Distinctive Living

I’m living in a Distinctive Living home that was built in 2015. All the cement board siding is warped and/or cracking. Clearly it was either improperly installed or they used inferior product. Maybe both.

Exceptional, professional, detailed, and timely. My home is beautiful!! These guys know the latest design trends and build a magnificent product. I know that Brian lost his own home due to the hurricane; yet, he has put his time and energy into helping others rebuild. I have always had prompt service and have complete confidence that things will go just as perfectly and smoothly when I build my next house with Distinctive Living!

Distinctive Living designed and personally oversaw the construction of our lake home. We were so impressed by their ideas and professionalism. Our home is absolutely perfect because of their eye for detail. The open floor plan, beautiful kitchen and master bath and views of the lake from every room make our home the envy of the neighborhood. We highly recommend Distinctive Living for anyone looking to build the perfect home.

I had this company work on a project that they normally dont do. I had them build a covered outdoor living space for our home in Pearland. These guys came out and measured and then came back with several ideas and plans. I really thought that they would send one of their employee out, but no the owner came, to me that was impressive. The job was done so well that we have had numerous neighbors wanting to get the same thing done by our builder. The workers we always on time and very professional. We are more than statisfied with our finished outdoor living space. I can honestly say I would not hesitate to call this company again.

Im very dissatisfied with this builder. Although the home we purchased was beautifully designed, with a lot of high-end finishes, etc., these guys seriously drag their feet when it comes to honoring their warranty.

While the homes they build are reasonable, their warranty service is a joke. Brian makes lots of promises but drags out the warranty repairs for months and really doesnt care whether the repairs get done or not.

They built my home in Spring Branch and their quality of work/craftsmanship was amazing. They were easy to work with and very professional.

I do a work and this guy don’t want to pay me that’s no good we try to do the best job but this guy don’t want to pay
