I recently purchased a home from Oracle City Homes and Jose has been an absolute lifesaver. During the first month after closing, I had countless questions about how to handle various issues and he always responded with grace and patience. He ensured every concern I had was addressed immediately.I felt very supported and confident in the house working with him, from fixing minor issues to explaining how things worked or just simply responding to my messages quickly, his dedication and support was truly impressive.What could have been an overwhelming experience as a first time homeowner turned into a smooth and positive journey. Sebastian is fantastic! My wife and I have lived in one of Oracle City’s communities for the past 2 years now, and haven’t had many issues up until now. We had a leak in our roof that we wanted to address as quickly as possible to avoid making a small problem worse. I’ve heard of horror stories from other homeowners about making a warranty claim, so was apprehensive heading into the process, but Sebastian ensured that our concerns were addressed timely, professionally, and stayed in constant communication with us while coordinating several subcontractors (sheet rocking, plumbing, painting, etc.)Needless to say, I cannot thank Sebastian, as well as, the other subcontractors enough for addressing our concerns as quickly as they did! Thank you!

Disappointing Experience with Oracle Homes: Unmet Expectations and Ongoing IssuesWe initially had high hopes that Oracle Builders would meet the necessary standards for our new home, especially when addressing issues that werent up to code. Unfortunately, after a year in our home, we are still dealing with significant unresolved drainage problems.The drainage in our yard was fixed in a way that only appeared satisfactory on the surface. After further inspection and rainfall, it became clear that these issues were far from resolved. This led us to involve legal counsel, as we felt there was no other option.Oracle did not originally include drainage solutions for individual yards in the development. Only after considerable persistence on our part did they agree to install drainage. However, they failed to properly slope the yard, and the drainage pipe designed to move water to the street was set up in a way that actually traps water, creating an unhealthy environment. When we requested that they fix this issue, they adjusted the pipe slightly so it looked acceptable when viewed from above, but we had doubts based on past experience. We ended up digging up the grass ourselves and, unsurprisingly, found they hadn’t fixed the underlying problem.Oracle’s attempt to demonstrate the adequacy of their work involved a civil engineer assessing the drainage from outside our fence. His report consisted of hand-drawn arrows on a photo taken with his phone — a far cry from the professional inspection and licensed report one would expect.If you’re considering a property here, I’d advise you to think carefully. Our experience has been a continuous nightmare, to the point where our lawyer, initially skeptical of our claims, agreed to represent us at no cost after reviewing our communications with Oracle. If that doesn’t illustrate how challenging this journey has been, I don’t know what would.

Jose has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He keeps his words and ensure that all issues are taken care of. He is very responsive and works hard to take care of any concerns that arrises. His dedication was truly reflected through his efforts in making me feel satisfied with the house and safe in the home/ community.

José has been a major help with my homeownership journey. He’s so helpful and knowledgeable and literally helped me save my home during the cold front we had 2 weeks ago. I knew nothing of what to do but Jose stepped in and gave information and went around my home to check on the pipes. He’s always checking up and helps with questions and things that require immediate attention. Because of José he’s made my journey owning a home very pleasant. Thank you

Our experience with José has always been great. He’s been extremely accessible and respectful. Other people on the Oracle team have not been the best, especially when it came to dealing with the listing agent. But Jose has always come through on his word. Even when his team has a lot going on, he has personally handled any issues, and does them well! Thank you Jose for being the easiest part of the process and easy to work with.

I write the review ONLY because of the service I received by Esteban. For his service; I give HIM 5 Stars. He was very kind and patient. My experience with Oracle has been FAR from Steller. They seem to have gotten it right with hiring Esteban. He came by and personally took care of my issues. The quality of the construction does not met the expectation and because I had SEVERAL issues in my home buying process is why I’m giving a 2 star rating. By far the worst home buying experience and home quality that I have been a part of.I will not give a 5 star rating which will provide a false narrative that Oracle is a great developer. In my experience, they are not.Again with Esteban on the team; they did something right. Thank you Esteban for stepping in and assisting with my warranty needs.

Josè has been instrumental to helping us with issues that have come up post-move in. My wife & I greatly appreciated his urgent responsiveness regarding a water leak that damaged a portion of the interior of the home. He’s also assisted us with minor issues that we have discovered. Keep Josè as long as you can!

Not at all reliable. Worse finishes I’ve seen and no respect for the customer or their work. Not talking about the accessories or design, I’m referring exclusively to craftsmanship, installation and general tidiness. No response, no respect for deadlines or the customer’s time. Wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy.

I echo the sentiments of many of the others who have reviewed. I’ve had my fair share of issues with my home and Oracle, but Esteban has done a great job of mitigating them in a timely manner. He’s been super responsive and really goes the extra mile to make sure issues are addressed timely and appropriately. 5/5 for Esteban’s customer service.

Buying my first home with Oracle was not easy. The materials in this home lasted a year then things started to crack. Luckily Esteban on their team has been very helpful on being attentive towards fixing the issues. My backyard floods due to the double gutters and was on a mission to fix it. My stairs were not sealed properly and he fixed it. I give Esteban 5 stars but the builder 3 stars.

Ive had a great experience superintendent Azley at Oracle. I approached him while he was in the community for some questions about my home. He took the time to assist me with a jammed lock on my back door without hesitation. Not only that, but he answered any questions I had and explained other parts of my home and how to keep up with the maintenance on them. Now that is great customer service, above and beyond!

**Oracle - 3.5 Stars**Oracle provided a solid platform with reliable support. However, there were occasional delays in response time on getting my punch-list done which slightly hindered the overall efficiency. Despite some setback, I am satisfied with the quality and performance.**Esteban - 5 Stars**Esteban was exceptional. He arrived promptly, was professional, and fixed my cabinet quickly and efficiently. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience seamless. I couldnt have asked for better service.Thank you, Esteban, for the outstanding help!

Overall, I had a very positive experience working with Esteban from Oracle city homes. He was responsive to my inquiries, explained to me the potential repairs, and proceeded to make the repairs of the home to an exceptional standard. If you’re working with Oracle city homes, I recommend asking for Esteban! His communication skills, work, and overall execution of the job all represent his overall role well. Thank you for exceptional service, rapport, and making sure the job got done.

A lot of these people are either lying or they will soon find out that Oracle is one of the worst home builders in Houston. From the inconsistency with project managers and leadership to the EXTREMELY poor craftsmanship in their work. You will have issues within the first year that homes shouldn’t have until 10 years from the time it was built. You will be coming out of pocket for endless repairs and fixes. Their attention to detail is very lacking and they do not keep their word with being easily contacted for warranty and any questions you may have. DO NOT buy an oracle home. I don’t write bad reviews and honestly spared them for awhile but I cannot spare them anymore. I truly hope everyone who has been wanting to say something comes forward because half of my neighbors also have the same complaints. They will give you the run around for EVERYTHING. Oracle is ridiculous.

Azley was wonderful in doing our buyer walks for our new construction home. He was very friendly, personable, and followed through on everything he said he was going to do. He has been very helpful and responsive through the entire process.

5/5 stars for working with Azley, if I could give more I would. He came into the tail end of the project and I wish he had been there the whole time! Very responsive and easy to work with.I’ve had a string of other issues in my new home that have taken a long time to address - many haven’t been yet. That’s why the overall is 4/5 star rating but when it comes to Azley as the lead on the project, 5/5 stars all around!

Esteban, the warranty manager had great to work with! Had issues that werent resolved for almost 2 years, till he showed up! Excellent communication and follow through.

4 stars for Oracle as a builder overall but My 5 stars are for the professionalism Esteban the warranty tech has shown these past couple weeks related to repairs I have been needing to get done by the builder. After multiple supervisors left Oracle, we could not get ahold of someone to fix repairs but once we were in contact with Esteban he always communicated quickly and worked with my schedule to do the repairs.

I recently bought a new home built by Oracle and am happy with my purchase. I had an especially positive experience with project lead Azley, who addressed all of my concerns before I closed on the home and continued to do so even after I had moved in. It has been extremely reassuring to work with someone who was so responsive and helpful.

Review of Builder: Oracle HomesInitially, our experience with Oracle Homes, facilitated through their partnership with Camelot Realty, seemed promising. The process started smoothly, with the sales team being attentive and responsive. However, as we delved deeper into the post-purchase phase, our satisfaction took a downturn.During the blue tape walk-through, we noted some issues that needed attention, but due to delays in gas hook-up by Center Point, we agreed to address them within 30 days post-closing. Unfortunately, reaching this resolution proved challenging.Sixty days after closing, we had to resort to sending a demand letter to push for completion of the outstanding items. Our interactions with the initial Oracle team members were disheartening. Joels explanations seemed disingenuous, with claims such as the wood around the foundation being redwood when it wasnt, and attributing countertop staining to improper use, which was clearly inaccurate.Despite our frustrations, the situation improved when we reached out to Julia at Camelot Realty, who connected us with Oron and Wally from Oracle. Oron was instrumental in facilitating communication, and after sending an email to Oracle Warranty detailing our concerns, we finally saw progress.Danilo, who came to address the countertop issues, was professional and efficient, but it was Esteban who truly stood out. His honesty, diligence, and consistent communication were a breath of fresh air. Even when delivering news we didnt want to hear, Esteban remained transparent and reliable. If Oracle Homes wants to enhance their reputation, they should consider promoting individuals like Esteban to managerial roles, as his exemplary conduct exemplifies the level of service they should strive for.Furthermore, its worth mentioning that Camelot Realty ceased their partnership with Oracle Homes, which hints at potential issues on Oracles end. Additionally, our yard drainage was not functioning properly, and we remain hopeful that Oracle will address this matter ethically. I will provide an update in a subsequent review.

Warranty deserves a 5 star rating as they immediately addressed and found solutions while coordinating with my availability. Esteban has done a great job. Overall quality and worksmanship, Id knock my rating from a 5 to a 4 because workmanship was quite poor and felt abit rushed. Quality and materials theyve used is actually better than average in my opinion, but you need both workmanship and materials to form a great product.This review will definitely be updated after the one year mark to reflect the warranty and overall quality. My purchase was mid November of 2023.

This review is based on my recent experience with home warranty repairs. There was a delay in response due to personnel changes. When Esteban reached out to me I had nothing but excellent service from that point on. He resolved all the issues timely and worked with my schedule to make the repairs. I’m very satisfied.

Proceed with caution! I purchased a home from Oracle a few months ago and have been experiencing problems ever since. During the inspection and blue tape walk through, lots of sloppy work and lack of an attention to details were identified, however I was assured by the builder representatives that all would be taken care of. When we got to a few days before closing and I saw that some things were not fixed, I was assured by their building superintendent that he would rectify everything and his guys were on site daily since some homes were still under construction. Well that super quit, then a month later the next super quit, and now I’m 3 months in with items still not repaired. Including my ceiling leaking 3 days after closing. Now it’s cold out and the heat upstairs does not work. This company has been alerted several times and still no one has come out since the 2nd super quit to address anything. Their homes come with a 2 year craftsmanship warranty but good luck trying to utilize it. I strongly suggest going with another builder, not Oracle.

Amazing service received by Esteban with Oracle City Homes on my home repair. He did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Esteban for general repair and construction needs.

My home was built by Oracle City Homes in 2020. I saw the model home on my first day looking at houses with my realtor and was so impressed by the quality of the home, the finishes, and the design that I was not very interested in any other home I saw. The process to put in an offer, negotiate, get the home under contract, and the construction etc. were all mostly seamless, even in the midst of supply chain constraints in the construction industry during the pandemic.During my home inspections, the inspector was largely impressed with the quality of the work... and I must point out that my inspector was very meticulous and pointed out many things but, overall, praised the quality of the home and attention to detail, compared to certain other builders.My only complaint was that there were a a couple of things pointed out during the inspection that were not fixed prior to Close even though I was told they were. Additionally, responses to warranty issues were slow at first. However, I eventually realized these were isolated instances, particularly after I met Joel Cruz. Joel was extremely responsive to my requests, invested significant time to address my concerns and educate me on technical aspects, and went above and beyond to make up for my initial issues. It was clear to me that Joels traits were a reflection of Oracles commitment to its customers, its genuine care that customers are treated fairly, and the pride the company has in its work. I would definitely work with them again!

Unfortunately I cannot give Oracle 5 stars as I had some issues arise shortly after closing that somewhat soured my experience with them and continue to deal with multiple problems. The issues have not been addressed and ideally should not come up in a new construction home.

I am giving this company five stars solely based on our experience with Azley! He took over after our home project was almost complete but we wish he had been around sooner! He was reliable, attentive and great with communication! Even though we are all moved in now, Azley is still great with answering any questions my husband or myself have. We cannot thank you enough, Azley!!!

Our experience purchasing our first home with Oracle was exceptional. The team was incredibly helpful and provided thorough guidance throughout the process, ensuring all of our questions were answered. They were also very accommodating to our specific requirements and paid close attention to even the smallest details. We couldnt be happier with the level of service we received.

Esteban has been very helpful fixing a couple of minor home warranty issues. He has kept constant communication and contact with me, and verifies times and dates of who is coming to work on various things.

When my wife and I first visited our future home built by Oracle City Builders as prospective buyers, we immediately knew it was the right one for us -- the quality of finishes, contemporary floor-plan and extra details they factored in to make the home feel rich and solid were major selling points. We were fortunate enough that our offer was accepted and have been living in our new home for just under a year. Even though it is a new build, there naturally were a few things that we recognized could be touched up or addressed after living here. As soon as we communicated our observations, the Oracle City team was incredibly prompt, responsive and followed through all the way to ensure that those small items were resolved to our satisfaction. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our happiness and enjoyment of the home. If youre considering a new home in Houston, I highly recommend taking a look at Oracle City Homes!

This company has bad leadership and are so unorganized they dont even know what companies do what jobs. They contacted my company Great Priced Granite accusing us about errors on jobs we didnt even do for them plus we havent done any job with them for over 2 years. Working with them was so bad I told the owner I dont want your work. His response was to put a 1 star review on my business.

I recently purchased 2626 C on Tidwell Road and wanted to let you know that Danilo and his team did an outstanding job. All the finishes are incredible and the quality of the build is top notch. Even the third party inspector I hired was very impressed with the great quality of the work that was done. I would also like to mention that Danilo has been very supportive and engaging even after closing. He has made sure that the appliances get delivered on time and correctly. He has also sent over teams to do finishing touches to the house to make sure everything is crisp and neat.Danilo is a prime example of an outstanding builder. I would like to mention that he has shown the professionalism and respect for time that the team at Truss has not.I am very happy with the house and with the work Danilo did.

This is my first home purchase. Ive heard from friends that home warranty fixes can drag and take time especially from smaller builders, but thus far Ive been pleasantly surprised. I think their after purchase services have been great and they are a trustworthy builder.

We purchased a home in November 2018. We have multiple warranty issues and problems since then. We still have an ongoing situation that is not being addressed or updated. I have made multiple emails and calls. They sent out 3 different builders to oversee the problem and each person does not respond after the initial home visit. This issue has been ongoing since I purchased the home. Now, I discovered they installed my kitchen sink into my cabinet using softwood and weak screws. The wood frame is now cracking under the weight of the sink. My cabinet face frame is damaged because of this. We do not recommend them as builders that will get it right the first time.

Unprofessional, and occasionally hostile, at every stage of the building process. Initially they were very open to customization, but rapidly began to refuse to discuss issues as they arose as the project progressed. Poor workmanship, which they resisted fixing.Installed the wrong color floor tiles, and backsplashes in varous parts of the house, and refused to make the changes to bring those items back into spec.They also told me that they dont care if they receive negative reviews. It appears that, at least, is true.Would never recommend them to anyone. If you do decide to use them, inspect their work every single day.

We bought our first home through Oracle, and it was one of the best experiences. The staff walked us through every part and answered all of our questions. They accommodated our special needs and we’re extremely attentive to detail.

I purchased a home at the end of 2018, and since then it’s been a nightmare of issues and problems especially related to plumbing. One year in, we had a major leak in the the upstairs master due to not properly installing fixtures that caused major damage both in my bedroom and 2nd floor. Another year later water pressure is almost non existent in my master all together. NOW I am having to deal with a huge underground water leak on my line due POORLY INSTALLED piping from my water meter to my house!! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN! We have to now dig under the communal street to fix another mistake by them! This is a huge disruption to myself and neighbors for there poorly installed piping! I have refrained from posting a review in the past but enough is enough, I’ve tried reaching out and they don’t care. I Will NOT recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!

ZERO STARS if I could. This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They are terrible at following up with any house fixtures within warranty and terrible at following through to the completion of fixtures. My house was purchased in 2018 and it is 2020 now and we still have the SAME problems addressed during our warranty time frame. Now that COVID is happening, they’re giving me excuses as to why they are putting a hold on fixing these issues. However, the issues were addressed several months prior to COVID. I think it’s pathetic how they’re using COVID as a scapegoat. Very key information prior to COVID - they sent 3 different “superintendents” to come fix our issues. Each of them would say they would need to order parts. And then we never hear back from them ever again. This company is irresponsible, incompetent, and inefficient.

I purchased a home from Oracle City Homes in October of 2019. I am coming up to my first year of ownership and everything has gone smoothly. I am extremely happy with the quality of the home.
