My 94 year young mother, in the 77033 zip code, (yes zip codes matter) needed replacement of toilet and dripping kitchen faucet issues. Eduardo Garza with Nicks Plumbing remove the old toilet and found a damaged flange, which I suspected, replaced both items professionally. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nick’s Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Houston. On August 19, 2024, I had a water heater installed by their team. Initially, the unit functioned properly, but over the next few months, its performance declined significantly. It no longer heats water consistently as it did when first installed.When I contacted Nick’s Plumbing for assistance under the warranty, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional treatment. The manager, Johnathon, sent a technician who did nothing but run the water lines and insist that the water was hot, ignoring the actual performance issues. When I pressed for a real resolution, Johnathon attempted to send another technician to repeat the same useless process.On February 10, 2025, after continued issues, I called again, only to be disrespected and belittled by Johnathon. He flat-out refused to honor the warranty, stating I could “take it or leave it.” This response is completely unacceptable and a blatant violation of consumer protection laws in Texas, which require businesses to uphold warranty agreements and provide services in good faith.This company’s refusal to stand behind their work and honor their commitments under warranty is a serious red flag for any potential customers.I am now pursuing formal legal action and filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I encourage the owner to immediately issue a refund or replace the defective unit.– This company does NOT stand behind their work!

Calling DON a specialist and Nick’s a business does not even begin to describe them accurately. While installing what we thought was a regular toilet, some issues were encountered with the location where we were. They stopped, alerted us, explained the issue, and then began advising remedies. After some discussion, a plan was hatched and actions were taken. They worked hard even before the issue but afterwards it seemed like overdrive. I had an estimate for a completely sewage line redo for over 42k Leo and Sergio came out cleaned my lines. Stopped my toilet leak and solved my problems for a fraction of that estimate. Wonderful people wonderful results.Very professional and much appreciated!

Carlos from Nick’s plumbing was so helpful when we discovered a natural gas leak in our attic at our furnace. He had lots of pictures to show us and explained everything as many times as we needed to get the full extent of what was needed! I recently switched from House Pro to Nick’s for my HVAC service and maintenance provider and I am very happy with the change. Although they are similarly priced, Nicks customer service is so much better—more proactive, responsive and faster service. I used to have to remember to call for my semi-annual system checks and even then, it would take forever to get something scheduled. Nicks calls me and can schedule the next day. The technicians are better too—more knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

After the last freeze I noticed my house had a 20 degree heating difference between the two floors. I called Nick’s and they sent Miguel, the HVAC technician, out the same day. He quickly located the issue and laid out 2 solutions with explanations, photos and quotes. It wasn’t an emergent issue and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision right away, which I’m thankful for so I can think through the decision.Overall, these are my go-to guys for plumbing and now HVAC. The technicians are always kind, reliable and good at their jobs, and their pricing is always fair!

After a freeze, when I’m sure every plumber in Houston was busy, Nick’s came out the same day I called, assessed the situation (needed to replace the line from city main to the house) AND started working the same day. The job was completed in under 48 hours, including cement removal and replacement on a section of driveway. Excellent work.

I have used this plumbing company a couple of times and they have been wonderful for all my needs. From the pin whole leak to toilets that were leaking from another plumbers work. Nicks Plumbing was great and I will definitely call them again. We had a jammed garbage disposal and a broken shower faucet. They came by within 3 hours of me calling in, fixed the garbage disposal - they found a small fork was jammed in it - and removed and replaced the broken shower parts, all done in less than an hour and at a reasonable price. Plus Gilbert gave other free maintenance advice for small plumbing issues. Very satisfied, thank you again!

Overall, Nicks did a pretty good job. However, they broke the ladder to my attic when installing the hot water heater. When I called in to report it later, they wont help to fix it. I cant get into my attic now without a special ladder. Its unfortunate because the experience was pretty good until then.

This was my first experience with Nicks, and William Peterson came out to service our tankless water heaters. He was polite, respectful, highly knowledgable, and corrected missed things from a previous plumbing contractor we used. Being home by myself I felt safe having him in my home. He not only serviced the tankless heaters, he told me what to watch for and educated me about maintaining our tankless system so it runs efficiently.

Miguel came out same day and was very thorough to make sure each room was receiving equal air flow. He took his time and made sure it was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Our technician Valton was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond in explaining the things he was doing and tips that I might want to do for maintenance! He diagnosed and fixed the problem we had quickly and efficiently, which is exactly what we were looking for going into the weekend! Would recommend him and Nick’s to others!

Our water heater stopped working and we had 3 different reputable companies come out. David Andrade from Nick’s was up front about what the issue was and didn’t try to take advantage of us by trying to sell us a new unit when ours was only 4 years old, which I can’t say for one of the other companies that came out. I appreciate the transparency and signed up for their maintenance plan because of it. They’ve earned a customer for life because of David!

When I called I was able to get a next day appointment, which was amazing. My kitchen sink was backing up into my washing machine due to a clog. Joe was friendly & was able to fix the problem very quickly. They offer free estimates as well.

I newly remodeled my house and the contractor installed two Trane variable speed AC systems. Something did not seem right and I needed a certified Trane technician to come out and audit the work. The next day, Nicks sent Miguel out, he spent the next few hours inspecting all components, and he found multiple issues that we had to fix immediately and also made his recommendations on what we can optimize in the future. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to figure out the problems. I will always use Nicks moving forward for all my AC / HVAC issues and maintenance.

I was looking to get a quote for CIPP, but because I am in the purchasing process there is a 375$ inspection charge. This service would be free to anyone AFTER they are done negotiating. That does not help buyers at all. 0/5 stars, do not contact, waste of your time!

March 14, 2023, I had Nicks replace a dual turbo capacitor, 40-amp contactor, fan motor with fan blade on my A/C unit ($2760). Today (Sept. 23, 2024) that fan motor does not work. I was told today that these items have no warranty, so theyll have to come out and charge me a trip charge just to evaluate it, and the amount to replace it. I feel they should stand behind their work and reputation, but no. DO BETTER NICKS, YOU JUST LOST MY LOYAL BUSINESS.

Great service on a whole home repipe!!Don Babin and his crew were phenomenal. The crew came in and were quick, clean and respectful. I would recommend Nick’s to everyone.

I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to have an AC installed by this company. Dont even bother purchasing the 10 year warranty with them. They did not explain from the beginning that one would have to pay a deductible, $2500 in my case, just to get the AC repair for a leak. I trusted the company simce they had done a great job with a plumbing issue I had in the past, but not anymore. I will tell everyone its not worth it and instead go with another company, thats for sure 👎

Tanner Dickens did a fabulous job disconnecting and reconnecting my bedroom faucets. He explained what he was doing as well as made honest suggestions on things that could be done. Couldn’t recommend this plumber and plumbing service more.

Down to earth guys, replaced my ac coil. Helps me find the leak for free. Not the cheapest but they got the job done. Could have cleared up a little more when finished but it was a 5 hr job, i cant blame them. Overall, would recommend!

Tanner was not only knowledgeable and professional, but he was super responsive in replacing our water heater. With two little kids in the house it was SO appreciated!

I asked Nick’s Plumbing to come out when my air conditioner upstairs was going in and out. A guy came over and, without being able to articulate why, said that I would need to install a French drain and quoted me $5,000. I told him I needed a day to think about it and get a second opinion. An hour after he left, water started leaking from my ceiling. Apparently the technician had turned off the emergency stopper. I called Nick’s to ask if someone could please come up to fix whatever he had done. The customer service manager blamed me for it, incorrectly claiming that I authorized him to do so, and stated that all technicians had gone home for the day. I got a technician from a different company to come out, and he fixed the entire problem for $125. Air conditioner works perfectly now, and Nick’s tried to scam me with a $5,000 quote. Do not use Nick’s. They take advantage of people in need, victim blame, and are just plain bad at the job they do every day.

I came to house sit for my daughter in Spring, Texas. I noticed the back flow preventer was leaking, possibly damaged during the freeze. I remembered hearing about Nicks Plumbing and A/C from a radio show and I called them. A technician was out within a few hours and had everything repaired. His name was Valton Povataj and he was very nice efficient with his work. Thank you for getting this repaired to save on my daughters water bill.

Changing to 1 star as Nicks tried to charge $69 to provide a simple quote to replace attic ductwork after Hurricane Beryl. Also continually tried to upsell to their new VIP membership plan, arguably one of the worst pricing models Ive seen in Houston. Moving my business elsewhere, Id be very hesitant to use this company in the future.Updated on 11/21/2024---I recently had an appointment with Nicks HVAC and Plumbing for routine maintenance on my HVAC system. The technician who arrived was knowledgeable, respectful, and very helpful throughout the visit. He checked all the electrical components inside the furnace, including the amps going to the blower motor. During his inspection, he also examined the inside of the coil and the supply plenum, where he found mold starting to grow inside the supply plenum. To address this issue, he recommended installing a UV light, explaining that it would help to kill the mold and improve indoor air quality.After installing the UV light, the technician and I spent about 20-30 minutes discussing the price and possible discounts, which seemed quite unprofessional. Despite the technician being new, the process felt disorganized and left me disappointed in how the pricing was determined. The technician’s efforts to explain the costs did little to mitigate my concerns, especially since the discussion felt random and inconsistent.I was further surprised when I received the bill. Nicks charged me nearly $1,200 for the UV light installation. After some research, I discovered that the Fresh-Aire Platinum IAQ Germicidal UV light system they installed retails for about $300 brand new on eBay. The additional $900 they charged for labor and warranty seems disproportionate and unreasonable.As a VIP member who has supported Nicks HVAC and Plumbing in the past, I feel let down by this pricing. While I appreciate the thorough inspection and the technician’s professional recommendations, the significant markup and disorganized pricing discussion left me feeling upsold and undervalued. Moving forward, I will likely consider other companies that offer more transparent and reasonable pricing for similar services. Its unfortunate because I have always valued Nicks reliability and quality of service, but this experience has shaken my trust.

Carlos Banegas was the technician today. He installed the SmartAC system and monitors for leak detection and AC Airflow / temperature. Carlos did a great job, quickly and smoothly with no problems. Plus he offered excellent advice about leak detection prevention. He also suggested some additional at risk locations for additional water we leak detection. He was overall very helpful and knowledgeable. Carlos is another example of the expert team at Nick’s. Only Nick’s will be handling my HVAC and Plumbing needs. Awesome company.

11/1/25Kenedy returned to install a new flame sensor.He also installed a UV light/filtration system in the A/C. This is supposed to kill bacteria and mold and help with allergies. It’s now been about 5 hours since Kenedy left my home. The air quality is definitely improving!!!!!Nick’s Plumbing and A/C is a fabulous company, with exceptional customer service reps and extremely knowledgeable technicians!!!10/31/24Today I met Kenedy M.He found a corroding flame sensor in the furnace during the annual furnace check, included with the VIP program. Kenedy is kind and professional.9/13/24Today I met Joe. He snaked the main drain, and checked every plumbing feature inside my home. I have peace of mind!!Joe is professional and very kind. I called Nick’s pluming & Air Conditioning, for a new water heater installation ,Don came out to help me out, any questions I had, he answered them and gave me options in water heaters and which one he recommends. I would highly recommend Nicks plumbing and air conditioning, Eduardo went ahead and installed my new water heater and let me know the things he was gonna do and what to expect while he was working on putting on the water heater, they were really helpful and were great at communicating with me.

Valton did a great job of repairing a leak at my house. He took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me a few different solution options. He also identified a few things that I should be aware of in the future. As a new home owner, I thought that this was very helpful.

Reached out to Nicks for a tankless water heater repair. The crew who showed up was extremely professional, well articulated and completely knowledgeable about all facets of tankless water heater operation and repair. They approached the problem in a couple of different ways starting with a repair and service and due to the nature of the challenge and age of the unit moved into recommending a replacement. The amount of time it took to get the install done and competed was amazingly quick and they left the workplace as clean and tidy as they found it. They were detailed, explained everything and then took pictures and documented what was completed. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the effort they rendered to complete the install and definitely will leverage Nicks for services in the future. I would recommend them. Work done was in January 2023.

We had a dishwasher fail and woke up with water across the kitchen floor. After several attempts to ascertain the problem, paying a dishwasher repair company to work on the dishwasher door and having our main shutoff valve under the kitchen sink replaced, we ended up unplugging the dishwasher (which was never the responsibility of Nicks Plumbing) and found that we had absolutely no water pressure on the hot side of the kitchen sink. My wife was in total despair - we made it through Friday and the weekend by carrying hot water from the closest bathroom to wash dishes and invested in disposable paper and plastic ware.My wife called Nicks Plumbing on Friday afternoon and requested their best plumbing technician Tanner Dickens - the superhero of the plumbing world. Tanner came out this morning, listened to my wife explain the situation and resolved the problem in TEN MINUTES! We now have hot water with great pressure to the kitchen sink. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Calling for quotes to get my water heater replaced they are by far the highest. Spoke to on the phone and they couldn’t give out quotes over the phone and I said that’s fine they are able to come to your house and give you a free quote. Valton Povataj called me informing that he is 30 minutes out and that he could also give me a verbal quote and his price was $3,400 for a 50 gallon tank in the attic, Received 3 other quotes and they were around $1,850-$2,250.

We worked with Trevor Mays from Nick’s Plumbing to repair a leak in our bathtub in the primary bathroom. I would highly recommend Trevor for any future jobs and we plan to use him going forward. He was a pleasure to work with. Professional, kind, and made us feel confident he would get everything taken care of from the moment he showed up. The job required two visits and he did whatever he needed to in order to work around our schedule so that the job could get finished before we left for our trip. I would strongly advise anyone to not consider calling Nicks plumbing out unless it is an absolute emergency. I will give them credit for scheduling and showing up on demand, but pricing for any kind of work is 4x market rate at a minimum. I have wasted time the past two call outs to only get quotes that were so high as to even be useless. Find a local plumber recommender through NextDoor or Facebook or otherwise and try them.

Chris Manning provided excellent customer service. He suggested installing a drip leg (sentiment trap) for the hot water heater and explained why it would help to maintain the water heater’s function. He replaced the original shutoff gas valve that was needed and Installed a new gas line whip as well. Drained the water tank to remove any excess scaling and debris inside the tank. I called first thing in the morning and was given a 10 am to 12 pm appointment time. Gilbert and Grey arrived ahead of schedule, performed an assessment, explained the problems, and offered suggestions and pertinent information. Nicks A/C has lost my trust. I felt completely violated by the prices I was charged and the quotes I was provided. Way higher than most companies. I proceeded with some service since they were already on site out of desperation, but definitely overspent. Stars given are for the Techs with good manners, good communication and being on time. Seriously, did the advertising budget go way over the return and Im having to cover it? Something doesnt smell right to me. I will not be relying on Nicks again. Disappointed.

I had to replace a main drain line for my utility room (to the sewer main) and a gas main from the meter to my home. Project involved some interconnecting trenching in the backyard, quite a bit. The Nicks team (Eric ran the project) did a great job. Started Monday, city inspection and backfill done by Thursday. Great communication, neat, orderly and clean. They handled changes and adversity well as the project moved. Great group.

Lucked out and happened upon these good folks 2.5 weeks ago. Fast, speedy and moreover - elite professionals, both in competency and CONDUCT. You cannot go wrong with this group. In addition to my first consultation and work, Eric and Chris came over today on a possible emergency. I knew I was in good hands and they did not disappoint. Feel very lucky.

I had Nick’s plumbing and air-conditioning come and fix my thermostat a month ago. They came and fixed it. A month later, the HVAC that they worked on started flooding, it was a Sunday. I called them and I told The person on the line I’m having an emergency & Need somebody to come out immediately. The guy started to ask me a series of questions about how old my equipment was, what the problem was, where it was located, etc. I was already a customer so all this information should’ve been in their system. all the alarms in my house were going off & my Ceiling was leaking into my bedroom. I said, can you not just send somebody? He said he needed to ask these questions so that he can send the right Person. So I go through all the questions and the guy finally says I can send somebody Monday or Tuesday, & asked me what time would I like? I spent 15 minutes answering this guy’s questions telling him I was having an emergency and then he tells me they’re closed today, Sunday & he’ll send someone tomorrow, As if I didn’t just tell him, my house was flooding. Worst customer service and truly the person on the call was a horrible communicator. I’m leaving this review, even though I had to call another company Because I have found that companies with problems like this, likely have other problems. I would recommend finding another company with professional customer service.

We had a very challenging mystery leak in our plumbing and Trevor was thorough in identifying potential sources, providing various approaches for minimally invasive investigation and remediation options, which saved us from having to tear out our bathroom shower. $229/hr seems a bit much for diagnosing a leak when most other companies charge about $70 trip charge which they then apply to any work that is done, unlike your company. Especially when the lady on the phone scheduling the appointment said that someone would be sent out for free.

Was an all day job! Installed 2 toilets and repaired this drain and connected the sink. Drain was bear as it was behind the wall. Had the tools to get the job done!

Nick’s plumbing used to be good and honest, however that is not the case anymore. We recently had a small leak at the natural gas connection to the water heaters and one furnace, so Centerpoint shut it off and told us to call a plumber to reseal the connections. So we called directly to Nick’s based on the positive experience before. First they only addressed the water heaters and did not even check the furnace, so the natural gas to furnace is still shut off with Centerpoint’s tag. Secondly and most importantly, the technician was not honest about the work needs to done. He called my wife about the repairs and told her the flexible hoses leaked and must be replaced, then my wife agreed to proceed. But once I received the repair details and invoice, I called to confirm with technician on where the leak is, after some exchange, he eventually confirmed that there was no leak on the hose and stated he would charge me the same for re-applying sealant to the connections whether the hose is replaced or not, I guess that’s the “minimum” charge for him to do any work or the trip charge. When I asked about Centerpoint’s recommendations, he just dismissed it as it is his call on what he would repair. At the end, we were charged near $400 to reseal the 2 connections. Nick’s plumbing did not stay true to their “values” when they were a smaller plumbing company. Needless to say, we won’t be calling them for any future works anymore.

No call no show. They may purport their local ties to all of us in Houston, but theyve managed to out source customer support to Glendale, CA? Seriously, all I would have needed was a phone call or text. No call no shows are unacceptable to me.

Neil came out to install new toilets for us and solved a huge mystery of ours. After years of high water bills and no one able to find anything wrong - Neil discovered a leak in our water land line and was able to get not only 3 new toilets installed but a whole new land line dug up and fixed in less than 24 hours. THANK YOU Nicks (and Neil) for fabulous service! We appreciate it.

Had a technician come out to diagnose an issue with my AC blowing warm air. He checked a few things and then told me that my winding on my compressor was open and that I needed it replaced. I asked if he could explain it a little better so I could understand but wouldn’t. Just pointed to the compressor and said again it’s defective. Then he quoted me $2500 to replace it even though the part is under warranty, and that was just labor.Most frustrating part was when he wouldn’t explain what the issue was or even show me any thing or help me understand except to cash out $2500. Maybe I got a really bad technician.I got a second, third and fourth opinion. One quoted $850 IF the compressor actually needed to be replaced, the other quoted $1050, and the fourth around $1000.Crazy to see the price disparity and lack of professionalism

I found Myslim Tafani to be excellent. As a result of the first technician not attempting to resolve the problem on a Friday afternoon, we contacted Nicks and scheduled a second appointment. On Monday, Myslim returned and found the gas leak immediately and repaired it within minutes. I found him to be very friendly and professional. I find the technicians to be a hit or miss.

Cody and Gray were able to quickly diagnose an issue with the venting off our water heater and repaired it very quickly. They also handled getting a roofer out to replace a needed roof jack/vent and also set up the needed city inspection. During their work, they encountered an issue with our very old galvanized piping and were able to effectively troubleshoot. Our water wasnt heating. We called Nicks Plumbing and they responded and Don showed up quickly. Luckily we just needed the pilot light lit. But Don gave us great information about options for new units when we decide to purchase - ours are old and out of warranty. Excellent service

Good communications and prompt. However, I cant help but feel ripped off at the end. Initially called about a clogged shower drain. Josh came out quickly and quoted $325 to get it fixed. Due to the way the pipes are run, he couldnt get to the clog from the shower drain and tried snaking from the tub drain. At this point he said he had to charge another $375 to try snaking from the sink drain. At the end, I was charged $742 for a clogged drain that took less than 2 hours of work... I felt a bit cheated because I thought the price was for the job to unclog the drain. Knowing where to snake and trying different methods to get to the clog should be part of the job.

Showed up the same day to diagnose and repair a broken AC unit on a 96 degree Houston day. The office called and texted to let me know when Miguel was coming, and Miguel did a great job diagnosing and repairing the unit.I recommend Nicks and will use them again!

Our tech did a thorough review of our two AC/Heater units. Laid out all the issues. A good tech will, and they will range from replacements of equipment past design life to parts not working the way they should. A discerning customer will make decisions about what they really need for the level of reliability they are comfortable with. Our tech was not pushing anything on us and the few repairs we authorized were done well and quickly.My one complaint was a recommendation for adding a leak sealant to the refrigerant in our unit that has a very small leak, lasts 1-2 years small. Great idea. But the charge would have been 10 times what the sealant costs (looked it up) and installation takes just a few minutes. I said no to what felt like price gouging.

I regret to share our unfortunate experience with Nick’s Plumbing. Two weeks after the hurricane, they came to address maintenance issues at our home, but their service left much to be desired. They repeatedly informed us of additional charges, making it feel like we were at an uncontrollable buffet, resulting in a staggering $3000 bill.To make matters worse, the repairs were improperly done, leaving our home in a harmful state for my family and pets. My mother, unaware of the issues, was sleeping in a house with an unresolved gas leak. On top of that, my mom noted that the servicer took several “breaks,” and a marijuana smell lingered in our home afterward. Thankfully, we found another company that fixed the damages left by Nick’s Plumbing for a mere $300, proving there are more competent and affordable options out there.

In preparation of Horrendous Harvey I contacted the owner Richard Saad explaining my situation. The next day he sent Leo out to examine the possibilities. He was back within the hour and installed a high end pump into my main drain. Leo was knowledgeable, professional and even empathetic. The owner cares about you, your problems and issues and will bend over backwards to help you out. No need to go anywhere for your Plumbing needs... but Nicks Plumbing.

Ethan Coker with Nicks troubleshooted and ultimately replaced a tankless hotwater heater in my home today.I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Ethan. He took the time to explain the problem and all of the repair options and was not pushy in anyway whatsoever. Ethan was on time, clean, polite, and finished the job quicker than initially communicated. I could also tell that he as passionate about his work and this showed in how he treated us and his work.While fixing the hot waterheater he accidently stepped on a junction box in the attic which took out a circuit in my home. Ethan took ownership, and scheduled an electrician to come out and fix the problem (at Nicks expense). Its never fun to pay for home repairs, but having a guy like Ethan to deal with sure does soften the blow.Also Nicks billing and scheduling and work order system is really good. **EDIT** Initially, I was pleased with the work done by Nicks & Air Conditioning until I noticed a broken custom window that neither the owner nor the workers mentioned to me. The company did good work but negated every ounce of satisfaction by not being honest when something went wrong. Homeowners should be warned to police the workers activities to make sure any damage they leave behind is rectified before theyre paid.

I doubt the cost and workmanship now.I would like to change my position regarding this business. I was to be charged $2900 for a water heater replacement. THEN the plumber (Chris) thought the issue was with my washing machine. A repairman came, washing machine was fine. He thought it was a leaking pipe. Nicks Plumbing returned; it was not a leaky pipe, it was a clogged condensation pipe from my AC. Nicks charged $545 to clear that, less than 15 minutes labor.I later was quoted labor cost for replacement of $200. A water heater, with hoses and pan is roughly $1000. Do your own math.The PLUMBERS also failed to turn the water back on to my washing machine. Not a big deal normally, but I am recently disabled and had no way to reach the valves. I have been expecting to hear from a supervisor. Of course I probably wont. They expect me to call again, and I promise, I wont.

Luis came out to fix my small leak and he fixed it immediately. I’m so thankful for this team and will surely be reaching out next time I have a plumbing issues!

Eduardo Garza is a life saver. His degree of knowledge, patience and ability to explain complex matters in simple terms I could understand sets him apart from any one else I’ve ever worked with. The office was very courteous in updating us on the plumbers ETA. Babin was incredibly knowledgable and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed. He went above and beyond to make sure that we did not have any other problems with our plumbing.

John Rodriguez, journeyman plumber unclogged my AC. It’s a fur-down which makes any work difficult since the space is very tight. He was very professional, patient and friendly. John did a great job!

The technician Miguel was very knowledgeable in providing my home with all that was needed. Im very impressed with the preventative products they provide for Air conditioning and water heater units .He was very, careful and clean!

Plumbing tech (Valton) explained everything well, worked quickly, performed a full inspection and offered suggestions for maintenance. Also, interesting conversationalist.

We had a gas leak in our fireplace line. We thought it had been fixed by a previous company, but started smelling gas again, so we wanted a second opinion. Called Nicks and it was a much better experience. They found the issue quickly and repaired it properly, unlike the first company, who had used a flexible line that cracked within a week. My advice, never let anyone replace gas lines with flexible tubing. John, our technician was great and tripled checked everything to make sure the leak was taken care of. I would highly recommend this company if you want work done properly.

Tafani explained everything to me and even helped me fix a little issue with my toilet while he was here, was able to complete the job in one morning.

What kind of company does not provide new addition services? They lack professionalism and expertise. Called in and somebody scheduled an appointment to inspect the job and provide an estimate on site. That inspection never took place because somebody called in and after expending 20 min of my time, he finally said after multiple cheap excuses that they couldn’t do any new construction job. What a starter company, never calling back and I recommend you stay away from a company that just likes small and easy jobs!

Neil and his team did a great job! They were very respectful to us and respectful of the property and got the work done fast! Would recommend!

Eduardo was able to come out the same day I called. He troubleshot the gas line going to an outdoor lantern, having to think out of the box, and got us up and running again in no time!

Suffering leaks. During a plumbing inspection several leaks were discovered and quickly remedied by Christian. Great attitude, great work and now, great peace of mind.

Wow, this was a bad experience. Paid $280 for a visual inspection. Plumber didnt even take photos of issues he found just left all of three sentences written after being promised a report. Found an issue with the only faucet he tested and then proceeded to tell me he tested a single faucet in the entire house. I get it, its a visual inspection, I dont expect a miracle, but turning on a single faucet in the house really seems to be scraping the bottom of the barrel. On top of that failing to provide even a single photo identifying it.45 minutes for this outcome? What an embarrassment. Find a different plumber.Also, I got a different plumber and a standard home inspector to redo the inspection and they both found a number of issues that were completely overlooked by Nicks Plumbing.

I used Nicks recently and was very pleased. The serviceman arrived on time as scheduled and was very pleasant and personable. He had the necessary tools to work on my issue and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I recommend Nicks and will use them again.

We had such a great experience. We called and were immediately given a two hour window for the same morning to fix our kitchen sink. Our plumber was Joe Nelson and he was excellent. Friendly, thorough, worked quickly, and took the time to explain the details to me in layman’s terms. He unclogged our sink and then even took the time to leave it sparkling clean after getting the gunk out. Cost was reasonable. We will not hesitate to use Nick’s again if we have future issues.

I had some damage done to my backyard from recent storms and they power trucks were stuck in my yard and center point sent nicks plumbing out to check my line and run a camera through and make sure water meter wasn’t movingI actually watched him sitting in his truck the entire timeThe meter is completely covered up in dirt so how did he look at dialCap never removed for him to run camerasCompletely disappointed and lied to after he said he was finished and everything was done and he found no issuesBelow is picture of meter where he said he looked at the dial to make sure it wasn’t movingMust have x-ray vision

David at Nicks was able to quickly diagnose & resolve the issues we had with replacing our garbage disposal and lack of hot water in the bathrooms. Professional, courteous, and prompt.

I’m in the market for a generator and after hearing a radio ad for Nicks I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. After confirmation text on Tuesday I took off work on Wednesday to meet with the salesman at 9:45 am I received a call from someone at Nicks plumbing wanting to reschedule. I did not reschedule as I thought it was inconsiderate of my time and a big waste of Nicks money to advertise on the radio if they can’t even keep a appointment.

I called Nicks and set an appointment.my technician, Jarrod called just before the appointed time to let me know he was on the way. Jarrod performed a thorough inspection and explained the problems he found, provided solution options, and provided pricing in very clear detail before the work started. It was an expensive repair that nobody wants to hea but Jarrods professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness left me completely at ease. In the end I am extremely happy with the services he provided and am happy to recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

Quick response on a Saturday afternoon , the tech Miguel was super nice, worked quick, and clearly communicated the work being done (just a minor repair needed). Highly recommend!

LATEST UPDATE - November 12, 2024Received a call from Jeffery Dickerson (HVAC Manager at Nicks)He worked with me to resolve the issue.Professional and to the point.Issue resolved - Nicks will honor their agreement and service 2 units for the Fall Tune up.My very first review was 5 stars but am lowering it to 4 stars (my earlier update had them at 1 star).UPDATE - NOVEMBER 12, 2024SCAM: Their VIP membership is a scam.I purchased their VIP membership for two systems.Apparently when it was sold to me, they very clearly mentioned it was for TWO systems and they serviced them as such ieach summer Summer and Fall.They came up with a new Smart VIP plan and discovered that I am paying for one system so they would service only one system.I did not sign up for the new membership and cancelled the old membership.Under the old membership, I was owed one fall service for BOTH systems.When I called to schedule, they said they would service only one system.They suddenly became defensive and RUDE.I have documentation to prove they are wrong.Their plumbing services are good but do not fall for this trap of VIP membership.__________________________________________Found them on a Google search to instal Moen Flo.They were super courteous and prompt.Eric came over to provide an estimate - on time and he took pictures and shared the detailed estimate (including the tiniest detail that they had to mount brackets the cost would be included) with me and took my signature/consent and then placed the order for the part.I paid 50% upfront as per their requirement.Eric reached out to me that Nick’s has managed to source the part and he would be there on a specific day.He came at the appointed time and did a marvelous job - neat and clean!Showed how the device works and asked to be called if I ran into any issues.Again took pictures and I paid the balance amount EXACTLY per the estimate. There were no overages.The invoice was accompanied by before/after pictures.He even gave me tips on how to protect my home from a potential HVAC water damage which was not even part of his service.STRONGLY RECOMMEND NICKS and ask for ERIC!!
