This company is a scam. Just like all the others. Assigned by American home shield and came out and told me everything is broken. No tools, didn’t check anywhere. Told me to change the evaporator coil. They would not provide me a quote when I called them back. I had another team come back out after and they found that these people had cut some wires by the condenser to make sure it wouldn’t work.

Same story as with the rest, American Home Shield assigned this company after my report of having a leaking AC coil which is visible by eye and touch (oily substance). Their tech said he will not be diagnosing the leak itself, but instead do a full check of the system. After doing something for 5-10 minutes, he said that we need to replace a compressor and it will take care of the problem. I questioned how this will fix the actual coil unit leak and also my current compressor works just fine. He said he will not be discussing it further and to take it up with the office or AHS and if im not happy he is ok to leave it at that. His job here is done. Later Ive found that he pulled a breaker from my compressor which I plugged back in and AC was back to cooling again. They were trying to push the repair on me which was not needed while not addressing the actual and obvious problem. I hope everyone does their due diligence by checking the reviews before accepting them as a vendor from AHS.

No wonder they have 2* ratings. American home shield should take the contract away from them. We are just wasting our deductible on them. The technician came and checked everything and told me that I need to turn ac off for a day. I did that and when he came the second time he didn’t even go upstairs. He told me the unit outside is too close to the wall it has to be 2 feet all around and he is not able to diagnose it. I moved the device for him he diagnosed it and said it has a leak and this needs to be changed. But he reported to ACH that he wasn’t able to diagnose. I called the company and the person who picked up the phone was very rude and told me to call ACH. ACH on the other hand charged me deductible again to send someone else.This whole process took 4 weeks and my AC is still not fixed. I have a 2 years old home and my house temp goest up to 90 degrees.

TRASH COMPANY!!! TRASH!!! If American Homes tries to send them to your home run fast!!! This company is ran by a group of uneducated thieves that guess at what you need done to your home. They are liars, TERRIBLE customer service! The representative that answers barely knows her name and no matter how many times I have called she has had the same lack of knowledge and pissy attitude. Gus the manager is also not knowledgable of anything other than causing frustration for the consumer. They fixed my unit after I paid $1900 only to say I need to pay AN ADDITIONAL $1900 to get the unit working correctly. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed that they wasted my time!!! Now I shall find someone else to actually fix what they messed up. RUN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

American Home Shield made me use this company when I called to report my A/C wasnt cooling. I struggled so much for this company to fix my a/c, but I will try to stick to the short version, because I could go on for days. When I set up the appointment, I told them to bring a thermostat because I thought that might be the problem. Once there, the technician completely disregarded everything I said about the thermostat, went to the attic and said your a/c will not work properly until you replace the coil. Like and idiot, i trusted him and scraped up over $2,000 to get a new coil. When it came time for the installation of that coil, it was a complete disaster getting it to start and when they finally left, my a/c still didnt work properly. Different technicians came to the house several times throughout the month and every time they couldnt fix it because it was something different, not enough freon, my house didnt have the right windows and that it was just too hot out there, it was ridiculous. Finally, I insisted that they change my thermostat and once they did, my a/c started working immediately. This company charged me over $1,885 on a part that I did NOT need. I called several times and my phone calls werent answered, voice messages not returned and completely ignored by the so called Manager. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and do not use this company! I reported it to AHS, but I dont think they care.

Advanced Comfort Solutions were assigned by AHS to come and fix a leaking evap. coil in upstairs AC. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism, I rarely write reviews but this team did deserve the time to put a 1-star, i wish i could put 0. How disappointing, Ill seriously consider whether AHS subscription worth continuing after this experience.

We have AHS warranty and called in for a service call on our AC unit. It was making a rattling noise and wasn’t cooling properly. advanced comfort solution was our contractor called by American Home shield. Horrible service , it took them 4 visits to our home to fix our issue. Still not working at 100%. They ripped us off with 3 pounds of Freon! Overcharged us !! Do not use Advanced Comfort Solutions!!! ***** HORRIBLE *******. Rude lady that answers phone!

We had a leak due to the AC. It was coming in through the ceiling. It happened on a Friday and called AHS to schedule a contractor. We were assigned Advanced Comfort Solutions. The lady told us they could see us on Monday. I asked if they had any openings on Saturday because of the leak. She said she would keep us posted if they had a cancellation. She called a couple minutes later saying that she would have a tech out the next day in the morning. Matthew came within the time window promised. He was so nice. He was able to quickly diagnose the source of the leak. He fixed it and gave us some tips as he worked. We had a wonderful experience with Matthew. Please request him. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Beware!! Total scam! AHS sent them when ac unit stopped cooling. Tech showed up no tools, no equipment, tested nothing, did nothing but look with his eyes.Very rude and abrasive and made up complete lies about my ac with his less than 10 min visit. Because of this racist guy, AHS denied my claim. Super in cahoots with AHS..Hes denying claims they dont want to pay with his lies. Run from this company!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! American home shield contracted this company to check out our A/C system. The person they send checked out our A/C unit in 5-10min and gave AHS a false diagnosis. They blocked our number and refused to give us a quote. We had to pay to have an electrician to come out, which revealed that the diagnosis this company gave was completely false. They ruined our ability to get our AC fixed by AHS due to their false diagnosis. We reached out to reputable HVAC company to receive a second opinion. This company also revealed that the diagnosis Advance Comfort Solutions gave was false.

ACS was assigned by my home warranty to fix my broken AC. Their technician, Matt, was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and educated me on how our unit works. Our AC is now working great again!

This company installed a brand new AC system for me. A few weeks later the part of the AC unit in my attic started leaking into my ceiling because they did not install a drip pan large enough for the unit. This caused water to to leak into my ceiling and caused damage. They have been refusing to fix this and have become unresponsive. They have been telling me they were looking for painters since June and it still has not been fixed. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I would not recommend them even if they were less expensive.

This company is a scam artist.... DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!! There was nothing wrong with my AC unit. They were only called out under my warranty company just to check and service my AC for the summer. They shorted out the AC which burned out one of my units and lied about it expecting me to purchase a new unit from them. My AC units worked just fine prior to them servicing them now I have a broken AC and they refuse to repair their damages. This company is a SCAMMER!!!!! Please beware!!!! I am reporting them to the Texas Dept of Licensing & Regulation.FWHouston, Tx

I have American Home Shield warranty and they send these bozos out to diagnose our central AC problem. The guy was there 5 minutes and left. He didnt even check pressures in the system! He made up a diagnosis that the dryer filter was failing and needed to be replaced but had to charge me for 17 lbs of freon at $85/lb = $1450!!! That didnt sound right, so I called a licensed AC tech I know for a 2nd opinion, and he confirmed my suspicion that the diagnosis was absolutely false! Avoid these guys at all costs. AHS should use better 3rd party companies to do their work.

This company was assigned to me via AHS on the weekend when my AC went out. Not only did they call me on the weekend to schedule but they promptly scheduled me for Monday and got to me within the timeframe specified. Matt our technician was courteous and got the parts needed to fix out AC the same day! Yes, you read correctly, the same day. I would highly recommend this company and Matt.

Called and try to get an appointment, lady with horrible attitude, you need to call your home warranty, you need to call your home warranty, two furnaces, you need to call your home warranty.basically, you need to call your home warranty. find out what is wrong with your problem before you called them. wonder why they get high of rating here..

Unresponsive (I reached out 3 times and received no response in 2 days) and terrible customer service (i finally was able to speak with a manager and he yelled at me and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when i reported an issue). Go anywhere else for your AC needs

Service requested through AHS. Matthew did a thorough job to fix the AC drain line clog.

Owner do not want to do their due diligence on manufacturer on what is allowed and not allowed even after customer confirm with Carrier that unit is allowed. refused to call to confirm and end up screwing me on my home warranty. terrible company who thinks he knows everything but do not want to confirm. DO NOT USE!!!

Absolutely the worst repair company ever!! Dont use them!!! They are impossible to get a hold of and they dont stand behind their work!! They will charge you and disappear!!! Worst experience I have ever had with any company ever!!!

Same issue as the other ppl in the other bad reviews! Avoid these ppl!! Matthew came out twice and messed up our a/c both times and even had an attitude after we told him our a/c wasn’t blowing cold air. They do not know what they are doing!

The lady in the office is very rude, aggressive and not cooperative. The 3-4 hour time gap is really burdensome for workers. I will not use them again with American Home shield Warranty.

Josey was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt his level of care and knowledge were very professional and helpful.
