The tech called ahead and was polite and resolved the issue pretty quickly. The rating is based on the sewer splatter all over the place. It’s all over my walls more than 6 feet high, on my towels, the window, the door, the floor, and he used my sink to wash his tools off and left the sink dirty. I keep my home spotless. The fact that this is sewer water is completely disgusting.

Very professional and came to my house and knew exactly what was going on. Fix my air conditioner. They just left my home not even 10 minutes ago. Them guys are very, very good very sweet. Very nice. I would give him a tan if I could. Anthony and Dalton thank you

They notified me when they were on their way. Azahel arrived promptly and professionally. He quickly, and correctly diagnosed the problem. He then got out the equipment he needed and quickly resolved the issue. When all was finished he left. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Do not recommend using this company. The contractor Mario came to fix an issue within our home and somehow broke our gate by kicking it in instead of asking for assistance to open the gate. I reached out to Ozark and the manager Ron was very unprofessional dismissive and rude. It took them 4 months to find the source of a leak after they claimed there was none. That sounds like they collect service fees without fully completing the service. We paid our hard earned money to invest in our property for them to have such a nonchalant attitude about damaging our property.

Mario did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my plumbing issue. He was very informative, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and explaining what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved properly. We definitely recommend them.

My wife called early this morning to report our A/C problem. Sergio arrived shortly after 10am. By noon he had not only resolved our issue but did inspection on our heating system and found an issue with a capacitor that was going bad. Extremely reasonable pricing for everything he did. Sergio handled everything professionally and took the time to explain things in laymans terms. Well be sure to ask for him if we need future service.

The company has very clear communication. They strive to schedule visits at your convenience. Gregory, our technician, was very polite, professional and fast fixing our AC. It was a pleasure having him home. I definitely recommend Ozark to take care of your AC needs.

I would never recommend using Ozark. They charge an extremely high service fee ($85 when most charge $50 or less) and if there is more than one issue will charge multiple service fees. I had issues with a water leak and HVAC heating and despite one person going onsite I was charged multiple service fees. I decided to proceed with the water leak fix and not the HVAC heating. The HVAC heating I had fixed separately for $165 when they recommended replacing the entire system for $6000.When the water leak reoccurred a few weeks later I called and asked them to go onsite again to review the issue. They tried to charge me a service fee again and only after disputing this with them, as it was a return visit to fix an issue they already worked on, did they agree to go onsite. Then they cancelled the day it was scheduled and claimed to have not heard from the tenant as this was a rental property. However, the tenant had been in constant communication with me and wanted the water leak fixed badly so that was illegitimate they ignored Ozark’s communications. They said would only go out again for a service charge. Never use them!

The service was phenomenal. After 2 days without AC and 2 fail technician visits from another company, Anthony came, really looked into everything, and was able to fix our AC in a couple of hours. He left not long ago and my house is already cooling down and doing so much better than before. 10/10 recommend.

Was scheduled next to replace very knowledgeable on tankless water heater installation was in stalled and have hot water.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ozark Plumbing Company. My home warranty company arranged for a second opinion on a water leak, and the technician, Mario, only took pictures of the master bedroom ceiling without inspecting the dining room, despite the work order specifying issues in both areas. When I called to clarify, I spoke with Ron, who was defensive, dismissive, and even interrupted me multiple times, raising his voice and making unprofessional comments like O My God. I was simply trying to understand the service provided, but the poor customer service made it a frustrating experience. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope they improve their customer service.

We were called and notified that they would be late and we could reschedule for the following day if we want, however we decided to keep your appointment however late it was.The gentleman arrived and the first thing he said was well better late then never with the sincerest smile. He was very pleasant and friendly, he even explained everything to us so we knew what was going on.He was able to fix the problem the night of and we were beyond happy. This gentleman also checked all functions of the AC unit to make sure it was all working as it should before leaving.Great Guy, and service.

Did a great and fast job on my sink ,, no more leaking and everything is fine. Grateful for the service,, Had another issue with my bath tub drain holding water while i showered. Our home A/C unit went out overnight. We were referred to Ozark and contacted them the next morning. By 1pm a service repairman was on site and by 6pm he had picked up parts, installed, and tested. Highly recommend this company!

Marcus did a very good job. He was on time. He quickly assessed the problem and came prepared to take care of it. He went above and beyond in everything. To top it all off he cleaned up after himself. It was like he was never there except now everything works.

My home warranty sent out an Ozark rep to check out a clog we had in our washers pipe. The man came out and was on the phone the whole time and automatically told us that it would be an expensive fix (BTW he did not inspect the pipe or anything, just looked and Diagnosed it visually .) We were looking at getting a new pipe put in and getting the ground torn up for 2K+. Thankfully I got another opinion from a local plumber and they were able to fix the issue in under an hour and cost me $230 bucks... Do what you will with that info! :D

My garbage disposal had been smoking which is why I needed the service. Because it didn’t smoke while the repair man was here he literally didn’t do anything. He could barely answer my questions.

Our home warranty insurance chose this servicer but didnt pay for the claim. We had to buy a new faucet, didnt choose to get it though Ozark but paid them to put the faucet in and fix things under the sink they said need to be fixed.An hour after the technician left, something was still leaking. Calling them the next morning let the Operation Manager lecture me that since we bought it ourselves we had to go back to the shop and they cant check the whole kitchen installation. He didnt accept that it didnt leak before, the faucet doesnt leak, but after the faucet installation we paid THEM for it was still leaking.I had to ask to get the technician out again, he agreed reluctantly with a comment on the schedule confirmation Collect All Charges before work STARTS!!. It was just a rude conversation with not a bit focus on customer satisfaction.Later the day our home security system notified me that our water sensor didnt respond anymore and was missing.I emailed the Operations Manager regarding my dissatisfaction of the call that morning. I told me that the technician might accidentally took the sensor home and to return it when we comes again. NO RESPONSE at all.The technician came days later. It turned out that the faucet and the sink were not appropriately sealed. While I could accept the sink, the wanted to charge me 1 hour of work ($120) to seal the faucet plate with silicone. I declined.Why did we pay them to put the faucet it when we still get charged to do the job correctly?I had to ask the technician to give me our water sensor. He almost forgot it.Why 1-star? Why I cannot recommend their services?- it took 4 days to our house, not on the route the other days- the first two appointments, they were always 1h or 30min late within the given timeframe of 4h- I had to call several times to even get a status where the technician is- very limited communication- I asked for a quote of their faucets, never received any feedback- Rude Operations Manager when it came to an unfinished job (leak)- unfinished job we paid for was about to charged twice (put in silicone for sealing of the faucet plate)- took the water sensor home, didnt think its necessary to let us know and to return it by themselves- Water Sensor was returned broken and needs to be replaced after they returned it (home security provider confirmed it has to be replaced)This was probably the negative highlight of many services we have had around our home.

I requested a tuneup/ checkup of my system and found that it was venting into my attic. It was checked last year by a different technician and he missed that. Matt was thorough and showed me the issues with my system as he found them. 10/10, definitely recommend!

AC wasnt blowing any air. I used them through my home warranty. I was very skeptical because of what I heard about home warranties and the contractors they hire. We had a bit of a scheduling issue (not anyones fault), but they were quick and professional. They really put MY Family first, especially getting into the summer time heat.

Same problem in a 30 day period. They came out to fix the AC ON THE 18TH. By July 6th the AC was not working again... The owner was rude, callous, and disrespectful. He was more concerned with raising his voice and making sure that I knew that HE created their text message system than rectifying the problem. My rent management company confirmed a date and time with me . Ozark canceled the appointment saying that I never confirmed with THEM. Ive been without AC for three days now. Ive taken off work to meet the technician only to find that they canceled my appointment.

The crew who installed my AC was incredibly professional, quick, and respectful! They were the only repair/installation crew Ive ever had lay down canvas to protect my flooring and cleaned up after themselves! Couldnt recommend them enough.

New system install was done quickly and techs cleaned up once done and walked me through programming. Waited and checked temps once completed and asked if I had questions. After a week with no air I was already excited but floored when one of the techs asked me if I had a vacuum to make sure he got all the debris up. I dont care who you are but that is a sign that these guys care not just about the job but respect your home and want to leave you with nothing but time to enjoy your new system. Highly recommend!!!

We have a number of minor concerns under our kitchen sink. We used our home warranty program to get a plumber out and they sent over a technician from Ozark Air. The technician that came to complete our job was timely, very communicative, and friendly. He flushed our pipes to clear the clog and tightened the drips under the sink in about a half hour! Our home warranty program has contracted us with them before and we have always had positive results.

Service was great Jim was quick thorough and professional however it wasnt fun waiting all day to have my appointment pushed back and eventually had to end up missing work.

We had a problem with dishwasher. Ozark responded immediately, and scheduled our appointment for the next day. Service repairman communicated well in letting us know his arrival time. He was very professional, and wasted no time in getting the repair done. Thank you Ozark!

The water pressure was low and not being able to flush was a hassle.Tim came and quickly figured out the problem, he even use a device to make sure the drain was clear. Our warranty company used Ozark and I was pleasantly surprised at the service they provided. They came within 48 hours of the request, diagnosed the issue and as soon as they received the part installed within 24 hours. Ron was always patient and thorough in a answering all my questions.

I was scheduled 8-12 per Ozarks email. I called to check to make sure they were coming out and she said the timeframe was now 10-2. No one showed up between those hours. Braden with Ozark said he would call me if they wouldnt make and no call. Greg got a text after 2pm stating that the time frame is now 115 to 6. He called Renu and said to cancel. The technician called me at 3:52 to ask if we still wanted him to come out. I told him to come since I had waisted my whole day waiting. He arrived around 4:45 and was here 2 minutes, he looked at the sink and said this is a countertops persons job and left. very poor communication and timeliness and another day waisted. Very unhappy. Pictures were sent previously to show the issue.

Tech was quick and efficient. Detailed in what he said he did to help my situation. Great customer service skills.

Did a pressure test on the system and replaced one flapper and ordered another for replacement. Also checked water meter to ensure it was working correctly. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The tech that came out to repair my ac was polite and knowledgeable. He took care of all my needs in a timely fashion.

A simple leaking faucet took many days and 3 trips to repair while all the time water was pouring out. In a severe drought situation.

Arrival window was 8am-12pm, they showed at almost 5pm. I had to call them for an update. They dirtied and ruined items under my sink, they could’ve asked for items to be moved. Didn’t know I had to remove items from under sink for a shower/tub repair.

Matt was the technician on my job. He was professional and did a fantastic job fixing the issues. He explained everything he had done on the job.

They had to tangle with a water heater fix under warranty and it was a hassle for them. Stuck to it and responded quickly. It took a week to fix, but that was because whirlpool warranty hassles. Whirlpool ended up replacing the entire unit and Ozark managed to squeeze us in and get it connected.

Worker shows up and rings my doorbell and only stays for 1 min. Before leaving. My home is almost 5k square foot which at least requires a person to wait at the door to give us some time to get there.

I said in my work order that there is a LEAK IN MY WALL GOING FROM THE BATHROOM TO THE KITCHEN!!!!! And since he didnt listen or check into it better it is still pouring out through the wall into the kitchen....NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT and now it will be even longer to get it fixed

Water was collecting in the bathroom sink due to a clog. The source of the water was condensation from the AC in the attic. The AC drip pan was collecting insulation debris which caused the plumbing to clog and the condensation to back up into the sink.They were on time, determined the source of the problem and cleaned out the clogged piping.Thank you!
