During the freak-of-nature, below-freezing temp days in Houston, my heater mysteriously stopped working. The Action Air guys arrived within 3 hours of my calling them. Turned out to be a very simple, cheap fix (a switch)! They were so nice and refreshingly honest! I will call them again!

Fabulous and prompt customer service. Couldnt ask to be treated any better. Leroy was honest, sincere and hard working. He diagnosed our problem immediately and repaired our AC. We will surely be using him in the future and will recommend him to others! Thank you Leroy. Trustworthy people are very hard to come by!
