This place is slower than molasses in January, bumped the dock at 08:30 it is now 1:40 I’m still not loaded but the trucks that docked after me are loaded and gone. Wish I could put 0 stars but have to put 1 to leave a comment. Drivers stay away unless you need a break.

Tanker Unload: Appointment needed. Drive around to receiving and back under canopy next to the tank farm. They have air, youll need 40 of 3 hose with a blow down valve. Bathrooms available, no overnight parking. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Aristides, the tank farm operator is awesome.

Super rude people, arrived early, no trucks here, they refused to unload till my appointment

Came on a Monday after a Friday pick up and was the first person here, they refused to unload my truck due to broker and them not coming up with delivery appointment. Still they would have unloaded me in no time I only have 19 pallets and was the first and only driver to arrive before 7 am but instead of getting their product they sent me away till the next day, arrived Tuesday at 8:30 and today they are taking there time to unload me, overall not a great experience won’t be delivering here ever again

Well after reading the reviews I was prepared for the worst. I delivered to this facility and it wasnt bad at all. My appointment was at 2:30 and I arrived at 1:30. The workers were alright and I didnt experience any problems. Not for sure but I can bet this place goes by appointment. Yes overall 5 for me, today is 2/22/22. Thanks for not being like the reviews Ive read.

Was not treated fairly here. My Landstar Agent and CHRW both said my delivery on 18th was FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. I called to confirm this day before delivery, receiver stated an appointment was required. I was told show up at 07:00 and we will work you in. I arrived about 06:45, and waited patiently for EIGHT & ONE HALF HOURS. I did not depart RectorSeal until 15:45, I was last truck to be unloaded before they closed. Receiver made no effort to work me in, all docks (3) were open from 09:00 to 10:30 because 09:00 appointment truck was late. And, at least one other truck that arrived in afternoon WITHOUT an appointment was unloaded before me. Extremely poor way to treat anyone.

Was late for morning delivery.put me in door rite away. 30 minutes outta there 👍🏾

Easy Docking for loading and unloading,Nice people, Easy to locate,Extremely Heavy Loads shipped from here had to be reworked afew times to get the proper axle weight to be leagal.

Great service, my appt was at 10:30am. I got a door right away at 8am empty at 8:37am

Don’t come here lazy people they don’t care about your time took 4 to load me I’m the only one here not organized at all

There Must be just a reason like that angry drivers and trucking companies are rating this Warehouse 1 or 3 stars because of their bad behavior and bad communication...and this will be the last for my driver to take a load to this facility..very bad warehouse to bring a load to...look at this review before me...they need to improve their communication with drivers and campanies, after all they need drivers to bring their products...how can you do by appointments when you have all these Docks, and less trucks comming in to you..and even when a driver comes atat his/her appointment time you guys still held them for hrs just to unload one truck not many trucks, just one truck...Rectorseal you need to do something about this reviews, nowadays drivers look at company reviews before bringing a load to them...so this review is very bad..

The signs are not properly placed. The people are very rude nobody cares to explain properly where there receiving office is located. The sign on the door to receiving office says restricted authorized personnel only

The Customer Service and Warranty department was very easy to work with in helping me replace my broken pump.

0 stars, waited here 4 hours them telling me they load me in 10 minutes, they didnt even have the order ready

Tanker unload: 40’ 2” hose (30 for rear) for air off. About 100’ for pump off with your pump.

Great products best plumbing and Firestoping products..Been using and working with their product for 20 years

They discharged me a day before my appointment,👍, it took 15 minutes to download 6 Totes,

Terrible place to load, they take a long time and take too much time to rest

For now, one star, if things go well, Ill give them more. If not, Ill let them know how they treated me. Well, I had given them one star but I will raise them to 5, good job, quick and easy to download, very kind

Fast download I had no problems with them
