Ive had to go here twice as a homeowner, once for a capacitor and later for a condenser fan motor. Both times the staff were extremely helpful getting me exactly what I needed. I felt like I got the same level of service as any of the pros that were in the store.Its great having a shop like this around and Ill definitely be back if I ever need any HVAC supplies in the future.

First … the girl who answered the phone was very patience and helpful in answering all our questions…the owner was very helpful and polite when we got there, he shared lots of information on the products we needed and was very helpful in trouble shooting the old item to be replaced…we highly recommend this place with the great service and also affordable pricing, the price was way better than we expected…the experience was very pleasant…thanks for being very helpful to us …We will be back and continue to do business with you…thanks again for your patience

Googled the store hours. Noticed they were still open. Called to verify and no one answered while on the way. Halfway there in rush hour traffic, they decided to answer the phone to tell they closed at 5pm. I asked him why his hours say 7pm. He got rude after I told him I was also there because his hours are wrong and needed to be changed. Then I told him to change his hours again and he hung up on me. Now my customers had to pay more to hav AC this evening to open another store. Will never use this place again.

Everyone is very nice and professional. I make it a point to come to this location because they are quick and have great customer service. Best supply house in Houston.

Walked in. The Young lady help me out and explained some things to me. I have no clue about this part so it was very helpful. Very nice, and if I need more parts I’ll come back.

These guys rock!!!! After visiting three overly arrogant stores who told me they didnt sell to the general public, Only to contractors who have an account with us I was overly frustrated, and skeptical, but when the nice lady who answered the phone said Sure, we have it, come on in I was as happy as could be, to the other stores; Why even bother having sales counter?

Said they sell to public , so go there to by a mini split and said they don’t sell to public. ANYONE can buy a mini split cus I can buy at Home Depot , Lowes , even AMAZON!!! They clue less , mini splits are meant to be a DIY person. Lol, lol. Most boxes have DIY .. According to the reviews I guess they sell to who they fell like selling to ..Employees don’t know what public means.. waste of gas and time. STAY AWAY !!!

Really bad they dont tell you not refund and if you are lucky they will give you refund but they will deduct 20 porcent from the amont.Always ask if you dont use the part you can returned , not like me now I have a part that I dont need it. And they dont give me a refund.

I was searching for 4 Warren Technology SLO75A fusible links for my customer. Central A/c tells me on the phone (fingers banging on keyboard noise)..... Oh yea, I got like 300 of em. I drive over 1 hour to get to that store, SORRY, I DONT HAVE THAT KIND. As one reviewer put it, save your time and money, dont go to central A/c.

Got home late last night, my AC was out ! This morning early, checked it out and found the capacitor was bad, found Central Supply online and they sell to the public. Greeted by floor sales guy as I walked into the store, he asked if he help.10 mins later I was driving away, 15 mins later my AC was on : )

Fraud Alert - Purchased item from here; had to wait outside while they processed transaction due to COVID-19. It could be coincidental, but debit card was compromised the same day. Havent used card elsewhere in months.
