I have had two incredible experiences with Mission Air. In both cases they were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and honest.Most recently my technician Tom diagnosed an issue, then realized there was a more simple (less costly solution). He could have proceeded with the more costly option, but he consulted with me instead.I appreciate the expertise and honesty Tom showed, and would HIGHLY recommend Mission.

AC repairman Ricky arrived just before darkness came. He diagnosed, explained the issues with our AC Unit step by step. Then, after requesting approval of the repairs, completed the work. He checked all to make certain all was done to our familys satisfaction, Thank you Rick from Mission Plumbing and AC! You are our favorite Mission representative so far.

Requested a quote from these guys for a new mini split... Dave was great! Prompt, professional, answered all of my questions, and offered solutions to several of my issues. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a new AC! Full disclosure, I havent used MAC&P for an install yet... I am waiting for a few other quotes to come in before I authorize this team. Based on what I have seen so far, I have no doubt they would do a great job.

EVERY technician weve had has been absolutely incredible at his job and extraordinarily courteous. Ricky was our technician this evening. Both young men were awesome. They were both professional, polite and friendly. I really appreciated that they educated me on everything they did. Josh was friendly, efficient, and helpful. He arrived about 4:00 and got right to work cleaning my kitchen sink sewer line. When I asked about replacing the kitchen sink drain and basket assembly, he was able to do it right then, even though I had not previously mentioned that task. He was cheerful and willing even at the end of probably what was a long day.

First time using this company, efficient, professional and punctuality are the points that i can highlight from my experience. Rex was professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to explained the process to me.

Mission was super responsive and professional. Calvin and his team did a fantastic job, communication was excellent and work quality is as well. For reference, this was a whole home repipe so not a small task.

Josh and his helper were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me an honest diagnosis and explained 2 different quotes. Prices seem fair. Overall to have my issue resolved was worth every penny.

What a refreshing experience, I had an AC issue and had done all the external troubleshooting but had not thought to check my drain pan & shut off switch in the attic. Martin showed up made one comment , I checked and voila problem solved . He didn’t charge any fee and was off on his way in 5 mins . It’s not often one doesn’t get charged for every possible thing and I was pleasantly surprised by his great service and happy to see reasonable people still exist . I was pleased with the service I received. Ifelt that Juan did an honest, conscientious job. He worked to find the problem and got the heat back on asap. He explained the job needed and offered tips on keeping the furnace working. As an older lady at the mercy of less honest techs, I can appreciate the job he did.

Highly recommend Mission. Specifically, Zach Thomas is a literal angel that descended from heaven. Not only is he responsive and helpful but he gets the job done quickly and I can tell that he actually cares about fixing the issue and making our lives easier. Our toilet stopped working and began leaking from below. There was a bit of water damage. He removed the toilet and continued to check in on the progression of wood drying process (another company) and then was ready to reinstall the toilet asap. He actually beat me to my own house. He is so kind and caring. I legit just want to be friends with him now. Thank you so much, Zach!!!!Couple weeks later - I guess when it rains it pours. Now our air conditioner broke. We have been very pleased with our service from Mission. The team was recommended by a friend. We had a plumbing concern that turned into a MAJOR repair. Juan led the team at my house replacing sewer line from 2 parts of the house to tie into the city pipe. He was a very caring and explained the process and answered a lot of questions. When I needed to speak with a supervisor about a few details, they made it easy for me to get in touch with Robert. The whole team, particularly Juan and Joshua were very respectful of our time and property.We appreciate the warranty that Mission has, it provides security on high dollar projects.

Corbyn at Mission AC & Plumbing was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and took care of the issue and not try to upsale anything I didnt need. Very consultative and patient with my questions and has a good customer service aptitude. He represents the company well. I would definitely recommend Mission and Corbyn.

I have heater flush service scheduled for today. I checked my unit which had no leak it damaged part before the visit. As soon as technician enters attic, he started off by trying to tell me I should have multiple parts replaced. He gave me a quote of $450 for replacing pressure valve even before he started flushing tank. After he flushed the tank, he tighten the valve. there was a leak from the valve. Then he said that it should be replaced and he can do it for another $450. After I asked him there was no leak before he is service, he said unit is old and it needs to be replaced at some point. And mission air can replace it for $8450. I asked him to wait for me to call main office. I talked to the main office and explained the situation. I was told to expect a phone call from supervisor explaining how Mission Air handles the valve left damaged by your technician. It is more than 4 hours, there is no call. I cant believe this company doesnt even bother to call back and offer possible ways to fix the issue. I strongly recommend anyone out there to avoid Mission Air. They sent scam artists to houses to trick homeowners for expensive replacements.

Great service as usual!New Service Call on August 1Had Mission come out to service my AC/HVAC system. Chris did an amazing job; very thorough, explained everything, and professional. Mission continues to be an amazing company for my AC,.Plumbing & Electrical needs!Update 6/21I had Casey come back out today to now install a new water line and hose bib for my backyard. Incredible work from start to finish and great price! Will continue to hire for future plumbing work.Older PostAfter being told by another plumbing company that all my drains and main pipe needed to be replaced in excess of $20k I called Mission for a second opinion. Casey and Gabriel arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and explained all the steps to determine the issue before discussing a repair plan. After testing, they discovered no issues and it became obvious the other company was trying to steal from me. I will be using Mission moving forward and requesting Casey and Gabriel for any future plumbing work.

Seth Leu from Mission AC and Plumbing came today for our annual heater inspection. Courteous and knowledgeable, Seth took the time to explain his findings and suggest improved maintenance routines for us (way too long between air filter changes). Weve been using Mission for years and have been pleased with them as a company as well as the technicians they send to service our heating/AC/plumbing needs.

Might be a good AC Company, but your techs have poor customer service and bad judgement. As I moved my vehicle off the street for commercial yard service day…they pulled right up front & parked 2 vans as the landscapers were working…I asked them politely to move down a bit & the negative verbal confrontation began. Thank you to the office for having the crews move. By the way the service address was 1 block over & 6 houses down and 1 nicer crew member did pick up your rags.

Calvin arrived on time and understood what I was looking to have done. He was able to complete the job quickly and cleanly. I was very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism.

Christian Garcia was incredibly helpful and professional when taking care of my annual water heater maintenance.He took his time to show me exactly what was going on and answered all of my questions.Would highly recommend!

Martin showed up early, systematically checked everything and zeroed in on the issue, and came in at a lower price for an in stock blower motor that I was told was out of stock and on backorder by another company. Havent got the repairs done yet but its set up for the next day. Accurate diagnostics and fast scheduling of repairs.

Calvin and Zack did a great job. They were both knowledgeable and conscientious. We use Mission for a reason and that reason is good people that do a good job!

It’s rare that you find a company like Mission these days. My first impression was that this is a company that has integrity and professionalism that most blue collar workers don’t have. From the receptionist to the service techs, every person made the whole process hassle free. You definitely get what you pay for with Mission Air 🤙

Juan was exceptionally thorough, providing detailed and professional explanations for everything. He ensured that I had no remaining questions.

Ricky did great job of restoring my A/C. He provided two estimates of interest for better maintenance and one estimate for upgrading. He explained each estimate very well.

Do not use Mission Air. A tech will come and service whatever needs to be taken care of. Once you receive the invoice from them you will have their “annual service subscription” included as a little surprise. After I brought to their attention that little surprise and going back and forth for the charge to be removed, eventually it is. Unfortunately, I got to find out today, our address is being labeled as “do not service”! Pretty bad way of doing business.

Do not use this company if you want quality and customer service. During installation of a new AC a tech damaged hallway paint, trim, drywall and new carpeting 2 days before an open house for buyers. I’ve made many attempts to reach someone, providing photos and seeking compensation for repairs. The service manager didn’t respond. A technician said, “This is above my pay grade.” In response to email and texts showing the damage, a customer service representative sent this response: “Where are the receipts.” I asked to speak to a manager, and she said no manager was available. One bright spot is after the home inspection, I had a tech service a dripping emergency condensation line and gas leak at the fireplace. Jimmy Ortutay expertly removed a fireplace tile without damage to cap a gas line behind the wall. I’ve been a customer of Mission AC for 14 years with no issues until now.

Great experience so far using Mission for AC and heating tune-ups! Corbyn came by today and did a very thorough inspection of my systems, including photos, videos, and explanations! Much appreciated!

Shady …. Invoiced me almost $5000 to replace an evaporator core with an off brand. List price $825. $4000 in labor for a 2 hour job. Do your research people. Thankfully I was able to cancel the job before they did work. FYI, the installers they use aren’t even employees. The people that showed up to do the work were independent contractors. It would appear that Mission is nothing more than a marketer that originates deals.

Always happy with Mission AC. Technicians are knowledgeable and thorough. Wish their pricing was a little more reasonable. That’s my only issue. Will continue to use them for maintenance of HVAC.

Juan Lopez was very friendly and thorough. He flushed our water heater and shared pictures and a detailed description for any recommendations. He did not rush and took his time to do a good job.

Ive used Mission AC for a few years since they were used by the contractor who remodeled my home. The positive is that they do come quickly if you have an AC issue. The negative (and it outweighs the positive) is that you will pay 2-3x what it should cost to fix any issue. Get some someone else to give you a quote!

Juan, Christian, and Josh did a great job on several projects for us. They made sure that they solved the issues, and followed up to make sure that we didn’t have any problems or questions. Highly recommend Mission and the team that helped us.

Christopher Crespo did an excellent job in doing maintenance. He was very thorough. He took pictures and explain in detail what he had done and recommendations for future repairs. The company I previously used just did a cursory review and never felt need to clean units. I am very happy with the service provided.

Update Nov 2024: Mission Air did a health check on my furnace. Excellent service. All aspects of this check were clearly documented and explained.---------------Received quote for whole house generator, very thorough and professional review and estimate.Update (Aug 2024)... Mission added a gas line connection to allow me to connect an electric generator that will run on natural gas. This will be very useful for power outages. Very fast service.Update (June, 2024)...Mission replaced my breaker box, all the breaker switches and added a whole house surge protector. The work was excellent and professionally done. I would happily use their services again.Mission provided annual service to check plumbing and air conditioning. Excellent service with a great amount of attention to detail.

As an HVAC Tech I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. I love how Mission stands behind their work and how they take care of their clients. When I was searching for a company that aligned with my service style it was a no brainer for me that Mission Air was the company to join.

Juan Lopez quickly diagnosed our ongoing plumbing issue, a drain line from our laundry tub that had been backing-up after doing a load. He resolved the issue and tested our system prior to leaving, ensuring that the issue was indeed resolved.

Arnaldo Cervantes came out this evening to assess our Problem with our AC. The thermostat was set at 75, and the indoor temperature was 80. He determined that the motor on the compressor had gone bad. In a little over an hour our house is cooling off and more comfortable than when I got home. Arnaldo is personable and professional. We have not had any problems with the work he has performed. We highly recommend mission and Arnaldo Cervantes for your HVAC and plumbing service.

Today Josh came out to fix a slow leak in the bathtub. He was professional and friendly. He fixed the drainage and now I can drip the bathtub when we have freezing weather. I would recommend Josh and Mission PlumbingRicky came out today to do an annual check on my AC and he did a through check. He was very nice and respectful. He took photos of the areas he was checking so he could show me what he found. I would recommend Mission for any AC concerns or problems.Demar and Christian are so nice, respecptful and helpful. Juan was a fabulous plumber. Our toilet and water heater are are set to go. Id recommend him any tine. He gets a 10.

Juan was on time, really understanding about the dogs being loud, he explained each service and broke down what went into it. Overall a super nice experience, if we ever need another service, they’ll be the first we call.

Martin was excellent. He arrived on time and wore shoe covers and thoroughly inspected my AC and educating me every step of the. He also gave several options on how to purify the inside house due to my chronic issues with allergies. He was AMAZING!

Mission AC and Plumbing does our annual water heater flush. Christian did a great job and corrected some items to prevent issues cropping up in the future. Highly recommended!

Had a problem with low pressure in our hot water line, and called Mission to come out and take a look. They were prompt and courteous, and gave plenty of notice of when they would arrive, and provided a picture of the technician who was coming over, which I liked for safety reasons.They were able to run a new water line from the water heater, which did fix the low pressure problem, but I will say I felt like there was a lot of pressure to go with more expensive options, and the prices are extremely high.Pretty much right after they left, the water heater stopped working. They were nice enough to come back out the very next business day, and quoted me some very high prices to either replace the part or replace the water heater. They insisted it had nothing to do with the work they had just done on it. Could have been a coincidence, but its not a company I would recommend to anyone else.

DMarquise Dunning was on point with getting in, hearing the story of what was going on with my water heater, doing a thorough check with the voltmeter to show me that the voñtage on the bottom heating element was unusually low and explaining how just replacing bottom element was not going to resolve issue of voltage given thatbthe top element provided a loop to the bottom and that replacemenet of entire heater was more prudent. He provided flexible financing options. The new heater works great. No issues with running out of hot water early now. Very happy.

Way over priced. I was charged 816 dollars for this one valve to get replaced. Come to find out after shopping around to other various plumbing company’s it should have been Less then half of what you all charged me. I will not return to do business with you all in the future. Thank you

Arnaldo discovered that my HVAC blower fan was covered in paint, without a doubt collecting dust and other allergens. He got it cleaned up for me quickly and professionally.

Mission always does a great job. Mario was able to find an issue from a previous condenser install by another company. I’ll only use Mission from now on!

Called about water coming in through the floors every time it rains after Hurricane Beryl, as a foundation company recommended checking the drainage pipes to see if there was any leaks. It was easy to make an appt. Rex, the service technician came on time and was courteous and righteous - he told me it looked more like an exterior wall problem and that it wasnt likely plumbing.Also had him look at something another plumber had recommended doing when I had that other plumber replacing my galvanized pipe - Rex let me know that although the pipes were old lead, it was still fine the way it was and it didnt need to be replaced.As a single female who is an office worker, I felt like the original plumber was trying to upsell me because he knew I didnt know any better. Im glad I got a second opinion, and I appreciate Rex and Mission Plumbing for their integrity and transparency. Plus, Rex sent the invoice, and the pictures of the house that he took upon my request right after the visit - no need to chase down or to keep following up, which is a refreshing change.I think I found my new go-to plumbing company!

Technician Juan Lopez did a great job with his inspection and recommendation for our water heater. When it came to the pricing he broke everything down, tried to find us the best price, and was very patient with all of our questions. Will be looking forward to working with him in the future for any other AC or Plumbing needs.

We got 3 quotes from 3 different companies and Mission Air is a decent one out of all. When I called in the request for the service, they were so responsive in getting all the information needed to get me started. I also requested them to get the work done as soon as possible because we need our sink. After finishing the work, they cleaned up and everything looked perfect as we expected. Great company the gentlemen took their time to outline all the issues and offered various alternatives. I had already dealt with 4 different plumbing companies previously and dealt with mis-diagnosis, not attaching a pipe correctly, lying about having a license to outrageous quotes to fix just 2 pipes which wouldnt take care of half the issues I would still be left with. Definitely going to them for all my future plumbing issues. Will also Highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Juan was detailed, fast and explained what my AC issue was. I highly recommend mission AC.The work ended up being very extensive on the more recent visit - Hector came and far exceeded expectations! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company totally screwed my mom over when we hired them to fix and issue with her pipes and dug under the wrong side of the house and still tried to charge her over 20k without fixing the issue: like really?

Calvin and Zach made two trips to fix a drain clog and to seal a drain on the bathtub that the original builders did a shoddy job on. Both times they were friendly and explained everything they were doing and then did great work.Great experience!

Calvin was EXCELLENT! He went above and beyond. I had an issue with a leak in my yard. Calvin was able to determine it was a leak from the city water main and even went so far as to come out to meet with the city water department to share the results of his tests. He really went the extra mile by coming to my house at 7:00 am to turn off the water so that the city would know that the water was not coming from my water line. His efforts were vital to getting the city to make the repair after 5 months of the city saying the problem was on my property. Very impressed with his knowledge, skills and work ethic.

I called Mission A/C about 3:00 pm today, August 9, 2024, to get our A/C serviced. They responded unbelievably fast, and sent technician James Henry, who arrived around 5:20 pm! James serviced our air conditioner, explaining each step he took. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this outstanding company for their quick response and great employees!

I had a toilet problem and Calvin and Zach came out assed the problem and repaired it. They were polite, told me the problem and fixed it quickly and professionaly made a Very Clean jobI would use them anytime and they do HVAC !!Great Job Thank You ☺️

I have had a lot of issues with other A/C companies in the past and dealing with home warranty issues on a new home, but Mission A/C on the other hand has never disappointed me. They are always quick to respond, on-time with good update communications, and have professional experienced technicians who take the time to explain what is going on with the system. Edgar was our technician the last few tune-ups (we do a A/C and heating tune up each year) and he is great if you get him.

This might be the company to call for routine maintenance, but if you need a repair, my suggestion is to call someone else. Their ability to diagnose a problem, responsiveness, and effectively communicate deserves ZERO stars.I called because the vent supplying my kitchen/dining area had no air flow, causing my downstairs to be significantly colder than upstairs. When the tech came, he said he would need to cut the sheetrock in order to visualize the duct. The charge was $225 for that. I agreed and paid.The first cut attempt in the kitchen was unsuccessful so he made another cut in the bedroom closet (see pics). After running a camera and taking pics in the duct, his assessment was that the low flow was due to the duct being clogged with insulation (which is actually listed as ROOT CAUSE in the estimate).In addition to needing this repair, I was also interested in getting a quote to replace the ac and furnace because I had recently purchased this home KNOWING that it had an aged system. For this, a different tech came to assess and gave me a quote for 12k to replace. He even mentioned that I was good for the time being. Your unit is still working.On the day of the repair, I was there to meet the tech, let him in, then left for work. I received a call from him later that afternoon saying that the repair was complete and air flow was restored....only for me to come home later that evening to a cold downstairs. There was absolutely no difference in the amount of air flow to that particular vent. I called to let them know and they offered to send a more experienced tech to troubleshoot.When that tech came, all I got was it could be this, or it could be that,...he also mentioned something about a damper, and was told the service manager would contact me with an estimate. I had to call several days later to find out when I might expect the estimate. When I received it, it was an estimate to REPLACE the entire system. When I was finally able to speak to the service manager, he said my guys told you the unit needed to be replaced. My response...Uh no...they did not. They told me the problem was the duct being clogged (see invoice again). Im actually the one that inquired about the cost to replace. In the meantime, I received an invoice for $525...the cost to remove the insulation from the duct, i.e. repair the air flow.These back and forth service calls began on January 4th. Over a month later, Im out $750, and the only difference I notice is the 2 gaping holes in my sheetrock!My lesson learned: Read the lowest Google ratings too. As you will see in this case, there are several recent 1-star ratings with very similar experiences as mine. Poor response, high fees, lack of communication, etc.

Arnaldo C. was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He performed a thorough inspection of my system and, more importantly, he informed me of what he was doing and why. I will be requesting him for all future appointments.

They arrive on time and always let me know any recommendations to enhance my AC needs. Today was Edgar was my technician and he was great, very professional. He explained what he was doing and how I can preserve my units compressor and have a more efficient system to reduce power usage. 5-Star experience. 🤩

Proceed with caution. Mission came out for a minor plumbing issue and an A/C tune up. They had to come back 2X after the plumbing job: once because they didnt clean up after themselves and another time because the pipe fixed was leaking.For the A/C: they recommended replacing a part. Their estimate was more than 2X the cost of another company I use (and trust). When I asked for details, they would not explain their costs.Like many companies, they refuse to line itemize estimates. This is highly problematic for customers but clearly gives them high margins.Their plumber tried to explain the opaque math as a positive, because he can spend all the time he needs on a job and come back as often as needed to resolve. My take is that if you have more seasoned workers, they can give accurate estimates (no fuzzy math with wide margins), and maybe you dont need to call them back so many times 🤷‍♀️Recommend going with companies that are transparent with their pricing

Definitely recommend Mission for any AC or plumbing needs. They have helped us with AC problems in the past, and recently Casey did a great job replacing our water heater. He was very helpful and worked with our schedule to get the replacement done in a timely manner. Was very helpful explaining the issue and was prompt and quick with the replacement.

Our technician Ricky Gonzalez was prompt, got our A/C working, explained everything, and was very kind. He is why we are so glad we have the membership. 10/10.

The service was thorough and to my satisfaction. The technician was knowledgeable of the electronic filtering system and services it as part of the tuneup. No additional Freon was required which was pleasing to see they were not trying to add on subsequent charges.

Juan came out and did the initial diagnosis, he was nice and fast. My fairly new compressor burned up from a previous home owner’s poor installation. The front office was easy to work with in getting my warranty part figured out and Hector came out the next morning to fix the system. Hector was very thorough and explained to me the things that went wrong and took extra time to make sure everything was operating properly. I will be using Mission again.

Seth did a great job with my furnace tune up! He also gave me lots of useful tips and recommendations for maintaining my system and improving my air quality. Such a friendly guy - definitely recommended.

Scam.The tech told me the reason of the not working AC was due to damage of the low voltage line that he has to change the entire line with a $1500+ bill. He seems so sincere and with a detailed diagnosis report and photos so as the property manager I recommended it to the home owner, who didn’t believe that and got a second opinion and the other tech identified overflow switch was tripped and the low voltage line wasn’t connected well(wonder if it’s coincident?), solved the issue with less than $200. I do not like dishonest business and it hurts my credit too. Would warn home owners to look somewhere else.

The tech came out because my pan was full of water and the outside train was dripping water to almost a stream. Told me that my evaporator coil was broken and I needed a whole new system. He told me that my best option until my home warranty to come was for him to remove all of the water inside and the remainder in my pan for a shocking $438.00!! My home warranty came out and said it was only that my pea trap was full of debris which he should me when he cut the line to get to the pipe. It is now working just fine and the pan is dry. So sad when you get dishonest Companies taking advantage of people. I never write reviews, but felt that this was needed to be told so no other person would spend money and it not be the issue to correct the problem. Please be weary should you call them for a repair.

We’ve used Mission AC several times over the years. They are fast, efficient, and responsive. Recently, Casey and his colleagues took care of a few fixes in our master bathroom. Casey was fantastic with explaining our options and getting the job completed. We’ll have them back again soon to fix one other item on our to-do list.

I had a tenants sink that was not draining. Christian went to my rental property, assessed the issue and replaced my garbage disposal the next day. He was really knowledgeable and very professional.

The technician was professional, polite, respectful, and very informative. He went over all of the procedures that were done and the measures taken to make sure that our AC unit was working correctly. He allowed us to ask questions for clarification and gave us a detailed summary. We will use their services again.

What a scam. I called Mission to come officially diagnose a known AC drain line blockage as well as service our unit with a general tune-up. They told me I indeed had an AC drain line blockage, ran some diagnostics on the attic unit, and basically hosed down the outdoor unit for $90.For an extra $499 (which the $90 couldnt apply to) they could clear the drain line blockage which for some reason included a lot of plumbing line items. They wanted to tell me more about the new Mission AC membership plan than why they needed to install new pipes for an AC drain line blockage.I called a competitor and they cleared the blockage with nitrogen for $90 and also cleaned up around the sink where the blockage was in the drain line.Nice try Mission. Ill keep the $410 and post this review in hopes that others wont be swindled either.

I had a water heater leak that ended up needing replacement. I called at 730am and scheduled an appointment and by 1pm I had a new water heater fully installed. Calvin and his crew were very courtesy and quick. They even emptied and carried my wet/dry vac downstairs and resealed the exhaust vent on the roof. Highly recommend.

James was sent for a diagnostic visit at a very fair price. He was able to troubleshoot and find the problem with my Trane unit quickly and efficiently like a true professional. He then explained to me very clearly what my options were and what the pricing looked like for each option. Although I will likely do these repairs myself, the experience with the visit will put them first in line for my annual maintenance work.

I called Mission to get a second opinion on some very expensive repairs to my furnace that were recommended by another company. They were able to schedule me for the same day. Justin came. He was friendly and professional. He quickly found that my thermostat was installed improperly and that was why my furnace and AC wouldn’t come on. For less than $100, Justin reinstalled the thermostat and everything is working fine now. The other guys wanted to replace my blower fan and control panel. My system is still under warranty so it would “only“ cost $2100 for the labor. With no warranty the parts would’ve been an additional $4300. I’m so happy and grateful to Justin for his skill and honesty. I will definitely call Mission first from now on and recommend them to my friends.3/9/2023 My AC stopped working. Mission AC came to the rescue after a weekend of 95 degrees in the house. Technician Roel quickly discovered that a repair would be another bandaid on a continuing problem. After discussing options with Brian Smith, I chose to purchase a new unit. OMG! we had another company come out to unclog a drain and they could not get it done. It was complicated because of some additional lines that were tied in, etc. nonetheless, the original company recomended a demolition to gain access to the wall above the sinks. it was going to be a big expensive job with several steps and it was scheduled for the following week.we had already called Mission plumbing and AC earlier in the day as we had been pushed back on the schedule till late in the day versus early in the morning from the original company. Of courseWe didnt cancel the appointment to get a second opinion and they were actually early and within 10 minutes of entering our home had diagnosed and easily fixed the problem without the need to schedule demolition or follow up work. They were professional and courteous, and saved us lots of money, headaches, and time! We Immediately signed up to have them come check our AC and plumbing twice a year!Calvin and his assistant were awesome professional, and went out of their way to clean and sanitize everything before they left!FIVE BIG Stars!!!!!!

We had an unexpected water leak and knew that it was something we needed to address immediately. We have used Mission in the past and called them for an assessment and repair. The technician, Damar, showed up and promptly got to work. He was very thorough in explaining the issue and worked diligently to search for the correct pipe with the leak. He cleaned up after the job, answered our questions, and got us set up for the finishing work to the sheetrock. We are pleased with the level of service provided and will recommend Mission to others.

Came to the appointment very early in the time window, promptly found the leak in my kitchen and fixed it. Also repaired my shut off valve. Gave me a one year warranty just in case, too. Plumber that came is named Damar. Very cool dude!

He said he was fairly new with Mission AC, but he wanted to work with an honest company with total integrity, and he was very happy to have found Mission! It turned out our AC problem was related to our plumbing. Ryan couldnt solve all our plumbing problems, plumber scheduled for later today, but he spent time trying, before we realized that it would require more plumbing tools. We very much appreciate a company who has employees who care enough to go above and beyond, who have professional expertise and also have a heart to help people! Thanks again! Ryan is an example of why we love Mission AC!They deserve their high ratings: They managed to work me in just before the holiday and were sympathetic to my plight with company coming and everything that had been below my sink emptied on the counter! They kept me appraised of the time Troy, the plumber, would arrive. He covered his shoes before entering. We needed a Moen part covered by Moens warranty. We were able to get it early and Troy returned the same day to complete the job. They have earned our loyalty!Now, onto cooking the turkey ! 3/20/2019. We just need to use plumbing help to replace our back flow. I like that they let me know 1/2 hour before he arrives with a picture text. Troy got the job done and we are back in operation! We again were very happy!1/11/21 Mission AC / Troy installed a water softener today. It requires no salt! Again we are very, very happy with their service and products.3/29/2023 Had our AC serviced. I had Mission out to do a pre-season tune up on my AC units. I have no complaints about the work itself but it seems like the tune up (as well as the “free plumbing inspection”) were just ways to get in the door of the house to find other issues and book additional expensive services. They quoted me $300 to snake a single drain? Or upwards of $1500 for a patch around the water heater vent. And since the visit I’ve gotten 4-6 calls A DAY from their various numbers. It’s wild. I don’t think I’ll be using them again just due to the pain of dealing with the constant barrage

Edit- I spoke with the plumbing manager and he apologized for my bad experience and tried to explain why things happened the way they did. He did refund the $49 trip fee since they werent able to keep the appointment within the time frame they gave me. Something he told me that is good to know is that they pay by the job and not by the hour. So it doesnt matter how quick or how long the job takes, it is a set price. I do appreciate that he took the time to call me and that he wanted to make things right.Original Review - I had used this plumbing company a couple of years ago before they were bought by Mission A/C and had a great experience, so I thought I would use them again even though they do more than just plumbing. My appointment was scheduled between 8 am and 12 pm. I didnt hear anything from them all morning long, so I called them at noon and lo and behold my technician was held up on a job that was 45 minutes away from me. So my whole morning was wasted waiting for them and they didnt value me enough as a customer to let me know they couldnt keep the appointment they gave me.When he finally did get there in the afternoon, there were two of them for a one man job. All I needed was a shower cartridge replaced, the estimate he gave me was for $422. I asked him how much the part cost and he told me he didnt know the exact cost, but that the cost included the part, their time and experience, etc. I asked him how long it would take to replace it and he told me 15-20 mins. I thanked him for his time and wrote him a check for the $49 trip fee. I asked if the trip fee would have been included in the total cost and he said no, it would be in addition to it. He said some companies do that, but they dont.I ended up buying the cartridge and the special tool it needs for $60, it did take me 2 hours to complete the job. I was prepared to pay up to $250 for a 20 minute job, but this was way excessive.

Weve had a few reps come assist us & they are all awesome!! Shout-out to Rex && Calvin & Arnaldo - Thank yall for being so helpful, practical & insightful!!! They identified practical solutions for our slight plumbing fixture issues (just a screw here, a stuck spring there) & gave us an important update on the condition of our Sewer line which is in disrepair. They addressed all of our questions & concerns with straightforward professionalism & friendliness. Were very happy with the service provided & considering moving forward with the annual maintenance plan. Thanks again!!

Our furnace died the day the temperature was dropping to 23 degrees. Mission worked until 11pm installing our furnace so that we would have heat. Not only did they do a great install job, but they were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Mission AC & Plumbing.

He diagnosed the issue quickly, and clearly explained to me what was happening, how to fix the problem, and the cost of the work to be done. I was able to inspect the finished repairs and everything looked good. I am happy overall and my Hvac system is working as it should. I used Mission to replace a faulty damper motor. Arnaldo was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a solution to avoid having the same issue crop up in a couple of years. Im happy I used Mission for this job!

Finding the main water supply line proved to be an issue since it was a copper loop line which ran the length of the slab, underneath it. But, they persevered, found it and came up with a Plan B solution. It involves removing and replacing bricks to access the supply line. David Lewis’ teams never cease to impress. Incredible service.
