Did not have service with them, but their communication is terrible and they wasted half of my day off. I scheduled service with them and they gave me a 12-3pm window with a 30-minute we are on our way call. 3pm passes and no word from them. I called the office at 3pm and the scheduler called the service tech and he said he was running late and theyd be here at 4pm. Not ideal, but understandable. 4:30pm comes around and the tech calls me to say he has been stuck on the freeway (his truck died) about 2 hours ago (which would have been in the same window that the office scheduler said he spoke to him and found out he was running late). Needless to say, half of my day wasted, no cleaned ducts, and frankly irritated that I was lied to. Not a great way to run your business. They probably do great work, but the way they run their business is pretty bad (at least in my case).

I highly recommend them for air duct cleaning and restoration, they are the best in River oaks Houston!!
