company. 5 stars from me and I dont give companies 5 stars often cause I too rely on reviews to make decisions on what company to choose when I need work done. Keep up the good work.
My HVAC went out on a Sunday afternoon and trilogy was on site by Monday morning installing a new system. They answered all my phone calls and questions in a timely and professional manner. The price was also much better than the quotes I received from competitors. By Monday night, my new HVAC was installed and I was sleeping in a nice cool house once again

Was scheduled for service Friday 3-8pm, had 2 contact numbers. Called only mine, and I was working and that was why my husband spoke to Juan at 8am so hes have his contact number, and spoke to him 2 times more that afternoon. Got texted tech Alex was 40 minutes away, then 20 minutes later got a text we were being rescheduled, no explanation. Hubby spoke to Juan Saturday, and it was going to be later afternoon, then he told my hubby no one was available all weekend! Mind you, day 6 w/o air! Unprofessional, rude, and non-accommodating people! Home warranty office notified of the put-off.
On the first day of school getting out, our A/C went out and our regular a/c company said that the outside unit wasn’t fixable. They quoted us to replace the outside unit, but wouldn’t do the attic unit or the ducts until it cooled down, which I can understand. But our attic unit is almost 25 yrs old AND my wife has been dealing w skin allergies and we suspect the aging ducts could be a problem. Luckily, we called Trilogy. They came in way under most companies that we contacted, installed it the next day, then came back the following day to make sure the installation went well. They have great customer service, great prices, and high quality equipment and installers. I highly recommend to anyone that needs anything done to their system!

PLEASE do your research before calling this company. I saw the reviews on here and theres reviews every other hour being posted. If you have common sense you’ll know an AC installation takes almost 8-9 hours so obviously these reviews are FAKE and being put up by the company trilogy itself.

My warranty company sent them out. They were professional and honest. We had to wait for a part from my warranty company, as soon as it came in that night they called me and set up an appointment for the next day.
I did a cleaning vent with a complete tuneup Andres and Enrique did a great job with the cleaning service and very easy to apply also with financial paymentsSadly they forgot to check my line drainage from the Ac never fix the leak when I ask them to do it and never check if my duct need to be repaired and I have duct damage and escaping the cool air never was done and charge me $927 for cleaning and half done job of tune up was not complete
HORRIBLE COMPANY. First oscar the representative was not professional at all, and just trys to jam in everything down your throat. Second when the installers came to my house the next day SUPER rude, no customer service skills. Installer guy COMPLAINED about me having SMALL dogs on the premises stating he “might not be able to work on my AC with my dogs in my yard” mind you my dogs were tied up in their leashes. SECOND i couldn’t move my car to the sidewalk because I had issues with it, I told him that. he backed up his truck behind my car and stated IF HE HIT MY CAR IT WOULD BE MY FAULT FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO MOVE MINE, TOO BAD. like how can someone say that to you?! after installation i checked out how they left my ceiling. SUPER messy, they left the painting on my side wall scrapped off, bumped tools on my walls so I have dents now, and left a big eye soar on my side wall and ceiling that my husband will have to fix now. HORRIBLE installers PLEASE take your money somewhere else!!!!!! call vortex, nationserve, i messed up and noticed after their prices are cheaper.

Trilogy was able to move up my spot to accommodate my schedule. Jose called when he was en route, and arrived early. He came in and properly inspected my water tank, which appears to need replacement. Satisfied with inspection and analysis to replace it.

2020/04/10 Upstairs ACs blower stopped working at 2 AM in the morning. I submitted a claim to Choice Home Warranty at 3 AM, and by 6 AM I received a confirmed appointment for 3 PM the same day with Trilogy Services AC. Mr. Alexander Amaya came to my house at 3:30 PM and promptly diagnosed the problem. Mr. Amaya is respectful and skilled. I would highly recommend!
