Don’t even know where to start. Bought my home 1 year and a half ago and quality it’s terrible, really cheap materials used on this houses, halo lights on the ceiling just going off, had to replace 4 of them already, ceiling fan on the living room makes a weird electrical noise, tile unevenly installed, upstairs floor makes a squeaky noise every time somebody it’s upstairs (like an old house), the siding on the house (outside) it’s all lose , one of the corners already broke (I will attach pictures of this) , the yard it’s all uneven with holes everywhere,really hard to mown the grass, the FENCE, I’m really disappointed about this, the fence looks like it’s 8 or 9 years old, looks like it’s about to fell down, and about all this warranty complaints they had only showed up once or twice to my house, they keep ignoring the warranty claims that I had put in. And it’s really hard to get a hold of them. A “new house” shouldn’t have this many imperfections. I hope my experience helps you to take the best decision. I regret buying at century communities.

Caleb was so friendly and patient while showing us multiple homes. He answered every question we had, which was many! And Trevor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our home and what he could do to help us in any way! Recommend both Trevor, Caleb and Century Community to everyone, they made the entire process of buying a new home easy and enjoyable!

I recently purchased a home from Century Communities. Caleb Small and Colby Ingram were a tremendous help through the process! I never felt rushed and I always felt like my concerns were addressed throughout the inspection/walkthrough process. The communication with them was timely and courteous, which I greatly appreciated. Even now post-close I am still able to reach out to them for minor missed items or needs. I highly recommend purchasing a home from them!

This company is the worst company. Once your money is taken they don’t want to deal with you. I recently purchased a new house never used and I had a small problem with my air conditioner that the builder didn’t hook up right. They tried to tell me that the house was sold as is which is a lie .”As is “ they never put as is in the contract. Luckily it only cost me $40 for repair but please don’t trust this company.I’m definitely will spread the word to local realtors to not use them

We had the most horrible experience dealing with Century Communities - lies and excuses from the very first day. Promised a specific lot and floorplan, then after they had our earnest money we were told both lot and floorplan had to change. Timeline kept getting pushed further and further out, features that were originally standard based on the feature sheet we were given all of a sudden became paid upgrades, we never received a contract with final pricing, they were never able to tell us what some of the upgrades we asked for would cost. Once construction finally began (many months after we were promised construction would start), they messed up so many things including the shower which required cutting in to the foundation to fix. We finally had enough and notified Century Communities that we were no longer purchasing from them. We were advised that we would receive our earnest money back in 6-8 weeks. It’s now been 8 weeks and we have nothing and cannot get a response from them. Stay FAR away from this builder.

Parkway Title LLC did a great job of closing our Century Home transaction. Closer was super helpful! Century Homes in general was very good with communication and the construction manager and his team were especially helpful. Great experience overall and I highly recommend them.

While Century’s build quality is on par with most of the other larger national builders such as DR Horton or Pulte their customer service and after sale support is terrible. We have experienced an average response time to most of our warranty requests in excess of two weeks (a couple of claims took over a month.) This is just response time! Time to completion for all but 1-2 of our warranty requests has been well over a month. To add insult to injury even after getting “corporate” involved Century still seems less than willing to stand by their warranty after the sale. We have scheduled a few warranty requests after getting people higher up the chain involved and they have largely wasted our time. I have personally taken off work to accommodate their contractors schedules on two separate occasions only to be told later that they were sorry their contractors did not show up during the agreed upon scheduled time. If you are planning on building a new home save yourself the headache and build with a different builder who actually takes their warranty support seriously.

Cheap materials and cheaper labor. Moved in couple months ago to a home that was not cleaned prior, with a snag list too long to list and still waiting for damaged cabinets to be replaced. First experience of buying in the US and not been positive. Previous rentals were better quality than this. We completed surveys ……. Waste of time only one area followed up. Once you are “in” and beyond month one you are forgotten after all they’ve hundreds more homes to sell, do you are now irrelevant. Updated 17 June 2022 after getting inspection done prior to our year being up still waiting on items. Submitted 9 May and one still outstanding after being told work order done and date set. The four contacts I had have not answered anything all week. I will not but with this builder again

I bought a house at POLO Ranch Fulshear Texas back in mAy of 2022, Im still under warranty and they dont want to do the repairs, i have like 5 complaints with the BBB and they dont care, my tile is crack to the foundation issues, walls are cracked and nails are popping out, door frames are with huge gaps, instead of fixing the frame the y use spacers in the hinges and that big gap they want to use caulking, PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER, if you doubt come to POLO ranch in hear the horrific stories of issue that they dont want to be involved, Ill be posting videos of the issues in twitter and Facebook and al the media outlets, even do they will block me, I know that for a fact, they have websites with good review those are lies, they make those up. look at the BBB reviews, before you purchase a house from this people.

We have had nothing but problems from this builder since we moved to Texas from Colorado. They never follow through on anything. When we first moved into our new home, our front yard was caving in and they blamed it on the drought. We are from Colorado so we know what a drought looks like. The hole got bigger and as deep as 54 inches because they did not compact the ground properly which a separate legal matter since injury was caused. The most recent issue is that were suppose to plant a new tree in our yard as early September 2022 and here we are January 2023 and no response. We have sent several emails to corporate to include Bill and no response. We have read receipts on all the emails so we have the time stamp in which they were opened. We are considering reaching out to the vice president of Century Communities in Greenwood Village since my family knows him personally to report how flawed there Houston location is and they should investigate their building practices.

Century has clearly never heard the phrase “say what you mean and mean what you say.” They are extremely poor communicators as the left hand never seems to know what the right hand is doing. We have experienced this countless times during both the building process as well as the warranty process. Not only were we lied to on a few occasions during our build about both timelines and spec limitations but they also have had the nerve to drag out all but a couple of our warranty claims into months (not week’s long fixes, forget days!) Their warranty support could only be described as ridiculous.

These people are crooks and the houses are poor quality a new build home and we have to put so much work into it. There workers are all not equipped to do the job properly.

I love my new house in The Woodlands Hills. This IS our forever home. Thank You Century Communities.

Great Company! Great Product.Its no wonder they are the nations top 10 builder.

Hopefully you never have to place a warranty claim. I submitted a claim in January and it now March and it hasnt been addressed.
