Just-N-Time AC & Heating did an amazing job with replacing our complete HVAC system & ductwork at a reasonable cost. Justin designed a whole new air distribution system that efficiently keeps the whole house, even the loft, at the same temperature & removes the Houston humidity. They moved the unit to the attic where you can barely hear it, installed new & additional return/supply registers, better, bigger ductwork & blew in insulation. We’ve also had them take care of our rental property & my daughter’s house without any problems. It’s a family business and I highly recommend them.

We had Miguel coming in to service our AC and couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and his honesty. Another AC company had checked our AC and declared that we needed to spend $20K to replace our unit. Wanting to have a second opinion, we called Just N Time. When Miguel came, I already had a sense of how professional he is. He checked our AC and we ended spending a few hundred dollars based on his suggestion. Miguel explained what he did and gave honest review of our unit. He was not trying to sell us anything but when asked, suggested what plan that will be good for us. Because of him, we plan to stick to Just N Time for our AC/heating unit. Thanks Miguel!

My wife contacted them to replace a mini split AC unit. They damaged our copper line and attempted to cover it up. They failed to take ownership of the mistake and have taken 3+ weeks to “research” the matter. It appears one of the copper lines was taken.Just N Time delivered on neither: they took their time and the workmanship was far from fine.

Miguel arrived 30 mins before appointment time. So glad to see his van, on a very warm day. He was able to diagnose and solve a wiring issue quickly. We were cooling within an hr.Highly recommend Just-n-time.

Wow. AC went out on hottest day of the month so far. Was supposed to come between 3-8 which usually means 9 He called and said could come early. Yippee. Got here at 9. Examined system and saw issues. Showed then to me and I kinda already knew problems since thus one has been nothing but problems every year. Wrong size installed. Wrong kind etc. ( I have a three story townhouse with three zones ). Told/ showed me options. I’m staying here at least 5 mot3 years and tired of the problems! New system that now has aluminum coil instead of copper that rusts ! Plus it’s the right kind! He and his great crew had it up and running in 6 hours ( they had to remove fence too in install outside unit ). Plus hauling it up four flights of stairs! Super nice guys. I even fed them. Lol. I couldn’t be happier! Highly highly recommend him and his team! GREAT JOB ! Plus warranty! Now I’ll be cool all summer and warm all winter! One happy camper ! Thanks Justin and team.

Had a difficult situation where the original AC contractor was thrown off the work......... Just-N-Time stepped in and helped me get up and running they inspected the system replaced a defective coil and found an underground coolant leak ......... all is good and appreciate the help from everyone involved !

If you are looking for a great company and great people look no further. Just-N-Time handled my new AC and Heating systems from installation until now. They have made sure my system works perfectly with regular checkups and even coming back out when the system had a hiccup to fix it in a timely manner. JT is an awesome tech he explained everything professionally and in a way I could understand what was going on. I would highly recommend this company for anyone having any kind of AC or Heater issues!

Called the same day and they arrived within an hour. Justin was great and quick and communicative. They were able to resolve a clog issue on the spot.We had another company come out there the day before and wanted to do a ton more work that was actually unnecessary. Owner came out a gave an outrageous quote to a single women at home alone with kids and no AC… for over $1100. When I had another ( Reputable ) company come out it was a simple $49 fix and it fixed the problem. When I requested a refund of the $97 charge just to come out, they would not return my calls or email. My recommendation stay away from this shady business !

We had a great tech. If you want a respectful, kind, professional tech, I suggest Laine. He was kind to my mom and I. He responded to my call last night. My house was so hot. He apologized that he didnt have the part needed at that moment but he would be stopping by the next day. Sure enough, he arrived within the given time frame, was courteous and got my A/C working again! Will definitely continue doing services with Just-N-Time.

I highly recommend using Just-N-Time for your heating needs. They are very professional and took care of my heater in a timely manner. The technician that came out was very cognizant of my time and was precise in taking care of my issue. Will definitely use them again for any AC or heating needs.

This message is for the business owner, Justin. I don’t understand why you let your employee, Annette, to continue bothering me and asking for $53. Justin, I trust that you conduct your business with integrity. However, Im unsure who is in charge in your company - is it you or Annette? If youre the owner, please tell her to stop at this point. Let me remind you of what transpired: On 08/01/23, you visited my house because my AC units had stopped working. You provided a quote of $22,053 to install 2 new units, but we had agreed upon a price of $22,000. Justin, its important to honor your word and refrain from employing deceitful tactics with your customers. Do you recall suggesting we round the numbers up to $22,000, with me paying half of the agreed-upon sales price - $11,000 upfront - for your team to begin work on Thursday? I promptly issued the check. Upon completion of the work on 08/03/23, your son collected the remaining payment. He assured the remaining balance was $11,000. I paid in full. Unexpectedly, on 08/04/23, I received an email from Annette requesting $1,819.37 for state tax. Why was I charged an additional $1,819.37 after everything had been settled? Its incredibly frustrating to continually receive messages and calls from Annette asking for $53. I don’t owe anything. Shame on you.Finally I had a chance to speak with you face to face again. On 08/05/23, your staff texted me and said you were going to deliver the name tags for the units. I had 3 guests that day and we were all expecting about what you were going to say about the $1,819.37. When I questioned you about the $1,819.37 while you were at my house. You assured me I owed nothing, attributing it to a mistake, and said you would address it with Annette, clarifying that the total due was $22,000, which I had paid in full. Yet, Annette called just 2 hours after your left, this is what she said to me ” yes I can waive the $1,819.37 but you still need to pay the remaining balance of $53.” Why allow your employee to demand $53 from me over her own error in charging $1,819.37? Receiving repeated invoices and texts for $53 is incredibly irritating. Its even more irksome to be texted about the $53. VERY IRRITATING. If you truly understand how to conduct business and treat customers properly, you wouldnt allow Annette to continue troubling your customers like this. For heavens sake, I paid you $22,000 in full, yet you continue to seek additional payments - first $1,819.37 and now $53? Be an honest businessman and refrain from mistreating your customers. When you came on 08/05/23, I have recorded our conversation just in case you deny what was said at my house. Justin, the sales price was $22,000, and I owe nothing. $22,000 for 2 three-ton AC units is expensive. In mid summer, I was desperate due to the hot weather, which made me less patient to shop around. Additionally, hiring someone else would have incurred a trip fee. Thats why I chose your service. Had I known you would later on demand ridiculous payments, I would never have hired you. I had intended to wait until the one-year warranty was due before posting this message, but I cant endure it any longer. Please refrain from contacting me, and I will never recommend your business to my friends and family. Seriously, you have bothered me enough. Waste my time and energy to deal with such an unreliable business causes me tremendous headaches. Seriously, BACK OFF!!!!!

I contacted this company as a referral from a friend. Our Ac system had been down since Saturday. They came out in less than 2 hours after I called. They repaired my system promptly. AC went out during this brutal 2023 heat wave and Just-N-Time was available the day of needing service. The technician was very polite, professional and punctual. He was done with our repairs in 15 minutes and was transparent about the whole process. All in all, very satisfying experience overall.

Justin and Harris did a fantastic job. To begin, my ac stopped blowing cold air around 8pm and they came that same night. The next day, they came back to replace my leaking coil and was very professional. Harris especially did an amazing job and is a very hard worker. Do you hesitate to contact Just-N-Time for AC repair. they were prompt in scheduling service when my AC went out. LJ was clear and concise in the problem my with my AC, showing me measurable values compared to the allowable range directly on the unit and was able to fix it within the hour. He also double checked everything else with the unit to make sure there werent other lingering problems I should be concern about. The best part was he was honest about my AC status and didnt try to automatically upsell a full system upgrade. Overall very pleased with the service!

Used JNT to re-route poorly installed ducting, auxiliary drain installation, AC filter addition, as well as insulation. I had a wonderful experience with all services. Justin and his team were super informative, nice, and respectful of my home. He also saved me from getting screwed by other contractors with their suggestions that werent needed. Man, Im not a big fan of AC repair techs. Theyre always a bunch of sleaze bags but Justin was one cool customer. He was extremely polite and went into great detail about what he was going to do and how much it would cost me. No bull just the truth with what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. Of course I needed to know how long it would take and he was right on the money with the estimated time of completion. I couldnt ask for anything more than that. Justin and his team came to check out a cooling issue at our house. Turns out the addition wasn’t cooling properly for a variety of reasons, so the best solution was to install a mini split into the great room. The technician Haris was great he kept us updated with things that he found with our ac system through out the service. Definitely recommend these guys.

Even though our new home has warranty we reached out to Justin and our ac probably was fixed immediately. Warranty would have been no cost but closest appointment was over a week out. It was ok. They arrived earlier then expected and called to let us know.They put shoe covers on before they entered the house and they were very polite and professional. However, they were selling/suggesting items I should buy that I didnt feel was necessary at all. They left my attic door open on the second floor and their sheet that they use to protect items on the floor. The door was open for about 20 minutes letting hot air into the house. So it took a bit longer to cool down the second floor. But overall they did a good job.

Justin and his crew were fantastic! They fixed issues that were a result of another company’s poor work. They were prompt and we are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Justin and his company!

Went outta town for vacation and noticed my AC had not been running for 24hrs via our App. We had family go over and check on it. Turns out the fan motor was bad. Being June in Texas Justin decided to find the part on his own and install it to get my house cooling. He actually cared as the warranty company did not! These guys were amazing! I called several HVAC repair people and these guys were the only ones I didn’t have to leave a message they actually answered the phone. My mom passed away and I moved into her home and knew nothing about her system. They were early to my appointment and quick at finding the problem and correcting it. It was a fuse. They also informed me about the type of system my mom had installed and told me how to maintain it. They were very informative. They left and then my thermostat went out! Called them and they came back the same day and helped me out. I will trust these guys with any HVAC problem I have in the future. I will also be using them for my yearly maintenance. I am very happy I contacted this company. I first spoke to the receptionist(Skylar I believe) she was very accommodating and courteous. I received an email and text from the company with the expected arrival time and they also included a picture of the technician. Which I thought was very professional! I was contacted by the technician, Haris to ensure I was still comfortable with the time of arrival which was also professional and thoughtful. When he arrived he wore and mask and had booties if needed to come inside. Haris was very professional, caring and informative. He stressed the importance of wanting to make sure he could get our AC working the same day. He worked very hard to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it. He really seems to love his job and it shows! My brother who is an electrician was there during the AC inspection. He was impressed with Haris and made a comment of how good he was and how well he explained things. We do appreciate that Haris was able to diagnose and solve the problem. I was very impressed by the professionalism and service provided by Just-N-Time AC. Due to the supply chain issues they could not find the condenser that was a direct replacement, but they were able to install another unit and get me cooling until the unit arrived. Will be calling them next time I need AC or Heating work.

Our heater is twenty years old. It developed a hiccup with the flame sensor. He cleaned it and it worked again but soon developed another issue. He came out again at no extra charge and determined it was the circuit board acting up. Offered to replace the board and deduct the previous service charge from the price. He showed us everything that he did as he did it and explained how everything in our furnace worked to help us make an educated decision. Highly recommend.

Just-N-Time has been my go to for HVAC maintenance and repair for the last few years and they never disappoint. Last year, I signed up for a semi-annual maintenance plan to ensure my HVAC system is properly serviced and running at peak performance year round. And this year, Im very thankful that I was on the maintenance plan because they were able to identify that the gas regulator on my furnace was not working properly and would not allow my furnace to turn on.
