On my way to work this morning and truck 154 is cutting in and out of traffic driving extremely bad. Please be more aware, the job will be there.
5/26/22, 6:44 AM on 45-N in rush hour traffic. This individual was driving wreckless. Perhaps he had an emergency, I pray everything is alright. Turn on your hazard lights. It is not worth it to drive wreckless.Perhaps you are the owner, or just an employee. You are representing your company and in a VERY poor way. I hope it was worth it. From the looks of the reviews it seems like you all have a problem.I would and will never do business with a company that treats potential customers and human beings, in general, the way that this gentleman did. I will also make sure to spread the word of my experience.PLENTY of other companies to choose from.God bless and take care.
Not dependable at all. Due to the pure lack of Infinity Systems ability to be professional, or even slightly customer focused, I have submitted a request to cancel any future expectations or understandings of us having a contract with them. Not only is Infinity Systems, Inc. incapable of returning multiple calls, but they also are incapable of scheduling a technician as stated. I filled out all paperwork immediately as requested on 7/31/2023 for Donna to be able to schedule a tech to come out on 8/1 because there was not availability on 7/31. I was told a tech would be out to our office the next day.Beginning this morning (8/1), I started my day with calling to speak to someone to be given a time of arrival. At 8:49a, I called back and was told a dispatcher would return my call to let me know. Of course, that did not happen. I then called back to ask again, at which point I was told no one would be able to come today because a tech called in sick. I asked if our tech called in sick, Donna then confirmed a tech called in sick. I then asked if any person had been assigned to our call to come out today, at which point I was told yes. Donna then stated that a person was assigned to us but he had to be called to another job because the repair tech assigned to that job is the one who called in sick. I then said that we needed someone here today and that we are 28 floors up, not able to open a window and have a secure room that does not have air conditioning. I said that it is not acceptable to push us to the side for another day because “their” repairman called in sick and not ours. She then said that she could get someone out at 5 or after today. I said great! She then responded with saying it might be 7, I said I didn’t mind at all that my priority is to have someone come fix the issue that their guys were supposed to have fixed three times previously. Donna then said it might be as last as 9, and I said that is fine also!! Not a problem, I will wait for the tech to show up and she confirmed once again that someone would be out, and that she would call me at 4:30 to confirm one last time if they are able to make it or not. I told her thank you because I really did not want to wait around the office until 9 with no one showing up.Donna then called me at 4:07p confirming someone would be coming this evening after 5 today. I have since called 3 times and been told the call center has not been able to reach the on-call rep. I have now called Donnas cell and left a lengthy voicemail explaining why I am not wanting to continue being failed by Infinity Systems. I had yet to come across such an incapable customer service company, until today. Disappointing would be a gentle phrase.
The drivers of this company suck, they are careless drivers and they will don’t even care if you have the way
Worst company ever. Company is completely unorganized. They have more excuses then solutions. Over half the company are not certified, and can’t complete a job on time due to all their under qualified staff and equipment not arriving on time. I would think twice about ever using this company. And Blake helms is a Project manager for the company. That’s why he is the only 5 star rating.
Maybe dont ride people on the hwy ! You will still get to your destination

Great staff
Infinity was the default ac maintenance provider at my business. 12 hours after they came out for the first time my ac stopped working. I had another company come out who determined loose cables had impaired my unit. Infinity also sent me a $1000 bill despite having a contract for maintenance at a set rate of $295. I do not recommend this company at all.
