Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

Just wanted to share my wonderful experience this afternoon... I called in to get help with a part number and coil information, Adrianna answered promptly and cheerfully gave me extraordinary help! She went over and above to help me get my issue resolved! She is awesome! What an Asset to the company!!!

This location has an amazing staff. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I have been to many parts houses but this one seems to be the best ran .

Imari is an outstanding representative. Had my order ready in no time at all. Customer service is off the charts. Love her!

I have had to visit this location 3 times daily for the last 3 months alsmot. Every time I enter I am greeted with Amari always smiling and a making it worth the stop. Hayden at the other end of the counter is very prompt with making sure I got everything I need. Anthony is very swift. He gets the paperwork done and loads you even faster. The manager Katherine has come to my aid several time to find material and assist me. Her location has an exceptional counter with customer service. No matter the work load they are always friendly and happy to help. Most places no one cares about customer service, here they do. Awesome team!!!!

I go to this location rarely...... BUT everytime I go there, these are friendliest and actually most helpful staff of AC suppiers I go to. Quite competent too, with their products...... equip/parts. Did I say they are FRIENDLY.....The lady who is Manager there is just great.

This store name should be lennox monopoly. They don’t care about consumers. Home owners who spend thousands of dollars. I am electrician and My home furnace blower motor burned. And i tried get similar motor but no one have same motor with four wing. I came to this store and they said they have motor but they can’t sell to homeowner or costumer. Know i have only option i can install universal motor have to make my own bracket. I don’t recommend lennox brand because no parts availability for costumer. If anything happened to your system you dependent on there contractor and they gonna charge you triple.

It says they dont open till 7:30, but I got here at 6am and was able to get a dock door right away. They started unloading my trailer about 6:30am or so. Good service the guys that do the unloading seem pretty cool, they never gave me any attitude. Its 7:10am and Im unloaded now.

I enjoy coming to this location. The customer service at this location is beyond expectations. I would recommend all contractors to visit this location.

Appointment 8:00 am. Checked in 7:50 am. Check out 15:00. That’s was terrible. Really unprofessional stuff. Don’t waste your time, truckers.

They want you to show up for your appointment on time but can’t open on time. Suppose to be open at 0600 and my appointment time was at 0600 got at the shipping and receiving door at 0555 but did not open till almost 0630

Shipping and Receiving is on on back of building and otr drivers can park overnight open at 0600 am

I am a hvac contractor, I was trying to place an order for parts, customer rep thought she put me on hold and I heard her say to someone else yeah ill go help you, let me get rid of this customer then she came to me and told me to call another number. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.

This place used to be ran quite well, Ive done buisness here for a little over 13 years , Ive used there product even after all the coil problems for the past , lennox was my favorite brand and is in hopes to still be my go to. Lets just say the counter guy that I ran into gave me quite a problem one day and this might be a isolated incident. Though some miss communication , happened. Ans the guy straight gave me the worst attitude and acted like I was someone that didnt belong there , Ive spoken with the lead tech Tyler a number of hours, as well as taken classes at this same location, Ive been in this store a number of times, this incident has me wanting to go some where else with my buisness. And I hope they get there counter people a little bit of a humbling experience. Ita tuff enough trying to do this career. To have a guy at the counter give you a hard time because your trying to purchase they product, that under warranty.

Not homeowner friendly. Just wanted to buy a FAN....no freon.nothing crazy...the fan on top of my compressor unit broke. On hold forever to only be told I need an EPA number.........for a fan? Transferred me to another number, Consumer Affairs, where the recording said 15 minute plus wait time. Did not stay on the phone for the 15 minutes plus.

Jeremy at the NW Windfern location has always been a big help with getting material and equipment out in a timely manner. From the front desk to the warehouse personnel at the NW location they put customer care first thank you all for your help !!

Lennox is a great American brand of air conditioning equipment. Great store location close to my office and the Belt way. Staff is pleasant and helpful. And this location is well

Just needed one part that they refused to sell to me so I went to Transtar and got it no problem.

Lennox only received two or three stars. This place is for a HVAC business with a license. See the detail in your system. THERE are at least 6 reviews with one star! On September 16, 2017.

We installed a new lennox package unit on the roof at our office. It worked for 3 days and then began freezing up. It has a restriction. I have reported this to lennox and they will no longer return my calls. Horrible customer service. I will never sell a lennox product in Houston ever because of this. Garbage equipment.

Ryan was very rude over the phone. its been 2 weeks and they dropped the ball and the part is still not there.
