If I could give this piece of crap COMPANY negative stars I would. Cannot even get a price on a part unless you’re a contractor.

Horrible phone service.On hold multiple times for more than 30 minutes with no end in sight.

Awesome service! Damir and Moses are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store!

Had a late afternoon service call, and wasn’t able to arrive at the store until after closing time and Damir Dzalic stayed late so that I could pick up the parts I needed and had them ready and waiting for me by the time I got there and had a great attitude and was very helpful the whole time. Definitely appreciate the service I received.

Keep you on hold forever and never come back to the phone. Call in customers are just as important as people in the store! Be better!

Store personnel not knowledgeable about products sold. Warranty procees takes 10 days to get a part, have to be transferred to multiple departments to get commercial equipment pricing. No wonder Lennox only has a couple stores in Texas.....no one wants to deal with all these hassles. Improve your system to assist cuTomers would be my advice
