DO NOT USE!!! Gabriel can talk a good talk, but you will not be happy with the results. This was just for a new wooden fence. I over-paid to get the work started immediately, instead of waiting 4 - 6 weeks from others I contacted. Left a 6 gap under the gate. Gate looks like it was made from scrap wood. Did not fix. Just stopped replying to my emails. Used the old hardware from my previous gate instead of new. The gate hangs crooked. Left the old fencing in my yard for at least 2 weeks or more. The crew left their lunch and drink trash in my yard. Crooked cross bars. He wanted to put my old fencing at the street instead of removing it from the property. I paid over $500 for it to be removed! I learned a lesson. What a joke. The whole experience was shady.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! AVOID AT ALL COST!We called this company because we had a leak in our fireplace every time it rained and we needed to repair it and other reviews said they did good work. As of March 22, I am still dealing with this company for work that supposedly fixed the leak on January 2 by a guy name Dor. Not only did they do a very poor job but I had other companies that came to my home to quote me how much it would cost to fix Auras screw up. They all told me that they used the wrong materials. Furthermore, the first time it was fixed I went up on the roof to inspect it and it was literally crumbling under one finger. They then sent another guy Alan who used the wrong materials as stated above by multiple companies.If thats not enough Alan wasnt even supposed to show up, the supervisor Gabriel was supposed to come and a half hour before the end of the time frame he gave us is over, he calls and says he didnt feel like coming. Alan shows up and assess it then leaves, we hear nothing fo days and when we call, Gabriel said that Alan td him the repairs wer fine. Alan claims he did not say this and proceeds to repair the chimney and leak but the next big rain, its leaking worse than ever! If thats not enough, the chimney crown was not even which multiple companies told us was creating more leak issues. We call the office to get a refund because we dont want anyone from this company touching our home, the lady who answers the calls gets very rude and snippetty and says, Ill pass the message along whixh is what shes told us now I dont know how many times and as usual, we never get a call. They refuse to refund the money were out from their negligence. Credit card dispute.I wouldnt hire this to pick up dog crap in my yard. If this is the type of customer service they offer, then they shouldnt even own a business. They cost me thousands of dollars extra in additional repairs, damage to my home, and stress. If you want your repair done right, DONT CALL AURA!

DO NOT USE FOR ANY PLUMBING SERVICES. They installed a water heater in a unit I recently purchased. It was done extremely poorly. The drain was hooked up with a section that has an incline, and they cracked the existing drain well pipe as well as the drip basin. Customer service is horrendous. They actually started to HANG UP ON ME when I called about the warranty. They have phone logs so they know who I am when I call and just ignore me. DO NOT HIRE THEM. I recommend STERNENBERG & KROHN they are great

Excellent service from Aura!! Provided me with great information regarding my ducts and gave me pricing before doing any of the work. I didn’t realized my ducts were not sealed and aire was escaping into the attic. They also showed me pics of the results!

I will remove this 1-star when you remove the five commercial vehicles parked at your residents. Eight total vehicles this morning. People cant see coming around the corner.

My ordeal is profoundly disheartening, mainly because I confided my combat military experiences to Gabe, only to discover later that he used that to his advantage to overcharge me. I called Aura Services out just to do a routine cleaning of my air ducts/AC unit and was initially quoted at $150, Gabe revised the estimate to $3,700, claiming the job was far more extensive than anticipated and would take at least three days to complete. Despite my hesitance at the cost, he emphasized the importance of safeguarding my family from mold-infested air. He even persuaded me to invest in a UV light for an additional $500, promising to negotiate a lower price with the owner if I combined the two. However, when a different crew arrived two days later and completed the task in a mere 45 minutes without installing the UV light, my attempts to reach Gabe went unanswered. After finally contacting him, he apologized for the oversight and promised to rectify it, but failed to follow through personally.Feeling betrayed by his conduct post-sale, I sought opinions from two other companies, both of which offered solutions similar to Gabes original quote, costing no more than $750 and requiring no more than an hour. This disparity left me profoundly disillusioned, feeling exploited by Gabes manipulation of my desire to protect my family. I am deeply disappointed by his business practices and cannot recommend his company, especially as they take advantage of military veterans. I intend to report this behavior and hope for an apology from Gabe.

STAY AWAY. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO CONTACT. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. Please look at the reviews in the past month alone. I left another review but this company needs to be dissolved unless something changes. You WILL waste your money with them.

My technician Gabriel was outstanding. Was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. I was able to see video of all the mold and mildew in my ducts. They did a great job of cleaning everything.

Dont trust the guy named guy he gave me false information regarding my AC unit. Said its going to work couple of years. I spent 1250 dollars for their service and in 2 days the system stopped working. And he even got the phone from me and put a 5 star review himself. 😡

The AC works and has worked for a few weeks now, thats the best I can say.The whole thing felt scammy, though.They came in, looked around and said my AC wasnt working because all of the duct work was dirty and they needed to do a big/expensive deep clean. I said that didnt make sense because that would have been a slow progression problem and the AC had just started acting up over night. The technician kind of stared at me like he didnt expect push back and then goes well I have one more test I need to run.He goes outside, runs his test, and says that ACTUALLY the real problem is an intake hose that isnt working/wasnt put in right and needs to be taken off and resoldered on. It would be $1500. I questioned why it would act up now, and I forget his answer, but he, and the heat, convinced me to say okay.As soon as he turns the breaker off and then back on a few minutes later the fan motor dies. He stares at me and says oh well, thats going to be more. I argued that no, I was not paying more when he was elbow deep in my AC and something suddenly stops working that was working before. Thats why hes insured. He left to call his boss who apparently told him that it was probably the fan motor from the start and I didnt need a hose soldered. The frustrating part of that is less that I had to argue with him, and more that he knew so little about this job that he had to be coached over the phone. If I hadnt argued with him he would have been more than happy to charge me for the hose I didnt need AND the fan motor.He told me that luckily the fan motor would cost me less, so it would be a win.This was early in the afternoon. I had to leave for a doctors appointment, but my husband was on the way home, they said they weregetting to work. When he got home they were no where to be found. We wondered if they had abandoned the job, but there were still tools spread around. They didnt show back up for several hours. It was past 9:00 when they finished putting in the fan motor.....they started this job at around 12:00. They ended up charging us $1100 for the fan motor ...its an insane amount of money.The icing on the cake, which of course we didnt notice because it was already dark, is for some bizarre reason the left 4 screws sticking out of the top of our unit...why would they do this??? This isnt normal, they cant have ever done this before. This has to be a complete level of I dont care about you or your property. Its just waiting for someone to fall and get impaled upon.Of course it makes me wonder what they did to the inside of the unit.I would never use this company again.

Gabriel came out to my home and did and amazing job with my repairs. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I have had issues with my a/c every year for many year. I’m so glad that I met him while I was Ubering. He came through and saved my a/c for this summer. It’s really hot in Houston. Thanks for your help.

I had gotten my air ducts cleaned. And Dor with his crew came and did an absolutely wonderful job. They were so professional and they explain everything. Just overall a 10 out of 10. Must recommend.

Awesome awesome awesome. This company is the most professional outfit in the city. They will have your home ice coldcin the summer and warm in the winter plus quailty in my home seems fresh and clean since they completed my work!!! I recommend this company to all my friends and family

Called prior to have a AC replaced. They texted and called me to let me know tech was on the way. I headed to the house as quickly as I could. No one there. Called office. They told me they could not get hold of tech. Waited, they never called back. I called them back twice and they could never tell me what was going on. Waiting over 30 minutes. Then called back a 3rd time, they no longer would answer my calls! I waited there 45 minutes. 2 hours later I get a call from the tech and he said he is in the area and can come over. I told him, are you freaking kidding me?? LOSER company and techs!

These guys are absolute crooks. Do not use them. My 78 yr old mother called them to clean out a dryer duct for $170. The tech showed up and was very professional. He offered to inspect the AC ducts and showed pictures that they needed to be cleaned. My mom called me with the technician. He explained it would be $563 to clean, vacuum and spray the ducts. I thought this seemed fair and approved the work.A different tech showed up on Monday and convinced her the problem was much bigger and not to worry. He said he would fix everything and started work immediately. The total bill was over $10,609 including an $800 travel and disposal fee. My mom called me after they left very upset.I have logged a complaint with the manager and am disputing with the credit card company. This is an absolute racket. Read the reviews below. Several people have the same issue.

This company is price gouging and taking advantage of people affected by the freeze in February 2021. They replaced less than 10 of copper pipe (from 3 breaks due to freeze) and 1/2 drywall board to repair damage from busted pipes. No painting, nothing else and are charging me over $6,000.00 for repairs that should not cost more than $500-800. I told them to leave and not come back as they were so blatantly dishonest and taking advantage of people. I have reached out to them to get a refund and heard nothing. They are also fighting my credit card dispute. They are an unethical company.

Dora provided overall review of the nature of the work that would be accomplished by their service. The mold preventative and primer for ongoing mold prevention was what concluded my choice. I recommend that others use them, too.

We had used them in January to clean out our Dryer vent and they did a good job then. I scheduled to have them come out last Friday, but the technician never showed up - was running too late I was told after calling in multiple times. I rescheduled for 12 - 2 on Tuesday. No one ever showed up. I called and texted numerous times, but the person answering the phone could not reach the technician or owner. I was texted that the technician was on his way but this wasnt true. This is very unprofessional and frustrating; I would not recommend that anyone use this company.

We had gotten aura to do an insulation installation. Dor and his crew were excellent, professional and outstanding crew. I really recommend this company

We had a water pipe crack and burst after the big freeze that just hit us in Texas in February of 2021. I called Aura to fix the pipe and they quoted $1,800.00 to cut and replace 1 single pipe. I couldnt believe it. I asked them to leave and I waited and found an excellent certified and highly recommended plumber to do the same task for $280 a couple days later. Plumbers were in high demand at this time and there is certainly a premium to pay during such high demand times, but this was clearly price gouging, which is not only amoral but illegal after Texas was deemed a major disaster by the federal government. Businesses that do this during tough times are not valuable to the community. This is not a business I will ever associate myself with and I urge anyone looking for these services to look elsewhere.

Hired to clean dryer vent, scheduled between 8am and 4pm, at 10am we receive a call that the cleaning will be free because they are running late (suspicious but ok) they arrive around 1130 and clean the dryer vent as requested, they then say they need to clean the rest of it from the attic. The lead technician then called me up to the attic to show me a leak in the a/c and a picture of mold that was not a recent picture on his phone (it literally was behind multiple other pictures and could not have been taken moments before I climbed up the attic steps.)They then quoted 1300 dollars to spray an anti mold spray and an inhibitor paint inside the a/c unit. When I declined the services because it was too costly and I couldn’t verify any mold myself the charge for the duct cleaning (the one that was comped because they were late) was magically due again. I would get multiple quotes from different companies and verify anything told you you by a technician

Called Aura for dryer vent cleaning. Told them they would need a tall ladder, as vent is above second story windows. They assured us it would be okay; showed up without a ladder capable of the job. Explained that the job was complicated, so there would be an up charge. Did not complete the job, saying they would come back over the weekend with the required ladder - they never came back.

Guy and Alejandro were great they have arrived same day were quick to find the issue got straight to work and got my unit up and running for no time! Would definitely recommend their services to everybody

DO NOT use this company for chimney/fireplace related services. They do not know what they are doing and will try to upsell as much as they can.Signed up for basic chimney cleaning and inspection for $189 which is a rip off (compared to other companies charging $95) but considering that they were the only ones that could come out in 1 day compared to competitors that could come out in 1+ week, I decided to take a chance. Big mistake. Out $200+ for the cleaning and still no results from the “inspection” and could not tell me why my fireplace was not working.Also, they seem to have unscrupulous upselling practices because when they came in, they did not bring in all the tools in for the cleaning and tried to say that they needed to charge an extra $250 for a full cleaning from the roof. I declined and said that I an not willing to pay $440 for a cleaning. I told them I don’t need their services. They then changed their story and said they could clean the entire chimney under the basic chimney cleaning price, went back out to their car and brought back an extendable brush to sweep the chimney.After they spent 5-10 minutes putting a brush up the chimney, they said they were done. I asked for the results of the inspection and to get my fireplace functioning. They could not get it to turn on and could not tell me why. They demanded money for the “cleaning” and left.

Technician came out around 7:30 pm to look at a faulty toilet on the 2nd floor. I was quoted $750 which seemed like I was given a random number. Still waiting on the actual quote that he said I was going to receive, on top of that technician was very unprofessional, seemed like he didn’t even want to do any work.
