We have an AC that is less than a year old (still under warranty) and this guy Peter is refusing to take our calls because he knows he’s done something wrong and doesn’t want to fix it.He’s also got a short temper, and once yelled at me for making him go up a flight of stairs.It’s a simple matter of honouring your agreements. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got the skills to do the job if you won’t be a grown man and be a professional.

Pete and his team are very knowledgeable, patient and very nice. Unfortunately we had to replace our units but glad it was done by this team

Absolutely awful service, after consistory berating a customer, yelling at women who he works around, and not solving simple issues with the HVAC system they then put our account on hold. DO NOT USE.
