Absolutely love Terra Del Sol! We just bought our first home here, and have had an amazing experience with K. Hovnanian. Searching for a new house during the pandemic has not been easy and very stressful. Our sales rep., Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She guided us through the process and was just so polite and sweet. She even went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. The neighborhood is wonderful and the homes are so beautiful at a great price point. Highly recommend

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, it is close to supermarkets and schools with a good reputation, I went to get information about the homes and Ashley, a very kind lady with excellent customer service, helped me, she was very cordial when showing me the model home and gave me all the information I needed at that time.

If you go today they tell you a price, and the next day they raise it to $20k! They tell you that the materials went up and its a lie because the same floor plan that uses the same materials is done by Crosby themselves for $40k less, so its not because of the cost, they just take advantage of the situation and create a bubble where all the construction companies agree like a monopoly to raise prices just because demand went up a little and the banks are offering better APRs, DONT FALL IN THEIR GAME! If you pay for an overvalued house when the bubble bursts like in 2008 you can lose a lot of money!
