Waited around while 3 counter guys took there time joking with the clients they had on the phone instead of helping me and others that were in the store at the time to get them on there way to the to fix a Trane customers AC I wish Coastal HVAC would sell Trane equipment they have real customer service

Why do you arrive in an emergency to buy at the butcher shop and there is no one to attend to you and also the store manager comes in later than everyone,what a shame with a nice store and bad service
